Terrible. If I hadn't created an email address back in the early days of the internet, I would have dumped Juno long ago. I have too many companies that have the address for me to completely anandon it.
It's loaded with EIGHT video ads that lag whayever device tou are using, their spam program is useless, and emails take forecer to get to my on ox.

Juno email is free and that is about the only thing positive that I would say. Because it is free there customer service concerning it is bad.

My password no longer works. It is saved on the computer and I never really enter it. Now all of the sudden it was changed. Try to get help from them and they give you the round around. Since I had the account for over 15 years, the rules for joining were different.

I have tried to do password reset and they have failed to get this done

I now have asked for them to just delete the account and wipe clean any data that they have concerning the account.

Then I get silence from them. They refuse to delete the account when the account has been compromised by someone changing the password and I can no longer assess the email account.

My advise try someone else for email services. They are incompetent and cannot figure the easy way to do things.

Absolutely awful. This company operates the exact same way it did on 1999. They send you from email to tech support and back to email, then if you do need tech support, they charge you $25!!! Absolutely awful. NEVER use this service. They should be ashamed to be in service.

Many years ago I had a problem with Juno and ended up being required to resolve it on the telephone. initially they connected me with people who did not understand or speak English, they all hung up when I tried to explain the problem. Finally I was connected with a Gentleman with a strong Texas accent who understood the problem perfectly and fixed the problem instantly. Until a couple of years ago I had no problems with Juno, that I knew about.

Well over a year ago, I do not know exactly when it started because I thought it only involved Email that I was sending myself from the scanner with copies of scanned documents from the Public Library I did not think that it was too serious of a problem, the Juno Company Email Server started Blocking several types of Email which were being sent to me. I first noticed it when the Email I sent to myself and to several other Juno accounts from the Public Library Scanner were not being received by ANY Juno Email Account. More recently, well over a year ago I found that in order to access, and do business with The United States Government, staring with The Social Security Administration the Agency I was dealing with required the Agency to send and Email to my Juno Account as part of their security system. The security Emails are still being blocked by The Juno Corporate Email Servers. Most recently I received a phone call from a company I have relied on since 1980 telling me that since I have not responded to many Emails that they sent me over many months they were going to cancel my business relationship with them, Juno NEVER delivered even one of those Emails to my Juno Email Account. The same thing happened to some other people I know who also rely upon Juno Email Accounts. No we never blocked ANY incoming Email.

Any intelligent person would know that unless the Juno Email Customer gets some feedback from the Email Sender as I did when I sent email to myself and in the other cases when I was told that Emails were sent to me, by other means other than Email, the Juno Email Customer has ZERO information to tell them that any Email sent to that Juno Customer has been blocked.

In my many attempts to communicate with Juno Technical Support I have found that I am either communicating with a computer BOT or a contractor run by people who are given a small number of responses which have absolutely NOTHING to do with the problem I am asking them to fix. Those people apparently do not understand English, or how to send my request to fix the problem which is OBVIOUSLY in an update which was done to the Master Software which runs the entire Juno Email Server AT the Juno Company. It is a problem which ALL Juno Email Customers have, though I doubt that many actually know about the problem, unless they have had the same type of feedback experience that I have had. Until this MAJOR problem is fixed at the Corporate level it is impossible to rely upon Juno Email to reliably deliver urgent and important Email from many senders many of which I have no realistic idea who are.

I changed my email password, and the Juno website then said it would take 45 minutes for the change to take effect. I waited an hour. When I signed in, I was told my email or password was wrong. It was not wrong, because I had typed and saved my new password elsewhere as a first step, and then cut and pasted it into the Juno new password box as the second step. And my passwords matched (because you have to type it in twice when you set it). The following days and weeks, I still could not sign in to my Juno account. I read their online instructions for getting back into my account, but they did not apply to me because I did not have a phone number or second email connected with my account, nor did I remember the answer to the security question (according to them), that I had set up back in the 1990's, decades ago. Juno will not tell you what security question you chose when you set up your account; they require you to remember both the question and the answer! I pretended to set up a new account to see what the questions were. The answer I had entered would have fit one of the questions. I also know what my answers would have been to each of the other questions. So I tried them. Still not able to get into my account. Describing all of these things to customer service, and even asking them if they had locked down my account, only generated a generic form letter that ignored my particular issues completely. It showed that they don't really listen to you, usually. I continued to contact customer service through a variety of means, and along the way all they did was to repeat their online instructions which, again, did not apply to my situation. The final word I received from them was that they would extort $25 from me to help me get back into my account. Since I did not forget my new password and am not typing it incorrectly when I try to sign in, I should not pay $25 to get back into my account. Either my account was hacked (which I doubt for good reasons), or Juno is locking me out in order to charge me a fee. Customer service is horrible. I haven't been able to get a person on the phone even once. Every time I call, I am told my wait would be 45 minutes if I were to stay on hold. Whenever I select the call back option, they never call back. It has been maybe a month and a half since this problem started. I am wondering if Juno can be trusted. Juno could easily verify it is me because there are three JUNO email accounts that were set up under the main Juno email account. Also, to even TALK to them, I have to pay them, my husband says. It would be different if we had a paid account, he says. Since we have free email, I believe they are deliberately trying to extort a fee from me because they don't really like to give away accounts for free.

It is almost impossible to use the email. it freezes up constantly.in order to write a letter I have to disconnect from the internet, write it and then reconnect. I have told them numerous times but I get no response. they are the only website I have trouble with.

I have been a customer of Juno since dialup. They have really screwed up in the past several years. I had no trouble until they became involved with NetZero. Then it has been nothing but headaches. There is an error in their software. Version 8.9 is not correct. You can't get any service from them. Their explanations are not correct. Always the same old stuff.

Called Juno tech support and got some third party outfit with a person who was very hard to understand. My problem is I keep getting the statement on the bottom of my screen "Juno not responding" or "Juno running a long script." The tech said problem was at my end, until I said it also happens on my tablet. He was lost for words.
I have been using Juno for 20 years or more and until the last few years no major problems. Now service is so bad I will be changing to a different carrier shortly.

I cancelled my juno account last January 2016 why am I still being billed by my credit card for January 2017 Juno Online when I no longer use it????? Juno drops out and has too many issues to continue using it. All phone numbers for June as of 2/6/2017 are no longer working and these are listed on your start up pages as working numbers. Since I am no longer using juno how can you contact me??????

this is the last time I am writing with out my attorney, 3rd time im writing no answer even though your emails say you will.Do not use my juno account it hasnt worked in a month what a delight to have a email company that works. as Ive said 3 times i signed up for mega mail it is useless. i want a full refund immediately, use my gmail to let me know when i will receive my money if i get one more automated message from you i will start a law suit immediately, if your answers are coming to my juno acct that is why im nolt getting them upon reading 100s of your reviews its obvious you are a business whose time has come and gone, you went down and never tried to fix anything i will keep writing until i get a satisfactory answer, im prepared to sue you over this small amount of mega mail money remember 1 more auto message and the gloves are off. how pathetic you have to tell people no profanity, i am willing to honor that request this 1 time. ive never been this disgusted with a company so bad, you ALL Should be ashamed of yourselves, be prepared for me to flood your site with 1000s of bad reviews if i dont get satisfaction

Hello. This is Russell Young, and I keep getting popups,
Network errors. Also, my Juno connection keeps dropping
out. When I receive better than 20 to 25 emails daily, it
takes a while to go thru them. Why is my Juno connection
dropping out so soon?? Do I have the latist Juno software??

I have been downgraded from 2GB's of email storage "automatically per an upper management decision" after paying for it for over 10 years! With no notice, I had over 1.5 GB's in there, and now am unable to send nor receive any emails! I keep calling customer service and they tell me that I can get free technical help with my dial up service! They are crazy, and this has cost me dearly! Will be talking to lawyers about class-action proceedings and the FCC to investigate!

Over 10 years ago I signed up for a 10-11 buck a month Juno email account. It was great as it fit my limited bandwidth needs. Now it continuously jams with adverts and the email is non readable. I called to ask to have the adverts removed, and they said "Don't you like our advertising ?" The answer is not at all, for a paying service, a person does not need to be pulling along an anchor.

I seem to have the same problems as everyone else with Juno e-mails, but because I'm out of work, I can't afford AT&T or any other better Internet service, especially after the first year. Therefore, I'm pretty disappointed with the service I'm getting.

I must cancel my Juno.com account a.s.a.p, it takes much too long to retrieve my messages as well as longer to cancel them. I have no longer any use for this account after so many years. The system is flooded with advertisements interfering with all of my system.

Customer Service & support is OK, except that Juno on the Web is a ripoff. Customer shoud not have too pay for advertising, unless they were using the free version. The new Juno's features are below the original Juno Internet.

The most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced. After multipule calls and emails I didnt get any results. The call in personel was completely useless. A complete waste of time. I dont know why they have a customer service department it doesnt help at all.

I use their Juno version 5.49 the 3 tab software. There is a newer version 8.81 that is unusable - backup email from 5.49 does not work with it and does not work as good as version 5.49 I have been a loyal customer since April 2002. I tolerate a lot from them. They told me the default browser is where the software works through. I have the most recent software of every thing on my Computer yet Juno 5.49 is still using Internet Explorer 6 server only. They keep putting blame on me for using Internet Explorer 6 it warns me to use Internet Explorer 9 yet its the age of Internet Explorer 11. I get Malware prompting me to download/interrupting while checking email. I get security certificate warnings - that are meaningless. These Interruptions demand attention or nothing can be done. I wrote to technical 4 times and sent a very detailed email including pictures yet they write I never sent anything to explain my problem. They did get my email and did reply. I suspect their avoiding doing anything about the problem. I found I could forward my email to another email service to get past the malware download and demanding interruptions.

Juno on the Web is in my opinion useless compared to the older versions of Juno Internet. I have been a loyal paid subscriber with Juno for many, many years. I think that Juno on the Web is a potential fraud. Why, first of all it has advertising, that Juno Internet did not have for paying customers. If I uninstall Juno on the Web & try to install from a CD received in 2013, it installs Juno Home or Juno Web & Juno Internet will not open up, plus I do not have the Juno Backup/Restore Wizard feature. I actually liked the old Juno, however I am at my wits end.

I have had a Juno email account for over 20 years! First as a dial up, then the free webmail. It has been great to use as a back up email so no one knows my Google one. I have people still contact me using it. If is perfect? No, but I have been very happy with the service.

I have been using Juno free e-mail for more years than I can recall. I am somewhat amazed to read all the negative comments. It has always worked fine for me. We also use G-mail and Hotmail, but I mainly prefer to use Juno. I have never had to call their customer service.

Juno is the only email server that has not gone down and I have never had send issues.
Sure beats gmail and hotmail.
