Customer service representative was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Seems that the company struggles with taking accountability for faults in the product. I cannot understand why it is the consumer responsibility to deal with faulty machines.

Philips appears to have no concern over the failure of its products. I have been waiting 2 years for the replacement of my bi-pap machine (their response is do nothing until your DME contacts you - my DME has never heard from them) I purchased a body groomer that quit working within 3 months. Their response? Private message us (with no instructions on how to do that. I have sent many inquiries and calling is a waste of my time. I do not feel that Philips produces products that can be relied.

Worst customer service ever. Every time I call they say someone will call me back in a few days and no one ever does. Today I called just to update a payment for an automatic shipment and I couldn't even talk to anyone to give them the new card number. A woman I could hardly hear, not very friendly, told me someone would call me back in 3 to 5 days. I will never buy another Phillips product even though I had no trouble with the product.

Philips Sonicare creates great products but their customer service support is less than adequate - it's terrible !! It used to be very good, but now the customer support people don't know how their products work. It's not rocket science !

Do not purchase from this company. Received an almost $400 pasta making machine as an xmas gift. Used about 8 times before it malfunctioned and is no longer usable. this happened within the one year warranty period but Phillips customer service will not give me the time of day because I am unable to produce an original receipt (it was a GIFT). Based on the number of times used and the costof the machine, it works out to about $50 per order of pasta -- now I have an expensive brick. Buyer Beware.

This is the worse TV I've ever owned. Not only does the channel changer not have a number pad, when you turn the TV on you have to turn it off and back on else the channels won't change correctly. Now it's skips channels while scrolling.

Terrible customer service!!! They sent me the wrong product. Not what I ordered and paid for. They will not refund my money or send me what I ordered. I've tried 5 times to get this resolved. 2 phone calls 3 online chats. Always told a specialist will contact me! Not!!! It's been a week now and still nothing. Buyer beware. Terrible company with horrible customer service!! Shame on you Phillips!!

The WORST customer support I have ever dealt with. After 5 phone calls and hours spent trying to get a resolution for online purchase and then their system canceling the order 2 separate times but the charges are still on my credit cards. No one knows why the orders were cancelled and when I will be refunded. Do not purchase anything from this company. They have no knowledgeable customer service reps.

Did not pick up any of my calls, did not answer my messages. I will never be buying from them again. My product was faulty and I tried reaching out many different ways and they did not help at all. BAD COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I revived the new cpap. Was fine for while now does not work. Each time I called to send it in for repai the calls hang up on the middle of conversation. Although customer service had my emai address I heard nothing. They are acting as they do not to repair my cpap. Please advise

On the line with tech support for an hour while they bopped me back and forth between departments. I even gave them the name of one of the tech support individuals who helped me earlier in the week and they couldn't locate them. I ended up reaching out to the individual directly. Spoke with 5 different support individuals of varying levels of knowledge/understanding. They trasnferred me back to the main start up line for a 3rd time when i finally hung up.

I have tried to order an item from them directly four times. Each time I order it the order gets canceled with no reason given. I wish my wife didn't want the product because I would have moved on and tried to forget this miserable experience. Even worse is that I end up every time calling customer service and get the run around in the voice prompts. Each time they give me an additional 5% off, can I keep it going until they just give me the item?

When I registered my Philips TV the wrong date for purchase is shown it is one day off. I tried to correct it but could not. I have tried everything on the website to get this corrected. Even phoned and they did not answer. Does this void my warranty as my sales slip shows a different date.

Find another company!!! Phillips does not care about you and doesn't stand behind their products. My wife has one of the Phillips sleep apnea machines that was recalled. She contacted them back in May 2021 about the replacement machine. It is now November 2021. Still no new machine. Inexcusable! I could have ordered a new car and taken ownership of it even with the chip shortage. Find a different company for your sleep apnea machine. You'll be glad you did.

Philips fluorescent bulb warranty is a scam. Their packaging states that the bulb will last 7 years with a life of 24,000 hours. No other warrant period is stated on the packaging. When the bulb fails after two years and perhaps 2500 hours of use in a home kitchen, they deny warranty and claim it's warranty is only 1 year. This is ludicrous. Even if used all day, everyday, that would amount to less than 9000 hours. This is a sleazy operation.

I've bought 2 blue Ray dvd players 1st quit in 2 weeks took it back to walmart and got second it would not reset to manufacturer setting and kept telling me that DVD wasn't inserted. Took it to walmart they would not do anything because it had been more than 30 days since I had bought it even with receipt
So I am contacting you to get a different one. I would rather have a refund since I had to buy another one so I could watch something .

Philips Norelco customer service is the worst

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my razor over two months ago. My first problem was trying to register the warranty online. They gave a written code to scan and it took me to a website that didn't even recognize my model number! I called customer service and they claimed they could register me. I received a confirmation email on 2/26/21 that the S6540/90 was successfully registered. When I called a week later since the razor wasn't charging properly, they had no record of the registration. I went through the process over the phone again and was told they would send me a replacement. I believe I called again 2 weeks later when still not replacement arrived. On 4/7 I finally received an email that they had no stock on the S6540:90 and would an S6810/82 be an acceptable replacement. I called immediately and asked about this razor and agreed that would be acceptable, please ship it out ASAP(I had shoulder surgery on 3/1 and couldn't shave with a blade as I usually do). I sent an email on 4/17 asking for a status update, no response.

I called today 4/21 and spent almost an hour on the phone, mostly on hold. Now I was told , first that she saw the previous documentation and it was being processed. I asked why hadn't it shipped yet and was placed on hold, after numerous waits and false updates and requesting a supervisor, I was eventually told they couldn't find the s6810/82 anywhere in their warehouses and could they send me a 6880/81 instead. I said yes, just send me a razor before my beard hits the floor. We'll see if this one arrives before my warranty expires, I doubt it. Since I have my almost 2 month post op doctors visit tomorrow, I might finally get cleared to use my right hand again, hopefully shave and drive. If I can shave with lather and a blade again before a replacement razor arrives, this POS razor is going back to Costco, where customer service is King. Philips/Norelco wins the worlds worst customer service award! Stay Away!

I have been trying to order a Diamond Head package for two weeks now. My order would not go advance to screen to pay for it. Customer service was closed. I got through during the week and the rep could not get my order to go through either. Then said that because of two tries I had to wait. She Said someone would contact me back. No one has canned yet. I have a price and would like to use 30%of coupon. This is ridiculous that a I can't order my 9300.

I can only speak as I find: Phoned customer services and was speaking to an agent within one minute to complain that my Azur Steam Iron purchased 8 months ago via Amazon Market Place was no longer functioning. Replacement was ordered and delivered the very next day!!!!! No complaints whatsoever, well done Philips.

Our steam generator iron was not de-calcing properly 21 months into the warranty, the service centre were fantastic and the iron came back completely serviced and is now like new! outstanding service in only a week!

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Philips' agents. An agent even called my home number to explain that they did not have the item in stock that I had been told was available. But this agent went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She did everything she promised too! Rare in todays world.

Bought a philips iron from Debenhams 13 months ago but the steam function stopped working completely. Realizing it had a 2 yr guarantee, I contacted customer services. The man I spoke to was very polite and promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent. This arrived the next day and works perfectly. The service I received could not have been better!

My Philips wake-up light developed a fault within 10 months of purchase. Their customer service department responded to my email within a couple of hours, advising me how to return the product for repair or replacement. I was surprised, and pleased to receive a replacement lamp in less than a week, despite no longer having my receipt as proof of purchase.

Good to know that there are still some complanies that provide excellent customer service!

Bought a philips portable lcd dvd tv combo from wally world {walmart}...internal battery lost effectiveness, called philips,,, couple days they sent me a new complete unit with free return shipping on my defective unit,, extremely satisfied with their service... very professional people.....

I wish I could remember the man's name in customer service but he was great in helping me get a user manual for my used DVD/VCR player. He stayed on the line & walked me thru what I had to do until the manual started printing.
