Can't explain how much wrong doing has been done to me by Kaiser doctors. I believe the protocol is care denial. I won't go into details but all they want to do is to get rid of patient with least expensive solution even if knowing it won't work. It is a system we live in that allows them to run such a criminal operation. You can't call a doctor, have to make appointment weeks from now for meaning less conversation with no result in your benefit. their phone system is designed to put you on hold and wait hopefully give up.

The only number you can call that will be immediately picked up by live person is the billing department. That should tell you something about what they care the most.

My father admitted to the hospital with pneumonia Diagnosis . When he came to the hospital by family car , he had fever and cough. He can talk and understand everything. After 5 days in the hospital , he got discharge to home , he still had fever still cough , unable to move by himself and can not talk like before he came to the hospital. Kaiser is a non profit hospital why they try to kick the patient out of the hospital while patient problem was not solve yet but it get worse than before he came to the hospital. 5 days at home he unable to breath we sent him back to the same place but now he need to intubate with same problem of pneumonia. 2 days in the hospital Dr wants to do tracheostomy and planning send him out of hospital to some place like nursing home ... I wonder did the dr treat his pneumonia completely . Why he hury try to open the hole at the neck and send him out. Very disappointed with the way treat my father like this. I need health department get involve in the way of Kaiser doesn't care about patient health I think they all care about their profits. Attention anyone thinking about joint into Kaiser health care you should think 10 times before you make a decision. Thanks

I was on online chat to talk to somebody about getting help getting some kind of dentures since my teeth are so bad. I was 31 in the queue when I started and it took over an hour to get to 4th in the Q and at that point the application signed me out! I'm not going to go through that again so I made an appointment for the 14th but I wanted to get something moving with my teeth as soon as possible.

Kaiser permanente Doctor won't return your calls. There is no direct number to the office. You have to call that 800 number and they leave a message to your primary doctor which I did. I called that number for the past 3 days just for a measly Doctors note for me to return to work. For me to do get one I had to write a complaint ! I am paying almost 600 bucks a month for my medical coverage and this is what type of service Kaiser permanente is giving ?If I could afford PPO I would change in a heartbeat . Kaiser used to be good back in the days. Now they treat patients as if we were livestock.

Got Covid 19 had really bad symptoms but I guess according to Kaiser not bad enough to get the antiviral medicine Even though I have underline conditions which the CDC say I qualify for the antiviral medicine. Did the calls with the doctors since they won't see you if you have covid and they said their only giving the antiviral medicine to people age 65 or older. Why have CDC regulations if Kaiser is not following them. It's been over two weeks now and still have Covid symptoms. So disappointed with their treatment. I feel like it's all about the money. The antiviral medicine can cost around $550.00 to $850.00.

Getting appointment has been terrible long waits for appointments for service and care when you do get it and follow up care very poor ever since Obama care kicked in it seems like they don't care they're under staff in nursing and in doctors

Kaiser is the worst hospital, I waited 5 hours for an emergency problem... please someone has to do something about this problem... this is not the first time as well... please someone help

Trying 3 long days to get in touch with my gyn Doctor just to get from her the name of a Doctor she had referred me to. Something as simple as that. I ain't hear from her yet. The only excuse that i will accept is that she is in a coma, out of the country or that she passed away.
I have been in so much pain. It ridiculous because i am paying for a service that i am not receiving.

Called in for female only technician for radiology and got nasty attitude by male technicians from 2 different facilities:Largo and Frederick (very rude). I have requested it when I made the appointment, twice. I drove for more than an hour because the rep said these are the 2 locations that have female technicians. It is patients' right to choose and these male technicians seemed to be offended by it and was very rude and demeaning in their words. Patients may have trauma and for whatever reasons these technicians are getting paid to help not to degrade patients. Kaiser services have been very good and this incident was just very disappointing and something has to change.

Quickly trained customer service reps that clearly don't have the answers
They don't have all the needed specialty doctors, especially for those involving breast cancer patients who need reconstruction or are having issues with such. No answers will be given when calling customer service

I'm at the Lincoln, California location picking up my dads medication. The circle jerk they have going on in the pharmacy is a total waste of time and extremely inconvenient just to pickup a couple prescriptions! You get to wait in a 45 minute line (if your lucky it's only 45 minutes) to "check in" only to be told its going to be another 45 minute wait and to go wait in another line for 45 minutes to actually pickup the meds...but wait, you don't actually get them just yet...you have to have a mandatory consult for medication someone has been taking for 30+ years even though I'm not the person!! Whoever put this ridiculous waste of time in effect needs help!! If you plan on visiting the pharmacy at this location, you better plan to be there at the very least two hours!! I'm sorry this is totally unacceptable and you would think a network as big as Kaiser would have a better more convenient way in place to pickup some medication!!!

This is regarding the terrible customer service by the staff at the walk-up COVID testing site on Normandie North. Rude, anxiety ridden staff that think that yelling at the patients is the only way to get the job done. I don't know what kind of people they deal with on a fly basis, but we are Not criminals. Check your attitudes and at the door when you clock in to work with the public.

Very bad services. Never able to see my own doctor, nor any doctors when needed. Phone appointment is also bad. Kaiser is going down hill badly. You have to wait for 4 hours for urgent when you are sick! That's very sad!

I don't get calls from doctors as told. I don't get returned calls. I don't get help from actual real doctors I've been asking. Have been asking help over year now to only keep playing same disappointingly routines nothing nothing and more nothing but aggravation. I pay a lot money every month for healthcare only have them tell you call 911 or local emergency if you need help putting healthcare away from them

Kaiser's Covid testing procedures in Georgia are a third world joke.
Whomever set it up needs to be changed after they sit in a drive thru testing site for 4 hours.
Has Kaiser not heard of working in overlapping shifts so there is continuous testing during the day?
And why should a person have to take my medical information on a sticky note while I wait in line? Hire a high school student to create an app!!!
Kaiser was behind from day 1 on Covid care.
It is 2021 and almost 2022.
Embarrassing! Sad. Shameful.

Medical staff are excellent, but customer support is HORRIBLE. I was told I had an MRI scheduled but turns out nobody sent it to radiology for "protocoling" (whatever that is), so far it's taken me over an hour and a half trying to get someone to help me with Kaiser's screwup, so I can have this medically necessary scan done before an (actually scheduled) MD appointment. Literally every single time something's gone wrong with my care (unfortunately always their error) it takes hours and hours just to get ahold of someone to sort it out. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Customer service representative was so rude and literally raised her voice at me and then hung up on me. I was honestly so shocked I've never been treated that way before over the phone.

My Endocrinologist is interested in me getting the Freestyle Continuous Glucose Monitoring system, which is a medical device. I would like to know about any out of pocket costs I might incur. The doctor and her office doesn't know and the pharmacy doesn't know. I called Member Servives and the phone rang for over 40 minutes. Nobody answered. I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to answer the online "Live Chat".

Registration at front urgent care acts like a fool with me and other patients treated me like I'm ignorant I told her I was triage by phone told to into acc she said this is urgent care we don't have cc. Want to check in she did the same to another party a couple she did not pass out the covid cards from 5:30 to 8:50 there were only four cards the lobby was full with folks check records for today she's allowed the germs to spread from patients to patients
The nurse stabbed the darn needle in me I screamed three times he said oh it's not the needle I said it never hurts like that I have great veins easy to see he said it's already in My daughter was also seen two hours early than me he poke her three separate times no blood he's poking people without regard where the veins are. Reconsider moving him. Another lady complaint at the front about him she left

I wonder why we must continue to pay Kaiser insurance monthly when there are no appointments available. They should be put out of business for failing to provide services in a timely manner. I went to the Kaiser website to try and make an appointment with any doctor or practitioner. ( I have a perhaps? cancerous spot on the end of my nose) that I would like to have looked at in person. I can't just schedule an appt. with a Dermatologist, I must first have a referral, I then try to make any sort of appt., virtual, phone, in person with any doctor or practitioner. This is the message I get as usual: No Appointments available. I have sent messages to my doctor via the Kaiser portal and it's been over a year now with no reply. Kaiser has also 'farmed out' Covid Vaccinations and Flu Vaccinations to everyone else this year. My husband and I received our Covid Vaccinations through Oregon Health Sciences drive through clinics and our boosters at Rite Aid and Orchid Health drive through, neither of us has had the opportunity to get a Flu Vaccine as Kaiser is limited with locations, and we really don't want to drive over 100 miles round trip to get a Flu shot. There service wasn't good before the pandemic and continues to be almost non existent now. I won't even get started about Kaiser Dental, it is also a farce.

No appointments with my doctor and it looks like there is no scheduling for other than one day next week, but not with my doctor. I just don't understand what is going on with making appointments. Wait times are horrible on the phone line.
