Please answer the call when we call to the customer service. It is important. Waited and going through so many auto talking operators for almost half an hour and ntg after tht. Come on...plz update ur customer service.it's worse.

Appalling service from MAB Call Centre. It takes countless attempts to get through. The recorded message is vague as it does not specify what number to click on issues such as flight changes by MAB. Customers are kept hanging on wasting time and money on phone calls. The recorded message by MAB should be more precise. Some call service providers are incompetent. Half way through tele-conversation phone call cut off

Dear Sir / Madam


We have traveled from Singapore to Auckland on 7th May, 2016 in Business Class.

We have requested for Vegetarian - Jain food ( No Onion , No Garlic , No Potato )

We are sorry to say that there was no such arrangement to provide Jain Food.

Anyway now we are returning on 9th June,2016

We trust that this time you may not repeat the same mistake.

I booked MAS for KL to YGN, booking reference number is W91MK. But i found out i am a lady , not a man but in booking is referred as Mr. How do I do, pls guide me how to solve this problem. Tq.

How bad can an airline service be when a valid booking could be cancelled and labeled as "No Show" due to a mess created by the Standby Counter staff at KLIA Domestic Counter.

I arrived at KLIA early on Friday i.e. 27May2016 and thinking that I could get an earlier flight back to Penang, I went to the Domestic Standby Counter and registered for standby and when the staff announced that the flight is full, I took my original back to Penang.

On Sunday, I tried to check in my flight back to KL using the Web Check In but the message of missing flight details keep appearing on the Web. Didn't know that the Domestic Standby Counter staff had screwed up my booking on Friday, I came to Penang Airport and went to the check in counter and was advised that my booking had been cancelled due to No Show. I then showed the counter staff my Web Check In Pass on Friday but he said all seats have been taken up and could only check me in the flight which is 2 hours later. WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MESS AN IDIOTIC GROUND STAFF COULD MADE TO MESS UP YOUR TRAVEL PLAN. MAS needs to really improve on its counter service and for those incompetent staff PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM CREATING INCONVENIENCE TO THE PAYING CUSTOMERS. Otherwise all its valued customers will move to other airlines. PLEASE SERIOUSLY LOOK INTO YOUR LOUSY SERVICES AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM IMMEDIATELY.

Good morning, I had booked the flight on 30/6/2016 from kuching to kuala lumpur depart at 7.55 p.m. and reach at 9.35 p.m. .but I do not get my travel Itinerary receipt. How you please help me check . Maybe I had filled in wrong e-mail address. Thank you .

it sucks ... 4 months to refund a cancelled ticket money .. their call centre is a joke .. never support this airline and i wish them a bad bankruptcy.

I very disappointed because our flight should be 18.25 pm on 29.04.2016 but I don't have received any message or call from MAS about the flight is change time to 14.00 pm.So due on this mistake I can't fly on the day.



For your info,my place to airport tawau very far in 80 km (Kalabakan to Airport).Waste my time,2 guess is warga emas and i have baby.Due on this I must back to my family home with the 80 km from airport.



I suggest you should be call or message direct to Handphone.This to confirmation if the guess know or not the change flight.In the ticket show the phone no guess during buy the ticket.so you will refer on the ticket.if just inform by email,some internet line in the area not clear.so is difficult your guess know the ticket have any change.



I hope MAS can give our family compensation about this.

3rd April 9:15am. stuck in long queue to check in baggage. Only 3 counters opened and very slow process. Where is the customer service?

We have been flying with Malaysia Airlines since 2009 and we cannot believe the utter deterioration in service. We always praised the airline but not anymore.
My 22 year old nephew is currently in the air (travelling alone) as I type and has experienced a gruelling journey from Ireland to Perth. We are heading back to Ireland next Saturday and are really considering cancelling our Malaysian Airline flights and travelling with another airline. These automated replies from Malaysian Airlines are a joke and we are not accepting this anymore. Have some respect!

I travelled with Malaysian Airlines together with 3 other adults and 3 young children. It was the worse flying experience I have ever suffered. The flight was cancelled days before departure but we were not advised! When we arrived at the airport (Sydney) we were required to wait some 7 hours for an alternative Malaysian Airlines flight. When we arrived at Kuala Lumpur we discovered that we had missed our connection (another Malaysian Airlines flight). We were then required to queue for several hours at a Malaysian Airlines 'service desk' to get overnight accommodation. We were then required to queue for a further hour to board a coach to take us to a hotel.
The next day when we returned to KLIA to board the next flight we found we had been allocated seats scattered around the plane such that the three children (aged 3, 6 and 8 years old) were all sitting away from their parents!
Does this sound unbelievable?
Sadly it gets worse! I complained to Malaysian Airlines and I received an automated response stating that I would get a response. That further response never arrived so I chased them up and again got no response - other than the automated response! I then sent them a final request and guess what - other than the automated response I received silence.
This has to be the height of disrespect and total disregard for customer service!!

Just came back from bangkok MH775 1900 19th March. From the moment boarded to flight,i didnt see any smile or welcome gesture from cabin crew. Served food in rude attitude, not a drink for children for Kids. I accidentally spilled milk and wet my hand when i pass the cup to cabin crew, i have to say sorry to her with her black face in return, the passenger behind me quickly pass me tissue instead of our Mas beautiful stewardess. I felt all of them hate kids so much, they wont smile to kids but warn parent if our kids fuss or wanted to see their seated different place.food quality is sucks.seriously, MAS cabin crew services is horrible.

I needed to upgrade plus purchase extra business class tickets. My boss needed to know how many business class seats were still available for this particular trip. I called your customer service and was put on hold for 35 minutes. There is supposed to be a call-back service but I was not given instructions on how to activate this. When your CS rep finally answered and I put forth my questions, her manner was utterly rude and condescending. Perhaps my timing was bad because today is Friday and when my call was answered it was already 12.35pm and she was probably due for her extended Friday lunch break and she just wanted to get this call over and done with, pronto!!
Malaysia Airlines, get your act together. Perhaps your guys at the top should try calling in and experience what you claim to be the "epitome of Malaysian Hospitality" and perhaps your CS reps should be made aware that without our calls they probably would not have a job nor have the money to have lunch, extended or otherwise.

I call three times today to Mas Airlines for request wheelchair for my parents , start from morning until night , first call communicate half way and I wait around 30 minutes , then I give up . Second time also same . My booking is confirm , my Booking reference number Iis WF9E3, tell me what can I do ?

Hi,

I Mr Avinash Baheti was traveling with my wife Ms Kritika Damani for honeymoon purpose from Mumbai - Auckland on 4th Feb 2016 from Malaysia Airlines vide & have my return on 18th Feb 2016 from Auckland - Mumbai.



It was prior informed to the airlines & yatra.com about our meal to be VEG, and we got a surprise that as the flight was moving from Mumbai - India, despite of that they did not have any veg meals on board for the 16 hours long flight. We were told that sorry as your meals are not updated with us, we do not carry veg meals & we need to adjust with the fruits etc on board.



It was embarrassing that an airline like this have crew members who give such response. Also if this is a rule that they do not give meal to customers who did not mention their preferred meal, why dont they make a curtsy call asking their meal preference.



I am not sure if i would like to travel / return back with this airline after such response. Need to know what is it that they can do to rectify the same.

my flight to LHR from KUL coming 13 march change from depart 10.10am suppose to arrive 5.30pm, to 11.30pm and arrive 5;35am. now i have lost a night in london that cost me a paid aprtment 340 pound a day. you think i will get it back?
just recently i was charge to upgraded request for business RM504 to KK. upon chekin was not upgraded. but my sms says mycard were charged. to make worst, my earlier paid seat 12A given to other passenger. going for worst class?
