I purchased a MC retro minifrige for my summer cottage in July 2020 and only use it there 6 months of the year til about 2 weeks ago when it started tripping the circuit breaker. After the cost of 2 electrician calls and the $109 service call from A&E Sears Appliance repair, it was determined that it was the compressor. When I called Magic Chef they told me they "dont have any compressors in order to fix the problem" and after waiting several days for a call back with a solution to the problem they would only compensate me $100 for my trouble. When on the service call by A&E the tech quoted me a price of $700 to fix it IF I WAS ABLE TO GET A COMPRESSOR from Magic Chef. that is about o2 1/2 times the original price of the refrigerator. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MAGIC CHEF UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SWALLOW THE CRAP THEY HAND YOU WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. Totally disreputable company. Save yourself aggravation and buy a different brand.

The online Home Depot store where we purchased a new magic chef refrigerator refused to replace a vegetable crisper draw which was cracked. There is a Home depot in Newmarket, Ontario Canda which could order it and replace it, but they want us to take the whole refrigerated back to Newmarket. We paid 80 dollars to have it delivered because we don't have a truck. Is this your policy with your products? I turely hope not. We would like this rectified. The model number is HDMR1000WF.

I am very very upset with the fact that I bought this cute little 24-inch cash Magic Chef range. As we unpacked it and try to set it up I noticed this great big yellow warning stickers stuck on the glass on the front of my oven door. I have tried endlessly and to no avail, to remove the adhesive stickiness and half the paper from the warning sign off the front of my oven range. It will not come off. Now I am stuck with this piece of sticky ugly tacky film of mess, that is right on the front of my oven door. Who would put a sticker on the glass on the front of an oven door??? Certainly there must have been other places that you could have put it. It is obviously not removable. The little warning label was about 5 in by 3 in. It was just telling you to make sure that you bolt down your oven so that it doesn't tip over. It could have been placed anywhere else. Now I have this adorable little stove that I was waiting so anxiously to get with a great big sticky mess stuck to the front of the glass. I am not happy about that at all.

Dear Sir/madam:
I order a juice from HSC and I use it three times and the machine stop working. I call HSC and they said it only has a thirty day's guarantee on the juicer. They will not refund my money. So now I have a juicer that is not working. It is brand new. So that means that a poor person is out of sixty dollars.
What can you do for me. I am trying to find the information about the juicer.

Sincerely:
Lessie White

Picked-up my MCWC50DST wine cooler 8-16-16. After it was set up could not manually set temperatures up or down.
Called customer service and received a case # plus a fax number to send my receipt--fax# did not work! Called customer
service again and got another fax #---NO apology/beg your pardon received. This is my second unit-first lasted 8 years,
but if this unit is NOT FIXED asap I'll return to Home Depot and use a tub with ICE!!!!

I will never purchase a Magic Chef appliance again, they discontinued a electronic clock for a range I purchased, therefore we do not have a working oven! To top it off the range does not have a raised back control panel to it, so the counter top needed to be modified so range would fit! Now what are the odds that A new range will for a custom fit counter top!
I guess it is called Magic Chef because it is "magic" if the product lasts more than a couple of years. Now I see why American companies are going out of business with this type of "product availability" this "company" provides!

I have had my wine and beverage cooler repaired three times by Appliance Express. The last time they were here
they had to order three or four different parts. I waited six weeks for those parts to arrive. The wine cooler sat in my kitchen pulled from under the modified cabinet that fit the wine cooler for that six weeks. If Magic Chef stand behind there products , the wine cooler should be replaced with no cost to me.

Magic Chef Microwave MCM990W I've had this product for about two years and have found it to be an average microwave except for the scary parts. On two occasions it has heated up internally (the inner tube and electronics compartment) triggering the thermosister. Now it must be haunted...at time when you open the door the oven begins operating without anything but the clock on the display. This is dangerous so out the door it goes. I'm not going to bother trying to discuss this with Magic Chef. It's just one more Chinese POS that should be sent back to China at their expense and buried in their landfills.

Two years ago I was given a Magic Chef beverage cooler, MCWBC77DZC. It has been great until last month and started making a popping noise. Called customer service and said they could not help me. Gave me local service center. They advised me to fix it would cost more than it is worth. I can't get a straight answer from your company about my issue. I Just get a run around for two months. I figure this purchase averages out to $200 a year. what a waste. Just try to get help from this company it is not there. Will let all know my issues on facebook, maybe save someone money and they will go buy from a company that can help you when needed.

Just bought a magic chef micro wave last month. It was making noise, brought it to repair center and was told it could not be fixed. Asked for a replacement microwave and was told they will only refund my money. I have had many Magic Chef appliances in the past, but doubt I will ever buy or recommend one due to this incident. case in case someone from magic chef should read this and realize their mistake

My husband ordered a Magic Chef Microwave for me through Amazon with 2 day delivery. It arrived at my doorstep on time. The top door latch is damaged, It shuts down when food gets hot and you have to wait for it to cool off to resume cooking and is so loud it can be heard all over the house. I'm so sorry we purchased this, I don't feel it's effective or safe. Was told by customer service I could take it to a Service Rep. for repair 40 miles away or pay an additional $25.00 for them to come to my home.

I would like someone to contact me immediately regarding a refrigerator I purchased. It does not work. I can't find a human to talk to, and the phone number of the corporate offices on this website goes to a private citizen. If you send me a working e-mail address, I will send a letter explaining the problem.

My Majic Chef dishwasher was installed in 1969 and in November of 2013 finally stopped working. I just wanted to let the company know that I am a very satisfied customer. To have an appliance to last over forty years is fantastic to say the least. So, thank you very much.
