MySpace Customer Service Complaints - page 2

NO one is getting back to me. I need to delete my account. I have left 4 different request forms to delete my account because no one is responding and I have been told 3 different times to make a request form. I probably shouldnt have done it so much but this is really hindering my life.

I dont understand how there is no number to call, email to email. No one to talk to. Can someone please help me.

I called to leave a comment and did not have on phone to leave a message or a contact number to talk to me. I called Your customer system sucks. cannot even get a link to an email account or voice message to leave a comment. So sorry I left a positive comment on facebook that I was switching over. Your customer system sucks. and your comment section below this is very stupid, How the heck can I answer these questions when I did not get an answer? Give me a break, did anyone of your designer do what I am doing now? If so, they will realize they don't know a thing about customer service.

Need to delete deceased sister's account and don't have her email to do so. All I can find is the LONG DISTANCE number, which I can't use, and actually being online to do so. I don't have an account, so I guess her account stays....for now. (I deleted my account over 16 years ago due to massive spam/hacking, despite highest protection at that time and ONLY relatives as connections! This site is worthless!)

I have a Myspace account from about 10 years ago, that I would like deleted. I don't remember my password, nor do I have access to the email account I signed up with. I've filled out the verification form about 5 times now, with NO reply. This has been extremely aggravating.

My name is krystal detweiler i have a account with my space iv been out of touch for 5 years now. As of last week i tryed to get onto my account and didnt remember my password. I dont have access to my old phone numbers or email. I filled out a form that myspace sent me to to give them my new email address to verify who i was so i could get into my account.yesterday i got a email from myspace stating that they deleted my account! Hi. I have an account that I haven't logged on into in years. I've tried recently to get old pictures but I couldn't remember the password. My username is not any of my current emails. MY username actually ends . I have no idea how to get a hold of my account. What steps do I need to take to prove it's my account and to log on. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been sending requests for weeks looking for help getting into my account. Nothing but automated garbage replies. I have tried literally everything but filing a formal complaint. I have also considered contacting a lawyer for help. Frankly, I had considered switching from facebook to myspace, but I cannot do that if I can't access my account. I am all but done with using myspace as a social network. If your customer service is really this bad, it's not worth switching.

I have been away for awhile. I recently tried getting into my myspace- I know what the URL is, but I cannot remember my email let alone my password. So I am kinda screwed. All I want is to get my irreplaceable pictures. If there is anyway anybody can help me, please let me know

I only still have my myspace for the photos. My app would no longer let me sign on, so I have to go to the Internet to sign in. Every time I sign in my email/password is incorrect. I reset it and I can get in. Then I try to get back in and it says it's not correct. So every time I want to get into my MySpace page I have to reset my password. This is a pain!

What the hell! My myspace account said i had to contact you all but contacting myspace is like an act of congress. Apperntly when i tried to log in it said my user name wasnt recognized , then says even my email isnt recognized. So what my account is just gone !?

Filled out the account access form thing multiple times with no response. Pretty useless and a waste of time. Trying to access my account to get old pictures from it. Their support email doesn't work. My email got sent back with a permanent failure to send. No wonder facebook took over as the number one social media site.
