I tried to get a replacement part for a little tikes product and was told to go to the website to which I could not buy this 25 cent plastic pin which the box has made in the USA on it. What is going on with Little Tikes.

I think it is disgusting & disappointing how you take advantage of the consumer. Why are you selling products that there are NO REPLACEMENT PARTS for. I am going to contact consumer affairs or find out who it is I report you to. If my grandson chokes on the broken battery cover because I had to glue it back together, as you do not give me an option to even purchase, your employees f-up, I will SUE YOU!!!! Take the PRODUCTS OFF THE SHELVES AND OFF THE WEBSITES IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO STAND BEHIND THEM!!! YOUR PRACTICES ARE NO BETTER THAN A THIEF...YOU GOT YOUR MONEY.

How many hurt limbs on kids because of little tykes? Have a mangled ankle on a preschooler because of the firetruck at playtime. I've also seen numerous incidents with kids getting hurt by little tykes vehicles because of no breaks or slowing mechanism. That isn't discussing the materials used and waste management. Big changes need to be made.

Hello! I purchased a little Tykes high chair in April 1988. It was used for years with my youngest child, handed down to my friends for her niece and nephew, it was later returned back to me in 201p for my 1st grand child, used for a few years, borrowed again for friends grandchild and now back to my for my newest grandchild in March 2020. It's still like new! They sure don't make products like this anymore! I have pictures! Hard to believe it's going strong for 34 years!

In November I bought a little tike grocery cart for my great granddaughter for a Christmas present. When we opened it al that was there was the one base and no pink basket. I know I ordered it from Amazon my name is Bobbie cole I live in Birmingham Al 614 hickory knoll Birmingham Al 35226. I would like for it to be replaced If this cannot be done so be it. Little Tykes should consider making the Little Princess cozy coupe a bit bigger. Our almost three year old granddaughtet loves it but I fear she will outgrow it by Christmas. Why is it so small? Our child's legs are cramped when the floor is in. She is a slim child, otherwise it could be a bit wider. Also she has slid out of the seat when the floor is out so the seat could be a bit deeper. I feel that the last red and yellow crazy coupe that we purchased for our other granddaughter two years ago was a bit larger. This toy is perfect except it should be a bit larger to get best value out of it. Does anyone else feel the same and I hope Little Tykes company will hear and act on making this great toy a bit larger to at leat last to age 5.

This assembly and consumer service is my first experience with this company. The product was part defective on my child's tricycle and when contacted company for assembly answers their intelligence was that of a 3rd grader and didn't have a clue. When requested to speak to a supervisor, they never phoned. Very weak employees and weaker management. Don't waste your time and money buying from this phony company. They all don't realize that "Word-of-Mouth" is the best advertising.....they will get plenty of advertising from me to day-cares that I know.

30 years ago my children had the blue oblong pool with slide and sprinkler.
I gave it to my niece year ago.
I have grandchildren now and would love to buy some for them and also have one at our house.
I'm so sick of the throw away blow up plastic pools.
Please consider bringing the pool back for your 50 th Anniversary.

Just bought my grandson the little tikes water table as shown on tv ? I do not advise anyone to buy this product ? absolutely terrible? Moving parts do not work,the plug leaks,over all it is a piece of s..t ?totally a waist of £ 60

Absolutly horrible customer service I call over and over trying to reach somone to ask about ordering a replacement part and (whoever sheila is that ignores the phone will chat it up all say with somone in person maybe a coworker about tickets while I sit and wait on the phone) for her to acknowledge me on The line.) Then says hello hello anyone there call back u cant hear you and hangs up with our a breath for me to respond!!! I checked my service and it is perfect and I cam hear her clear as day

I ordered a Build-a-house for my son's birthday... I was getting anxious about delivery so I emailed customer services (no reply) I called them to be ensured that it would be delivered Friday and definitely on time. No house on the friday... called again.. will be delivered monday... again no delivery. Today I call and they have no record of dispatch.. how is that possible when they previously told me twice it was with their third party carrier!! I'm absolutely shocked at how bad their customer service is.. i finally got a response via email to say its 7 Working days and that is just dumb cause I didn't even start contacting them till it was past 8 working days!! I honestly have never dealt with such shocking customer service, they're ruined my son's birthday and we are still no nearer getting the house!!

I have been a long time little tykes customer lie 30years never had a problem with customer service was always awesome been out of toy buying for a couple of years then finally got a grandchild. Had a few Issues with toys to my surprise you guys were horrible and lie lie lie to your customers so sad to see this happen to a company who's job is to bring joy and fun into families lives your reputation is now so tarnished by so many unhappy customers and I will be telling everyone not to buy little tykes anymore you don't stand by your products or you customers like in years past. So sad and disappointed

Little tikes refuses to cancel an order within 24 hours. Says that it's already been shipped. Although they can't give any information about the shipment yet it's been shipped. Just looking to get money anyway they can.

I have been a child care provider for over 25 years. I have purchased many of your products over the years, including the playhouse and several cozy coups. I recently stopped working for myself. I persuaded my current employer to purchase two new cozy coups. I am so disappointed in the new design. I can't count the times the children have tipped over, trapping themselves in the car. I wanted to make sure that it was not the children fault, so I marked the cars and kept a close watch on the children playing in them. Tomorrow I am going to reccomend that my employer return them to you, as the product in not safe.

After getting the cook and learn kitchen for my sons Christmas present and found it to be faulty and parts missing I contacted your customer service team to be told parts would be sent out after 12 days I was told that no parts were available and to return the toy to the store. My son had waited for 2 weeks to play with his Xmas present and after the kitchen due to its condition feel and cut his head you offered 25 pounds of credit. I am now taking this matter further.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER> I honestly can say after my experience with Little Tikes and dealing with a Manager there, I will not buy Little Tikes again. I will buy STEP2 who deal and treat customers far superior. What an awful Experience. Manager April was rude, and shouldn't be in her position.

3-4 emails later and still no reply from them. Problem with fire engine split in hose that is obviously a design fault. Asked for their response and well ..... nothing. Very poor customer service.

We Bought The Little Tikes First Slide At Target For Our Grandson. The Handles On The Slide Do Not Stay In Place. Our Grandson Fell Backwards After Holding Onto To It To Go Up The Steps. I Was So Disappointed And I Am Returning It Tomorrow. Very Disappointed In Lil Tikes. Please Be Careful Of This Item And Do Not Buy It.

I am shocked at the coldness and lack of passion that Little Tikes lacks in its customer service. I understand the warranty policy. I am, however, very disappointed in the cold hearted responses from both contacts I have made.

Because of the cold response from a 30 year relationship with Little Tikes, I will make it known on social media and review websites of the poor customer relations Little Tikes has with its customers. And our partnership ends at the little $30 Ride and Push Racer. (Even though the hundreds of dollars we have spent on Little Tikes products.)

Maybe Little Tikes should look at going to the Disney Institute?

I had been trying to order replacement parts for my swing, but your web page refused to accept my mailing address in Nova cotis Canada....so i sent a note to your C/S dept and in the meantime I called your C/S Call center.....who rudely stated that your firm dosen't, can't & wouldn't ship to Nova Scotia or any other eastern province & they couldn't help me!!!!







Lo & behold a message from your C/S dept then arrived & apoligized for my convenience and stated that the replacement parts were on the way.....!!!!congrat's are in order to the below noted employee & I will be purchasing from you for my new grandson for the net # of years....

I recently bought a little tikes deluxe anchors away pirate ship water play table. I had got it outta the box yesterday which was 1 1/2 months after purchasing it, as I was waiting for spring to arrive. Well the gr.kids came over for mothers day so we got it out and when we opened the box almost all the toys and toy attachments were missing, so I called little tikes 1st thing this morning n explained what had happened n they were more then happy to send me ALL the missing toys with NO HASSEL whatsoever!!! I've always trusted n loved their toys, n am happy to continue buying their products and recommending them. Thank-You So Much Little Tikes for Everything:) Tracy G. In Michigan

I received Amazing customer service from Little Tikes!! I would recommend them to all my friends and family!! Starting from the phone representative down to my email correspondence. The rep who helped me was very nice and understanding, her name is Lynn Lancy. Thank you Little Tikes for employing such a wonderful worker.

I worked there for about 6 days and it was a complete nightmare because of not even one ounce of professionalism! They had me train with a foreign person who did not spoke not even a word of English. The line leaders walk around like they're ceo's!! And the management so not caring! A bunch know it or so they think! Horrid place to work.
