Yes, I had a five dollar coupon off $20 and nowhere on the coupon. Does it say to redeem online only I spent just spent $46 and could not use my coupon. The girl at the register said she has no way to input the coupon this is the second time this has happened to me. I would like to know if maybe you can send me a five dollar off coupon to use. I tried to order my four sandwiches online and it would only take one again a problem I've had before.

On 3/9/2024, My daughter and I decided to try the Beach Club sandwich at the 6252 Wilmington Pike,, Ste A1, Dayton, OH 45459

My daughter is an emergency/police dispatcher and she was wearing her work shirt when ordering her sub sandwich. Later at work she found a dark hair on her sandwich. She did not eat the sandwich. The order totaled $17.98, order number 24. I called and spoke to a man who said he was the store manager and that if we had the order number he would void the sale. I found the order number and phoned him and he stated that the General Manager (Zac) would only be willing to give us an $8.99 store credit. I told the female manager that I wanted my money back as I won't be visiting that location again. She said that she could only offer me a store credit per the general manager's orders. If workers cannot keep hair out of the food then maybe hair nets and beard nets should be worn.

It was surprising that I was not given a refund. I would like my money back from this gross incident as I will not be visiting that location again. Due to the hatred for police officers these days, this made me think that this was a deliberate incident.

(C) Hair restraints - effectiveness.

Food employees shall effectively restrain hair by wearing hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, beard restraints, and clothing that covers body hair, that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, or linens; or unwrapped single-service or single-use articles. This provision does not apply to food employees such as counter staff who only serve beverages and wrapped or packaged foods, hostesses, and wait staff if they present a minimal risk of contaminating exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and linens; and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.

Went to Jimmy John's on 2/29/2024 around 1:50pm. Ordered my sandwich, which was Tuna. I stood there and watched the young lady put her fingers all in my tuna. When I questioned her about it she got an attitude. I asked who the manager was, he was standing right there and Al's with an attitude said we do that all the time.
I go in all the time and order my sandwich because, I am not going to pay $3 for my sandwich to be delivered to the next driveway. I always watch them make my sandwich, and have never seen any out there hand in the tuna. I have no problem with you using your hands to dress my sandwich. But when you reach down to get the container of tuna and than spread it with your fingers, you have contaminated the sandwich. Usually the tuna is spreader with the scoop.
The manager at this location need to be retrained or fired. He never tried to listen are understand my complaint. When I informed him that I was going to contact corporate he stated ( call them you want the number and my name. I am very disappointed in their service and I am sure they have heard this before. I have never had any problems before today and I will not be returning.

Went to store #1326 100 Brampton Ave, unit #1c, Statesboro, Ga.
Went in to order sandwiches, music was so loud...was using language with FXXX this and FXXX that.
Attendant taking my order, could not hear my order because music was so LOUD, I had to repeat my order three times.
I told him if he turned the music down he could hear my order. They tell me my sandwich was ready and the music continued loud with continuous vulgar profanity FXXX....I asked for the manager, who then yelled over the music, "I will turn it down". My response was you should shut it off out of respect for mixed company and ages. They then did turn the music down.
I also am handicapped, but couldn't park in handicap spot because Jimmy John delivery car (tag TAWADY) was in the designated handicap spot. I mentioned this to them ..again no response.
If I had not already paid for my sandwich, I would have walked out without placing an order. I will never do business here again. I will take my business to Jersey, Mike's where they do have customer appreciation and courtesy.

On September 30th our company placed an online order for your Pueblo West Colorado location for 30 sandwiches at 9:15. We requested delivery at 11:30 am. Total amount paid with credit card $279.72
At 11:45 am I had to call them he store because the order was not delivered yet and 30 employees were waiting for lunch.
The person that answered stated that they are very busy and quote "your order is LESS important because we have to serv the customers in the store" also he told me that it will take an other 20 minutes which would've been 35 minutes later than the requested delivery time.
We waited patiently for an other minutes and I called again to check on the status of the order. The same person answered and he was very upset, rude and shot with me and he said that he doesn't know when the order will be ready because he's very busy. I was trying to find out how long we need to wait for scheduling purposes. We can't have 30 people waiting for lunch.
He was very frustrated and he hang up on me. After waiting an other 30 minutes, not knowing when the food will be ready, myself and the owner of my company went to the store (JJ3734 in Pueblo West, CO) to figure out what is going on with our order. To our surprise the store was completely empty, there was nobody in the store.
When we get there our orders was still not ready. I asked the whole crew which one of them hanged up on me. After asking the question 3 times someone named Bryson admitted that he was the one who hanged up on me. I asked him what was his position and he told me that he is the Manager at that specific store. I asked his last name and he refused to give it to me.

As, an Operations Manager myself, I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service at I received today from Jimmy John's. As a paying customer I expect that at least be treated with respect and honesty and not to have someone hang up the phone when I try to get answers for something that I paid for.

Hope that you will pay more attention to who you hire and whom you put in a management position. If this person would be under my management he would be fired on the spot.

One last request. Jimmy John's over me the delivery fee and I would like to be reimbursed for the tip and the 1 hour and 30 minutes delay for order. I asked the crew at the store but they said that they don't know how to reimburse me and they have to ask the General Manager.

Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad taste in our mouths and we will never order from your company. ( This order was the second order in the last 4 days from us)

Worst NON service ever! Sherman, TX location. No one ever took my order. Manager acted like me being at the drive thru window was an inconvenience. Told me to hold on and the she and the other 3 workers just walked around doing nothing. There were no other customers in the store. I finally drove off.

Just came from the New Berlin, WI location where I picked up my order. Got to hotel, worst sandwich ever. Ordered an unwhich , you could not pick it up. Had to slice into pieces and eat with a fork. No mustard plus requested napkins and none in bag. Will not go again.

I ordered from the Indian trail, NC location on DoorDash. They called me and said they don't have any drivers and don't use the app but the business is on DoorDash????? That's makes no sense. So I call the store the next day because I still haven't received my refund and the girl answers the phone "hello" I thought I dialed the wrong number because who answers the phone that way at a business? Then I ask for the manager , who is Mia and she answers the phone and says hello and continues to go back and fourth with me over the phone. I will NEVER go back to that location or any location. I will be writing bad reviews until I speak to someone directly from corporate

Ordered online. Went to pick up in store. They did not have my order ready when i got there. I asked girl making my sandwich if she saw the extras on there because they messed up before. She rudely replied yeah, I have the ticket right in front of me. Then I asked for two small sides of Caesar dressing. She did it and it was not full so I asked if she could fill it up a little more. Then she got an attitude and said we will have to start charging you for these. I said they have never charged me before and I even ordered the exact same thing the day before and had no issue. I said it doesn't show it costs on the website, because you can ask for extra dressing at no charge. She said it won't be on the website we charge you here. If I'm spending my hard-earned money on a already overpriced wrap that is almost $11 you really can't give me a side of dressing but want to charge.69! If this is the case, I will stop eating there. I love the wraps but will not spend additional money on a small cup of Caesar. It's the principle of the matter. When I called up there to ask for her name, she would not give it to me and said she is not obligated to do so and just said she was the store manager. I am so aggravated that I went through all this because I'm tired of being treated differently every time I go, and when she is there it's never a good experience. No greetings when I walk in, or a smile, or have a nice day. I think the manager and the staff should watch "Give them the Pickle" on customer service. Also please have your employees cover up their beards, I do not want hair in my food.

The Rewards Program has been a NON WORKING experience! First time the rewards expired the second sandwich rewards doesn't expire till the 3 of May. We went in to our local JJ to redeem. The person acknowledged the presence of the sandwich reward. I then ordered and still charged me full price. Come on JJ play fair. We go to our local JJ quite often and do not appreciate being treated this way. What is going on with your rewards program? Offer them and make it where they can't be redeemed?? Not nice!!

My name is Lorain and I went to your City of Industry location in California. I arrived in the 1:00 pm timeframe and when I ordered I requested a meat and cheese only meal I have severe allergies to bread, vegetables and condiments. The person at the register seemed ok about it and proceeded to take my order, I ordered roast beef and Swiss the largest size, however, when I received my sandwich it included the bread and lettuce. I took the sandwich back and they called a Manager her name was Sharise she informed me that I was in a sandwich shop and that I couldn't just order roast beef and cheese, this was relayed to me with sarcasm and rudeness. I proceeded to tell her that Subway and Jersey Mike's have never given me any issues in ordering meat only in a sandwich shop. She still refused to accommodate my allergy request and refunded the sale I paid cash and she wasn't giving the refund back as cash I had to again tell her I paid cash before she gave me my refund. I was upset and really distraught by the service I was given. I was not able to sit with my family and eat I ended up leaving your location and went next door to order a fish only plate. I would like to hear back from your Corporate Office about why I was treated so horribly and I would like action taken to train this Manager on duty about the appropriate way to charge and serve food to someone with severe food allergies as well as an apology for putting me through the ordeal I went through.

To whom it may concern, I own my own business, when I frequent the center at Columbia Square in Phoenix, AZ at 10045 W. Camelback Rd., I am curious if this location has a manager or district manager that regularly visits this location, I am sure these windows haven't been clean in over a year?, I will not even walk in for a sandwich thinking if the windows are not clean..... I have no other comments, if this was my business, I would hope someone would inform me if my staff are not doing their job.....Respectfully submitted....

I have to tell you, your commercial is the worst I have ever seen in years!!!!!! An idiot busting the hell out of a TV and monitor. And on an average day you see this some 20 times or more. What kind of message does this send across to our children and for what purpose???? If this is the best you can offer to the public, I will never step foot into a Jimmy Johns again.

I want to Jimmy John's in Columbus Georgia had a sign on the door, saying dining room was close to the shorts staff so I knocked on the window to get to Staff attention at first, they do not acknowledge me all the other people that was outside The new young man came over it was like a dining room is closed and I asked for application, so we are not hire at this time then he told us get f*** out then I call the manager she told me same thing but I ask her if y'all shot staff you should be hiring only driver so I ask why was door lock she told me the door was look the driver was leaving and they was changing shift. I proceed to let her know they was on the phone with headphones. I proceeded to let her know that yeah I was only running drive-through yeah shoulder stuff I was there just to apply for a job
This is one of the most disrespectful restaurants I would never eat there

Stopped by the Merrilliville Indiana location at 2pm on Tuesday the 22nd of March. Large sign on the door. DINE In OPEN. Opened the door to be greeted by a woman screaming at me to get out. I have eaten at Jimmy Johns many times. We arrived at the Valley West Mall shop on 12:22/21 after taking our grandchildren Christmas shopping. It was 2:00 in the afternoon.
A friend of the family was there bring back her incorrect sandwich to be fixed.
Many tables were dirty. While fixing our sand which, my husband had to have my sandwich corrected several time. I had asked for all veggies and one by one he would ask them to add another veggie. Then granddaughters sandwich toppings were wrong. Highly disappointed.

Store number 1371 in Shawnee Mission Kansas at 95th and Antioch is the worst store I've ever seen you can go in there and buy drugs you can buy a prostitute there's mold everywhere I got a pop a mole came out in my pop I got a sandwich one dime and there was mold on the meat every time you go in there you hear the manager Louis or Jeff yelling at an employee I've heard both of them call employees derogatory names and told one person that they cannot become a manager because Of their race

Terrible experience at Jimmy john store on ridge rd in Munster in at 1230pm on 10/1/21. They gave some loud mouth who claims to. E the GENERAL MB ANAGER working there who prides himself on burying into conversations and treating the customers like garbage. Stay away or be prepared to be accosted by this germ.

Brought a Italian Night club sandwich yesterday--was delicious and meaty--come back today to buy a ham and cheese sandwich and it had 1 piece of ham at top of the bread and 1 piece of ham at the bottom of the bread--extremely skimpy. called the store nothing--called corporate and was told that the favorites are more meaty than the ham and cheese. Yet I could not tell that from the menu nor the price. I have never known JimmyJohn's to be skimpy. Now that I know I won't be back. If I wanted a skimpy sandwich I would have gone to subway and got a cheaper price. No one can come close to a New York Deli sandwich which is at least two inches thick with meat and even cheaper.(And I did not expect Jimmy John's to be as great as a New Yourk Deli sandwich but I did not expect it to be as skimpy as a subway sandwich and cost more). I won't be fooled again. The south may know how to cook but they don't know how to make sandwiches. SMH

WISCONSIN DELLS STORE -- There is one manager - the Assistant - that is horrible. Today my order got messed up somehow while ordering online. I called and explained that somehow my custom order got deleted and I was sent a regular sandwich. My husband can not eat Mayo and the one we received had Mayo on it. I was not asking for the world, just a mayo-free sandwich. I was told that it was my fault and she was not wasting a perfectly good sandwich because I made a mistake. We did get her to remake it, but the new sandwich came with a handwritten note from her saying it was our fault and there was no way possible the online ordering could have messed up. She also mentioned she called corporate. So here is the deal, this note is the most UNPROFESSIONAL thing I have seen! Do you really think, after giving you back the other sandwich, there is any reason in the world I would lie about the sandwich. She pretty much called me a thief and feels as if she is personally messing with me (this is not my first time with her). So I guess remaking a sandwich is the price of a good customer.

I would like to compliment your staff at your Rosemont, IL location on Touhy Ave. Bertin, Israel and a third gentlemen whose name I did not obtain as he was heading out the door for a delivery after a great welcome. I picked up a catering order and the food was delicious, staff was courteous and provided me excellent service as they got the order together "freaky fast." (Sorry, couldn't resist). I will definitely be using this location for our corporate functions.

Extremely impressed that when I called the Jimmy Johns Corporate number listed, someone picked up immediately and was able to give the feeling that someone would look into the local issue that I had. Very impressed that their systems are all connected. I was able to give her my confirmation number and she was able to pull up the order.

I was in Jimmy John on Page rd in Durham today and Ashley was very nice she changed her gloves for me because I am vegan and I dont like animal products on my food. Some restaurants frowned upon me when I ask for this request. Kudos to Ashley. She deserves a raise.

So I work in streetsboro and order from jj's frequently. I've had such a good experience all the drivers are fast despite the heavy traffic and always deliver a good sand which. More importantly from whoever picks up the phone to the person delivering I've always had positive polite experiences. Small chats, people remembering me and my likes, I almost feel like they know my card number. You guys have an awesome team at streetsboro and I feel like I should have made this review a long time ago.

As a customer, I thoroughly enjoy your subs. However, I went to get one today & of course the line was out the door. I couldn't wait, because I had just come off of dialysis treatment. Anyway, the staff & some patients wanted to order. But you were not taking phone orders or doing deliveries. They had close to a $100 order. The staff only gets a 30 minute lunch break. So by the time each one made the trip there, waited in line, their lunch would have been over. Perhaps the next time this is done, you could deliver with a specific $ amount to be ordered with delivery charge. They had to order elsewhere, so they could send someone to pick up. I'm sure this wasn't the only business that missed out on this great deal. Not only that, but y'all missed quite a few $, I'm sure. Maybe next time. I'll continue to eat there. The food is good

We ordered lunch to be delivered to our work, like we often do. Our delivery driver was this incredibly friendly and kind man who thanked us for our business. He is 74 years old and was a joy to talk with. He is presenting SUCH a good face for Jimmy John's. We hope he delivers to us again.

Since Tipping is not allowed, I would like to at least commend the Employees at you for the level of service that I receive. I happen to really love your Pickles and buy 10 to 20 at a time. I live in Chowchilla, CA which is about 40 miles north of Fresno. The length of time between trips determine the number of Pickles I buy. Because I can't digest (I'm 75 years young) the Skins, I purchase whole Pickles. It's easier to remove the Skins than the Spears in the Buckets. Also, after peeling them, there is not much left if they are small. This is where the extra consideration comes in. Your Pickles are not all the same size and there are some people that feel it doesn't matter if lot of then are small since you're buying so many at once. I must say the Employees at that particular Deli don't feel that way. I know (since I've worked at a Deli) that Pickle Brine is quite Cold, but they go to the extra trouble to make sure the majority of my Pickles are a nice size. If you're at or near the bottom of the Barrel, most of what's left is going to be small. That's when they will open a new Barrel to ensure that I get good selection. I travel quite frequently (and always try to find a JJ) and find that the Employees at some of your Stores don't extend themselves to that degree (you get what ever is there). Since those are (in most cases) situations I'm not likely to encounter again, I have not felt motivated to submit Comments. However, I do feel motivated to commend this Group of Employees. Thank you so much for your Courtesy and Professionalism.

Greetings!

Today was about our 4th trip back to the new Jimmy John's located at 83rd Avenue & Thunderbird in Peoria, AZ and once again, the team exceeded our expectations. A walk through the door brings big smiles from behind the counter and a fast step in their pace to serve us. During our short, short wait for our to-go sandwiches, the franchise order appeared and her smile, as always, is a mile long. Thank you to this team for always getting superior customer service right!

I was very impressed by the personnel at Jimmy John's in Faribault MN. They are very courteous, helpful and my husband & I received the quickest service we've ever received in Minnesota, not just once but every week when we patronize the restaurant on Fridays. (I had mailed in my comments several weeks ago but was not sure they went to the right department,
so am sending this accolade again. It is well deserved.

Your are freaking fast!
I was in a meeting of about 20 people, at around 11:30 am we ordered out from various places.
Only one person ordered from Jimmy Johns. The Jimmy Johns order arrived at about 11:45 the other orders arrived about 1:00. We all sat there ( very hungry) staring at the Guy eating Jimmy Johns. This is a true happening but would make a great commercial.

I was fired from Jimmy John's on Oneida Street in Green Bay Wisconsin, because Managers didn't know how to give me my check stubs or how to set up a website to get my check stubs everybody in that works there smokes weed on the clock go out to the car to smoke. None of them are professional. I want them fired. His name is Joey. I do not know his last name. He is a "manager"

I recently was employed at the chillicothe ohio location. I missed one day if work an even called in. It was that afternoon being stalked an harassed by another employee by the name of terry copeland. He had taken pictures of me out with my family. I'm only 16 it's against the law to take pictures of minors with out there permission. The head owner had fired me becouse I was out in public an not inside on my day I took off. I'm very conserned about the picures he has on his phone that I've been told been showing them to others. I would to file a complaint on terry. I'm going to contact the police if nothing is done in 2 days. I do not feel it's right the way they handled it. Thanks

I do not like to typically complain but I work at one of your Jimmy CJohns in Colorado Springs. We have a new gm and he is constantly coming into work high. He does not handle stress well at yells when customers are in the store because he is running out of bread. I feel bad for the and hope this guy can get some mentorship before everyone in the storr quits.

Please.....someone needs to drug test employees at the Alexandria, Louisiana location 2539. (specifically the managers) The manager there is not effective at leading employees. She is manipulative, excessively punitive and dishonest. I have witnessed first hand how she talks to employees. Totally unprofessional. It would be a great idea to talk to several of the previous employees. I am certain that they can give you valuable information about her unstable, erratic behavior. She has been terminated from management positions in the past after she was required to seek anger management training. I think that Jimmy Johns franchise is a great one. I would hate to see a manager limit the new store's success!

I am a worker at 2485 Hamilton Ave Worthington MN, 56187. Me and a few others that work there would like to complain about your boss because he hasn't made a schedule for over a month and he callsaid us 15 minutes before we have to be there. And he told one of the girls autumn she is 17 that she could not take 6 weeks of maternity leave when she has her baby and that if she did he was going to let her go. And today I didn't know I was supposed to work because I got no message to come in and when I told him I couldn't cuz I had important stuff to do that I either came in or he was gunna let me go. But I am currently helping my mom be used she was in the ER and can't watch all the kids she babysit by self. But she usually has someone with her. And our boss gets very mad when we have to take days off for things that we let him know a month in advance. And during sports season he gets mad when we are scheduled to work but we can't because of games and he has our schedule and throws them away.

The Manager at the Jimmy John's in Bellevue Ne on hwy 370 in the No Frills parking lot is a terrible liar. He hired two young people and then strung them along for two weeks. He gave them excuse after excuse for not putting them on the schedule. These two have a baby and spent their last money saved to purchase clothing for this job thay was promised to them even though the Manager had no intention of ever putting them to work. Relax taxpayers you are not supporting the baby, his grandparents are however it's people like this Manager that help others get on state aid! These two young people are trying and will continue to try. No thanks to that jerk! I hope someone realizes it and fires that guy! He deserves to be strung along and let down as well.

Hi there,

I suppose most people come here to complain, I came here to feel better about our store to be honest. Our store is fairly decent; yes we get the complaints we can't do anything about like super small delivery area and no side items, but for the most part, what we get most are compliments on our speed.

I really just wanted to say that out of all the places I've worked Jimmy Johns has been the place I have felt most at home. That has a lot to do with the amazing people around me but also because I feel fully supportive of what we do. I see all the meats and vegetables come in, I have sliced and diced all of them from the lettuce to making the tuna, and have also taken the bread from start to finish. I love how fresh everything is and tastes. I came to Jimmy Johns thinking it was a clothing store and have not regretted it since :)

Re: Dressing on slims.

Read the menu. It clearly says that there are no condiments or fixings on the slims. That's why they're called "slims".

Maybe your order was sent through the scenic route because they didn't know what to make of your order. You gotta know what you're ordering before you walk up to the counter. We're usually very busy and we can't simply walk you through your food nor explain to you what our menu is like.

Hello! I am an employee at JJ and I think you treat your employees unfairly. We get yelled at by our boss in front of our own customers and they are rude to us. We also should have the right to get a free sub once in a while and not make us pay for everything we have. Because with my diabetes I really need something to keep me going throughout the day. I hope you consider this info. If you need anything I am happy to talk to you
