We bought a 2020 Lincoln Aviator a few years back. It was a Lemon for leaking sunroof which was brought up during the purchase but we were given paperwork and reassurance the car was fixed through FORD.
Fast forward a few months and the car is leaking again.
We then brought the car to 3 separate Lincoln dealerships that are all several hours away from our home.
Here we are 6 separate occasions the dealership supposedly fixed the leak but it still leaks. We've Been without our car for almost 2.5 months now using a rental car that the screen, radio, and navigation doesn't work in. We have been most of the winter without our studded snow tires in a town at 4000ft so we get ice and snow daily.
Lincoln has been paying for the entire process which being under factory warranty they should but have not done anything else to help financially.
This has been such a headache for my family I'm absolutely disgusted with Lincoln.
Not to mention the disappointment with the so called concierge ur supposed to get when you buy an expensive car like that. 2.5 months, that is not concierge in any sort of way I don't care how you slice it.
I've tried to get em to buy it back, tried to trade it in, tried to get it lemon'd, and they won't do anything. When I get it back, if I get it back, it'll be out of warranty and it'll be my problem for the next leak that we know will happen...
The only company that tried to help is GMC.. They offered us to buy a new Yukob Denali and they would wait for our car to be fixed by Lincoln so we could get outta this mess.
Lincoln wouldn't even do that.
We buy new cars every 2 or v3 years and I can tell you I'll never buy a Lincoln or ford every again. I own 6 Ford trucks for my buisness and I'm selling all of them when it's time.
I'm gonna tell this story to every person that'll listen.
Lincoln failed me in every way possible and continue to do so daily.
I've supported them for years and this is the support I get when I need it.

2022 Lincoln Corsair. Minor accident. mechanic cannot find one of the parts to fix the car.absolutely none in there system car is unusable until it is fixed. Called customer service I got a complete runaround 4 different representatives. No help vehicle has 3,000. Miles on it . 5 weeks in the shop waiting. Part is unavailable. Last Lincoln I'll every buy 50,000. Dallar education. This car is still in production and I can't get parts!!! Not happy

The worst vehicle I never ever recommend Lincoln if you want to waste your money and times so go ahead and buy this vehicle. I have bad experiences in one year I took my car to the dealer more than 6 times for check engine on, different problems with specially with catalytic converter, this is the second times that they are going to replace it. The service department are not helpful they are trying to waste your time. Please don't go with Lincoln.

My recent purchase of a Black Label Aviator has been in service for an extended period, now at ten months, due to a shortage of a safety recall part. This situation has resulted in several challenges for me:
• Being without a vehicle for such a lengthy duration, with no resolution in sight.
• Incurred financial burdens including rental expenses, ongoing insurance premiums, and the depreciation of my vehicle as it remains idle in a service center.
• Additionally, I've experienced significant emotional stress due to the constant, yet unproductive, efforts to seek updates.
The executive management's idea of a generous resolution was to offer a $2000 discount on the purchase of a new vehicle.
This certainly puts into perspective what it means to be part of the "Lincoln Family" and to experience the "Lincoln Experience."

Future Ford Lincoln of Concord is Black Label. They seem to have bad customer service. They don't answer phone or return calls for service appointments. They did not have our Aviator cleaned last time we serviced it. They did not have our loaner car available last time we needed it. We had to go to a rental service across town to pick up a car. When you pay for Black Label it seems we would get better customer service.

2018 Lincoln Navigator with 65,000 miles has been in dealership for 4 of the last 6 months and they still have not fixed the issue. The car turns off with no warning and sometimes loses power when accelerating. Lincoln is aware and has done nothing to remedy the issue. I will never buy a Lincoln again.

In this year alone, I purchased 2 navigation updates. The 2nd update was because the first update wasn't working properly. Still, having to purchase a 2nd update, in such a short time, is wrong. Now, in traveling to an hotel in Durham NC, the navigation took me all over the place, 5 miles from the hotel. It had us making more turns than you can imagine. When I reset the site, it continued to go all around and not in the correct direction. The address was on ELF St.in Durham. It is directly across from Duke hospital. It has convinced me that Lincoln cannot be relied on and this will have to be My last Lincoln

They talk like they can help you but alas no. 3 weeks out on a needed service for transmission is best we could find. And of course that is after we thought we had an appointment today but was called and told that it would just sit there for 3 weeks until the transmission department could look at it. So a warranty item on a car they feel I should not drive with this error code and no loaner or rental car. All they offered were more dealerships for me to call to try to find a sooner service time and a referral to buy another Lincoln that I would not be able to get service on. I am quite disappointed in Lincoln. This was my second Lincoln to own but now I am quite disappointed I went there again. I have only had this card 6 months. Beware of the Lincoln Mkt. They will not stand behind it.

So just bought a 2020 Lincoln Corsair used.
Unbelievable it does not have a CD player
Garbage about they are a thing of the past talking about music
So we get CDs from the library when we go on a long trip.
Unbelievable a Lincoln at that price and back to a 1950 car offering
Can you believe it Lincoln and they saved $10 by not having a cd player
Very disappointed in Lincoln and Ford

Black label service so far does not deliver on what we paid for. You can expect a dealer to not have a loaner car for use, you can expect to not receive your free car wash and yearly detail as they are understaffed. So far have tried 4 Black label dealerships with the same results.

Need someone to explain to me why this in happing with customer care.
Had an accident and my Lincoln Corsair was damaged and needed repairs on the body work. So this happened on July 5th, went to DOAN FORD/LINCOLN on July 7th to set up a appointment to arrange for repair.
This dealership is located in Belmont County Ohio. 3 months before it can be repaired on October 10th that did not sit well so I went to Jim Robinson FORD/LINCOLN IN TriDelphia West Virginia to see if they could get it done sooner, but nope October 2nd was,the earliest appointment they had. Now questioning why I bought the Lincoln. 2nd one I have purchased and not sure if I will buy another at this point.
Doan Ford is closer to me than Jim Robinson Ford Lincoln So have to stick with closet dealer. I have called Doan Ford and it's Collison shop every two week's to see if someone has canceled there car repair but nope. Seems like to me I am not worn a darn to them. Well not a happy camper. Bud Light thought they had control ask them how its working out. Don't feel I went get any answers, other than Covid-19 related problem .
Would like to hear from someone , but don't think that will happen

Lincoln is the worst car brand to deal with. I have a Lincoln MKC 2019. And there's a problem where the coolant leaks into the engine and mixes with the oil and blows the head gasket so I had to pay to get a new engine. I mean, Lincoln did help after I fought with them to nail and then after that. The transmission got messed up. I don't know what they did so then. It was promised by Lincoln that they would help text. Dad except now the girl Berta who I deal with went back on her word because the transmission was on backward or she decided she's no longer helping me period I am stuck with a car that has a faulty transmission and if anything happens who's liable. ?

I have a 2019 Lincoln MKC. And there's been nothing but problems. The transmission was rebuilt, and now I'm waiting for a new transmission. The engine there's a problem with on the dismodel and year, so it'll replace the engine. Now, I'm waiting for the transmission to be fixed again. And the dealer I took it to the infinity of Coconut Creek on sample road. In Margate, Florida told me he would take care of it. Now hes going back on his word. And it's trying to sell me a car for more than it's worth period when I was having the engine replaced. Lincoln said it would contribute money to it and the dealer. Try to rip me off by $4000. But it's a good thing. I question it and then it went down to $2000 instead of $6000 period I don't know what's going on with this Lincoln but quite a few of them have closed down and I can see why period I do not know what to do because now I am stuck with a car with a faulty transmission. HELP

We bought a 2020 lincoln aviator.first LOVED the vehicle.I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A PART FOR A YEAR.YES YOU HEARD IT RIGHT A YEAR!!!! Local dealership hertrich lincoln service rep Chaz told me to take it to another dealer might have better luck.never have i been treated this way.a year ago told me they fixed my aviator brought it back.1 hour later i drove it,not fixed.called them right away no answer.next day i was told the 1 mechanic that is certified to work on my vehicle put original part back on and said it was fixed.no one told me Original part was put back on.wrong part came in so that is what there certified mechanic decided.OMG.DONT BUY A LINCOLN.SERVICE IS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.WILL NEVER BUY A LINCOLN AGAIN.oh forgot to mention i called lincoln directly nothing.

I own a Lincoln MKC 2017 and an issue that can cause a fire has been identified thus generating news of a recall. I called the dealership & their response if that they cannot repair it at this time and I am to park the car away from buildings. This is unacceptable! Park it outside so it can be stolen? So I am to wait & see if the car catches fire?

I am looking for an email I sent in regards to a trust child custody case and I cannot find it anywhere and it is in regards to a huge entity and I voiced my opinion and it became a very different situation placed on a court custody document and I need the email apparently now so I am trying to figure out how to get that and I apologize for the verbiage the language whatever but these are human beings that use your account and are very much not voicingMy opinions now and I am at a loss for words because I cannot find the email anywhere and it is not at all what I said or what was the boys or what was even discussed and I am disgusted and totally thrown off by the fact that it is in a court order document that somebody would lie like this I am floored like genuinely I am floored

Here is an email to the Lincoln company that I sent regarding the faulty engine they put in my car knowing that it was going to fail and the service I received while trying to get it fixed which is still does not run properly:


I appreciate your response but feel that while the issues I have had with my car regarding the warranty, the rental car payments, the delays in finding the parts have all been my burden and the excuse that I keep hearing is that there are no parts. Do you realize that the issues I have had with the car started last summer and when I first contacted Lincoln Astro in Florida, I was told it would be 5 weeks before they could get my car in. The car was running so poorly that I decided to take it to a local repair shop where they read the check engine codes and they showed a spark plug needed to be replaced and also the coil was bad. I had them replace all 4 spark plugs and also a new coil and was charged over $300.00 only to learn the next day that the codes where due to anti freeze going into the cylinders so I just wasted $300.00 and then had to call Lincoln again and again had to wait 5 weeks. The car started running so bad that I was afraid to drive it so it sat for one month before I was able to get in into the dealership to have them confirm that it was the engine that needed to be replaced and that was happening to a lot of the Lincolns and other Ford models with this type of engine and that Ford knew this could happen before they put the engine in the cars and eventually changed the design. The car sat for months waiting on the new engine while the burden of leasing a rental car week after week was put on me. The service that I received during this whole process was unacceptable and the only thing that got me through it was knowing that I would have my car back with a new engine and no more issues.



When I picked the car up, the service technician told me that the brakes may seem a little strange as it has been sitting for a couple of months but it would go away, which it did. He also told me that it will idle rough for a while but that would also go away, which it did not.



After a month, I called Lincoln Astro in Pensacola and told them the idle was still rough and was that normal and they said no and to bring it in. I did relocate to Beaverton Oregon so I could not return the car to Florida but that is when I called you and you told me that I could take the car to any Lincoln or Ford dealership and they would treat me the same way and you gave me the number for the local Ford dealership in Beaverton which I called an made an appointment. When I took the car in, the service tech was rude and condescending to me. He first told me that if there is anything wrong with the car because of what the Florida dealership did, they would not cover it and I would have to pay, then he told me that he is not a Lincoln dealership and they would not give me a rental car so I would be on my own. I had him why I would need a rental and he explained that there is no check engine light on and they have no idea what is wrong with the car and it could take a couple of days to TRY to figure out what was wrong and who's fault it was, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He started to write it up and told me I would have to pay over $200.00 just to leave the car there and did I need a ride back to work. I told him that I was going to call Lincoln and see what they could do and he said that's probably a good idea and he gave me the number of the Portland Lincoln dealership.

I've got a Lincoln Navigator, took it to the dealership to get it fix d for a blown tail light . Cost of one tail light $1100 plus $250 labor . Couldn't find it anywhere online to replace it myself . It's been at the dealership for over a month and I half . I've spent over $1500 in rentals And Uber. Did not call when I left multiple voicemails...They keep telling me they are releasing 100 taillights at a time and they don't have an ETA . After multiple phone calls to the "concierge service" , dealership , dealership manager I finally received a text saying my car is done. So all in all I've spent over $3000 for one tail light. I've asked the dealership, concierge service to reimburse me for either the light or my expenses. They have declined. This has been my 3rd Lincoln and the last .

Lincoln has poor design and numerous complaints against water pump. It goes out and due to Lincoln placing it under the engine it costs many thousands to fix. The part is not expensive but due to a mechanic having to remove the engine and adjust timing belt it turns into a nightmare. I bought my 2016 Lincoln mkx used in 2019 and put only a few thousand in it and now the water pump is leaking. Lincoln's engine will be destroyed from this if I do t it replace the water pump. The water pump repair estimate was just under $5000. Lincoln should recall this and fix the problem for consumers. This is negligent of them to not. Anyone who has had this also happen should create a case with Lincoln. I phoned today 18005214140 and started a case. The representative said that Lincoln can recall and reimburse for (past and present) complaints if enough consumers officially complain to Lincoln about this water pump placement issue. So please do so we all can get this reimbursement, and repair done

Everyone, please do not buy a Lincoln. I am currently leasing a Lincoln and the passenger seat continued to move on its own. I went to Lincoln to have it fixed and they charged me 600 dollars as they said it was over the 50,000 warranty limit and not covered. So, be careful if you lease a vehicle as they do not stand behind their vehicles or get things fixed while under the 50,000 mile limit.

Lincoln Concierge is the worst automotive customer I've ever dealt with regarding my vehicle. I went through their so-called review committee 3 times regarding the repurchase of 2017 Lincoln MKC which was in the dealership for major repair repeatedly. It was spent time at the dealership for repairs and awaiting parts for the repairs than I had it in my possession to drive. After having it a year the engine had to be replaced, then the rear lighting system went out less than a year after the engine replacement, then the following year the transmission had to be replaced. Each time Lincoln Concierge refused to repurchase the vehicle (I have names of representatives too). The final time of denying me to repurchase the car, which was clearly a lemon I discovered the car was not even valued at what I was still paying on it. After finally receiving a call from a dealership who purchased the car back for less than I owed resulting in my taking out a loan for the difference so that I would not have to roll the difference over into the payments of a new vehicle, I received a call from Lincoln Concierge less than a month after purchasing a new car advising they are contacting me to complete the paperwork to repurchase my vehicle. Then tell me since the car is sold they wont reimburse me for the loan I had to take out to pay for the difference of the lemon that I had. I will never purchase another Lincoln product and probably not another Ford vehicle again. Worst experience ever and very costly experience. It is quite clear now why they constantly harass you at their dealerships to purchase an extended warranty. Even when you purchase it you still pay a deductible for repairs. SHAME!

Never buy a Lincoln. I've now been waiting for 6 days for them to send a tow truck out for the Lincoln roadside assistance. What a joke. I was even told at one point to get my own tow truck and submit my bill to Lincoln. Good one. Pretty sure I'd never see that money again. Don't waste your money buy a car from Lincoln.

My wife has a 2013 Lincoln MKZ and the oil light came on. We was told to take it to a ford dealer. We took it there and after about an hour of driving the light came on again. We took it back and was told that it needs another engine. The car has an extended warranty and they authorized the work. That was almost 3 weeks ago and we been getting stories such as the engine is on backorder and there is not much communication as to when one will be available. We were just told that the part is not made any longer. We need to know when will this vehicle be ready.

Love my Lincoln MKX that I bought in 2016. Thinking about another, but how can I if they are going to build the 2024 Nautilus in China. Chances are good that a substantial part of that car would be built by slave labor. What is Ford thinking?

My first maintenance was a great experience. I decided to wait for the vehicle, so I came in at 7am. Quickly greeted by the service advisor. Went to customer waiting area. Tire rotation and oil change on the Aviator. Upon leaving I was able to talk and thank the technician for performing the maintenance.

Tonight I picked up my new MKZ.....The product sells it self..it's the service that was a bonus....North Florida Lincoln was wonderful......They went beyond our expectations in getting the color we wanted,in the time frame we needed...made us feel like we were royalty and really are important.

After waiting over 2 hrs for a tow truck to arrive and getting to the dealership after closing,I would have been without transportation over 3hrs from home,luckily I had a grand daughter living near by.All we recieved from Lincoln roadside assistance was so sorry.Totally unacceptable service.Very,very disappointed in service.This complaint is for roadside service ONLY.Dealership gave us outstanding service.Date 3/11/15,time 5p.m in Dayton,Ohio area.Thank you.

napilton park ridge il lincoln dealership is the best this is the 3rd ca we purchased with this dealership. Bruno the manager recently help us out with a problem we had with our rims on our mks. they we helpful, took our concerns to heart and fix the problem and now we our very satisfied with the results. My husband is very happy, their service and kindness is unsupasted. thanks Bruno for your help. Ron Girard
