I was at my daughter and future son-in-laws house and he ordered pizzas for lunch.he went to eat a piece and I noticed he was staring at it and then he pulled about a 26" hair out of the pizza. It was a bit disgusting!!! He called store he ordered from and they gave him a credit for a pizza . And person on other end of phone hung up on him as he was mad it seemed to me!!

I recently ordered one of your pizzas & I have to say it was worst pizza I have seen in a while!! I ordered a large thin crust Supreme but what I got was an embarrassment to any pizza maker. Also ordered Xtra cheese too! All ingredients were located not far from center of pie. And Xtra cheese was also big clump in middle of pie. Only saw 2 pieces of ham, 1 piece of sausage and maybe 3-4 pieces of pepperoni.i mean all ingredients were at least 2 inches from perimeter edge. Man,,,,what has happened to Papa Johns????!! This trash pizza was ordered from the Fort Worth ,TX Store on West 7th. I'll never waste my money there again....adios, from a lost Customer!!?!!

We got a pizza that was under cooked We waited 45 minutes for a pick up order. I would have waited another 45 for a pizza that wasn't raw in the middle, after making a complaint I received an email stating that they are cooked on a timed belt, calling me a liar. I have photo's to prove my claim..I very very upset with how my complaint was handled..I have NEVER HEARD A MANAGER REPLY IN SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER..TERRIBLE NEWS FOR PAPA JOHNS JUAT LOST A PAYING CUSTOMER..

They stole 52$ from me from the call center from another country. They said my card was declined but they still took my money. Thieves and scammers. Papa Johns will ruin their selves but they are taking our money first. Scam likely should be the number that pops up when u call. Foreigners will answer the phone, take your card number and say it was declined and you will be out 57$ like they did me. Papa johns franchise has been ruined by their own demise. I will boycott and never eat a pizza from there again and I will let everyone know that they are a scamming culture company now that they are using a different country to scam you out of your hard working money just like the rest of the other country orders that take our money and say sorry it was declined. I want my money back

I visited papa kings on Main Street in Bridgeport conn and I was very disappointed because the new cool ranch Doritos item I got had almost nothing inside of it it was like eating bread only I will never visit that particular store again and I will tell everybody I know stay away because what you see on tv isn't what you get !!!!!!

I visited the location at 1929 Oleander Dr on Saturday 4/29/23. "Destiny" was supposedly helping the customer and handing out door dash order was completely rude, disrespectful, and even cussed at 3 different people while waiting for their orders. I've never seen a person speak to anyone as I witnessed this evening.

Ordered over phone and was charged for extra sauce that I ordered for delivery and when driver got here there was no sauce also driver was like really sad and depressing. Needs to work on smiling more in brewton Al.

Placed order over phone for Papa johns on the plaza call to check in order they tell me call center has a glitch so they didn't get my order after they charged my card 47.01 then gone ask me if I wanted to place another order

Two of your employees at Menomonee Falls, WI are racist and have made comments directly to these black employees. They go on cigarette break come back in and don't wash their hands and make pizza. One threatened to punch and employee in the head, told another they were retarded. Made statement you like pepperoni because you're black

We called to have an order delivered and we have never experienced such horrible customer service in our life. I was on the phone with a guy at the call center and he was the most rude person ever! I asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to the store in Tooele Utah and the woman we spoke to was amazing! The guy at the call center was very rude! We will never order from you guys again especially if we have to go through the call center!

I got large pizza in scottsburg indiana pappa johns. WORST pizza ever. I paid for extra cheese. Extra garlic sauce,did not get. What I did get was vegetables sliced big enough to choke a horse. What I did get was cold pizza I picked up,what I did get lousy service told 3 different times to pick pizza up, what I did get was a person taking my order that could not speak or understand English. What a bad experience plus all the ?

Last friday around 7:00-7:30 pm i took combo pizza deal from papa johns deira city centre branch but it was not properly cooked i went for dinner party it was my worst experience im regular customer of papa johns

Last two times we ordered a Pizza, we were put in touch with their new call center. First off we were told it would take 30 min. before our order was ready for PICKUP. When I got to the store the pizza was cold and all personal that used to work at this site were all gone.
Second time we could not understand the person at the call center. We will not be ordering anymore from Papa Johns unless we can call the store itself.
The pizza was at least warm the second time.

1st of all I want to say "I Love Papa John's pizza", always have. The Shallotte, NC Papa John's has turned me completely against them, all because of the service & quality of the manager working the last (2) visits. One being 04/6/21, last nite I spoke to him about how bad the pizza was on the last visit. It tasted Terrible, vegetables wasn't cooked, sauce was cold, & the cheese n the crust was barely warm. He told me I should have called, & if I had a problem call here back once I got this pizza. When I was picking my order up, he was giving someone on the phone the same exact statement he had just given me when I called my order n.Well it was same as last time, plus I ordered parmesan chicken wings & they were not done, blood @ the bone. Manager wouldn't tell me his name & he was turning my words around tell me I just didnt like their pizza I shouldn't order their. NEVER did he ask me to bring it back or did he offer me another of the same items.he just kept telling me their was nothing wrong with the food I got.he argued with that the food was done. I took a pic of the wings blood @ the bone. Hes rude & I don't plan to return to Papa johns with employees & managers like him. It makes me sad tho cause I do love the pizza & it's the closest to my house.i plan to post on FB & any other site, I can find, the pic of the bloodly wings as well as a pic of the bad pizza. Just wanted someone a where of the service people or receive,@ Shallotte, N.C.

Lost my business for life!!!
I tried to order from your local location, got recorded message no real person the entire time. Treated me like a number. Tried to make a complaint by phone, but yet again treated like a number, got ads instead of a phone number to make complaint. Absolutely worst possible customer service model. I will never buy from any Papa John's again and will encourage everyone I speak with to do as such. Even while making this complaint, no access to a real person. Sincerely, lost customer

When calling to place a to go order i was redirected to a third party at which time I tried to start an order but could not understand the person who answered to take my order. I tried several times to understand what they were saying. You will lose business if people get aggravated over trying to start an order and go somewhere else.

I order pizza two times I had ordered sauce on the side they deliver my pizza. So. Calls up there the manage said yeah that happens a lot and he was going to give me half off my next order. When I went to order it he say it's to late . he didn't give me a date when I could use it I very disappointed

I called spoke to customer help line ! They couldn't find my account it was stressful! I was trying to get info on my papa Dough rewards? And help team told me I don't have anything showing? How is that kapiolani store has and always been taken my order and I show my rewards on my end but it's not being credited that's all I wanted to find out so called the help team at no prevail !!! One upset loyal customer here!

I would like to say Lance Tyler is assume!!!! I was a delivery driver for 15 yrs at a competitor pizza business....It's scary out there sometimes.You were very helpful and supportive...You deserve some recognize!!!!! I hope this helps you with the company to recognize you.....You rock!!!!!......

I Was At An Extended Stay America in Austin, TX and Sometimes I Like to Order Papa John's, The Pizza was Wonderful. Service was Pretty Good & One Time I Had The Garlic Knots, They Are Awesome, But One Day My Mom's Breath Smells like Garlic. But, I'll Still Eat Papa John's.

Just left Papa John's on Big Bethal in Hampton Va. AWESOME experience. Customer service is a lost art, so I had to let you know Everyone was pleasant, wait time...none! Even as I was leaving out the delivery driver smiled and spoke. Didn't get any names but it was around 4:30 on 01/08...Bravo to this awesome team!

First of all I'd like to say hello to all the idiots who post complaints about the companies they are trying to contact on this site. "Hello mouth breathers"!.

That said, I was able to get a hold of a Papa John's call center rep after almost 5 minutes on the phone. Their IVR (the phone computer system that routs calls) offers you two options (1) if you are a customer and (2) an employee. If you press (1) you will begin a loop that will never end in a live person, but if you press (2) and wait till then end of the employee menu it gives you one last customer option. If you press it you get one last menu that will give you a person. Once I found this (took me all of about 5 minutes) I was speaking to a rep inside a minute. This number works as of 8:45PM Central time on 09/16/2014

Insanity!!!!!! Keep repeating the same behavior and expecting a different outcome!!!!!! Why oh why do I do this to myself I know when I place that order along with the delivery will come anger, unhappiness and a still unsatisfied hunger . Way to expensive, portions way small ,never cooked right I could go on and on why bother

I was unable to order a half & half pizza online so I left an online comment. Got a phone call from a live person the next day! Nice and friendly as can be. Walked me through the process, patiently and with a great sense of humor. Problem solve, in the best possible way! This is the model for customer service!!!

a manager from papa jonh is bullying and harazing my daughter at work and that is wrong there was no need for him to tell my daughter who was waiting for a ride to leave or was going to have her arreste this need to be fix i dont need my daughter to be stress and bully at work

Hi,
There are some concering activities going on at the chatsworth store, i work here and there are some ways where mrs rojas and mr rojas who is her had.
His daughter lorena and him do personal orders that do go in the books,
they are stealing supplies and not putting everything in the system, i came to this realization at the time of inventory, there is a reason why lorena is always at the store, they are stealing money and pocketing the money. Her dad and mom and her whole family works at this store,
her aunt, her grandfather, grandmother, sister, brother, so the whole family is running the store like theres.
i tried confronting Mr rojas about it and was given the reply everyting is good, then next week i got my hours reduced.

first of all pa pa johns treats its employs awful an ro ho ho is the company I work for they own many pa pa johns in fl they are always looking for ways to cheat their gm s out of money they pay most of their drivers waiter wages well on the road driving they charge the customer 2.35 cents delivery an pay the drivers 1'15 a delvery they have a very large area an yell at the managers all the time to keep their labeor cost down all in all drivers an help treated bad an it is passed down to the customer everyone suffers because they are so money hungrey

I worked for Papa Johns in the past and I have seen many things, especially with new managers that would steal money and ended up putting the company out of business. The pizza was incredible and we maintained optimal cleanliness(washed our hands & sanitized after each computer encounter and after making a few pizzas. We sold a lot of pizzas, but my managers found ways to keep the $$ for themselves. I loved the customers, we had the best time, and we gave whatever discounts we could to keep the customers pouring in. I ended up quitting my job because we moved and started at a new papa johns. The manager was always flying off the handle and very verbally abusive. They couldn't keep people there because of his temper, and he also would not turn on the exhaust for the oven because of money, which made people sick. I had chest pains and would get very dizzy until I got into the car to go home, then I would feel better. They ended up having to get it fixed(exhaust) because an employee ended up in the ER with carbon monoxide poisoning. It's crazy to think the there are people out there who will put others lives in danger just to save $$. This guy also sent me my tax return info and I made a lot more than what he sent me for my W2, this year and last. I think something funny is going on with this guy. Please check into it to keep the new employees safe. Area codes are 17745 and 17701
