Their apathy borders on criminality. I am looking at escalation to domain regulators as they are in breach of their own guidelines

I had an account with them for several years. Because of a business decision, I had to change to another company. I talked with several of their "support" staff over a two week period. There were multiple promises made ranging from 1-3 days, 1-2 hours, immediately, that I would receive the needed authorization codes. None of those promises were fulfilled. Tonight, when I called after 4 hours when I was told 1-2 hours, I got a person who tried to tell me that I had the wrong email address. Then she hung up on me. I totally do not recommend getting involved with them.

After toleration frequent email outages for several years now, and when you do call in for support, they start trying to sell you more services before they address the problem you called in for, I finally had enough and set up with another provider last December. They charged my credit card $400+ dollars in January for the services that renew Sunday March 12th. I called and chatted several times attempting to close the account always being sent off to another department or told I had to call a different number. When I finally talked to someone who could close our account on the 13th they first tried to talk me in to keeping my service with them and once the rep understood that I had already moved our email and hosting to another provider, he informed me that they only offer refunds for 30 days. I explained to him I was looking at the email from Network Solutions as we spoke and it said March 12th. After some back and forth about their policies and protocols he finally admitted refunds are only available for 30 days after they charge you. NOT from renewal. It's not worth taking legal action but it sure is tempting.

Sir if your review of this ticket does not make you angry and ashamed I fear the content is skewed or you are without a heart. All I want is to have our company website, restored. We hired you to to provide a custom web site and maintenance. Due to your lack of maintenance and and caring we are being punished for having an old version of Joomla.



Please show the courtesy of a response even if as worthless as all the rest received.

I am tired of this companies customer support. I found a critical software error on their servers that would allow hackers to have a "field day". I informed them about it and here I am 12 days with out any help in solving the problem. Apparently they abandoned their escalation team. They refuse to any my emails and phone calls. All I have is an SR number 2419730 and the same reassurance that they will escalate the solution. I have a GOLD VIP status with the Company which is worthless. Do not use this Company.

This is with out a doubt the WORST company I have ever done business with. Its like waiting 2 hours to talk to a robot who can't and won't do anything. They are unwilling to help resolve problems they crated and keep transferring you too a different team. 2 hours on the phone for 2 days and I am worse than when I started. If you use this company you will soon be writing comments. Maybe someone in management will read this and call or email me. While typing this I have been transferred 4 times to different departments and know one can help. And guess what, I am on hold again.

OMG this company is terrible, they suspended all my office's accounts because one account was compromised I have been on hold all day - they all said they could not fix one account and all 45 emails needed to be redone, which then meant all of everyone cell phones and etc. The account they said was compromised was not, it happens the women went to the hospital and tried to set it up on another computer.

They never called my office or emailed me on my personal account information or called the office. All is to try to sell you private service. DO NOT USE THEM

It only took one day for network Solutions to auto-charge me for a domain that was not due to expire for two weeks. My auto-renew button was in the off position and they still took money out of my account. This transaction was unauthorized and when I requested a refund customer service said it would take 7 to 10 days to process a refund.
I consider this a violation of my rights as a client and fraud.

NETWORK SOLUTIONS NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN IT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER & START OVER!!! HAVE SPOKEN WITH 25 PEOPLE IN A MONTH FOR A SIMPLE DOMAIN TRANSFER ISSUE & STILL NOT FIXED!

Updating previous comment to be fair to Network Solutions, my longtime website hosting provider: I wrote several days ago about problems canceling an SEO package that was attached to the wrong website (I have multiple domains). I did yesterday get an email stating that my SEO service that had been automatically renewing MONTHLY without my knowledge would be canceled PLUS advance fees for July refunded. I also have had an email from company executives who I wrote directly that they would contact me after July 4th holiday. Don't yet know if dispute will be fully resolved, but am thankful for what has been done-- though it took a week of calling and a large phone bill!

After 10 years of service from Network Solutions, I find I can't get a fair hearing from a disinterested person on my complaint about an SEO service. I did buy an SEO package to promote our organic beef, but the service was attached to our purebred cattle website, not to our organic beef website. Worse, they had set the service to autorenew MONTHLY -- and I still cannot find how to turn off the autorenew. Have had no calls or emails from the SEO. They could not have "promoted organic beef" by analyzing our website; they used the WRONG website.

Network Solutions ia an unholy den of spammers. NS client aweber.com claims to be sending ads to 40,000,000+ email boxes each month with no worry about receiving a spam complaint. The statement is presumably based upon malafide aweber-NS relationship. NS has no abuse report information on homepage and refuses to accept spam complaints against its domains hosted elsewhere. I solicit a worldwide bycott of Network Solutions.
