I'm so very not happy with my dealings with you. I purchased a new toilet and installation 3 weeks ago. Finally the plumber showed up yesterday to install it. But he said because of a flange issue he couldn't do it and I need to hire a plumber to do it. But he left the toilet. It was NOT the one I paid for!!. So today I went to Lowe's to get a refund for the labor and to get the toilet exchanged for the one I purchased. Hell no. The only way I can get the toilet I bought is to buy it and try to get a refund for the one they gave me!!.
This totally is so stinking wrong and from now on I will shop elsewhere.

Lowe's has a 90 day return policy that is narrow-minded and discriminatory. The closest Lowe's store for me is about 200 miles away, which makes it impossible to return a product within the 90 day limit. I purchased some 5" rain gutter hangers, found they were the wrong size and wanted to exchange them for 4" hangers. On my next trip to Reno, I presented the "Military - personal use sale" receipt and was told Lowe's would not accept them. Consider that they are a metal bracket, not something that has deteriorated, and all I want to do is exchange them for a similar bracket. All I got was "Lowe's has a 90 day return policy and we will not accept them. Conclussion _ I'll never shop at Lowe's again.

Bought new washing machine at lowes. Had nothing but trouble with it. Asked if I could get s replacement. Never did get any satisfaction from them. Ended up buying another one someplace else. Good riddance to lowes.

My husband and I purchased approximately $10,000 worth of kitchen appliances at Mother's Day. I'm unsure how much we paid for installation - but it was substantial. Lowes had the washer/dryer and dishwasher installed within days of the purchase. They work wonderfully and it has been so nice to have working appliances.
Unfortunately, both new refrigerators, the gas stove and the microwave did not get installed. After multiple phone calls, and at least 3 visits to the Lowe's location someone was sent to install the refrigerators. The small one is now in the laundry room, and working well (although I cannot explain the 4-month delay in installation). The large fridge placed in the kitchen isn't working. In fact, something is wrong with it, it sprays water out of the top of the back of the fridge all over our wall. The next day, we see that they never installed the ice maker. So, we have a brand-new refrigerator, that doesn't work - at all, doesn't get cold - nothing. We went in to Lowe's talked with 2 or 3 managers, and got assurances that someone would be there to fix it today. Well the same 2 people from 2 days ago showed up, unannounced. They mess with fridge, say its fixed and leave. When my husband got out of his Zoom meeting he went down stairs. Guess What?!?!?!?!? IT STILL IS NOT WORKING!!!! I haven't even elaborated on the rude and unprofessional behavior of the people doing the install. Cussing, telling us it wasn't their problem, and that they didn't sign up for this??? Isn't it your job to install it? How can you claim you didn't sign up for this when that is literally what you are hired to do?
So here we are 4 months after buying 7 new appliances, 4 are installed, one is broken, and 2 still sit in the garage, waiting to be installed. All groceries spoiled because of this, groceries are not cheap - so we're looking at $300 to replace it. My husband has had to take off work many hours to deal with this and has lost $1700 in income.

Lowe's cashed my check for 2 French doors on 9/20/22. Doors installed 2/1/23. Installation notified on 2/7/23 that wind was blowing through top and bottom of door, one board was cracked and nail holes not covered. Numerous phone calls, appointments they did not keep. Door finally fixed 9/1/23. During that time heat or cold air flowed through openings around door. Initial compensation offered was $250, which probably does not cover my energy costs. Final offer $592. I expect $1000 which is half of installation costs.

I purchased a gas range on 9/13/23 from Lowes in Daphne, AL. On 9/14/23, I called to ask them to move the delivery date to 9/19/23 from 9/21/23. I spoke with a man who identified himself as Albert, the Garden Center Manager. (Had to request a manager.) Albert was less than professional on the phone. He did say he would make the date change for delivery. Well, I call today for tomorrow's delivery window and guess what...DELIVERY DATE WAS NOT CHANGED! I would have expected Albert to call me back if he could not make the change. What has happened to customer service? This Lowes in Daphne, AL sure is lacking!

One day we came home and our mailbox was on the ground. We checked our ring camera and saw a Lowe's truck backing into the mailbox and pulling it out of the ground. With the concrete pad the mailbox was bolted into. Must have hooked the handle on the mailbox. I called customer service and they started a case. Almost two months later nothing has been resolved. I have been instructed to email the video footage to the store manager ( store near our house). We did exactly that and the store manager confirmed the receipt of the video. Nothing happened. I called and called and called. Spoke with multiple customer service representatives. One assured me that she is sending the info to corporate. Nobody contacted me. It's an absolute shame the company doesn't want to assume responsibility for the broken property.

I bought a dryer on September 8th it was delivered on the 11. I've had it a week and the dryer won't dry clothes the first time.

We purchased sown appliances at the Lowe's store in Missoula. Appliance person informed us he had not sold a Bosch appliance in the eleven years he's worked at Lowe's. It concerned us but we were familiar and loved the Bosch brand we had previously in another town. It was the beginnng of a disaster. Lowe's could not tell us if it was arriving on time until it didn't. Then it arrived at the distribution center the day it was suppose to arrive to us. They scheduled a delivery and install and the installers were not experienced at installing a stackable set so refused to install it. Their manager told them they were not allowed to install it because the stack set required drilling holes with the provided drill bit. They left the appliances and we again contacted the assistant store manager (manager was either at lunch or away when issues occurred). Assistant manager was completely uncertain what to do, was condescending to us, and completely unapologetic to about the debacle. It was not until we suggested we hire an installer to do the install and Lowe's reimburse us for the expense that he agreed. The assistant manager was also inexperienced and indifferent about providing service, got angry and was dismissive. Not well suited for this line of work. An absent-t manager and an incompetent assistant manager and I'll trained installers are a bad combination. Assistant manager told us "no one in the northeast buys Bosch only people in Boston and NY. Really? No one but my friend in McCall, Idaho owns Bosch in the entire NW? Lots of inappropriate expectation of the consumer and no one at Lowe's seems to get that. Very disappointing and it is unlikely we will use Lowe's again for anything. The store manager at our local Home Depot is available to assistant and east to reach so we will go there. We suggest others do the same.

I am a long time customer, spending tens of thousands of dollars at Lowes in the past but getting no help with my present situation.
We purchased 2,300 sqft of LVP flooring in 2021 and within 12 months it was falling apart, splintering. In Nov 2022 I went back to the local Lowes (Fultondale, AL) and was told they do not help with warranty claims.
So, I contacted the manufacturer (Shaw), sending pictures, dates of purchase, etc. I called at least 5 times and spoke to different people each time who promised to do something (get an adjuster out, make it priority, etc) but after the phone call was over they ghosted me. Finally, a couple months ago, Shaw said they needed a form from the local Lowes store. I would have been saved all this had Lowes helped me back in Nov 2022.
Shaw emailed the manager over the local flooring department, asking for the necessary form and copied me in the email. He never replied. I have emailed him 3 more times, been back in the store to talk to 2 employees, made several phone calls (when I was told that manager was actually in the store!), left messages for him, but he has never come to the phone, or come to the service desk to meet me, or ever returned my calls.
*** Our flooring is a trip hazard as it is splintering so badly. But Shaw wants to send an adjuster to view it so we have still not taken it up. But I need to take it up now before someone gets hurt!

Don't buy anything from Lowes. They don't care about their customers.
Lowes recently implemented a no return/no exceptions policy after 90-days from purchase after I had purchased more tile than I needed for a project (everyone does this when redoing tile). They have always taken back excess tile in the past for store credit or refund, but now won't do that any more, even after I was told that I could return it at the time of purchase.
To find this out I have now loaded and unloaded the excess tile from my truck 4 times because I got the store and they weren't able to help me and I had to bring the tile home again.
What a stupid corporate policy.
They have a very slim timeline now to correct this and possibly keep me as a customer otherwise it will easily cost them multiple times what the excess tile is worth from my lost business, bad reviews and telling my business, friends and family not to shop there any more.
They need to take care of their customers if they want to keep them.

Lowe's has the worst fraudulent advertising I have ever dealt with. Bought appliances from Lowe's on 9/8 because there were signs everywhere to buy more save more and save an additional 300 if all from same company- then save an additional 5 if I opened a new card. I did all that AND received no more discounts than the 5 percent off.. called customer service and was offered a 100 out of the 450 advertised! Never ever will deal with this store again.

Upon arrival at Lowes Queensbury NY location,Huge 75% off signs on display table filled with Summer Furniture,Umbrellas,etc. Gentleman working in Dept. seemed busy but told shoppers 75% Original price...
Got to ch4ck out after lugging 2 9ft. Umbrellas and Table...
Was told only 1 of the 2 Umbrellas was 75% and ZERO off the other in September on Labor Day Week Sale???

Lowes delivery people are rude and they don't know anything. They could not install simple refrigerator and stove. Customer service are terrible. once they got money they don't know you anymore. we will not do any business with them in future

Lowes Customer Service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Almost impossible to get someone to answer a phone and when they do...no answers. I ordered $6000 worth if carpet that arrived with two huge rips...they speculate from a forklift...I was offered $250. When I told them that was unacceptable ... no more response ... not follow-up ... nothing for over two weeks.

Ordered a gazebo from Lowe's could have ordered from multiple sources but choose Lowes because I thought they would be more reliable and accountable. Had to call in because their tracking system only says out for delivery nothing more very poor system.
They missed delivery date and said it would be another week.
Understood but I will be out of town that week and there is no one to receive delivery.
They first said I can cancel and it will take 10 days for refund lady was very nice. I asked for her supervisor and she told me no refund they can't cancel and I can reject when they deliver. I won't be here and will not have any phone reception where I'm going. I was told since I order online Lowes has no control of process.
Sorry feel like that's a handy excuse for no accountability. Done with Lowes. I know this is the new reality or is it. I have to say Amazon has always been accountable and diligent in handling my orders

Worst customer service ever will not shop there anymore used to buy all I need for my house 2 years ago I remodel my kitchen and I bought everything from Lowe's from floor to ceiling and everything in the middle including appliances such stove refrigerator dishwasher washer and dryer on July 15 2023 I bought a flood light I installed and worked good until it didn't turns on I decided to take it back to Lowe's I was surprised that I found the receipt so I took it back on sep 3 2023 like seven weeks later the lady at customer service ask me for the box I don't save the boxes that long she said I don't think I can exchange it or give you credit even know I give her the receipt she called JESSY the manager who wasn't very friendly he just look at the light and said that's a home depot brand we don't carry that brand turn his back on me an leave the rude lady at customer service said that's it nothing I can do since the beginning she didn't want to help me but today was the WORST SERVICE they loose a good customer for 29.95 that was the value of the light I give Lowe's a O star rude manager and rude customer service I will Never SHOP THERE ANYMORE THE HOME DEPOT JUST GOT A NEW CUSTOMER

Purchased a commode yesterday at Lowe's in Somerset Ky. A woman helped find commode. Pointed to it and said ' There it is'. Immediately turned and left. At 78 years old a little help would've been appreciated! Just an offer would have been great. She was probably late for a new piercing or a new tattoo. Won't be back there! That's standard practice for Lowes customer service in Somerset.

Poor workers no one is there to help load or unload anything. I've seen senior citizens trying to put their own stuff in vehicles or buggies no one stops to help.you may get lucky to have 2 registers open over all they need good management to step in and straighten them up. Not at all satisfied with Lowe's

Needs to back off from former employees who have left because of his childish games. I did my job very very well & worked through some real crap with during Covid.
I walked out in Feb. but I live in Plymouth, IN! I'm one of one of the six families who founded this county 187 year ago & counting. So I belong here!
A little over 30 days ago I found myself in ICU at Memorial Hospital. With sky high blood pressure & my main aortic valve ready to burst. (A wonderful family trait.)
Moreover, I know where things are in the store & can get out quickly. Please ask Jorge to back off from me when I come in. I'm also a business owner since 2015.

I just got a 10% off email for my birthday and deleted it right away. I have no interest in ever going to the store near me, in Milton georgia, again. The last two times I've left empty handed. It is SO FRUSTRATING to stand around and be completely ignored. Home Depot used to be the worst of the worst big box hardware stores but Lowes has completely taken over and now holds that title as THE WORST hardware store in existence. ACE is the way to go but stay away from STIHL products.
