Need make complaint on store employee Yana its 9:51 i ordered 4 pizzas online at 9:02 i come in on schedule time at 9:45 to pick it up and she says 10 more mins but wont give discount! I feel i deserve a discount after waiting an hour for 4 CLASSIC PIZZAS

We waited 3 hours for our Pizza delivery order.

Your store in independence Missouri is not good they treated me different because of my race and fired me because I was not walking to work in -9 degree weather on a snowing day I was treated poorly and not respected

I just want to thank you. I had been so tired of fast food restaurants bad service, and incorrect orders before. But after my last visit to a Little Caesar's in Chickasaw, AL, push me into action...I now buy some frozen pizzas at Sam's club. If I want a pizza, I go to my freezer, great service, positive attitude and much cheaper. Thank you for your horrible customer service, it has saved me so much money, sanity and gas. Goodbye forever.

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been to! I stood in there for an hour and a half waiting on 4 pizzas 2 cheese 2 pepperoni for my daughters school. There was several people there also waiting one guy was there for another school and ordered them yesterday and he still stood there for 2 hours!! The guy ended up wanting his money back and had to wait 20 mins to get that! They were moving so slow like they didn't care that we were waiting for pizza for these kids.... Little Caesars in Ripley MS has the absolute worst service or employment ever. They don't have have not 1 pair of gloves in the whole store in the bathroom had mess all over the walls blood smeared on the walls and they didn't care. It should be shut down it's not clean

I went into the Little Caesars on Ehrlich Rd in Tampa around 3:45 pm. I called several times when I left my house so the order could be ready when I got there. Nobody ever answered the phone. I spoke to the gentleman at the counter and he said, "if it is busy, we don't answer the phones and also people call and order large orders and don't come to pick them up. He told me if I want to place an order than I need to use the app." This is totally unprofessional. I haven't been here in 2 years because of this same garbage. Very poor customer service. Had my husband not wanted this pizza, I would have never come here. The gentleman's name was Quishawn. Poor way to run a business.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, crazy combo bread sticks & sauce plus 2 buttery garlic dips and it only takes about 7 mins for me to get home from there and when I got home, I did not have my 2 buttery garlic dips and the pizza and bread sticks were both cold. And I mean they weren't even considered as warm. They were room temperature. So the bread sticks I ordered I couldn't eat because I did not have my dip and the pizza was so cold that I didn't eat that either cuz it would have had to be heated up and hell that's just like heating up leftovers.I am very disappointed

Little Caesar on Mt Carmel Tabasco Road & Clough Pike has a owner (what employee said) who sells drugs out of the trunk of his car.

Worst service ever!! It took a total of an hour just to get two pizzas and one order of crazy bread. I was told it would be a ten minute wait and then proceeded to wait another thirty. They cooked my pizzas and forgot about me, gave my crazy bread to another customer, and had to cook more while my pizzas sat on the countertop. Pizzas were cold, bread was hot, but they didn't even want to acknowledge me to give me the marinara sauce for them. I have never received such awful service from anywhere before and for so called "hot & ready" this is absurd. I will not be returning to the Eden, NC location again.

I've been going to the Wytheville store forever Then they started asking for a tip Which I declined Now I have to run my card myself I'm disabled I asked for help and he just stands there The nerve to expect a tip for handing me a box Don't you pay your employees an hourly wage to do the job which includes cooking. I ordered a stuffed crust and bread sticks delivered I got bread sticks and a flimsy pe pizza.and it looked old and we're both cold but regardless it wasn't what I ordered.i called the store on mcgrady drive they said they would fix it hours later I got nothing I called the 800 number for delivery issues they gave me 10 percent discount on my bill which still had me paying more for than I would have if I ordered the cheap pizza to began with.then I talked to store on messenger i guess because they didn't like me talking on there post well to say the least they don't try to correct the problem either so I'm stuck with a cold card board pizza I didn't want or order

do not go to Little Caesars in Lexington North Carolina. I went there to get eight pizzas and two orders of breadsticks which was over $60. I have $100 bill with me on Saturday and they won't take $100 bill so then I go next door break 100 by something I don't even need and they give me a sissy. Well guess what they don't take 50s either nowhere on their website does it say that they do not take $100 bills or $50 Bills, she said they don't take hundred dollar bills or $50 bills because they're afraid they'll get robbed well does the idiot not think that 520s make $100 what does it matter if it's in one bill or five then I asked for the man's name that refused to take my hundred or my 50 and he laughed and said I do not have to give you my name so I ask for a manager. She comes over there and won't give me her name either, so I'm calling you guys to let you know what kind of people that you have working for you that took my pizzas out of the oven and slammed them down on the counter while he was laughing, that is so disrespectful so therefore Hannah not needed these pizzas for a birthday party I would've told them to stick them where they don't need to stick them because I am infuriated and I do not appreciate being treated that way so there you go I will never ever do business with little Caesars and I will tell everybody I know in Lexington, North Carolina what kind of people do you have working for you?

I just went into a little Caesars in Oakdale, Ca. Ready to order two pizzas, garlic bread sticks and was thinking about adding the chicken. As we just got done working and were really hungry.

The attendant said we only have pepperoni pizza nothing else. I questioned her "as to why since they didn't actually close until 9:30. Her answer was, were closing soon.

I have been at Carl's Jr, jack in the box, McDonalds and even a Starbucks, where the employees. Lock the doors with lame excuses. Even though online says they are open.
I started calling the owners who were not aware of what was going on. Having owned my own business I know how important sales and customer service is. They certainly should have taken the order. It only takes a few minutes to throw a pizza in.

Went to little ceasers in cuyAahoga falls Ohio on state Rd 44221 the night before and got a pizza and crazy bread. Now my kids obviously eat before I do so by the time I sat down to eat and my first I bite there was a black hair now I'm blonde n so are my kids, n it was inside the cheese under a pepperoni. I about threw up n lost my appetite. I called the store and they told me to bring it back n so I did the very next day. This Brittany supposed manager with the horrible customer service training had the Audacity to tell me because I didn't have the entire pizza WHAT THE FU** KINDA BULLS*** IS THIS. BECAUSE I ATE MY PIZZA LAST N THERE WAS STILL A HALF OF PIZZA LEFT N BECAUSE IT WASNT FULL N ONLY HALF I CANT GET A REPLACEMENT. WOW IM SORRY I DIDNT CHOOSE TO PICK UP THE HAIRY PIZZA FIRST I CANT GET A REPLACEMENT N ON TOP OF IT GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE N ROLL YOUR EYES AT ME. UNBELIEVABLE APSOLUTLEY UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST.

On 6/15/23 I stopped by and purchased a hot and ready pizza located in Bentonville Arkansas, as usual the pizza was good. I had asked for a pack of hot peppers for the pizza. To my suprise the attendant stated that you will have to buy the pack of hot peppers extra.
Is This For Real?
I am now wondering if times has become so bad that if I go into a restaurant for breakfast will I have to pay for each shake of salt out of the salt shaker for my eggs.
Is this a sign that Little Ceasars might be going downhill.

I canceled my order in the store. There was a guy reaching his hand into his pants, It looked like to adjust his underwear in the back, and then making the pizzas. I was mortified so I told them I didn't want the pizzas anymore and to please cancel my order. They said they would cancel it and I would get a refund. I've never gotten a refund. I've called the store 20 times and it always just rings and rings. I've called customer service three times and even left a message with a customer service supervisor. It's been almost 2 months and I still don't have a refund. I used to like Little Caesars but I will never go back! Their pizzas aren't hot and ready anymore. When you place an order online it's never ready when it's supposed to be. Customer service is terrible and the owners of the locations near us act like they just don't care.

We are 74 years old. The pizza is great. The service is the worst we have ever witnessed. They could not have been more unfriendly and that is every time we get a pizza there and we get pizzas there frequently. Semmes Al store in Walmart shopping center on Hwy 98. One example, locked door on us and we had to walk up to drive up window.\

On May 26th I ordered the lunch combo from the location in Cordele Ga 31015. The pizza had mold on it. When I called to report it, I was told the manager was too busy to talk with me & that is wasn't mold but something that happens with the mixer about every ten batches. I was offered a new pizza. But no thank you.

My 4-year-old and I had it all planned out pick up some pizza from Little Caesars and make us a pizza party we were both excited went through the drive-thru and was told that it would take 15 minutes for my pizza no problem we can park and walk to go get are snacks for a pizza party we're going to have today 30 minutes later I walk inside and ask about our order a lady who refused to give me her name told me that they were being cooked I said well how long do they take just leaving the doctor's office myself I told her that I would wait back in my truck for them to come outside and bring it to me about 45 minutes later the lady comes back with one pizza when I ordered two I go back inside and I say never mind just give me my money back this is not supposed to take this long my four-year-old is getting very fussy crying I asked to speak with the manager no one ever came to speak with me nor was I given any contact numbers I did not get my pizza nor did I get my refund I walked out of their crying because I really wanted to go off at these people but I couldn't because of my son they did not care about him he was crying for food they didn't try to help me I waited all together about an hour and 20 minutes for food a phone number someone's name and got nothing my son could not understand why he did not have his pizza and decided to go to Peter Piper's I am thinking of taking this to a lawyer. It really sadded me Little Caesar was my son's favorite pizza place it was something that I could still afford I will never step back in there again the way I was treated today in front of my four-year-old and if anyone can tell me where I need to call the location was General McMullen and Castroville Road San Antonio Texas

I called the little Cesar's in our town, Mountain city Tennessee 37683, at approximately 9:50 pm- they close at 10pm. I asked to place an order for a thin crust pizza and was quickly informed they do not take special orders after 9:30. I replied I understood and would be at their location within minutes as I live within 5 minutes of the store. I did not go through the Drive-through instead went into the store. I requested a cheese pizza and crazy bread and was informed they had "nothing left" but a (one) crazy bread. I pointed to the SIX (6) pizzas that were in the warmer, to which I was then informed those were "for orders that had been placed?!" orders that were placed? How is that possible if they take "no orders after 930?" However, at this point they were closing in two minutes and there were no other customers inside the store, besides myself, and one car in the drive-through. I stated that with them closing and those orders obviously not having been picked up, would I not be able to get one of those and then possibly they make another one? They replied that they were out of everything including dough. I spoke with the young lady at the counter, whose name was Destiny, and asked to speak to the manager and she responded she infact was the manager. I then asked if they were closing how these orders were supposed to be picked up? When they could not give me an answer, I requested to just have the crazy bread totaled up, paid for that- then asked if there was a corporate number they could give me. She replied that there was not. As I exited the store and got into my vehicle, they locked the door behind me, and had no one (no other customers) in the drive-through, which was further confusing, as I did not understand where the pizzas in the warmer were supposed to have been ordered , as they do not deliver. Needless to say, this experience was beyond unprofessional, and was extremely frustrated not only being disappointed with the lack of availability, but also extremely poor customer service.

Let me just say that Latoya Spillman at 5632 Maccorkle Ave, Charleston WV Store number 183001 is the best mgr ever! Don't have many issues but she fixes anything that's not right! Food is delicious, she's super friendly, always a wonderful experience with her!

The store manager is tell employees to get off her f**king clock and her f***king store you don't talk to employees that way. And her mouth of cussing is out of this world.

The store that I visited was very well cleaned nice management and also cashier lisa went above and beyond for us today we will be returning to this location

Tonight I was at the store in Dillsburg Pa. The manager name was Sammy. There were only two employees working (shame on corporate). Sammy was instructing her fellow employee on keeping the store clean and also cleaning while she was talking. I saw her wash her hands correctly several times and continued to explain how it is important to keep the store clean and organized. I simply watched her work and thought how lucky you are to have an employee so concerned about quality and cleanliness. I do not know the pay structure within your company, but I do hope you reward people like Sammy.

I love the deep deep pizza and they're working so hard through the epidemic. They should get a raise. James the manager is keeping up with everything expertly.

I just want to take the time to say thank you to Ms. Denesha Tawans, a hard-working employee with great customer service who works at Little the Caesars on Augusta highway in Lexington South Carolina. Although I placed a special order close to closing time she still treated me with respect instead of a burden and my pizza was one of the best I ever had,I and returned the next day for another one.Thank you again Ms.Tawana and she's a great access to this company.

I live by Shallotte North Carolina the store here on Main Street is fantastic. I've been here many times and will continue to go here. My order has always been right great customer service some of the friendliest people you care to meet. I am really pleased with the food and the service here. We had the opportunity to visit your Little Ceasars in Norwood Oh. Just wanted to compliment on how awesome your representative by the name of Loretta was. Even though it was extremely busy she greeted us with a smile and was very polite and the food was hot and tasted awesome. So I'm coming out of Walmart and call to have a pizza ready. Little Caesars on Oracle in Tucson, Az was on my way home. The phone rings, rings and rings. Finally someone picks up. Expecting to hear a grumpy employee answers this guy with the most cheerful voice saying Little Ceaser, I'm so sorry you had to wait so no hold tell me what you'd like. I ordered the deep dish cause I wanted to try it. Any special items to add. Matter of fact I want alot of sauce. Ok,give me a min. I usually make the pizza so the register is new to me. I use to get pan at pizza hut but it changed and I don't like it. Yes,its sad when a company takes away something you like so I'm going to make your pizza myself. I asked his name. He said Michael. When I arrived I asked for this Michael and he came from around the corner with a box and proud look. My pizza was perfect but honestly I don't know what I enjoyed more, the pizza or this kids attitude.

Angie is a very polite lady. She is always smiling and always in a good mode. She is always trying to get me to buy more food and I have even heard her with other guess that come in to get their order. All of the Little Caesars need to have note people like her. I wanted to let you guys know about an employee that you have in the Dahlonega, GA location. I believe his name is Jonathon. His customer service is exceptional. I came in late one evening after running my kids around for various ball practices. He opened the box for me to see the pizza before I left and he noticed before I did that the pizza was slightly burned. He was very apologetic and quickly got me abother pizza without hesitation. I didn't have to say anything. He was quick, efficient, and very polite. Just the smile and anticipation of his customer's needs was something I haven't seen at this location. We grab a pizza here at least twice a week because of the value and ease. This kid is great!

I went to Little Ceasers 5417 Reisterstown Rd Baltimore the service was horrible it took 30 minutes for my call in order it wasn't ready when i got there because they never put the order in the cashier was terrible this is my ticket number i have been going there since it opened and u have never experienced this please make improvements or hire new staff. The general manager at the little Caesars store in borger tx is very unprofessional and needs to go.She does not treat her employees equally or put in the work it takes to be a gm. It is not okay to leave your team of mainly minors by them selves with no type of management while you leave the store but stay on the clock so in a case where they might need someone with higher power they have no one. She also has a tendency of randomly firing people without letting them know she just takes them off the schedule and says nothing about it. Not only that but she also keeps her five year old in the office all day while she is working.

My daughter works in the Altamonte Springs, Florida store. It is currently over 90 degrees outside. The AC has been out for two days and they have teenagers working in extreme heat without breaks, where the thermostat says it's over 103 degrees inside the store. They even had to turn off the lights in the lobby to cool off at night. While fans are going and the owner of this branch, for some reason, seems to believe these work conditions are tolerable for these poor kids. Toppings were melting, making it unsanitary and unsafe for consumer consumption.

I used to work for a franchise little caesars in ballwin mo. And went through 2 mgrs in less than 2 weeks. Then they promoted someone to store mgr. Sorry big mistake. This person doesn't have people skills and communication either. He has a tendency to let people go and not inform them. The last time he did this to 3 reliable people including myself. Not to mention getting played less than minimum wage and didn't want to fix. Just don't understand how you can run a business and no one is happy or likes to work there.. thank you for your time

Very disappointed in the manager Roxanne at your store on S.Shelby in Indianapolis. She doesn't treat her employees well or fair and doesn't schedule enough employees to handle the shifts. There are many of us who have had extended waiting.

i am an employee for little Caesars and have been mistreated by the boss many times. hes told me i am not doing things right, not working hard enough, and hes gotten mad at me because i cant do things he has asked me to do because he has not been training and showing me how to do something.

I have worked for the business in boardman , Campbell, austintown , and Niles all of Ohio and I know the locations I worked at and many more have been making the dough wrong. Instead of throwing away old dough that has sat for more than 2 days or sheet out outs from the night not being used, they remix it into the next day new batch. It causes the dough to have an odor and is really hard to make decent pizzas. Also I have seen the supervisor take the cheese that fell onto makline and dump back into the cheese bin, even if it's crusty and has been sitting there for more than 2-3 hours

I got fired from little caesars because I told the boss Michael hollis that it wasn't right that the guys were in the back eating pizza and I'm not aloud to take a cigarette break i have not had break in 6 hours and i was working a double shift

hi I'm from Barstow California and a friend of mine works at the Little Caesars here he has been working there Faithfully every single day starting at 7 a.m. he works on his days off he covers other people shifts he's never called and I missed today he is the only white person that works in the place they do not hire black people and he has never got a promotion other people that just start or getting managers positions he is a wonderful dedicated reliable employee.I believe that he deserves a promotion if you check his record he is dedicated the only one and ever since he's worked there everybody that just starts passes him up it's not cool this little city deserves somebody that's as dedicated as him to become a manager thank you for your time his name is Benjamin Morse from Barstow California
