All this company wants is money. My chair is completely dead and I'm stranded once again!
New batteries , new controller , new mk6i joystick and I only went to the mailbox
I can't talk to anyone except a robot so here I sit , this company is the worst I've ever dealt with so I may as well save up. A bit of cash and get a new chair supplier from a better company
Thx invacare fot absolutely nothing except draining what savings I once had

I would love to have a mobile Christmas but have been waiting to get my invacare Colibri Scooter fixed since August 2022 and apparently not able to get it fixed till February 2023. Invacare lost my warranty form, parts are on a boat, they can't get me a hire scooter and doesn't look like they can replace my scooter. Only had scooter just over a year and hardly used only when having to go to the office to work. Now been made redundant and need to find a new job and can't go for interviews because can't get there. Not very happy. Customer Service are trying to help but I need to ring them to get any feedback. Very slack Invacare

All I needed was a part for my dads scooter and not a single person i spoke with was able to point me in the right direction or help me. Shameful and disgusting service with rude phone manners.

I bought a 9000xt wheelchair in 2017 and in 2019 a cross brace broke. It was under warranty no problem. well I can't walk and the chair is my mobility, well a month later I got the part. So 2 years later it broke again. When it breaks you drop into the chair and it's not fun. Both times I have a bruised side and a very sore back. After a week I still haven't been notified what there going to do. The frame is steel but the cross braces are a low alloy cheap aluminum tube and the main load bearing part of the chair. So this is either a bad chair or a piece of crap design. It's definitely under engineered. I used a cheap Drive chair for 8 years and never a problem. If you weigh over a 175lb I would advise keep looking.

Buying a Invacare Carroll CS7 hospital bed is one of the worst and expensive mistakes of my life. I am an RN and had experience using the beds and felt they were very good so when I became disabled I took most of my savings and bought one for myself. I purchased it in July 2017. This June the head of the bed would no longer rise...which I very much need all of the time. An Invacare tech came & examined it and said part of the top frame had bent & the welding broken. Said something must have gotten caught in it and broken...quite impossible as the mattress is so heavy I can barely lift it to tuck the sheet under. The frame has a 10 year warrenty. I purchased this via Express Hospital Beds. I have contacted them and Invacare via phone calls and emails frequently since the beginning of June and have received not one reply.I contacted a local vendor of Invacare & was told they were shipping the top frame by June 20th. Never happened. In the past week was told that it was shipping from Mexico and was held up by customs or whatever. I was given no further information,no contact information, no tracking information. I am in desperate need of this bed in working order. I should have dealt with Amazon...perhaps I would be doing better! DO NOT DEAL WITH INVACARE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!

I am in the process of trying to delete my order. Trying to speak with a person is impossible. This is NOT customer friendly service

The VA CAVHCS East Campus, Tuskegee, AL had delivered a bed with invacare MA 50 air inflating mattress. The rep showed me how to power onand off the pump and instructed me to just press up or down buttons form firmness. I cannot get t off of high pressure, its like laying right on a slab of cement. I cannot get any Phone #'s or anyone I can ask about how to fix this.

We purchased an Invacare Solo2 portable oxygen concentrator for my mother. She uses continuous oxygen. We wanted this device because it comes with a plug to use in the car. After we bought the unit, it became apparent that it works in some cars not others. No solution provided by the manufacturer. We were told "too bad". The battery that was outrageously priced lasts about 45 minutes on 2 LPM. The fact that it doesn't work in the car makes it useless. I would NEVER purchase anything from InvaCare again. Product quality is extremely poor.

I have a pronto m51 which is close to 4 years old I believe. Medicare won't pay for the repairs on it. I was told it needs a new motor and that the manufacture says both motors should be purchased. Is that true? And how much will it cost if I have to buy both.

Hi We have an aquatec bath lift chair which is now 2 months old in our hands and the control does not move the chair. We have charged it for 2 days and it still does not work. The chair just does a little jerk and then nothing. We bought it from your South Africa agent but we don't have his contact details and the hospital who ordered it for us is not answering their telephone. Can you give me a contact number for them? Thank you. You can sms it to
