I bought an insignia tv 2 months ago. The button on the remote doesn't work and Amazon contacted you. I called..my info was taken and i was put on hold firever snd the representitive never came back I waited 30 minutes and hung up. . Thus is unacceptable. I need my remote replaced ad Amazon promised but am not calling back and dealing with terrible customer service

I have a Signia 20V charger that I suddenly heard this clicking sound. Took me awhile to figure out the inside were arcing when you move charger while plugged in. The plug is very lose nit like my Apple chargers. Each time I move charger you can hear it sparking inside To me this is very dangerous and possibly make it catch fire. Thought someone should know.

IMPOSSIBLE to find out of warranty service. I have spent 2 hours so far trying to find help- Insignia refers you to Geek Squad- Geek Squad won't help out of warranty- won't give you a tech's name, and nobody in the Chatham area seems to service them- stay FAR AWAY- go to a company who provides some level of customer service!

One more unhappy customer.I got the universal 65 w laptop charger NS-PWL965/NS-PEL965-C with multiple tips. The Warrenty it against losing your tip. The darn thing costs over $65 to buy which is a total rip off and waste, as you don't need so the other tips. But beware, your single tip may fall off very easily, of which they Warrenty against such loss for a whole year. It took me about three hours of talking to their unknowledgeable foreign staff before i could get the warranties tip arranged to be mailed. In all The time it took to deal with them i could have made three or four times the money the darn thing costs, and i say it's a racket. Best Buy only sells such universal chargers because they make r money on them with desperate situations where people must have a charger now. They sell it with glorious confidence in their ridiculous Warrenty. If you can, just be sure to have an extra charger that actually goes to your machine because the product i bought is garbage, especially because of the very poor planning and knowledge of the nrains being this company and the employees they hire for cheap labor over seas. I was like why do we have to go through getting the model of my computer when we know it's only one of two tips they include in their kit; the round one or the square one and they couldn't find it for hours!

I got a 50 inch insignia tv last year in July. It is now august and only a light comes on the screen on top. The company said the warranty expired and they can do nothing. It is mounted on the wall so it wasn't touched or damaged in any way. If a product barely lasts a year, it's not a good product. I will never buy insignia again.

Warranty is nil, absolutely unreliable. I've contacted them multiple times, and the only thing they asked for it's the receipt, which I've also submitted to them more than once. Otherwise, silence treatment. Won't buy from them again. Grossly disappointed.

Will never buy another Insignia TV. Background noise overrides the speech of people. Watching ESPN golf sounds like they are in a well. Again too much background noise. Cannot understand anything on America Idol all I hear is the background music. I have a cheap walmart Emerson tv sound is perfect on everything.... No more insignia...

Purchased an Insignia 4.9 cu ft fridge. The freezer has never worked in this fridge so I contacted Insignia. The only option they offered me was to bring it into the store for repair. I purchased this item for delivery from Best Buy because I do not have a vehicle large enough to transport it. I am also a 5 foot tall single woman. Insigna pretty much said I was out of luck despite being within the manufacture warranty period.

I bought my TV 16 months ago. I use it primarily at night. Last night I was watching a movie and the screen just went dark all over. $400 down the drain. Worst TV ever! Nothing happened it just quit working.
Which isn't unlike my other experience. I previously had a different size Insignia TV but after we moved it wouldn't power back on. I figured the kids dropped it or something. Though they swore they didn't.
I think this TV Brand is just CRAP. Oddly the remote control goes through batteries often.
Im super disappointed!

It took 2 weeks to resolve a simple issue of a missing part. Customer service not helpful and condescending. Will never order Insignia TV or any products again!

Asked for help with tv and after he said there was no way to help me since I didn't have the accessibility setting he said he would look up some stuff to help and just left me and a phone call for 20+ minutes and left my by myself, how does a tv turn on voice over but not have a setting to turn it off.

My tv is 2 yrs old my screen went black & no sound called customer service they offered no solution,no repair or replacement, these TV's need to have a recall they're TRASH & @Bestbuy & @insignia KNOW IT, I'M CALLING THEM OUT!!!?????????

Don't ever buy an insignia television. The screens just go black for no reason. They are a cheap and trashy tv that is designed to break down so you must buy another within 4 years.

Insignia makes a bunch of Garbage. Their products are untrustworthy and junk I will never recommend their products to my worst enemy . The Airfyers are completely worthless.

The worst experience I ever had with an Insignia Air fryer. It stopped working I still had 6 months warranty but the item was discontinued and Customer Service was very bad in assisting me . They send me to the the place where I purchased it . They will not stand behind their products. I will not recommend never again

My airfryer stopped suddenly during frying , although I am rarely using it. It's very bad quality and there is no more trust in the product of this company. Really, wasting money if you bought any product because the product ndure just for one to two years.

My brother just sent us an Insignia Amazon Fire TV two days ago. We had a hard time syncing it up with Direct TV so that the Direct TV remote would work. The Mexican customer service rep had zero knowledge, kept us on the phone for more than an hour, and eventually said "Let me put you on hold for two minutes" then hung up on me. Tonight, I purchased an Insignia headset and tried to pair it with the TV's bluetooth and it would not sync. I called customer service at 9:45 EST (which would be 8:45pm CST, just 15 minutes before they closed) and spoke with a rep who constantly told me to press down buttons until it was time for him to get off of work. Just as the clock hit 10 pm my time, I heard him whisper to a co-worker, then the call turned to dead air. I am extremely disapppointed-- not only in the incompetence of these people, but for their unprofessionalism.

My insignia air fryer broke after a year, tried to call the company, the agent has no idea if there is replacement part available . Poor
product quality and absolutely wasted money and time .

I am livid after talking to 2 different customer"service" techs. I'm trying to point out a safety issue and health code issue with a returned product they sold to a their party without inspecting or cleaning the product. I'm reporting this piece of garbage to the Canadian Standards Authority because it is completely unsafe. That's on top of the health unit because it was a used product with food grease around the heating element. I will NEVER buy an Insignia products or anything from Best Buy.

I ourchased an Insignia 50" TV from Best Buy a year and a couple of months ago. TV picture went out. TV only has a one year warranty so I am SOL. WHo would expect a TV that cost over $350 to last one year???!!! Poor quality DO NOT BUY

Insignia CS is The WORST. My clients refrigerator was delivered damaged ordered replacement part with CS 1/14/21 was never processed. Called again 2/18/21 told CS never received part was told not in stock to call back 3/17/21 called back 3/17/21 ordered it again never came called again 4/29/21 was told it would be sent next day ups.it is now 6/30/21 still no part called back and was told it was shipped by UPS. UPS said a label was created but was part was never picked up on hold now to get the run around. This client is was homeless and is disabled with a disabled child and all I am trying to do is get her the part for her fridge

Spoke with Carlos, he was excellent, mannerly, friendly and very helpful. I had a problem trying to get rid of the banner that kept going across the bottom of my TV screen. I was on hold for just a minute or 2, very good service....

We were so impressed with out 19 inch insignia TV that after two years we went out an purchased another one. It is very much to our requirement and we hope if we need another electronic item we will certainly look for Insignia first.
