I took my car to the Maaco in Knoxville, TN on Monday 12/18/2023. I explicitly stated that I needed my car back BEFORE Christmas. I was told it would be ready Friday or at the latest Saturday. I called today 12/22/2023 to check status and was advised that they got behind and were just painting my car today but was told I could pick up at 10am Sat December 23. I received a call from them at 5:11 pm after closing hours that stated that I won't be able to pick it up until Tuesday after Christmas. They ruined my plans and were too cowardly to tell me in a timely fashion. I am beyond pissed with their customer service. I hope their work is better.

I sure regret give Maaco Tucson my money. They did a horrible job and when I confronted them about it. I was accused of sabotaging my own brand new paint.

The job over here at maaco on Tara boulevard in Jonesboro 82 898 Tara boulevard Jonesboro road is horrible they attitudes is horrible no hospitality no Morrow's no respect for the customers no customer services no customers fatalities services they have bad behavior no morals no respect for the customers they don't care about how they do the job funky is horrible is 45 times they had to repair my job but my future which was very unhappy and unpleasing to me spending my money and I didn't get the results that I was looking for so I am going to make this complaint and make sure to go to the corporate office you take a person money you're supposed to do the job properly and do it from your heart they got a lot of problems going on in the back without a drug or drugs using drugs I do not pay attention to what they doing and I made four to five mistakes on my car from the headlights from the painting job from the bumper just horrible ...

I 100% regret choosing maaco thinking they were professionals but sad mistake. I felt rob because the guy keep demanding more an more money for every error they would take responsibility for. I just wanted my car back so I paid over and over till it hit 2000 plus. Stressful place that do what they want, forget the customer.

I took my vehicle to Maaco in Burleson for a paint job. My husband and I met with Dakota who advised us that the entire vehicle did not require a paint job and that some of the scratches could be buffed out. He advised it would only take a few days. Well one week passed and then two. When it was finally supposedly ready, while enroute to pick it up, we received a call from Dakota stating some of the scratches could not be buffed out and would require painting. We left the car there to be painted in the areas where the scratches remained. On our next visit to pick up the car there were scratches in the area of the door handle. We were advised to bring it back another day. I returned the next morning but had to leave the car there again. It was return me later that day. My husband also took his truck to be painted and was told his paint job would take one week. It is approaching two weeks and his vehicle is not complete. There are always excuses given by employees stating several workers call off on the same day, etc. I'm frustrated with the company. We have two vehicles and if one is out of service then I am forced to stay home because my husband works too far for me to transport him to work and also has fluctuating work hours. I have spent four weeks at home all day because Maaco in Burleson continue to take their time painting cars. If they are short staffed then they should not tell customers their vehicles will be ready in a specific time frame. I will Never do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

We have had my wife's Kia Soul in there to have some paint work done and after 4 separate paint jobs, it is still flaking and peeling off. Each trip you can tell right away that they didn't do a good job but after the first two attempts with the same quality, we just kept the car. Now it is peeling again and we are dreading having to go back and having my wife be without transportation for several days again. Why can't they get this simple paint job right????

What is going on???? The MAACO office here in Forest Park, GA has my truck for over a month and now NOBODY is in the office and they took my deposit of $964. I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK AND MY TRUCK!!!

Maaco in Irving Texas painted the hood on my dodge ram. The grille had been taped and when the tape was removed the grille coating came off making the front end of my truck look even worse. Management would not take any responsibility. Awful customer service.

After leaving my 1990 Lexus LS400 for body work with Maaco over 6 months, I returned to get the mileage information today because I changed the status of the car to antique. What I found was unacceptable. My middle console was totally destroyed my radio on the floor and harness cut to pieces. I brought this to Barry Pursell - Sales Manager at the location and he had no clue how this could have happen to my car. When I asked him where my keys were he responded with "I can't find your keys." This is outrageous that my car was vandalized while on Maaco Property.

I took my 05 F-150 in to have the bed redone as it was rusting on both rear wheel wells. They had my truck for 1 week and when I got to look at it I could see bubbles in the new paint I called and took my truck back they kept it for another week and got it back but the bubbles are still there and it's rusting through again and it's only been about 1 month. Corporate dont say or do anything

You guys are garbage and that's speaking highly of you. I could've done a better job myself with spray cans in a sand storm. I paid for a complete paint job including door jams...they didn't do a good job with that they also didn't put my emblems back on nor did the finish the wheel wells. For some reason they messed up the trim around the windshield drivers side and ripped off the trim above the passenger side doors on the roof(they did replace that). For some reason my ceiling fabric was ripped nearly all the way across the windshield and everything around the factory stereo was tampered with. I would give this a -5 star rating. This place is inept at best

I recently had the worst experience and customer service I've ever had in my life. I took my daughter's truck in to get a fresh color change paint job for her graduation and birthday present. I dropped the truck off on Monday 6/21/21 and got it back Thursday 7/15/21 with issues still not corrected and was told not to come back. I went over all the issues with the manager(s) in person 5 times during that time span and got told each time everything would be taken care of which did not happen. Very frustrating and horrible customer service.

One big issue was over spray, I understand over spray is going to happen but this was uncalled for and not professional at all! I had paint (not over spray, but paint) on the interior dash (which was a brand new dash and now discolored and messed up), all inside the wheel wells & complete under carriage, all over the weatherstriping, all on the bow tie emblems (which were custom wrapped), all on my seats, all on the inside trim pieces, rims & tires, windows & mirrors, engine bay, on the radiator behind the front grill, door handles. The exterior of the doors at the door handles have chips on them which was supposed to be fixed but was not and I was told it was because they can't do more than 1 warranty a week. This is complete BS because I never even took the truck from the shop so how is it a warranty item, this is a quality defect from their work and should've been resolved before I was given the truck back.

I was told I had to pay in full now and bring my truck back in 3 weeks for the doors to be redone. I refused to pay the complete payment at this time and offered to pay 80% off the cost now and the remaining once the doors are completed as this was supposed to be done correctly. After an hour of back and forth, I was given the keys to my truck and told not to come back. I'm left with interior damages of $500+, over spray and chips on my doors still. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed and repaired correctly asap!

The Shop in Greer S.C. is repainting the roof on my 4-door truck. This is a warranty job, as the clear coat started to flake again. This was a scheduled appointment!
I dropped off my truck on Sunday night thinking that they would start sometime Monday. Well at1630 Monday I drove by to se my truck parked in the same spot I left it. They called me on Wednesday and stated it would be ready for pick up on Thursday afternoon. Well Thursday morning I get a call stating it will be painted today! Why the lies? This is a 4-hour job. Why would you lie about any of this? Long story short they had my truck for 5-days. Why, is all I want to know?
I will not send anyone to a Marco shop after this! They have very POOR customer service!

I am so unhappy with the service from the Maaco in Detroit Mi.on Plymouth Rd. They have had my car since last month & keep lying to me telling me it's going to be ready & it's not. They told me 2 weeks or less when I dropped it off 4 weeks still not done. All I want is my car back & a refund

I took my brand new 2021 Toyota RAV4 to make them in Bellingham Washington. I requested dark purple metallic. I paid $1500. The color they painted it bears no resemblance to dark purple metallic. Not wanting to be adversarial, I suggested (as a compromise) that I could pay 750 for them to do it properly even though it was their mistake not mine. Matt only would go to 10% off!! is he crazy? Again, this was their error, not mine. In speaking to Matt, I asked him if he had even seen the emails with the pictures of the color I wanted and he said no. So what's the point of sending an email if he doesn't read it? I have had vehicles painted by Maaco before and has never not been fully satisfied. Until now. They should take the franchise away from this guy

I took my car in to be repaired in January 2021. Paid the down payment so they could order the part needed. Well 3 months later after excuse after excuse they came up with another excuse for another delay!
I am VERY unhappy with the way they poorly handled my case...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I will NEVER recommend MAACO to anyone and I will let everyone know how I was treated!!!

I have done business with 1 Day Paint who painted my old Yukon. To date, this paint job has lasted and was very pleased with them. Then 1 Day Paint sold to Maaco. I took my cars in to them for repaint also and to fix back light window on truck. Took it in first of the year and for some reason work that was done was never right. Truck leaked water when it rained from back window and front top of cab. I will say that the owner at the time Daniel tried his best to fix the problems they had created. Truck stayed with them for few months and still when I brought it home the top cab bonding was coming up leaking water again. Unfortunately, Daniel sold the business to a guy from Honda. I took the truck back in again as the paint, bonding is coming up. Also, when the grinding was being done, they did not cover front windshield and windshild is now all pitted. So I took my truck back in to see if they could fix problem again. Alex and Livey took pictures and assured me the new owner from Honda would get back to me. Never hear from him or Alex or Livey. I proceeded to call on five different occasions to see if they could fix before the rains. Each time they stated I would certainly get call within the hour. One hour turned into weeks on each five occasions. Mind you wasn't even asking not to pay, only if they could fix was done. Obviously, they wanted nothing to do with me. If this is they type of customer service this new Honda guy has, then I feel sorry for those that do business with him. At least Daniel tried to fix their mistakes. So beware before going into the Laguna Niguel Maaco. I now have to go else where to see if they can fix the paint/bonding job done by them as they will now not help.

I recently had my car color changed to another color on the color it was it had some clear coat on the hood top and trunk the car was just sprayed over that and not fixed I payed 2500 for this paint change and thought if payed for a nice job I would get a nice job so when I talked to the painter he said it was bondo my car dont have bodo on the top then stayed nothing he could do I had 2 more cars to bring now I'm not also I own a car club and some of my members was gonna bring there cars if they ask I'm just gonna say take a good look at my car up close feel I was cheated and never going back I have pics of before and after

I took my 2003 Toyota Camry in to replace the right passenger side door on 11/25/19. It was scheduled to be out on 11/29/19, but I didn't get it back until 12/05/19. When I went to get the car the door that they say they replaced still had a dent in it so I had to leave it again for a few days. On 12/05/19 I got my car back but you could hear road noise from the door that was replaced while driving. The door sealed and closed properly but while driving it was like the door wasn't closed. My car was not like that before I took the car into have it repaired. I am very dissatisfied with the the manager there because he didn't offer to take the door back off or the door panel to see what the problem may be. Paid over $1,000 to get our car taken care of and then less than two years is peeling off it's going all over social media with photos copy of the contract since you're not going to do anything about it since they said we only had a one year warranty

I took my 2019 car with 2668 miles in to Maaco and Glen Burnie on Azur Dr for some minor damage to the driver side door and rear bumper on driver side. The interior of my car was covered in dust. AlsoI now have paint spray on my windshield and on both passenger side windows. I have tape lines and paint spray on my roof as well as my trunk. I also have paint spray runoff on both passenger doors. DO NOT GO TO MACCO IN GLEN BURNIE MD. THE WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH ARE BELOW ANY STANDARDS OF ACCEPTABILITY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE A BUSINESS. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE A -10 RATING!

We have tried every route to reach someone at Maaco Corperate to file a complaint against your Fishkill, NY store.

Brandon Smith Director of Customer Service handled our car there and for 7 long months they told us it was being repaired, close to finished. We kept calling for follow ups with very little response accept after we are done with the steering column we will start the body work.

In. The mean time we found they shipped our car out to two other dealers trying to get someone to say that the car was not repairable. One was not even a body shop. They received payment of 12k ( yes not a lot of repairs for that amount) and admitted they did not have the ability to fix the car. We have finally on month 8 we had the car moved to a local shop that can actually repair it.

Our Insurance Company needs the 12k refunded to them. Brandon Smith has admitted the shop does not have the capabilities to fix the car.

Who can we contact to resolve this issue. I have called your customer service line 6 times and Maaco Fishkill just keeps closing the case saying they are not responsible.

We would just like to move on after the costs incurred of not having our car for 8 months.

Per the direction of the Longwood, FL Maaco I will reach out to Maaco Corporate including our credit card company to process the dispute.

If I had been aware of this part of the truck (see pictures below) was in this condition I would have not picked it up at all until this was made right. We started out leaving the vehicle with Maaco for over two weeks before it was ready the first time. Especially given the fact that when we first picked up the vehicle at Maaco's request that is was completed and ready to go; we ended up returning the vehicle the very same day and Maaco assured my wife on that day that Maaco would correct the problem areas and have it ready to go again in a week. After the one week turning into two weeks (up to a month's worth of time) at this point; you contacted me regarding a specific area identified in your own email communications to me on April 3rd at 3:47pm. When you sent me the picture of the area that was not done correctly it was literally the size of a quarter and located on a totally different area of the truck and that specific issue was what I was working from when we were discussing a credit and when I agreed to a $700 credit for that specific isolated area.

When I originally walked the vehicle with Phil Stringer on 1/29/2019 we discussed several items that were "supposed" to be corrected, repaired or replaced beyond what work that was performed by Maaco. An example of the items that never were addressed are: (1) Tail light (right-rear) being replaced because it was busted/broken; (2) Truck bed-liner being removed and the bed area being cleaned, prepped and a basic (cheapest you have) black coat of paint being applied; (3) Rear-bumper plastic step piece being replaced or cleaned to look new; and (4) Small dings or dimples in the truck body/metal to be repaired/removed in multiple places throughout over the truck's exterior.

At the direction of Maaco on 3/19/2019 at 1:02pm the vehicle was ready, completed and keys in hand per my voicemail. A week prior to the 3/19 call from Maaco I had spoken with the Regional Manager, Randy asking when the truck will be ready so I can pick it up. Randy stated that upon his Quality Control Inspection of the vehicle earlier that morning he discovered issues of where the paint sprayer hose has rubbed against fresh paint and other items he did not like and he needed to keep the vehicle longer to repaint the entire truck.

So the conclusion of all the repeated corrections to Maaco's own work and Maaco's lack of attention to quality of any of the work performed on this vehicle has resulted in very substandard workmanship and customer satisfaction. The solution and suggestion of providing me a small credit for a specific area (as noted in your email on 4/3/19) of substandard workmanship was acceptable for that area only. I never came in asking for the cheapest paint job, not even close; and ultimately we upgraded our prep/paint package to your best quality as per what was sold to us and the work-order changes are verification of the same. Simply put, I just wanted what I paid for and nothing more, but certainly nothing less.

If Maaco's attitude and workmanship is represented like the above situation it is only a matter of time before the general public catches on. One would think that after the episode of Undercover Boss on national television regarding substandard practices that Maaco executives and upper management would implement better quality control mechanisms and staff accountability.

I am in the sales and service industry as a professional myself and my clients do not received this type of attitude or workmanship nor would they stand for it as competition is all around.

Maybe the local TV News stations, News Papers and Social Media can assist me in resolution of this matter; either way I'm confident that the Corporate office of Maaco will get this situation mitigated to make it right.

Been to Gastonia Macco 4 times in last 31/2 years to get paint bubbles foxed . Had an appointment today to start on it . Went in an was told that I would have to pay over $500.00. I bought the extended warranty. Seems once you pay out $1700.00 they are through with you . That's crap , I've sent them 5 referrals for full paint jobs . No more when you don't do what you say.

I was so impressed with the Maaco in Lubbock tx that I wanted them to be recognized. They took our Chevy and a lifelong dream of my husbands and made it a reality. The finished product was beautiful!! Dan was great to work with and informed me every part of the way. This team in Lubbock went beyond! Every part of chrome was polished ever red was shining bright! Its was a beautiful show stopper when finished!!

I wanted to thank Bob Johnston and his technicians that did work my daughters Toyota Camry and did a fantastic job.
Bob and his crew knew that we were in a crunch to have the repairs completed as soon as possible due to the car being unsafe of being on the road. They went out of their way to have the car brought into the shop and to have the repairs completed in a timely manner and a job professionally done.. I would highly recommend going to Bob and his crew at #59 Rochester Road in Ross Township.
When my daughter went to pick up the car at Maaco she actually started to cry and said to me, they did a awesome job dad and it looks like a brand new car and she could not be any happier. I want to thank Bob and his crew for a great job !! 😀

I went to the maaco shop at 1915 Lincoln Rd Hattiesburg ms 39402 on Feb 15th to have my car painted.barry russell could not have been nicer.he gave me the best customer service I have received in a long time. He made absolutely sure I was satisfied.he kept me up to date with the progress on my car.when I picked up my car,it was beautiful. A high quality job.I couldn't be happier. Barry did an outstanding job and wanted to let the company know how much of an asset he is. I will definitely recommend maaco to anyone who needs a high quality paint job and fantastic customer service.

This is a positive review. I am surprised at the negative reviews. I recently had my car painted at Maaco at 510 South Mason Road
Suite S-1 Katy Texas 77450 and can say I am more than pleased! The paint job was done excellent,customer service superb I would recommend taking your car to this location Monica and her team have excellent customer service skills including the painters and collision repair personnel. Thankyou I am very pleased and have a beautiful red Camaro again

i dont like maaco but i do like the one in moreno valley ca theyre the bomb they hookit up and they do tights shizznit .People need to understand you want a show car pay the show car price dont think youll get a show car for 500.00 bucks get real people.apples for apples plus the people up front are very professional.Very clean job on my volvo.

Employee of Menomonee falls Maaco in Wisconsin. Owner is a thief and a liar. He has stoled money from me since first week i started. I have all my hours and jobs from every week and they never match up. When he is confronted on this every other week he makes excusses . Also his payroll does not show hours or jobs for week on it. I will file a civil suit and better busniess has ben called to investigate along with wis labor board.

branch owner is refusing to give me my last paycheck , he says
not till close of business the day of friday the 13th payday
but if im no longer employed there why should i have to wait.

I Inspect Vehicles That Have Been Or Are Still At Maaco And They Are The Absolute Bottom Of The Barrel, They Commit Insurance Fraud On Almost Every Veh That They Repair On An Insurance Claim.they Are A No Talent Piece Of Garbage Company And They Need To Just Stick To Doing The Crappy Paint Jobs They Initially Went Into Business To Do.stay Out Of The Collision Repair Busines, Dont Know What They Are Doing.do Not Use This Company Unles You Have Some Crap Box Car You Dont Care About The Quality.
