Down loaded paid version from itunes for iphone only to find out that many of USA roads are not on there maps. Cuatomer service does not exist. Itunes needs to delete this App from the App store.

Navigon's website is terrible. The site references links that dont even exist. No explanation of products other than iPhone related stuff. It's like the went out of business, closed up shope and are just going through the motions of customer service for liability purposes. There is no way to chat or call a customer service rep. It is all done via e-mail. they responded to my particular problem in two days by saying they needed me to ship them the unit and power cord at my own expense and also pay for it being shipped back to me. None of my questions were answered and I got the feeling the e-mail was a template for every issue. I have never come across something so odd and unusual with respect to customer service.

I'am tired of trying to get hold of cs rep. This company is no good. My navigon unit doesn't work any more and I have no way to fix it. The website just runs you in circles

Navigon and its staff sent me on a wild goose chase arround their site to avoid rembursing me for their error. The matter has been handled by the company incompetently.
1. I placed an order on line for European Maps EU44 and confirmed by Navigon by email on 27th August 2010.
2. Navigon uploaded to my Navigon account Q2 & Q3 and I was lead to believe that the European Maps were included in this upload.
3. Navigon instructed me to down load Q2 & Q3 which I did. This download was for Australian Maps and no reference to the European Maps.
4. I never ordered the Australian Maps nor did I want them.
5. Navigon has never uploaded European Maps EU44 to my account.
6. Navigon was in breached its contract with me and caused me considerable inconvenience.
7. I have asked for the return of my money but Navigon has refused.
8. I required Barclays Visa to credit my account for £79.99 but they have declined to help.

My advice to anyone who deals with Navigon to be very careful as this is an incompetent company.

they don't answer emails questions nor phone calls. it goes into oblivion. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY're SCAMMERS hidden in Germany.

Navigon just got up and left for Hamburg Germany. They no longer have anything to do with their GPS business. I tried like everybody else and received NO reply. I went out and bought a Garman.Garmin is in the US and their support was great.

I bought a navigon8410. What a disgrace. No chance of talking to anyone. Impossible to send emails. Impossible to converse on phone. My 8410 is not working correctly. Cannot get it to hear my commands. Zero response from them. What rubbish! Waste of £350.00. Back to TOM TOM as soon as possible. DO NOT BUY NAVIGON. May as well throw your hard earned money into the toilet!

Navigon's support is non-existent in Australia. It has got to be far and away the worst ever company to deal with. No updates to an unbelievably poor offering of mapping. Some of the most ridiculous instructions at far too many places. Too often the directions have been that of a zombie. Blind Freddie would be better. I am amazed how Navigon can get away with it. Their product looks good and is the same shape as a GPS unit, but its function belongs to the dark ages. My product is not even recognised by their "Navigon Fresh" And they don't give a damn.

After calling customer service, as most have mentioned it is only recorded message.
The GPS I've received had maps as old as 4 years if not older. According to the recorded message on Navigon support service, they don't offer any updated maps for the US market.

Concisely, Navigon Mobile Navigator USA is an exercise in complete insanity. Regardless, of suburb, city, and or freeway driving, the user is confronted with “GPS reception is currently not sufficient.” Apparently, five bars and a 3G connection were insufficient to obtain GPS reception. Now, here is the rub. I live in the Detroit metropolitan area. Thus, if GPS reception is unavailable on a major highway in Michigan, it is highly unlikely that sufficient GPS reception will be available anywhere. As with many users, I was duped by the screen shots and fancy rendering. Thus, I spent $40.00 plus $10.00 for the 3D add-on. To add insult to injury, the default “Maps” application worked flawlessly. What I do not understand is how the included “Maps” application maintains sufficient reception while Navigon Mobile Navigator USA fails to obtain sufficient reception. As a result, I missed my daughter’s volleyball game due to my dependence on the Navigon Mobile Navigator USA application.

Worst customer support I have ever encountered. Basically, there isn't any. No phone number to call. Emails are answered with totally unhelpful canned replies. Loved the mobile navigator 7. Now I got a new phone and can't get the activation code transferred to the new phone. The website has no help at all.

GPS 7100 does not recognize downloaded Fresh map 4G SD card and since I upgraded to 6.5.3 version the devise will not recognize the old 2G SD card. The GPS is now useless to me.
Customer Service do not respond to E mails. What to do?

I have a problem with downloading new maps. It is still within the free period of 2 years (bought it in july 2009).

No reply on my e-mail and after being on the phone for 30 minutes listening to navigon music ("navigon easy") I hung up.

Product is fairly good, customer support is as bad as it can be.

I bought a Navigon 8410 and the language here is Finnish. I have to say that the user guide is really terrible what comes to the language.
Every sentence includes several bugs. Please review the document and fix the bugs.

I have tried to contact the navigon support for close to two weeks now, but I get the silent treatment. No one bothers to answer my questions. I am really getting tired of this now. I think this is just plain terrible, how bad you treat your customers.

I purchased my Navigon March 21st. My Navigon broke down, I emailed support June 22nd, have emailed them 5 times, its July 9th and still have not heard anything from them. So I spent around 200 dollars for a Navigon product that doesn't work! They have no phone numbers to talk to anyone! DO NOT BUY A NAVIGON PRODUCT OF ANY SORT!

Navigon has let me down. I can't update my GPS; I e-mailed Navigon but I got a response thst doesn't work. Without the ability to tslk to a person I cant update my GPS because I forgot my password.

I have tried to reach them via e-mail for over a week now (5 separate e-mails) both from their support page and through their direct e-mail ([email protected]) and have heard nothing. No live phone support. No idea what to do with my non-working 2100max. Extremely poor customer support. Too bad because I really like the product, but I'll never buy from them again.

Navigon support is just a series of voice/email messages.

Their email "support" is basic troubleshooting such as reset/restart. Beyond that they expect you to send the device to their site and charge a nice fee for receiving it.

There will be no proper response to the emails to "support@navigon email id beyond the basic canned responses.

Its a great device but will not buy anything from this company anymore.
