I ordered jacket from Northface SaudiArabia Online ,, however they sent me wrong item ( gucci un authentic scarf) and after reaching out they said it is out of stock and refused to do refund and said only 50% refund which is not acceptable at all.
I want full refund

About two months ago I bought 2 jackets from the North Face it worth £500 in total, according to their return policy I can return for a full refund within the next 2 months from the date I received my purchase. So I decided to return them using their delivery service "Yodel" tracking number is 886Y41921075A064, so now the parcel went missing and I contacted the north face they said after investigation they have decided not to refund me without stating any reason whatsoever, since I paid with PayPal, I also contacted PayPal, my bank and Yodel, none of them take responsibility, since PayPal took money directly from my bank account, therefore I am not eligible for buyer protection nor a charge back from my bank. PayPal said I am not eligible for their buyer protection either because apparently the buyer has to contact them before returning the item within the first 2 weeks and have to prove them the item is not as described. I then contacted the financial ombudsman to review their terms and conditions, still waiting for their reply. I have also reported to the police fraud team.

Therefore I am here to report a huge scam the North Face "return department" is running in the UK (probably worldwide).

I have read countless complaints about the same thing happened to so many people with slightly different details. Yet no one has done anything about this for years, if anyone who has the same experience please contact me on WhatsApp (preferably) or call, my number is +447388234526, I am going to start a campaign for people who have had the same experience with the North Face return department as well as reporting it to the BBC and CNN, if they are actively scamming people for a large amount of money I believe there are much more behind what we see on the surface.

Imagine more and more big cooperations take a few steps further to can scam money from ordinary people and there's nothing we can do to put things right, this is terrifying and I am sick of it! So please come forward we should try our best, make some noise, get our money back and put things right! If anyone has any idea that could help my situation, please contact me, I would really appreciate it. Thankyou.

I will never shop North Face Again! Returned a jacket for warranty because of issue pocket zipper. Purchased jacket at PBX on military base about 7 years. Jacket was returned and would have warranty work done for non working zipper. After a call to customer service was told that my item is not authentic. I find it really hard to believe that I purchased a knockoff item in a military base PBX.

They have taken 5 weeks to refund me for a coat I needed to exchange sizes on and mailed back with their own label . I will never shop north face again . I wasted 600$ on them and had to wait 5 weeks to exchange for a smaller size because they wouldn't let me do it in store cause I bought online . No other company makes it this hard.

I have purchased long jacket from northface which is on mcarthur airport mall vancouver. The fur from inside the jacket from every part of jacket.
That is unexpected with big brand like north face.

I have a Northface back pack. My son used it for one month and the strap on one side tore away. I asked them to repair or replace. They told me it was neglect. I do not know how a strap tears apart from the bag as neglect. Sounds like a workmanship defect. Will not but another Northface back pack. Thee are plenty of other $125 school back packs out there

I paid extra money to be shipped overnight, which I now realize that's not gonna happen because it takes two days for you guys to process an order from fulfillment that has not been shipped out yet-that's what customer service and the supervisor told me-(we both know that order could've been canceled since it hasn't been processed yet)-that guy I spoke too,and the supervisor was very rude, unprofessional, and ghetto, you guys are supposed to be the Gucci of jackets. Now your brand is just a joke.
If the customer service I called yesterday and supervisor was more professional and understanding I wouldn't even make a big deal out of this, but they came to me wrong and rude-I still can't believe the words, the attitude and the demeanor that I felt yesterday on the phone from your customer service and the supervisor was so disrespect when think about this it bothers me a lot how they treated me and I'm very upset now just thinking about it again and writing this . Even even makes me upset again It was the customer service that I received from the company.if they were more professional and nice I would understand and move on. But your customer service and the supervisor there is the worst and they're gonna send your company to the floor

I returned items the day after receiving them, via fedex with label provided.
4 weeks later they still have no record of that. And I didn't get a receipt from fedex.

I had a very bad experience with. Customer service rep when I informed hi. I had not received my package that the carrier had left my package out side of our locker room and was in return stolen I explained that that no acceptable when he could have left with front desk receptionist who had let him in to the building. Rep ask do the carriers have to locker information I stated that I didn't know there job and thT everybody package in building get place in there I said ok. Can you resend item or send refunded rep got even rude and stated why send a replacement wen it gonna happen again as a customer who wants to hear this when now I'm out of 94 dollars my child still doesn't have a coat and I have right to request a resend or refund I inform the rep I'm screen shotting this convo he then ask where can he send the item to different address by that time he immediately signed off with out helping to fix the problem. I'm passed nothing got resolved no money and no coat

Incredibly frustrated, ordered a sweatshirt 10 days ago and was told it was going to come in in 3-5 business days, just called to check on my order and said my order was out of stock and was going to be cancelled in a few days. Extremely disappointed.

I purchased a backpack from NF online. It was very small. Began return with NF. Unlike any other reputable company, this business does not (or at least says they don't) keep record of your tracking details from their own labels. Other companies upload it automatically. Customer service says a refund takes 5 weeks because they are covered with returns and they don't upload tracking from the label they send you. I will never purchase from this pitiful company again. Their fast to take your money. After that, you're at their mercy. Beware of The North Face.

I've recently purchased a gift card from North Face and later on found out that they don't have a store close by. The person that received the gıft wanted me to get a refund instead.
I'm trying to get that refund but they say they cannot find the gift card I purchased and cannot refund because of that.
I have the order number, my name, my email, my phone number and address and provided them all as well as the last 4 digits of my credit card.
They still can't find it. It was a $450.00 purchase and I am literally ripped off. They stole my money and don't give it back.
Never trust them at all, never buy anything. They are a SCAM!

I shopped at The North Face TNF # 310 2700 Potomac Mills Space 215 Woodbridge VA Register: 005. I bought 1 flare winter jacket, THWRR HD hoody's, 5 long sleeves Large Throwback tees. And the sales lady put and squish everything in a small bag. I requested and asked if the winter jacket can be put in another shopping bag but she strongly disagree and with the help of another sales lady after I did my payment I left but while walking the bag rip and I went back to the store and I asked the guy who's on the entrance of the store who's managing and working letting people to get in because it's Saturday right after Black Friday and there was a huge line. He said; no I can't give you a shopping bag but I asked if he can asked someone just to hand me a bag at the entrance while showing my receipt and he said you want me to put you in social media ... I said no... that's a very frustrating and I cried for my disappointment on how the sales lady and this person didn't give me just one shopping bag in spite my bag got ripped because they put everything that I bought in a small bag.

I would absolutely stay away from anything North Face Sport. I bought small rag dolls [Walldorf Dolls] from the site for a pediatric hospital and I was sent cheap
dolls in their place. I spent $170.00 for these dolls and North Face Sport refuses to refund my money and take back these cheap dolls. AS for the Waldorf Dolls North Face Sport claims they are out of stock, but they are still advertising the dolls on the website which is now called Gifts. I called North Face and informed them about the scams being run under their name and they did nothing at ALL to fix this problem. This operation appears to be fairly slick because you start out on the North Face site, and before you know it you somehow are at North Face Sport. I have been trying for months to resolve this but my money is gone. Until North Face takes responsibility for this scam North Face Sport website which you can still pull up on your browser, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM
NORTH FACE FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION!!!

I was so disappointed with the service. I went to north face outlet in Allen Texas the guy who checked me out forgot to removed the sensor on the 2 pair of shoes I purchased. Just noticed it when I got home travelled 2 hours going there to have them remove and did not even get an Apology to make me feel better. Management you have to train your employees well

The North Face does not honor its lifetime warranty.. down parka lining began to disintegrate after one winter.sent it to warranty center. They gave no explanation but would not honor the warranty but wanted $80 to repair. I asked them to re- examine it. Instead received an email that it was being returned to me. Will not buy from them again.

Hello North Face,
Virtue signaling is really bad for your public image and even worse for business. As I did when Nike portrayed Colin Kaepernick as a national hero, I'm going to stop buying your products and discard anything with your brand on it. It's difficult to continue your guise as climate saviors and earth worshippers as your executives jet around polluting the environment. It's even more difficult to produce and advertise your products which are manufactured from petroleum. You should change your name to Two Face, that would certainly be truth in advertising!

I purchased a North Face dark grey long sleeve t-shirt and discovered at home a white NF logo tag sewed onto the outside of the sleeve at the wrist.

It ruins the shirt. Tasteless. I'm returning it.

Myself and family have been very loyal North Face customers for many many years. We have bought products ranging in thousands of thousands dollars. My son is vert reputable engineer for the Texas Oil Company and North Face is rising to sell products to the Texas Oil Company. As of today, we will. NEVER buy another North Face product from you and throw away any apparel or product with your name or log on it. What you have done is unbelievable and for the people that drive any vehicle should never drive again because they utilize gas and oil which b in your cause hurts the environment. North Face is wrong in very level on the decision they have made.

Fantastic Customer Service...over-delivered! The foot of my TNF suitcase broke off. I took the suitcase to a local TNF store; they took it and sent it to repairs;I received notification within 2 weeks; my luggage was fixed and returned to my home within 3 week! (Holiday season time) I am so imopressed with TNF customer sercie in repairs!!!

I need to amend a former comment. I thought north face was retuning an un-repaired jacket to me. However, upon reaching customer service, i was told they did in fact repair it at no charge.

I LOVED MY SPECTRUM 23 TENT. At the time in my life it was my biggest expenditure and I loved the sense of freedom and security its lightweight shelter gave me. 7 years later however, the seams tape had eroded to the extent that the tent leaked. Not ideal. I rang Northface customer service and was called back at my request by a very nice lady there. I was advised to take the tent to my local NorthFace store (though I had bought the tent in Blacks, I no longer had the reciept). The Store accepted my tent and gave me a reciept, promising a response within 4 weeks. In two weeks I had a call to say that I was to be given a replacement. A few days later I went to the shop hugging my new Spectrum 23. Thanks Northface!

The zipper on my Aelutian Sleeping Bag broke 3years after I bought it. I dropped it off at the local Northface store in downtown Seattle, they shipped it to their warranty department, and I got it back good as new within 2 weeks. Could not have been easier, and it was free with zero hassle.

I returned one of my two VE-25 4-season tents for a defective bug screen zipper; and the rather "experienced" rain fly from my other VE-25, which ripped during a recent set-up. The tent pieces were evaluated by TNF Warranty staff; the zipper was a warranty repair witout question. The fly, however, was initially deemed to have failed due to age and UV damage, conditions not necessarily covered by warranty. I had a phone conversation with TNF representative "Shanti", who initially offered to replace the fly for half price, $100 instead of MSRP of $200. I then patiently and politely appealed to him that I bought TNF gear because of the high quality and performance of their products, and the TNF company reputation , despite the high price-per-item exceeding $500, and could have bought a number of tents at a significantly lesser price. Shanti relayed my "appeal" to someone with a bit more authority than he had; he returned to the phone a few minutes later and informed me TNF would replace the fly at no charge to me, which they did not have to do! I received the repaired tent and replacement fly in less than 2 weeks after this phone call.

I am a consumer who places great value in service after-the-sale; I am now a loyal and life-long customer of The North Face, and enthusiastically use this venue to sing the unsolicited praises of The North Face Customer Service/Warranty department! Whoo-Hoo! Great job, TNF! Thank You!!!
