Terrible company. We got locked into a 5 year contract and were promised service calls, ink service, the works. It was like pulling teeth to get any sort of service on these machines and forget about trying to order ink. They would always be "short" or there were limits (we are a multi store company and had all bizhub printers in every store)
When we were close to the finish line, we paid for early termination, got the paperwork, sent off the machines and thought everything was finally done. They are still taking money from our account, sending us bills, and bouncing us around from person to person so they can keep stealing our money. We put a stop payment, so they upped the service amount to bypass it. We sent the machines back and they say they have no proof of it. Avoid them at ALL costs.

we had an issue with machine, engineer can out yesterday to fix, machine went down again with same issue at 9am reported it 4. 30mins later still waiting for engineer half day loss of production and staff waiting . this not acceptable since its an issue which looks like not being resolved yesterday.

I've tried calling your customer service multiple times and your system hangs up on me when I am 1 or 2 in the queue. We're at an AF base are unable to pay our bill due to a change in government requirements for cardholders. The customer service agent seems not to understand our predicament. We need a form 889. Do you not deal with any Federal Government customers?

Getting service from Konica Minolta Thailand for our US$4,600 Konica printer/copier was a horrible experience. When we signed our 4 year service contract with them they said they would visit us every month to service our equipment but this has not been the case. In 2022 they only visited us once or twice and in 2023 only once (now May) and that was after weeks of e-mails and calls to their service center. Five e-mails to Konica, Ms. Boutong K., were never replied to, phone calls were never returned and after the one service visit in 2023 to clean our printer, the printouts now have dots and missing lines all over the documents, and the documents are in bright yellow when printing in color. Overall very disappointed with Konica Thailand and will not use this company again and will switch to other printer suppliers with better customer service as the customer service at Konica Thailand is extremely poor. No one owns the issues or seem to care and problems remain unresolved, so for now we are using our Epson and Brother US$300 inkjet printers that are almost 10 years old with no service being done to them and with no issues!

Very Poor customer service when trying to order toners for our business. They keep sending me less than what i request and then when trying to get the rest of the order they send me too many.
Can anyone at konica actually count?

One of the worst companies I have dealt with in over twenty years. They drop the service contracts on our copiers and we can't get the issues resolved. Sales is useless and the branch manager promises to resolve issues but does not. Do not purchase a Konica copier if you can avoid it.

KMBS and All Covered.... The worst in the industry. Stay away from them. Between KMBS, All Covered, and DEX Imaging that purchased some of their warehouses in the North Carolina I would stay clear of their products and their sales people.... POOPOO to say it mildly.

The truckers is being treated unfair there's so much favoritism in that place where you have no peace of mind and nobody to turned too everybody used to get along and now everybody seem to be enemies because of that lady in the warehouse she needs to be exposed for her wrongdoings especially truckers who Depend on loads For survival i've been here through thick and thin meaning winter fall summer spring the Real bosses from KONICA Minolta need too look into This situation

Machine was fine but they lock you into contracts with lots of fine print expenses. Between the lease, separate printing costs and other fees it ends up being an expensive option. AVOID

Terrible customer service, lies and mis-information, dealt with 4 managers - all useless. Please do not use this company for anything you rely on - they just don't work well, break down, engineers don't know the product or how to fix it, deliver the printer and come 3 weeks later to train you how to use it !! - honestly the list of issues goes on and on .. you have been warned.

The service to even be able to access an agent is at least 1 hour wait, i have been waiting three businesse days for a service tech to come on site, who apparently forgot to come the day he acknoleged internally, the worse service for businesses to use would be Konica Minolta

We have tried for over 1 year to conclude our lease agreement and billing with Konica. They delayed getting us the lease termination paperwork, then did not fully inform us to contact another Konica agency to notify them. This lack of complete transparency has resulted in continued billing by Konica Minolta Business Solutions (a separate company apparently) who said THEY were not notified of our cancellation. There is NO customer service, NO effort to depart amicably, and NO regard for their reputation. They have wasted SO much of our valuable time and it has forced me to leave this comment. You should not have to BEG for customer service, consideration, and decency after the product is delivered....and upon termination of the contract. It is the contract that will NOT let you go !

I have been waiting 6 business days for service. Have called Konica Minolta multiple times, have been charged for the call and no technician has shown up, although he did call 4 days after the initial call to say he'd be here the next morning. Still waiting.
Konica Minolta has the WORST service. This is the reason I ALWAYS purchased Canon Copiers in my previous job

I purchased a Konica Minolta copier. in December 2019. The salesman Robert Waddell has not followed through on any questions and on getting the finished product installed.
I have 3 messages for the supervisor Brooke Turner and she has yet to call back. I would not recommend getting a konica minolta product from these people unless you are prepared to be frustrated and asked to do setup work over the phone, and not get call backs or service!!!!

Sent an email enquiring about contract end and renting of a later model printer, Nishal Samlall, avoids all calls, terrible service delivery, was not even informed that the contract ended in October 2018.

We procured Konica Minolta Bizhub model for our Organisation of 20 people at a price of 45000/-.From day 1 the printer had several issues & each time their service engineer would do some settings to temporary resolve it.Same story continued till 1 year but we had to buy spare parts since warranty was only 6 months.Then we opted for AMC in which they charged us for number of prints.At the end of each month we were charged approx Rs 3000/-.Hence total amount spent was Rs 36000/- for which they had no explanation.
This printer is definitely not worth buying.The support engineers are masters in replacing spares & charging customers.

Konica service person shows up to install updated firmware (not at our request), after which could no longer scan to PC's; Told its our problem, and we'd have to pay $160 per hour for them to look at the problem without any guarantee a solution. Manuals contain minimal troubleshooting info and next to useless. We have a basic uncomplicated LAN set up. One would think if they promise you a machine that scans, we would not have to hire an IT specialist to ensure it does what we were sold on.

I have the unfortunate opportunity to share that Konica Minolta is not a customer centric service and Nathan Shain and his Service Manager are incredibly unprofessional and disconnected. We have called Konica Minolta multiple times to remove our equipment and terminate our account and they have failed to listen. We have been told we now need to pay more money to remove equipment after we have met our terms of our agreement.
We have provided our notice to terminate and they are still trying to get more money from our organization. I would NOT engage in anyway with this organization. They lack the key fundamentals of good customer service and putting customers first. Ken the service manager was rude and inappropriate. I have had multiple conversations with Nathan Shain and he has put me off multiple times and telling me to call other numbers. Now they are trying to get us to own another year of lease because we didn't send a letter of intent, which was never explained.

Someone Came Out To Fix Our Printer And Broke It Even More Then When We Asked When Will He Back They Could Only Tell Me They Had Bookings Already And They Will Prioritize

If you are thinking of buying or leasing a Konica Minolta photocopier be very aware of the rip off charges poor service, they would not repair machine but still charge extortionate amounts on a useless machine, stay well away don't know how they get away with causing so much misery.

I have a technician here right now, who would not listen to what I was saying or asking. I would start to ask a question, he would interrupt and answer it incorrectly. When I would "try" to repeat my question, he would interrupt again answering with the same answer. He then called his manager and incorrectly represented me.

Following points to be queried about complain of konica colour printer

Model no.- C224
serial No. - A4FM041003547
1. company engineer check the machine at site on 03-08-2016 not capable to find cause and cannot satisfy the customer.

2. company engineer took the PCB board with himon the same date i.e. 03-08-2016.

3. After that queries has been made by telephone with number of customer persons (Anup , Vikash Yadav , Vikas , Anil etc) at telephone number 18004190277 not provide satisfactory answer.

4. This is not expected from such a renowned company that failure to satisfy customer and provide unsatisfactory service.

5. Customer is depressed due to service and product of this company as customer take money on interest to purchase this machine and machine is not so much used as it print total 12000 pages only.

hence customer expected your kindness in timely service and company behaviour.

Today's experience was good. The person on the phone did an excellent job. However, now I am at the mercy of the branch office (Stuart Maclean and Jason Carnaghi) and they are terrible at their jobs. So imagine I have accomplished nothing today. My score is reflective of my experience with the branch office and not so much with the national office.

We have had a Di5510 for 8 years. It has been very reliable as well as the maintenance service as well. Been very happy with them.

Our office is in New Jersey. We have a 5 yr old Bixhub C353. It still performs beautifully and reliably. We print about 45,000 pages per year. Service has been excellent. When we have a problem a tech is sometimes here the same day if we call very early. Otherwise the next day. Supplies do take a few days. Phone reps are responsive & pleasant, though you can wait a bit on hold.
