Pizza Hut Customer Service Complaints - page 2

I ordered a chicken bacon Parmesan melt. It was like cream of chicken soup with raw bacon on very salty fried bread. It was loaded with filling of course. Overflowing. Very sloppy, to eat. Messy!

Call line center is a foreign country that doesn't speak English or understand English horrible experience I finally had to call store manager just to order a pizza ,the app wouldn't let me enter my Gmail address so over all horrible experience way to go to farm out call center to Vietnam or Cambodia won't be getting many orders that way when they don't speak English or understand a thing that you say

1st Pizza Hit needs customer feedback section on app so they can advise of any issues.
2nd. I Like Pizza Hut, today was quite different. I ordered the New York Pizza and was extremely disappointed! Cold, hard, dry!! Tasted reheated in a microwave. Nothing fresh about this!!!! I feel cheated and was very dissatisfied. I have to rethink my options. Usually pizzas are good but NOT TODAY!!!

Horrible experience from, Shawano, Wisconsin store. They kept hanging up on me, when I called for a manager. We ordered 3 pizza's and they were horrible. They even smelled different. Smelled bad. Even the customer service line they transfer you to, are not even helpful. I had to speak to a GM at a Green Bay, store about all these issues. Not at all happy, passing this to mother's groups in, Green Bay.

We order online frequently - usually 3-4 pizzas and wings. The website is terribly SLOW. I could take a nap ==== it takes multiple clicks to move from one menu to another. UPGRADE PEOPLE!

I am really shocked what just happened my neighbor can't believe what she just witnessed ? I am in a predominantly white neighborhood but am standing in front my door two steps to the left in shaded area. The delivery driver walked up to screen door I asked him how much is it he walked into the screen and tried to hold it closed on me I got scared and excited and pulled the screen door open and said what are u doing. I am the only black male in my neighborhood and I take care of my 3 daughters and 83 year old mother, I just was discharged from Jupiter medical had surgery a week ago. I proceeded in the screen door I felt bad because my neighbors wanted to complain and go further I yelled at him i live here and pulled the screen door open and then front door. He replied oh oh I just want him to understand that we all are not violent people. I work very hard to be where am at. And he messed up 20 tip am really good ? tipper because I been there. Have a great day.

I ordered from Pizza Hut at 4:35pm and was told I would have my pizza in 45 minutes waited 1 hour delivery never showed up. I repeated my phone number 4 times and they still didn't get it right.u had my son standing in front of the building waiting for the driver for 1 hour. Never used the delivery option at the Ventura Rd Pizza Hut.

I was ordering pizza on line but it won't work but As soon as I got to the store it worked. I don't understand this happens very often. The employees there put so much cheese even I said light on cheese. But when I said it is too much cheese, she said I don't make pizza so take whatever is there. Such a beautiful answer ?

In Tallahassee..and the only pizza place open after 11:00 pm. The phone lines where swapped. Waited 20 mints. Hung up. Called back and was picked up.
Noticed also the only pizza hut was open on campus, the rest also shut down. Or directed to this location, Thur the web. All other locations closed ..so this the only open one..papa johns made had been open... P.S. it was said NO aluminum to cook.. any food with acid in them. That then is cooked with aluminum..then makes it so the it can be absorbed by the body..what i understood..was this could not be removed out of the body... credit Edgar Cayce Material. Thank You I do enjoy pizza...plus trying to get the aluminum out of our kitchen here as well. Use parchment paper, But aluminum has just permeated the kitchen, restaurants,food industry.. in all baking industry also

I'm not happy with the new phone call changes that were made it is so difficult to understand this call center are all Indian and can never get my order right or try to find my location I will no longer be ordering from them I ordered every week but with these new changes you make it so difficult

Angie the worst can't help for nothing and can't seem to do her job for her to not know what i ordered asked me for my number, name, and still couldn't find my order. And still has the audacity to ask for my address and me agitated already she gangs up on on me, someone needs to properly train this chick because she lacks customer service. Get it together girl.

Poor customer service and the worst pizza restaurants in USA.

I ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza and 8 piece boneless hot buffalo wing. It was horrible the pizza had very little to almost no mushrooms I'm lucky if I got a mushroom per slice
The wings had no sauce I had to put my own on them thank goodness I had sauce in my refrigerator and of course they didn't send either of the dipping garlic or ranch dipping sauces I ordered.

I've enjoyed pizza hut for many years but recently food has gone down in quality specially boneless wings . I've done a review before and of course same . We will bring up in meetings. I was a restaurant manager .let me tell you .I'm not impressed . Boneless wings look like boneless crumbs not exaggerated. Highly disappointed not that it matters from one customer but I'm done with that .hope yall change it .

What an insult calling this a NY Pizza. It's obvious the person who came up with this idea has never had real Pizza in NY. The only thing you got right is that the slices are big enough to fold. The whole reason for folding them is so the grease (oil) and cheese don't slide of the slice. This pizza was so dry you could have held it upside down and wouldnt have lost any toppings. This was more like eating a piece of cardboard with parmauan cheese sprinkled on top. A NY pIzza slice could not be held without the slice bending forward unless it was folded. You need to correct it or remove it from your menu. NY Pizza is has a reputation and Pizza Hut is insulting it.

I had very bad experience with one of pizza hut mall stores in here, it's located in Marina mall dubai

The cashier was so rude and unprofessional while handling out order
We were redeeming U buy Emar points which she was not aware about and instead that we can not used ,
And the fact is the whole mall is owned by Emar , the point providers in collaboration with ENBD bank
after explaining the status , they agreed to accept it and their credit machine accepts the points immediately!
We had only 83 dhs pointed worth of redeem and total bill was 89dhs
So we ask them that we will pay the balance from card directly
Cashier got very pissed of and start to behave badly , and blaming us why we didn't inform before !! About what I don't know !!
And we contacted the manager whom i asked her to simply void 1 item and we will pay it in new bill ,
We have been served the food without any cutlery or tissues and when i came back to take it the same cashier answered very rude LIKE WHAT DOCU WANT ?!!
i called uae customer service and unfortunately the guy whom answered was not even able to under whats happening

I need and answer for this
It makes me in very anger and high blood pressure mood
I will be waiting for the answer before I continue un another procedures

100% disappointed with Pizza Hut in Orangeburg SC. The pizza that was picked up after an online order appeared to be missing a slice once I got home and opened the box. Of course, when I called the store to speak with a manager I was place on a long hold with a continuous recording. Sooooo unacceptable PH!!! This is the LAST time I spend any amount of money in or at your establishment!

I got a $12.99 box last night with a medium pizza, bread &. Cinnamon sticks with sauces. It was horrible tasting. You've changed the sauce or something because it's bad. I will never order from you again.

I called three times 2 of those times got hung up on and the third was put on hold I went in and there was three staff in there not doing anything and saying they were short staffed

My wife and I just left Pizza Hut in Harrodsburg, ky. I worked Pizza Hut when I was a teen in N Syracuse, NY.. and i KNOW what an original pan pizza is to look like. The waitress had me believe the hand tossed traditional we ate was deep dish original pan pizza. I spent 30.00 for the wrong pizza! I will NEVER go back there. They just didn't want to serve original pan. I'm seriously pissed. I expect something to be done about this... if you want me to return ever...

Worst customer service EVER!!! They will hang up on you or just leave you on hold for 40 minutes or more. They don't even care if you call back & explain what happened. They screwed up my order last time & then they do that. They don't care & they never will. Order from somewhere else, because you won't get what you want here. This company is terrible!

The manager said they are fully staffed. I asked why the says drivers needed if they don't need help?

I went to Pizza hut in Espanola, New Mexico. Ordered a lg pepperoni and cheese and they didn't even put cheeses on my pizza. Are you serious?

I just had The Big New York pizza. May be the worst pizza I've ever eaten. It was such a soggy mess it stuck to the box on a 10 minute drive home. You couldn't even pick up a piece. It just fell apart in glops. And tasted like the box. I threw it out. Was disgusting. And a huge waste of $30.

I ordered a large meat lovers pizza from Pizza Hut at 212 Cedar Ln, Knoxville, TN 37912. What was delivered to me was inexcusable. The meat was literally distributed to three slices and the remaining slices were cheese. Needless to say I will NEVER order from PIZZA HUT again.

I have never received a product like this. All I can say at this point is EVERYONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT.
