Just experience the worst customer service from Nike help assist. I was disrespected and when I ask for a refund they said no even though my order wasn't processed yet. Horrible experience. I don't recommend.

Used a Nike gift card at their store, my number was stolen there and my balance drained. Nike did nothing. They didn't even bother contacting me back to tell me this. I had to follow up multiple time

07/22/2023 I bought two pairs of sneakers at the Fairview store in Toronto, one for my daughter, and the second one for myself. When I tried them in the store, everything was fine, but when I came home the next day, I put them on and realized that they cause severe pain in my ankle.
On the same day (Sunday) I went to the store and tried to return the money, but a manager named Travis said he wasn't going to return the money because I was wearing these shoes. I tried to call the support phone number that was in Nike.com the website, and it gives me the number 1800663 6453 for the options assigned in the afternoon.
On Monday, July 24, I called this number, because they told me it just for the business hours.
One of the representatives said that it doesn't matter I wore it or not , because the 30-day warranty of Nike policy and he recommend me to contact life chat on Nike.com .
After that, I connected to lifechat and described my problem, however, they told me that if my purchase is not online, they will not be able to do anything about it.
And the live chat host asked me to go to the store again to ask for a refund because my shoe has a defect.
I got there (Farview mall nike shop) at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. The cashier said they can't refund the money, evee if the shoe hurts me, because they didn't notice any problems with the shoes.
I asked what I could do and they gave me the nike warranty number 1- 800379 6453. I was talking on the phone with 6 presenters, and they sent me into a loop, I spent more than 1 hour, and as a result of which a robot appeared at the very beginning of the conversation.
I stood in the Nike store for over 1 hour and talked to Nike representatives, who sent me back to forth on the loop.
No one has sent any emails to customer support or returned any money at all. The store manager Travis didn't apologize at all. His behavior was very arrogant. I went there with my friend, and she asked what his last name for the complain, but he didn't answer. He said his name Travis was enough. So, I spent a total of over 350 Canadian dollars for the 2 pair of Nike shoes.
My sneakers cost 254 Canadian dollars, and I can't wear them because they hurt me, however, I can't get the money back at all. This is WORSE experience EVER.

This is the 4th time the payment review team has canceled my order stating that the billing address is different for my financial institution. I called my financial institution to see if the system was showing a different address. My Address is correct!

I've found Nike to be excellent up until Jan 2023. It seems their customer service process has changed, sadly from being excellent to being utterly dire.

I returned a pair of football boots in Jan, I've still not been refunded and they have messed the whole
process up at least 4 times so far. Not one single apology.

Sub par quality product, but even worse is what they're promoting.... Woman should be representing woman, not mentally unstable men who are pretending to be woman . Do better Nike. I, along with hundreds a of thousands of others are not longer supporting you.

I ordered because they had the earliest available arrival of the shoes I wanted. Three weeks later after three separate delivery dates I demanded a refund and was told that since they hadn't actually shipped (that's when they bill you) that they could cancel the order and I wouldn't be charged. I then received shipping details from fedex for that weekend and simply ignored them thinking it was an error. The following week I still received a charge and contacted the online support who informed me that there was no cancellations on the order. I asked for a refund and a confirmation number but they wouldn't provide me with one. I proceeded to contact my bank to dispute the charge as they had zero interest on actually helping me or delivering my order.

I had placed a delivery order on the 14th of September. It was an international shipment. By the 16th of September it had arrived in my country. It's been stuck in the Airport since. Nike never followed up or tried to close the shipment, left me to waste many hours trying to sort it out. Today I told them to cancel it and refund me the full amount (tax and shipping) to which they told me it would be unlikely I would get the tax and delivery refunded. I never saw the product; it never made it to me and how is that my issue to be charge with. A multibillion-dollar company can't handle a simple logistic issue? I've only ever worn Nike shoes and gym cloths from today they will never get any money from ever again. Oh, and they told me the product was at the carrier office, I need to collect it (why did I pay for delivery then?) the carrier told me it's still at the Airport. Unbelievable how terrible this was handled.

Nike customer service hangs up on me whenever I ask to speak with a supervisor. They did this twice. They lie when they say someone will contact you in a matter of hours or days in terms of fixing my order placement. This has happened three times. Terrible customer service and will be forwarding my experience.

I enclose a screenshot of my three previous purchases, none of which were ever dispatched and am struggling to come to terms with why I was singled out or discriminated against by a company of your magnitude, I initially purchased these trainers on the 18th of July with an estimated delivery date on my daughters 21st birthday on the 23 rd of July, The disappointment grew when I phoned up having not received any deliver updates only to be told the product had been returned by the courier, I was saddened but repurchased after being told the refund could take up to 8 days, I waited and still nothing on the 27th and 29th then I was told the courier was uncontactable and wasn't responding and that a new order would be made, I showed faith only to be further disappointed, I phoned Nike on multiple occasions requesting a manager or someone with some authority contact me and explain this unfair and painful experience I have needlessly have had to undergo, still nothing, still no response as I am not worth an explanation, suddenly and without warning on the 14th of August, almost 1 month after I ordered the trainers I got an email saying I'd been refunded, no explanation, apology or apology.


PLEASE KINDLY BE HUMAN AND RESPOND.

Customer Service is Horrible. Nike is all about making money and making sure they get buisness. I ordered a Pair of shoes that never came in the mail anf never even gave me a tracking number. At first they tried to tell mr that it had been delivered when clearly it hasn't been delivered. Then they offered me a refund, so I explained to the first person that the card that was used is no longer in use and she said "No worries, you will be receiving a call and they will ask for your new card number". 2 Minutes later I received a email saying that they will be refunding my money to the EXACT card I told then wasn't working anymore, then I tried to call again and the other lady told me that I need to call my bank and have them FAX nike and go through a whole process again, so I did. And that didn't work as well. So I called AGAIN, and the last guy told me they couldn't send me my money at all and proceeds to send me a gift card. A gift card. To Nike. So that Nike can what? Get that money back again? Ridiculous.

The customer service chat and in person sucks! They delivered two shirts I did not want. They refunded my money. Oh, goodie! However, I cannot return them without a return label. I have been given every kind of BS to get one: your computer is old; you need a new app; you don't know how to open a .pdf; we will refund your money! Refund my money? They already have. I just spoke to the rudest manager on the planet who is condescending. "Lady, look..." should never be words to use especially with a woman. They told me to drive the boxes to a Nike store 40 miles away into downtown Seattle. No one ever goes to downtown Seattle because parking costs $20 an hour if you are lucky. The traffic is insane because they are "fixing" every single street. I just wanted return labels. NEVER BUY A THING FROM THIS STORE.

Ordered shoes more than two weeks ago. No update no tracking number nothing. I paid and received order confirmation,that's it. After chatting to team 3 times I found out that my order is lost and I asked for replacement they said it takes 5-7 working days to process a replacement and it's not guarantee! This system is hopeless. Very disappointing and will never order again from Nike.

Nike is a horrible company that could care less about its customers. Nike will take your hard earned money for shoes they don't even have in stock. And then will simply tell you "We're sorry" as though this is the 6th grade and that apology is supposed to suffice. Horrible company. If you want shoes find another company!

I ordered a size 13 Nike Cortez and it was too small and it was damaged on one shoe so I sent it back for a return actually it was exchange but some strange reason I receive a box from Nike the company that's in Lebanon Indiana with my name on the label and inside the box is a ripped open package with somebody else's name on it I don't get it someone is stealing and somebody needs to do something about it

I've ordered some Jordans from Nike.com on 30th September and my order got stuck in their NL Warehouse since then. In last month I've spoken every week with the customer support department, each agent told me the same story, that their finance department has to approve the request and they have to answer in 5-7 working days. Even if every time I call them, they can see that those days have passed several times, they just add a comment to that case and nothing is happening.

I should read more carefully all other reviews about how Nike doesn't give a s**t about customers.

I ordered nike zoom pegasus 37 flyease a couple of days ago.. I'm not quite satisfied about the flyease technology as i read some comments about it... As i had to pay $25 as shipping charges, will i get all my money back including the shipping charges if i return the product within 30 days? Any help will be highly appreciated!

Dear Nike,

I recently bought a pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 39 in Black (11.5). I have suffered with extreme leg pain for quite some time. Some days it is almost impossible to walk and I have a job that requires me to be on my feet most of the day. I received the shoes yesterday and have them on today at work. I want you to know that this day has been life changing for me. My leg pain had decreased by 75%!!!! I can not believe these shoes would change my life like this. Not sure what is different about these because most all my shoes are Nike. But these are different in a great way. Wish I could afford to buy a pair in every color. Thanks so much for producing this shoe.

My complaint is about the Nike Air Max 270's! For some reason Nike marketing decided to give Kids and Women the best colors! And I'm mad. I would love to rock the yellow 270's and the green 270's. When I workout I like wearing bright colors men in the 270's club want Nike to make the same colors for all maybe except pink! Pink might rock well with men.

A big "Thank You" to NIKE. I work at the Marriott as a Spa Attendent. I am on my feet 8 hours a day and walk at least 5 miles during the shift. Two years ago I purchased a pair of Nike Free TR Fit 3 and they have been wonderful. My feet have always been comfortable and the shoes are still like new and I am going on my third year with them. They are amazing. They are attractive. and they have made my job possible as I have a knee replacement and am 69 years old...I walk on tile and through wet shower areas and have never fallen. They maintain a grip on the surface...and they always look lovely and my feet have always been comfortable. THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING SHOE!....I highly recommend them for anyone who is in the service industry or on their feet all day long.

Hi my name is Paris Hemphill and I have two young kids that gets disappointed every time u release a new shoe. My 13 year old has been trying so hard to get at least one retro pair and I find it so disturbing that you would put kids threw that. I realize your running a business and your looking r think u have found the answer but u have only made it worst.think back to yourself as a kid and wonder how bad it may have felt when u could have what others did. Sad, but worst now cause the parents are finding it easier to afford it but impossible to purchase. I think u all need to reconsider how u decide on your distribution. I'm tired of telling my children that they can get them when I work hard for them to have them. Now we will still put our name in the drawing because I have to show them I at least tried but disappointment after disappointment is getting a bit frustrating. My friend had purchased nike shoes last month and she lloves them. She is a runner so she likes to have good support on her heel and the ball of her foot and she always is saying how nike shoes always does that whether they are the nike air or what veer series. SHe loves them so much she wears them like everywhere we go.

We love Nike shoes, we have two boys and we buy at least 8 pair or more a year. The last two pair we have bought at Academy Sports they tore at the front. The first pair lasted 3 months and the next pair lasted about 2, we took them back with receipt and the store told us theres nothing we can do. I thought the shoes should of lasted longer, don't know for sure if it was the style or not, all he buys is the black, grey, or red ones. My older sons last usually over al year. We bought Rebock the last time and they have lasted over 6 months and still look good. Didn't know if anything can be done or if there was a defect in the Nike shoes on a certain style last year. We would like to go back but not for sure.
