Krispy Kreme Customer Service

Krispy Kreme in Millenia got my order wrong over a year ago, which was the last time I went there and again this morning. I don't foresee me returning. So sad and frustrating. Ordered the St.Patrick's assortment and much to my disappointment when I opened the box in my meeting there was nothing but glazed!!!

The location located in Beaverton Oregon is 2.5 weeks behind paying one or more employees. They also let an employee go today who has a medical letter because she has had to miss work but they let her go today. They informed the gal they let go that she would not be paid five days which is against Oregon Employment Law. In Oregon you have 24 hours to get the employee who has been dismissed their final check. Also the employee who was let was told after she showed up for work on the telephone by the store manager Judy James. Cowardly way out on Ms James part. We also have witnesses where the evening manager threw ingredients on the floor on purpose and walked through it and than told the gal that was released to clean it up. Also the employee was held past the time she was scheduled off by 45 minutes and an hour another time. There are witnesses to this as well. We are reporting this to BOLI and have an attorney to represent for employment law.

Concerning concord mills location: visited at 9:30 pm onaugust 8. Ordered dozen glazed and dozen mixed, which included 2 raspberry filled. Problem is they were not filled with anything! Also visited this 3-4 months ago and had the same problem with the raspberry filled, which I was just a fluke! But here it happened again plus order was not exact as I wanted on the mixed dozen! What's the issue with this location?

I ordered on the morning and schedule to pick up at 5PM. When i coming to pick up my order, they said they HAVE TO CANCEL my order because they sold out. What happened???? Is the way they build the business?

Staff At Rancho Mirage Don't Listen Well. I Asked For A Chocolate Glazed And Get A Donut With Chocolate Frosting. Price Is Niw 2.59 For Extra Small Donut. Insulting To Customers. Do They Think We Are Stupid Energy To Pay That Much For Extremely Small Donut. When I Complained Agout Not Getting Correct Order She Argued With Me. Outrageous. I Am Done. There's Good Reason Why The Drive Thru And Parking Lot Is Usually Empty!

Went to the Thompson lane location in Nashville Tennessee on Saturday @ 5:00pm.. the lady at the drive through could not even carry on conversation..very slurred speach..I asked about a double dozen she had know idea what I was talking about,so I said I will take a dozen of hit glazed, she informed me the Hot light was not on!! I was like So I can't get warm glaze she was very rude and said NO you can't..I said well never-ending then. This was a first for me Krispy Kreme is my favorite doubts Ever!! I was in shock. I will never vist this location again which is like one of the only ones still open besides driving almost a hour to murfreesboro..so just want to let someone know how bad the customer service and professionalism I was shown at this location..lost a good customer...Terrible service..

My husband went to the Krispy Kreme on hall and Schoenherr. In Michigan. We had a coupon for any dozen donuts for 8.99. He asked the girl what ones we could not get. She said we could get any. My husband said how about cinnamon rolls? She said we could not get those. He decided to order 6 chocolate glazed and 6 chocolate kreme pie donuts. She said that was fine. We had 2 cars in front of us. It took at least 10 minutes. Finally we go to pay and she said the total was eleven dollars and something. My husband said I thought it was 8.99. She said there is a 30 cent up charge for each donut. She might have wanted to mention that when he made the order. We left without the donuts. We will not be running back anytime soon.

I came Krispy Kreme at 633 Evans St SW on May 10 I was in line for 25 min the hot light was on just to receive cold donut AND no receipt I turn around came back to get hot donut just to be told to get back in line for 25 more min just to be told we just give out of hot donut and the light was still on I ask to talk to a manger and he was not a people person at all

Why is it that every time I go to your store every thing that I asked for you don't have any more: sour cream doughnuts, devil food cake, coconut, white iced , and cinnamon. Just to name a few of the best ones you use to have available all the time. I can't even get an answer as to when are they available. What day or time of the week . Or you have just stopped making all together. Selection has definitely gone downhill.
These were your staple brands.
At least this is the case at your Savannah Hwy store in Charleston sc. personally I can go elsewhere and get these but I like your doughnuts. But the people working there don't seem to know anything about these products. Or just don't care.

the krispy kreme staff is very rude of greenville will never drive there again been asking them about peach cobble they had and very nasty answer about there peachcobble when asking them about it they been showing it on Television that why I called them want go or called them know more.

Several times we have stopped at the KK NMB location there were no glazed doughnuts. There are only chocolate glazed w sprinkles. Very disappointed when we drove 1 he to get them. We can't get them in our grocery store anymore only when we travel to the beach. Love KK...so disappointed!!

2 /12_2023 I drove all the way to Panama city for Valentine donuts at your Krispy Kreme store no valentine donuts.

I live in Dalton, Georgia and I was appalled to find out that our location no longer makes doughnuts and that they are delivered from Chattanooga, TN. Until they start making doughnuts at our location again, I will change my allegiance to Dunkin.

I stopped today only to be astonished at the discrepancy between the online posted pricing and the actual price at the register.
Online tge specialty donut price was shown as $1.09/$1.29 while the register I paid was$1.59/$1.79
So which is it?
I bright this to the attention of the manager and he could not explain but assured me he would notify corporate.
Either way, this is a ridiculous price for a single donut. Much less to have this description posted on mine and then be disappointing at the register.
Had I not had my mother with me and promised her a cuppa coffee and a doughnut I would've turned around and left.
I will no longer stop at Krispy Kreme doughnuts as your pricing has become outrageous.
I don't like the other competitors Dunkin' Donuts starting look a whole lot better already!
Corporate get your head out of your ass and straighten out your pricing.

Every time I try to get hot donuts from the Austin Texas Stassney Lane store in the evening, they tell me that the donuts are fresh but not hot.
At 5:20 pm they told me that the donuts were made at 11:00am.
The last two times I spoke with them there is no plan to make any hot donuts.
They apparently make too many at 11:00sm.

I am very disappointed that they do not plan or spread out the amount of donuts to have hot ones in the afternoon or evening.
This location needs to be inspected to see what is going on.

I purchased 4 donuts from your Troy michigan location 208 west fourteen mile road. The donuts were far from the fresh soft melt in your mouth I've grown accustomed to at your establishment. They were not warm nor were they soft and melt in your mouth delicious. Big disappointment!!!

Concord, CA 94520 location isn't open at 6:00 am It's 6:32 am and the store and drive through is still closed and blocked.
I literally drive 42 mikes to stop by this location every morning but honestly, my students deserve better.
The Staff is often Rude, often messing up simple orders or serving smashed products.
Please do some quality assurance before you lose more customers.

Cashier, bad attitude and unprofessional old lady ...Krispy Kreme Hillcrest Rd Mobile, Alabama

Went to the Krispy Kreme on Coors bypass because I thought I was going to spend extra money for warm, soft, freshly baked donuts. Instead I got cold and hard donuts, essentially wasted 16 bucks when I could have gotten surprisingly better donuts at Walmart for $7. I won't ever go back to Krispy Kreme again after that huge disappointment and waste of money.

We went to Krispy Kreme Doughnuts ordered a dozen custard filled, took them to car started eating one, it was dry and hard, all the doughnuts were hard, took them back inside store explained the problem, they said they were made fresh today, I said they are really hard and don't taste good, they called the manager he said I don't know what to tell you we made them fresh today, long story they offered me more doughnuts that were equally hard, this is the second time this has happened at this store, I will not visit again it's a shame good Krispy Kreme doughnuts are wonderful when fresh, these were hard and not tasty

I came to the krispy kream at hwy 6. The manager was arguing with the employees in front of customers and she was very rude to us. I would like for something to be done to that lady. She is not a good example for your store.

Attendant hanging out the window to take selfies with a customer and 5 minutes of idle BS conversation. Blew horn and finally cleared them out so I could my not so hot now doughnuts..

In the Baton Rouge location, they are slow. There is one worker with burgundy in her hair with a puff in her head who's skills with customer service isn't good sometimes. Her behavior can be ugly.

Need to go back out of business. Never have filled donuts.

Just a quick note to say how impressed we were with our service rep today. We visited you big store In Mohegan Sun, CT. I think our service person was named Holly, she's Young with dark hair.

This young lady was truly magnificent, so nice to customers and is a credit to your Organization. This girl needs to be recognized

The staff and service surpassed my expectations. The management (Mr. Jackson - Palmetto Bay location) was so generous that he sponsored 10 boxes of donuts for a free community event we were hosting. Not only were the staff kind, but my order was ready before I even arrived to the store. I will definitely be working with them again. Excellent job!

Middleburg hts ohio krispycremme staff rocks. I got the Halloween donuts, drac rasberry filled to die for. Frank white creme good.
You should make a ghost or wolfman custard filled. So fresh so tasty
