I just had a bad experience with kohl's at the customer service desk. Won't ever go back, no surprise why they are barely hanging on as a store.

Worst return policy and never get full refund even if you returned every thing you purchased. Don't buy anything online. I bought a bike for $196 and was awarded $30 cashback. I used that $30 bought a belt. When I returned everything, I never got full refund. I was charged for a $30 coupon. And that coupon has expiration date (in 30 days). Its operation likes a scam. Please never shop anything from Kohl.

I have never been able to pay my Kohl's charge online. It had autopay set up by a Khol's support member. All was fine until last month when a charge was not paid. I cannot get in touch with anyone without going through collections first and they will not transfer me until I pay the ALREADY paid charge..... why can I not speak with a support person??????

Shannon and Sarah at kohls , Carmel,in we're super helpful. Your problem is with your people when they call with a problem. Customer cannot understand the person, since English is Not his first language. Also, he does Not understand your system. Hire an American Company so customer can understand them and teach them your system. It was your store staff, Shannon & Sarah that was helpful, not who they had to call. We like Kohls and we shop your stores frequently. If it was not for your 2 store employees that could speak proper English and knew what they were doing, I would have left my purchases and stopped shopping at Kohls. Norman Mieritz p.s. I am from Milwaukee and have always liked kohls. You need to do much better at "Home Office"

Wife made a purchase on the 13th. using a credit card that lost the next day and I had put a stop on it. Kohls has tried at least four separate times to charge using that card and the bank rejects it every time. You would think they'd begin wondering why? Obviously not.
So, I've tried every way I can find to speak with someone who's intelligent enough to assist me in making sure they receive their money by using another card. No such luck. So, I'm just going to sit here till they finally come whining to me about their money. I always thought that Kohls was a high-end store, but now I'm thinking otherwise. Their customer service is nothing but a shadow.

Almost every time a Kohls order is placedthere isan error. NO
ot sure if outsourcing is the problem with languagebarrier or specific to the account involved,but w/o fail there is an error. Them you credit the account with a lossto you. Would it not be most cost-effectiveto get it right the firsttime? Thkyou.

If I could have selected ZERO STARS I would have! They don't deserve one.
I order 3 pairs of the same shoes for the men in my wedding party, and only received 2 of them. No big deal, but I called to have the missing pair sent to me and was told they no longer have the size I need. So I asked to speak with a supervisor to find a way to get me what I ordered, and was told they would call me in half and hour....I waiting a week and never heard back. At which point I called them back AGAIN. I was finally able to reach a supervisor. They told me they had the shoes I order available in a different size. So I asked them to go ahead and send me a size up from what I order. They then told me they couldn't do that unless I signed up for a kohl's credit card.....so they messed up my order. Couldn't replace my order and couldn't even send me a different size....now I have to take time out my busy schedule to go to a store to get a refund on the one they didn't send and return the others, because their customer service line could literally do NOTHING to help me resolve the issue they caused.....what the heck is a custom service line for if not to resolve issues like this....I will never be shopping at kohl's again, and I will not recommend them to anyone!

Doesn't stand behind lifetime warranty

I purchased a cookwear set, Bobby Flay brand, with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. The Teflon came off and a pan was replaced. After a few years the Teflon has came off a second pan. I called and was offered a 20% discount that I can easily obtain from simply signing up for emails. I explained I have a binding warranty that states that a pan of equal or greater value will be given for any type of defects. They told me the company was out of business and that was all they would be offering

I have a problem with Kohl's and have decided not to shop there anymore, either at the store or online. Over the last ten years I have bought many items at Kohls. Over the last few years, the quality of products has decreased significantly as well as how the supply of inventory online is managed. Once buying a product, Kohls bombards me with emails to review products that I've purchased. Any reviews that are positive, Kohl's publishes immediately, however, any reviews that have anything negative about the product Kohl's will NOT publish the review and I receive an email that says "Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about ------------. Unfortunately, the review didn't meet our review guidelines for one or more reasons.". INCREDIBLE!! Another thing I've had problems with multiple times online is that I order the item, I check out with no problems and my credit card is charged and then 2 days later, I get an email saying the item is out of stock. What is that all about?? Anyway, I'm done with Kohls. Their prices are high, the quality of their items has decreased and they won't accept any review that is negative about the product I purchased.

Clearly the positive comments are posted by the PR agency hired by Kohls for reputation remedy. Shameful, but expected from this awful company. Just look at all the websites and tv shows dedicated to Kohls deception.

I went to Kohl's to do some shopping. Wow! Wow! Wow!
Such a disappointment. The quality of their clothes is extremely poor. The selection of brands is non-existent. What happened????
Won't ever shop there again.
The store was sloppy with slacks just squished together.

Very upset with trying to exchange a coat for a larger size had to go to service desk three times called customer service they said should not be a problem this coat was a Christmas present we did not have sales receipt but tags were still on the coat all we wanted was a larger size and we're willing to pay any difference the clerks. Seemed confused the manager was nasty we did finally get the larger size paid the difference there's something wrong with the whole deal Leominster kohl's customer service. Not happy we like shopping kohls and have for years happy with service and prices but seriously thinking of shopping elsewhere we need to hear from someone at corporate customer service

I purchased a citizen watch from Kohl's online on the 28th of November 2021 they cancelled my order for whatever reasons with just a vague email below their regular promotional headlines.Given that I try to replace the order with one of there online agent just to come into contact with a complete pig "excuse" that don't understand what the job title of customer service agent means.
Hence active training is essential tool in equipping agents with necessary skills to understand customer behavior/grievance.
The management of Kohl's need to make it clear to online customer service agents without customers patronage they will not have a job.

Online order returns should be honored and return shipping label provided. After an hour on the phone, was provided a mailing address to write down. Claimed they couldn't email the address. Claimed the system can not generate a return shipping label. Spent over $500. The size medium did not fit true to size. No Kohls nearby hence the online order. Unacceptable hassle and lack of customer support.I will be paying for the return shipment to receive a refund for this $55 garment which does not fit as expected. Then shopping elsewhere for the longterm. I refuse to do business with a company who does not appreciate their customers and will not accommodate online shopping returns.

I am so upset. I just spent an hour on the phone trying to resolve an issue with my credit card. I talked to 3 different people,( English speaking but, not). No one could resolve my problem. There was obviously a communication gap. Somehow my account, that has been on autopay, ended up not on autopay for the last 2 months, and now I'm concerned it will show up on my credit. No one I talked to, had an answer on how that happened or what I could do to rectify the problem. The only advice was to tell me I need to sign up to autopay, all the while, I'm trying to explain, that my account was on autopay and something changed that. So frustrated. They said they could reverse the late fee charges, that was not my concern, a bad report on my credit is the issue.
Kohls, please hire people that can problem solve.
Also, your web site would not let me sign on and locked me out for 2 hours. It kept sending me pass codes that didn't work.?

I have shopped at Kohl's for many years and had a credit card. I was not using their credit card because I usually pay with another card. So the card was cancelled. No one notified me of this. The clerk said I could reapply for credit card. I did so with her. I received a notice from Kohls saying that they regretted they were "unable to open an account at this time". I was confused by the reasons. I have a very high credit rating and no debt. When I called customer service I found out that my salary was entered incorrectly in their database. I was told it could not be corrected with customer service but I would need to reapply again at the store. This error was not my fault and yet I'm the one who is being penalized for their error. So much for good customer service!

I was at kohl's Arvada 5 minutes a go . I was going to buy vacuum cleaner waiting on line at register. Waiting for long time 3 kohl's employees at one register standing . Only one was open. Even though they told me to go east side of the registers area. Hope you understand what I'm trying to say . I left without buying vacuum cleaner . Don't like this kind of service . Not happy at all

I'm so upset. I'm trying to put my order through all evening and it won't except it. It's the last day of the sale and I have a 30 % off coupon. I do all my shopping at Kohl's and now this.

Why didn't Kohl give their essential workers hazard pay? Their employees received nothing not even thanks or gratitude for remaining on the job. Many work only 30 or less hours per week. They make less than $ 250 before taxes. Why were they not able to receive unemployment? Now Kohls management is claiming to not have payroll for employees do they are scheduling even less hours for them. Managers get hours. Maybe managers should be doing all the work? This company cares less about their employees and the managers care even less. Everyone working here less than 30 hours should be receiving a portioned unemployment benefit or hazard pay.

Ii have been a loyal customer of Kohl's for over 25 years ...I am now a senior and unable to shop there any longer...which breaks my heart...I am severely handicapped with arthritis and I am unable to walk the length the the store...I am aware that you provide wheelchairs, however I don't have the strength in my arms to do so...I would hope you can get electric scooters as many stores of your size stores do..I would be willing to pay a small fee just to be able to shop there again...thank you Mrs.Barbara Quigley

I have cleaned at Kohl's for a few years now from 6-9pm and never got complained about, until covid 19 came along and the hours had changed to 4-8 then now they want us to work 4-9 in the evening, I have doctor slips saying I am only able to work 4 hours per shift due to having dilated cardiomyopthy, a heart murmur, and a leak in a heart valve. Now that I can not do the hours they want me to work they have been trying to get me fired and complain about any little thing. Who can I report this to. This is very unfair and I go up and beyond when I am at work. Everything I'm supposed to do always gets finished plus way extra things that I do to make sure the entire store is spotless before I leave my shift. Something needs to be done about this and my manager said he thinks I'm being treated this way because the Kohl's managers do not like him since he is new. This is ridiculous!

11/20/2017 Called Kohl's today to order bed sheets. My 1st question was "do you ship to Hawai'i?" and was told yes. I was so happy with the great service and price that I doubled my order. I miss a number for my charge card and said I'd have to call back. When I got the card I placed another call to Kohl's and asked that rep if they shipped to Hawai'i and again was told yes. They were wrong! By the time she had completed the order she then tells me (guess what) "they don't ship to Hawai'i. I got a run around after calling a 3rd time and asked for a supervisor. The person who answered that call had no reason why they don't ship to Hawai'i and kept repeating they don't ship to....... I wrote the main office an email telling them that we are the 50th state, we live in real houses and we drive cars and have real beds so why won't you mail to Hawai'i?
I don't think anyone should recommends Kohl's, think about Kohl's or tell friends on the mainland not to buy from them. Come on people, just one good reason why you won't ship to us. We know the postage will me more. You loose a sale and make the people here in Hawai'i feel like we don't count. Don't need my money, Good, I wouldn't buy anything from them if they changed and allowed shipping to Hawai'i.

How backwoods that I can't make a one time payment with my debit card, online, for my daughters account!! Her bank is in the process of a merge so her account is in limbo going through this(which then made this payment late). I had to go through an entirely needless nightmare to finally achieve this. Who in this day & age doesn't accept debit cards?!! After repeated ATTEMPTS on her online account, I felt like I was violated making an over the phone transaction....let alone the feeling of living in the 80's! This card is now in the shredder. Sad that customer service is in the past also.
