Absolutely horrible customer service, Vehicle is absolutely horrible, radio and lift gate didn't work since day one and got the run around for over a year and still never fixes it.. traded it in and jeep will not compensate for it not working for a year even though I paid for a working car.. i and my family will never buy this crap again..

Went to purchase a gladiator in Dec, 2021 after getting quote on trade in of Wrangler at Chilson motors, sales manager would not give me trade in and was not due to any problem other than he said his quote was too high. Purchased a GMC and they gave a better trade in anyway. Today went to Eau Claire Dodge for scheduled recall, they didn't have schedule or parts. I have owned 4 Jeep wranglers, a cj7, a Jeep liberty, and a Jeep grand Cherokee, see "no" reason to deal with Jeep again.

I had the misfortune of purchasing my Jeep Renegade from the Miami Lakes Auto Mall in Miami Florida. They are now "working" on my vehicle and its been week 2- without any word back. When you call Miami Lakes Auto Mall- there is never any assistance- Nobody picks up for Service, Nobody picks up for Parts, The service Manager line goes right to VM- I went into the Financial Manager office to speak to him- I had to wait 20 minutes as I watched him make several personal texts on his phone!!!! I am in such REMORSE and REGRET for every buying my jeep there- and I cannot reach anyone to assist

Buy a Toyota. Jeep is Rolling Garbage. Spent $12K in 3 years on repairs. Check engine light still glowing bright. Please stay away from Jeep. Toyota is better

wife's 2018 grand Cherokee trail hawk had the rear differential go bad under warranty. Shop is repairing under warranty for free but part will take 45 days to arrive so we are with out the vehicle. when asked they said Jeep does not offer rental car. Jeep customer service said we could rent a car and request reimbursement at a discounted rate after repair is completed. This is absurd for the price of a car and having a payment to then be told I would have to rent a car for 2 months while the jeep is in-op waiting for parts.

I am trying very hard to get help with what I consider a very serious problem...the Jeep death wobble...why is Jeep not addressing this issue! I am sure I am not the only Jeep owner with this problem...

As nice as the service department is at North Columbus AutoNation, I am irritated that they had my 2021 Grand Cherokee, with 13k miles on it(still under warranty), for 2 days and weren't able to fix the grinding noise coming from something the service person told me "They couldn't figure out." I have to take my car back next week, to the "top mechanic"(because apparently they have mechanics, then top mechanics) and do this all over again. That in itself brings other questions to my mind, since the noise didn't start until after I had all four of my tires changed and rotated, per their suggestion, when I only came in for one. I was told my tires were at 7/10 wear, so I did as they suggested. Strange that a car I bought brand new and have had for not even 2 years with 13k miles has that much wear. Did the "regular" mechanic change and rotate my tires and mess something up? I may never know. The grinding is now getting worse and I sincerely hope it doesn't mess up anything else with my car. I find it really strange that I wasn't offered an alternative vehicle to drive while they fix mine. Instead, I was told to come pick mine up and that THEY WILL CALL ME next Monday, since I have to take my son to school and get to work. After picking it up, my dashboard went out about 8 minutes into my drive home, and restarted itself as if I had just started the car (a whole new symptom). It scared me because that has never happened before, and at first, I didn't know if my car had shut off while operating. I would think they would want to keep the car and fix it, rather than let me drive it away with problems that could potentially become worse and create other problems, or endanger me and my children's safety while operating the vehicle. This whole process is extremely frustrating for me. I did not expect any of this when buying a brand new car, I expected to get away from it. Now I'm here, driving my progressively worsening grinding car, for the next 5 or more days, while I wait on them to call me. I can't stress enough how odd it is that I wasn't offered a loaner car, that is top notch, to safely get me and my children where we have to go, while my car gets fixed. Are the mechanics trying to make more money wasting my time and mobility on my car that's under warranty? I'm just all around sincerely disappointed and aggravated at this point.

I would like to thank Tyler, the service manager for AutoNation, for loaning me a safe vehicle to drive while mine is being diagnosed and possibly fixed. I am still concerned that there are issues, that the mechanics cannot figure out(their words not mine) with a 2021 car with 13k miles on it. I hope the team at AutoNation is honest with me and either fixes the issue, or calls it a lemon if that is what it is, instead of band-aiding a problem that will eventually occur again. The fact that the wear on my tires was a 7/10 so fast(if that was the truth and not them just trying to get 1,200 out of me, which they did) is extremely concerning to me, as I bought the car brand new, am the only driver, and I barely drive. We will see. Thank you again, Tyler, for loaning a safe vehicle for me and my family to travel in, instead of making me pick my broke one up with the same noise and the new problem with my screen and telling me the mechanics "Don't know what it is." That's a very scary diagnosis for a mother (or any person) to have to drive off the lot with.

No one from AutoNation North has called or even texted me updates on my car. I am absolutely infuriated. I own 2 cars with Jeep right now, one being $43k and the other $82k. I have been doing business with them for around 4 years now and never experienced something like this. I believe I am being scammed, used, abused... whatever you want to call it. I'm so mad that I paid $1200 for the tires that look terrible on my vehicle, when I now believe my other tires were fine, and if they weren't, that clearly means there's something wrong with the car to cause that much wear (7/10) in so little time(13k miles)... so shouldn't that have been under warranty if that was the case? I was told by the service worker that the noise my car is making is not from my tires.. so it the noise what wore my brand new tires down so quickly? It doesn't make sense. Having spoken to three other mechanics now, there should have been no way my tires had that much wear with that low of mileage. So, I either was taken advantage of, or something wrong with the vehicle, that is still under warranty, caused that much wear, this much is clear.

I've never seen the service manager personally, he only texted me, and I did not get a last name.

I'm so disappointed 2in 2021 my husband bought me my dream Jeep a 2018 mojito wrangler I loved it but the radio kept going her after several trips for them to try and fix the problem which time after time they couldn't figure it out so I traded it for another one same year style and color I was happy to find same color but only to have it give me the death wobble scared me I would love to get another one someday but I'm scared I will have problems again

Bought a used fleet Jeep Wrangler 2021 sport back in may last year. Vacuum pump went out and had to take to dealer 3 times to get fixed. 3 weeks ago when I turned on the defrost the windshield cracked at ver bottom of glass and arced upward and over the glass. Last week the start stop started working and set up an appointment for this service. However I traded for a Tacoma yesterday. I'm very frustrated with myself and Jeep as a company. I wasted/lost 10000 getting this Jeep and then selling it. I'll never buy a Jeep or American vehicle ever again.

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee excessive tire wear on Scorpion tires.Has 18k miles and tires in the yellow.Have owned several of these and never had tires bad at 18k miles.Dealer said cant help so now gonna go higher up at Stilantis.

I bought a brand new 2020 grand Cherokee and it started giving me issues already since June. I took it to the dealership and they fixed some of the issues I was having with my vehicle starting with the AC and then right after that one my traction control went out and I was told they would help get it under warranty so the day it was supposed to be fixed they ended up telling me I would have to pay out of pocket so I contacted the customer care center to see if they can do anything about it and I kept getting multiple answers. One person would tell me I need to take it back and get a new diagnosis and I would have to pay for the fees which didn't make sense to why I needed a new diagnosis on the car and then another person would tell me they would cover charges and then eventually I never heard back from anyone. I sent multiple emails, called multiple times and no call back. Very poor service. I will never buy another jeep again.

Took my car for an oil change. Asked my mechanic what was the knocking in the engine? I get oil changed every 2500.miles by the same mechanic since I've gotten the car except
For the first 2. Which I brought to Nissan of rockaway where I purchased the car. He said it was a manufacturedefects.
I brought the car to jeep on Jamaica ave in hollis queens,n.y.
The representative said there was no longer a warranty on the car
The car has 43,000 miles on it and it's a 2016.
Representative said there's no call back on the car and nothing more she can do.
So what can I do with a car that has a manufacturer defect and they won't take responsibility for it?

Johnson City Jeep
Worst place I ever bought from. What should have been a 2 hour transaction turned out to be six hours plus. Salesman went home after 2 hours and didn't say a word he was leaving. (Mark)
Finally made it to finance office to sign papers, Jan was ONLY interested in selling a $5,000 warranty! She even forgot to give is a temp registration card. She also said Chrysler might not honor warranty since we live on a gravel road.
By now we were worn down (their tactic) and agreed on a $1500.00 warranty.
The next day we were rejuvenated, decided to make the 50 mile trek and cancel the warranty and have someone walk us around the new $47K Grand Cherokee which a salesman named Brandon did. Prior to that we knew little about the vehicle, Mark wasn't interested in showing it's features. He (Brandon) was the ONLY positive point of the dealership.
Another sales manager Chris cancelled the warranty (or so he said) this was on or about May 27.
MANY of phone calls and emails later still no check. Tried to speak with General Manager but nobody would connect us with him. It's July 15 as of this writing.
We have contacted our atty so legal action is in progress.
I'm 71 tears old and have bought MANY new and used vehicles, I worked in the business nearly 10 years and this place has a SLIME factor that is unheard of.
Do NOT go here!!!
Update 7/26 Chrysler now involved.... they NEVER cancelled the warranty even though they gave us paperwork saying they would! To this date no communication initiated by dealership.
Update 8/10/22 Management or GM have made NO attempt to get back to me.
I should have done homework Better Business Bureau has them at a D MINUS rating! They should lose their franchise.
Chrysler themselves lied, said they would get our money back but refuse to take calls. SLIME

2020 GC had a leaking water pump. Local (Killeen, TX) dealer fixed it no problem but I got the vehicle back with the uconnect screen not working. They said it's under warranty but still very weird since I've never had an issue and it was brought it for an entirely different issue. I believe they swapped my good screen out for a broken one to get a free one under warranty.
Dealer proceeds to order wrong part but only notices after I drop it off a week later.
Needed part is back ordered 2 months out
Dealer has horrible communication meaning there's none. They tell me to call Chrysler to help move things along.
I get the most rude person who insists I'm not under warranty still, realized I am, and ended up hanging up on me. He offered zero solutions, was unwilling to help whatsoever.
I am at a total loss. I've contacted everyone I can.
I can't access most features with the vehicle with the screen out and it's the dealers fault. Jeep corporate doesn't care. I can't even get a loaner.
This was never my experience with GM or Toyota. As soon as I get my part I'm trading it in. They lost a customer who was considering a Jeep upgrade due to this horrendous customer service across the board.

Purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator and after 14 months (31000 miles) had to replace an axle, motor, and correction for a ball joint issue. I asked about the warranty on the new motor and I was told that it would be the remainder of original warranty. I called Jeep Customer care and explained the situation to the agent and asked if Jeep would extend the warranty for a bit longer as my confidence level was not that good. They told me to basically go pound sand. I will never purchase another Jeep or a Chrysler product for that matter.

Our Jeep 2014, original owner, has 53,000 miles needs new transmission!
Replaced the Info System in Feb 2022 which had been on fritz for 2 years.
Replaced the Powertrain!
My first call - no answers from them and was transferred.
Of course, no warranty. Told me no recall on those engines. However, not what the internet say. Should have been a massive recall on all. $10,561 cost

We purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Lutz Florida. The purchase experience was quick and efficient. Our sales person was great and her name was Kathy. We traded our gladiator out for the mid model wagoneer. We loved the comfort and smooth ride.
My husband drove the wagoneer from Florida to Vermont with no issues. It then had approximately 3,500 miles and had not been services yet. On 10/23/22 we drove to an event, we looked down and saw the check engine light on. My husband opened the door and noticed a loud knocking in bottom end of motor and a ticking on top end of motor. We immediately shut it off, checked oil. OIL WAS DRY! Got a ride and put oil in and noticed dripping from oil filter. Had vehicle towed to jeep dealer.
Dealer called for us to pick up wagonner. , my husband spoke with a service manager, he said it appears th oil filter was torqued on too tight in the factory and the housing was cracked. THey put a new filter on and topped off the oil and said it "should be fine".
We called Client services and spoke with Christin at ext4082.. She made a case number for us(84451662). Service was horrendous from that point forward. We called Ferman for assistance. They honestly tried, but were not able to assist us.
We now own a 2022 Wagoneer with a compromised engine! This vehicle was $80K with the promise of excellent customer service. We now have no confidence in this engine. Our option is to trade it and Wagoneer wants US to pay the difference. We essentially have to wait for the engine to fail to get any assistance. Our request was a trade out since this issue occurred in factory. We got a flat out no and you don't apply. I do not recommend anyone deal with this company b/c truthfully it feels like after receiving our money absolutely no one cares and they do not and are not standing behind their product. The damage to the bearings is done and the motor is now compromised. We have no consumer confidence in this vehicle and were planning on long road trips with it. Overall a very disappointing experience!

I'm on my 3rd new purchased Jeep product, 2020 Gladiator. Mine is a soft top. I never had any warranty claims on any of my Jeeps, however, the soft top on my gladiator is rubbing on the framework of the top when it's in the retracted position. I bought this Jeep at Bradford Fairway Jeep in Bradford, PA. I asked about getting the defective top replaced, they said they would check into it. I have called the dealership twice who said they were waiting for the top, then jeep customer service who said the top will be in next week this all started in May I believe. Well, still waiting, apparently Jeep does not stand behind it's products, or if they do, they stand waaayyy behind them

Our Jeep seat belt hasnt worked for months and we were not notified that there was a problem with their seat belts until we went to the Jeep place and ordered a new one. We did this three months ago and still havent heard from Jeep. We called the main number for Chrysler company and talked to a person who said the person we need to deal with is on vacation. We cant use our Jeep because the front seat seatbelt doesnt work and so we have NOT been able to use the car for months. We are tired of sharing a car or having to bike everywhere. Jeep service is the worst! We also have a Toyota and their service department is great and they even give us a lender car when there is an issue with our Forerunner. I will NEVER again buy a Jeep.

Ever since I bought my vehicle I've been having engine coolant smell. After two years having the same problem and multiple times driving to the dealership. I prove to them that there was a leak. They finally figured it out now that my warranty is over. Now they want me to pay for everything.
Jeep customer care doesn't care about there customers. I been driving around with a unsafe vehicle. I will never again buy Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge. I will make sure none of my family members or friends buy

Opened a claim with Jeep corporate due to engine issues at 92,000. Kept records of all maintenance records and oil changes. Mechanic states they see a lot of these cars with engine trouble at low mileage. No one bothered to call me back from the claim department. No one asked for any of my records or anything to investigate my claim. When I Called today I spoke to a woman who clearly is insensitive to the situation, I got no feedback other then my claim was denied. After speaking to two other reps they told me I would receive a call from someone to discuss me claim. I never received a call at all, she didn't want to provide me with any information regarding her upline so I could speak to someone and after she insulted me for asking those questions I had to give it back explaining again what I was told. So she supposedly put in a supervisor call back after telling me there was no one to escalate the call too. If she was in my shoes based on her attitude towards my claim concerns she won't be getting any raises or she should quit because her customer service skills suck.

I purchased a Jeep Compass Limited 4x4 2022 since the second day It was having issues with the radio I was told it was because of the U-connect application. Every time I drive for about 2 hours the volume starts to lower down until there is no volume or sound at all. The dealer already switch the Rea dio twice and the same problem continues. I have to be doing payments to a car that I don't have with me because it has been back at the dealer. What can I do or who can assist me ??? They told me they can exchange the truck but I'm not willing to pay extra $$ for another car or model I don't like.
