I was just in your store in the store was in Baton Rouge La. That store was just such a huge mess. They had 2 huge coffen up front. And you couldn't find anything in the beauty section. Everything was just thrown into spots where it didn't belong. Some one the employees were wearing ear buds in the ears. No name tags. Didn't see any managers around or else I would have told them what I seen.

I order often from Marshall's, but won't anymore because delivery is really horrific! Slow and unreliable! Shipments tracking marked pending when you ask why it is not delivered when stated. Fed ex has terrible service and that is the service Marshall's uses! Never shop at Marshall's!

The manager, Marie at the North. Charleston, SC, Wescott store is the rudest, nasty person. I have heard her talk disrespectful to not only employees but customers. I will never set foot in that store again.

Marshalls customer service is terrible. The staff aren't friendly and helpful. No greeting whatsoever. Won't recommend to shop with them if you have other options.

Ordered shoes on 2/26, got notification that it has been shipped, never received. On 3/23 called customer service, an agent explained that they had problems and it wasn't and will not be shipped, I needed to cancel the order, get refund and order shoes again (they are still available). I would need to pay 9.99 for shipping but later they would give me refund). Too complicated, too long, not happy. Don't recommend.

I am at the Marshals in Hampton Va. The men's restroom needs work the toilet paper dispenser is duct taped together and had a partial use toilet paper roll sitting on top of the dispenser. Also the entire store reeks of marijuana.

My wife and i visited Marshalls, Thunder Bay store and we choose one pullover that was tagged for $20 and when we came to billing, staff told us that same pullover was for $49. Even though that mistake was done by staff member, they did not want to accept it. Customer service was bad because we found that article after an hour. We were disappointed and do not want to shop again at Marshalls.

My wife and I visited an out of town Marshalls and purchased a nice 4-piece table place mat set. It had no tags or UPC code but the store figured how and what to charge anyway. After we returned home to Cicero, NY we found out one of the 4 pieces was fraying. I tried to return it to my local Marshalls in Cicero with my receipt. The store wouldn't take it since it was a Homegoods Store Item and it had no tags. The manager was unsympathetic and could care less about trying to help solve a customer problem.If I was the manager I as a courtesy would have refunded the purchase, photcopied ths receipt and contacted the Homegoods manager to arrange sending it back and getting reimbursed. Marshall returns should be accepted at all Marshalls stores especially for defective items. The Cicero Manager needs training in how to be interested in creating a pleasant store experience for all customers. I don't care to set foot in the Cicero Marshalls again. I wil! stick with Kohls.

Marshall's customer service is one of the worst experiences. I tried to return the unworn cloth with a tag, however, the female register insisted that it was worn and I could not return it. I explained it had not been worn and purchased it as is. I wanted to return it because the size was too small but the female who seemed to be the store representative gave me no chance to prove that it was not used. I am a frequent customer at Marshalls and showed my disappointment due to her strong attitude but she said she does not care if I will not come back to the store. They do not care about the customers and have no loyalty or logic in how to treat customers. There are so many same types of discounted stores. I am not going back.

Went to return a kids cloth attached with underwear which I honestly did not know was not returnable as it was a 5 year old cloth . And the manager Marshan from Marshalls Aura in Toronto was really rude. He gave me a big attitude and I honestly did not know it was not returnable. I had bought on Friday and returned on Monday. Only tried the top. This is not the first time he behaves such to the customers. Really disappointing. Why do I have to hear all this.

Overall I do believe that Marshalls has a very extremely bad experience with customer service the customers are right they're not have no rights or wrongs but they have a bad extremely bad reputation and I work as a sales assistant there and I've noticed that nobody's pick up clothes from the floor they're not helpful at all and I think it is because they don't have no good reputation for us all and they allow them to disrespect us in that way and they expect us to do all of it regardless of what the customers leave and compared to other stores that I've work this is the mostly worse of all especially to the bared faces at the front to check out

I love Marshall its overall a great store to shop with great prices for great quality bit the customer service is a thumbs down for me everytime i go to the store im followed already profiled before i can even shop and its very uncomfortable I just let the Marshall store that's close to my home and when I entered I was not welcome into the welcome politely was any of the employees smiling back at me. I couldn't find what I was looking for so i decided to browse the store but I should have just left because the energy I received was not worth me going browsing around I was followed the whole time each employee that pass me stared as if I was doing something wrong. I DO NOT LIKE THAT

I was waiting to enter the dressing room and pointed my pieces to the girl who was at the entrance of the dressing room to give me permission to enter. I had not yet entered the dressing room and I came across an employee (Ms. Kevin) calling the attention of another employee in front of me (just remembering that I am a customer of the store) because she herself "had not counted the pieces of clothing that I was holding". So I saw the situation and returned to have my pieces counted. Ms. Kevin yelled at me saying it was an employee relationship and demanded me to go into the dressing room to try on the clothes. I must remember that I have never been mistreated in any Marshals store and I really feel humiliated by this situation and, I believe that if an employee is doing something wrong, they should be called in a private place, away from other customers and employees to talk and not how it was done. I believe that good managers should be leaders who generate good employees and reduce employee turnover. I hope you didn't suffer prejudice from the employee since I'm not American and I have an English accent. And, of course, I don't intend to return to the store anymore.--

Just got back from Marshalls trying to return some brand new clothes - with all tags attached. Was told that because I did not have the receipts and it was 30 days since the purchase, I could not even get a store credit. Why would they care - they already received the money and I would even take a clearance price. They would be the winner! Not going to that store any more....

Salisbury Marshalls today has one person working the cash register and there is a line that continues to grow longer. Why cant they put another person up there to help people get out of here faster... i only have one item. Very annoying.

The Greenville sc store dressing rooms were filthy; huge globs of dust with hair, masks on the floor, mirror so dirty that one can't see themselves .

Terrible experience- zero stars -workers here are racial profiling customers. They left the alarm on my jacket and refused to take it off and accused me of stealing the jacket when I went back in the store and asked them to remove it and I showed my receipt! Then the spanish worker at the front desk proceeds to argue with me telling me she's not going to remove the alarm and she's not STUPID... meanwhile she isn't wearing a MASK while she's working during a PANDEMIC... Then I asked for the manager. Finally the manager comes and removes the alarm for me AND APOLOGIZES. Meanwhile the employee is still standing there arguing with (me) the customer. REMINDER: This is what I had to deal with the day after Christmas! Also, when the manager removed the alarm she damaged the jacket! Yes, there is a hole in the jacket now from The way she removed the alarm so I'm still upset. The manager wasn't so bad even though she didn't have a mask on either.... but that employee that I dealt with first needs to be fired ASAP for racial profiling people, and since she'd much rather be combative with a customer and provoke a fight in the store than be polite and help resolve the issue! Bottom Line: Do not shop here. They will racial profile you. The workers do not wear masks and rather argue during a holiday season and a pandemic instead of doing their job and removing the alarm which they failed to do initially. I don't need to steal a $49.99 jacket. I just needed the ALARM OFF!! I didn't ask for an exchange or nothing of that nature!! I even told them how the alarm went off in the next store I walked into making me look like a thief! I need corporate to contact me ASAP!! I need to be reimbursed for this jacket and compensated for the unprofessionalism that my family and I had to deal with!! I will be escalating this issue as well! I am a repeat customer and this is unacceptable treatment!! Also, let's not talk about the ridiculously long lines but like I said I shop here all the time so that was not an issue before. I'm typically a patient person but I don't know what is happening in Secaucus!

I was asked to leave one of your stores because my son was trying a car and Wandra said rudely to him that "he is too big for that car"! I asked my son to get up and he did, then she pulled the car and took it away and walked off, she didn't even offer any alternative or asked us a simple question or offered help! I asked her politely of that car was for display or not and for customers to try she started shouting at me and treated us in a bad manner and kept walking!, i told her he was just trying it, she kept walking and said go complain here is the coordinator! And then she started waving at me my wife and son to go out and to shut my mouth up moving her fingers all together multiple times and then said take your son and leave! Then another lady interfered but she didn't even listen to me instead she asked me to leave, while she was talking to me Wandra was behind moving her hand and fingers and saying shut up silently ! When I told the other lady what was happening behind her she asked me to leave the store which I was about to do, we went there for Christmas and holidays shopping but I guess Wandra didn't like how I was talking to my son in a different language ! I tried to tell the other lady that this is not how customers should be treated! But she kept asking me to leave the store in a threatening way! Obviously your team on Eastchase has a problem dealing with "Foreigners" may be or people of different backgrounds!? This is the first time in my life an associate or a sales person profile me and my family and treat us the way Wandra and your team did! Non of them tried to diffuse the situation or listen to me! He is just a kid trying to enjoy Holidays! My son started crying in the car because he didn't get a chance to buy the holidays things he needed for school and home! I really hope this wont happen to anyone regardless where they are coming from or what language they speak or even what religion they believe in! Holidays are for everyone! We went home with a broken heart the three of us! I would never treat anyone the Wandra did to is especially during these blessed month!

I like to shop at Marshalls Magee and N Oracle.
I was there a week and tried in some pants, the fitting room was filthy.
I went back past Friday to try a different size of pants
Same thing, these floors havnt been swept or had a wash for years.
Customers DO NOT want to stand bare feet in other people's hair and filth ! For goodness sake!

I love marshalls great people that work there.but the air conditioning is not good.way too hot I don't want too shop there because it's very hot and stuffy there. How wants too go too marshalls when it's hot in there.

I shop at the Marshalls in Lake Charles LA. Yesterday, I had the best experience ever in your store... all because of a clerk named Taylor!! Due to an accident, I'm disabled, my right leg was great damaged and the healing process has been slow and cumbersome.. Taylor was my cashier, she was extremely pleasant and concerned about my situation. She went out of her way to pack large items fin a manner that made it simple for me to handle! Then, at the end of our transaction, she told me to wait right there for a minute she came back and said she just needed to inform her supervisor that she was going to help me to my car!! I told her I thought I could mange and she replied, on your birthday, you shouldn't have to just manage!! She then loaded my things in the trunk of my car and wished me Happy Birthday... I offered her a tip which she refused,I told her if the store had some issue with tipping, no one would know... her reply "No ma'am, I made these people a promise when I came to work here, I intend to honor it!! I've not always had pleasant experiences in your store and I have complained, but I believe if you complain, you should be prepared to compliment as well... and Taylor made this an experience I needed to compliment!! She is certainly an asset to Marshall's!!

After four unsuccessful calls to customer service, I finally got a wonderful customer service agent. He gave the best customer service I have had in a long time. Everything was resolved and I wish I had got his name. Marshalls needs more like him.

I would like to thank a very nice employee named Neli that works at Marshall's 9169 Roosevelt blvd phila pa 19114 for going out of her way to find my son a very special plush animal that is only sold in your store. She searched for weeks and finally located one. My son is autistic and this made him the happiest little boy in the world. I think Nelibshoukd be recognized for being an outstanding employee and going above and beyond her job expectations to help me. I wish there were more employees like Neli?

This is in regards to my in-store experience at the Marshalls Evans Washington Rd location. The associates who helped me that day was amazing. I had lost my phone in the store, and 3 of the associates there were helpful, and friendly. Their name's are Danielle, Sheila, and Kennedy. Without them I wouldn't have found my phone that day!

I brought a anna Klein handbag and the bag handle is splitting I did purchase a month later I didn't have a receipt or tag because I use it for a week or two they was very nice the manager was very assistance and did get store credit thank Marshall

I visit the store regularly. This store is kept clean, neat especially in the Shoe Department. PIERINA KEEPS the shoe department free of open boxes, single shoes, etc., allowing customers to shop without hazard.

Thank you Marshalls for having Pierina in your employment. Definitely an asset to your company.

This comment is about Rebecca, a sales associate at the Marshalls at 7507 N Clark St., Chicago, Illinois. I was on my way to Jewel and I saw Marshalls store, so I went in to just look around. I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I picked up a shirt and I decided to look for a salesperson and Rebecca was right there. I asked her a couple of questions and she was very sincere and answered all questions. I was about to walk out without buying anything, but Rebecca showed me a shirt and I did like it so I decided to take it. Being in customer service and sales for so long, I can tell when I see somebody smiling because they just have to smile to you or somebody trying to sell you because they have to sell, but it's no emotion with it. What struck me with Rebecca, the smile came very naturally and the sales was very natural, and that's what is most important when you get connected with your customer. Very well done, Rebecca. I will definitely come back.

I'm a single father with an adult son who plays Club soccer both indoors and outdoors. My son and his teammates want the very best soccer cleats avaialable. I was told that Marshall's carry high end Nike cleats at a fraction of the cost. I spoke with CYNTHIA the store Mgr. At the lancaster,CA. Location. Cynthia exceeded my expectations by personally searching tbrough multiple boxes of inventory to locate the particular soccer cleats that my son and his teammates wanted. It's people like Cynthia that make shopping at Marshalls aN enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

In May of 2016, I returned items for my son, made a purchase, and made a return for myself. With that mass confusion, I received a gift card for my son, since I did not have his debit card. That was on a Friday, later I tore everything apart trying to find the gift card. I am a big time shopper and normally keep my stuff in my wallet. Not finding the gift card, I thought I would take a chance and visit the store. Tameka Taylor, Manager at #593 came to the front of the store. I explained the situation. Ms. Taylor, went beyond, I feel, her normal duties to find out what she could do to resolve the situation. She had them look at the video and it showed me putting something in my purchase bag. With that, she had my card reissued and called for me to pick up.

I was at the Marshalls located at 12058 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD.
Michael helped me. He, when I asked for help, immediately stopped what he was doing and went out of is way to assist me. Best of all he, when he could not answer my question said as much. He is an excellent employee.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my dad as a Christmas gift asked the cashier to check them mailed them to find out once he opened them same brand color size but 2 different shoes I returned to the store on my lunch break on 12-23-14 was told they would look and call me before I got off work no call went back after work just mad a manager was at check out counter different one ringing out someone I went up to her rude as can be and said what is yr corp# she said can I help I said no and just ranting she gave it to me I stood there she said if you would just let me finish this one customer and at least let me try and help fix what ever it is she listened went on the floor in the back then had a associate to search she then asked for my ph# and said she would start r ight then calling each store in Memphis and ask if they had it and would hold it til I came back after Christmas from Illinois with the other pair and she did I recieved a call from her saying how sorry she was that she had no luck this young lady was so patient and determine to provide excellent customer service and she did I will always be thankful to Ms. Kedra

Today I was shopping at Marshall store located at 19731 Vanowen st. Canoga park, CA
I needed an item to be checked in other stores. Marita who is one of the store managers helped me with that. She took her time to call several stores and explain the detail of the items and finally she could find it in one if them.
In the mean time while she was on the phone on hold she had her eyes on the long line of the customers on check out line and kept paging backup cashiers to make sure customers have the least possible waiting time on the line.
Meanwhile the associates came to her left and right with their question and she helped them all patiently. I think she is a great role model as a manager and wanted to share my good experience with you. Wish Mariha lots of success in her job.

I worked or Marshall's in alpena an it was thee worst place I had ever worked managers are thee laziest ppl I have ever worked with an nothing is organized an they pick on ppl all day an have ppl snitching on others all day I would never work for any of them again an there pay is very low

You have employees in the Lake Charles, La store that is texting and calling customers to give them a heads up about hard to find items. It is causing a lot of issues with the customers. Is this against company policy? I understand you are in business to sell merchandise. But when people are standing waiting on the store to open, with hopes of finding certain items, only to not get anything due to this employees action is wrong.

Every female worker on 78 n Broadway always trying to seduce the male employees,night shifts day shifts,people have bills an families to feed we don't need distraction,I wish they would hire older professional female.
