I have spent four plus hours over two days with their retarded phone help desk regarding a 3 month old garage door opener which has a bad sensor. They keep talking about short wire tests, and then want me to cut the wires from the sensor and do another short wire test to re-confirm. It is as if they want to keep you going around in circles so you give up - which is what I did. LiftMaster 1 - Loser User 0!!
I spent $30 of my own money to buy the goddamned sensors.
This will be my last LiftMaster
