I've had several Jabra earbud products over the last 8 years. Ranging from the single earbud through the 65, 75 and 85T's. Recently my 85Ts charging case stopped working. That's when I found out that if your not under the warranty period they can't help you. They couldn't offer me to repair or replacement my defective case. They would however sell me some new earbuds. It took me at least 6 weeks of emailing back and forth like kids until I finally called them. For the price you pay for these products and you only get service if your in the warrant period. I've kicked them to the curve. No more for me
