we bought a 42" smart tv and 3 times our speakers have gone on it and we have had to take it back, now they have gone again and I cant find the receipt and they wont take it back even though we have the box, so with a year our brand new tv speakers have gone 4 times, you can not even upgrade the software in it either, absolutely disgusting we will never buy polaroid again, absolutely disgusting after sales

I bought a Polaroid Tablet (through HSN) and when it came, it worked only for 1 week! The HSN people gave me the phone number of the so call "Customer Service" (which by the way is the WORST PLACE I'VE EVER CALLED IN MY LIFE! ) They never tried to help me fix anything, just asked for me to ship it back and they would send me another one. Two weeks later: I HAVE ON POLAROID TABLET THAT CAME FULL OF GREASE, DUST, AND LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE HAS USED IT FOR AT LEAST A YEAR! As I called them, the &^%$@ who talked to me over the phone was the worst person to assist. As I requested to talk to the "Supervisor", he did not offered any solutions and said that they would send me an email.. and these people did not even ask my email address! So at the end, I lost my money, wasted my time and ended up without a tablet! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! D O N O T W A S T E Y O U R T I M E & M O N E Y ! ! !

The tv i purchased a few months ago doesn't pick up digital signal now same with the bigger version downstairs it comes and goes one minute your watching all channels then it's telling me that the whole English network is not running there's nothing wrong with our Arial because we had it tested professionally further more if i turn the tv off it turns of my PlayStation so when i want to charge the joy pad i have to disconnect the hdmi who gave you the right to make your useless product control other devices as far as i can tell your products are not fit for purpose and are more than annoying should stick to making cameras because you don't have a clue how to make tv's be warned people they are peddling usless unfit wastes of money

I got this camera for Christmas and wasnt able to use it because I didn't have an SD card. Then when I got one I tried to turn on the camera and it didn't turn on so I put it on the charger . a couple hours later I tried to turn it on and it didn't even turn on. Im kind of mad because I didn't even get to use this camera . If someone askedif I recommend this camera I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T. Its a waste of money.

I Bought A Polariod Bluetooth Speaker It Dont Charge Store Done Have Another They Want Me To Pay Shipping To Send It Back Then It Will Take 4 To 6 Weeks To Send Me Another Speaker I Will Never Buy A Polaroid Product.

I purchased 2 polaroid 8 tablets from asda and both chargers don't work. One didn't work from start and second one stopped working on second use. I know it is chargers as tablets charge perfectly with compatible charger
I have done some research and I have seen several posts on various sites where people have faulty chargers. Polaroid must be aware of this problem so why aren't they doing anything about it
Am going to complain to trading standards and watchdog.

Tablets from polaroid..... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Android OS is crap! Tried to reset it so I could give it away, and it crapped out. No solution for my model number. Android techs want $35.00 to try to help! So glad I bought an Ipad! Polaroid not worth the cheap plastic they're made of.

WARNING do not ever buy anything from them. I bought a 46" tv and in 5 months the screen went. I am the one that needs to pay the shipping to California and if it gets lost or broken I am responsible. They fix the tv. I think im entitled to a new one since I only had it 5 month. Everytime I called customer service they were extrememly rude. They wont give me a Corp number to contact them. WORST TV EVER.

I purchased a poaroid iE826 from the local wal-mart and in less than 3 weeks the lens 'froze' , would not protrct but about 1/2 way .. the 'led' light never went off as the manual states when battery is 'charged' , even charging the first time 15hrs+ , when I called the support/warranty phone # , the rep was so rude that he even hung up on me !!!..I am out $59.00 because walmart does not refund/exchange this product after 15 days ..i have emailed reps off of the polaroid.com site to no avail , at this point in the game , I do not want an exchange , just my $59.00 back !! . since that is highly unlikely , I'll just keep posting 'warnings' to all that will listen 'to not buy this camera !!'..suport is terrible ,warranty is worst and the camera is awfull !!!

My boyfriend bought me a Polaroid Q10 tablet, it seemed to work just fine but then it was accidentally sat on and the screen broke. I have been trying to contact polaroid for a long time now to see if I could buy a replacement screen or send it in to get fixed, but they told me I was better off buying a new one. They don't repair the products that they sell? What kind of crap company is this.

I bought a recent Polaroid tablet for my grandson from asda the tablet after 1 day did not charge up or switch on called asda that item was on special offer there out of stock and will not be receiving anymore in the future! Can understand why ! Called Polaroid direct the phone number on there website is wrong ridiculous would never buy this product or any other again overall review absolute crap no customer care or if there is it took me 2 hours and still could not find a contact number?

My Polaroid TV has ceased working...my 2nd year warranty is with Polaroid....and the seem impossible to contact.
The item was puchased thru my local ASDA ..their Customer Services keep saying 'contact Polaroid', but this seems am impossible task....
Does anyone have a contact number for the Polaroid Head Office in Britain....not USA, as the website keeps directing me to.

I phoned Polariod in South Africa about my tablet that the battery pack exploded. My daughter is the one that uses the tablet more. When I said "What if she had it in her hand" she mearly replied "Thank God she didn't otherwise she wouldn't have had a hand". Not a send it to me so we can have a look at it. Only a "What do you want us to do about it?" I have been up and down the whole of Menlyn looking for a place to help me send it to Polaroid and a big fat nothing. So what am I to do?

I purchased two cameras for elderly relatives at the end of last year.

Mother 71 years old
Aunt 83 years old both have not dropped them, not treated them harshly in any way

Purchased at Argos '“ Arbroath Store 39.99 each

Both camera are not now charging

I tried various ways for 3 days to get them to charge and enlisted the help of IT friends still no luck.

So I called you support line
Complaint
1. Very heavy accented lady on phone.I did not understand her and she did not understand me
2. Could not help passed practised answers'
3. After difficulty giving her my address '“ she put me on hold then cut me off after 11mintiues 44 sec '“ NO address given where to send back to nor confirmation number given
4. Tried to call again '“ cut off without speaking to anyone after 2 minutes 32 seconds.
5. Call not free from Mobile phone

I wish to return these cameras

I am very displeased with this service.

Politics customer service is the worst I have seen in 40 years. They don't know how to talk,don't know how to respond, don't know how to follow up. The words customer service is not in there vocabulary!

Hello I bought an Polaroid tablet p10 a few months ago and for some reason my tablet always reset after it is powered off and when I turn it on it makes me go through the setup all over I was told not to take it back to the store and to return it to the company can I please get the info I need for a refund my cell

Hi ! my mum brought me Prof700 last october 2014 and it was very hanging/freezing/super delay responding while using like browsing/txting/calling. and i can't charge it anymore. i hope you can make an action for this matter.

My parents bought me a Polaroid 405 as a birthday gift. They gave it during September. It worked well for the first two months, but my jack for the headphones didn't work. I tried calling customer service but they kept me on hold for 40 FREAKING minutes then ended the call. And now during the holidays, I did not use it for about a week and now it won't turn on.

I bought a Polaroid 7 executive MID0724 at SM Manila last Dec. 8, 2014, it caught my attention because according to the saleslady it is the lowest price of their tablet in kitkat version and the price is 2,995.00 an introductory price til december only... When my internal memory became slow i bought a 16gb microsd card to extend my memory..but to my dismay the device doesnt support the transfer of files to sd...I even download apps to transfer... I went back to the sales but she said to me that the repalcement period is over.. and nothing can do about it..Gosh.. What kind of Service do you have? I've been calling the service center for how many times yet until now DEc. 27... I have been connected to them... Dont buy their tablet products,... It's A big JUNK!!

I bought an expensive dimming LED light made by Polaroid. It burned out within a week. I lost the receipt, so I contacted Polaroid direct. They refuse to find any solution for my problem. I offered to send them the bad bulb in exchange for a new one. Their excuse is that they no longer make the bulb, and will not find another solution. I will never risk money on Polaroid again.
