Porsche Cayenne still in warranty and fitted with Porsche's new coated braking system. I got the send us video evidence experience (asking me to break the law instead of inspecting the car) and despite raising clear safety concerns (the brakes stop working efficiently the louder they squeak or after driving on motorways) and that the brakes are permanently grating and squeaking, I was more or less told to eff- off.. Great work from Porsche isn't it.. considering their price point, you'd expect a little concern about safety.. just a little.

MAKE THE 911 TURBO IN A F***ING STICK SHIFT!! YOU GOONS HAVE NO IDEA on what the customers want!! Fire all the millennial engineers that swear by the stupid PDK crap!! Why not make the 911 self driving, since you've taken away the one main characteristic that makes a TRUE sports car!!!

I never dreamed the unprofessional service levels would exist with Porsche and customer service given the brand and price point, but let me tell you, they are the worst. I have been without my Porsche Taycan now for 6 days, 4 recalls and no heat or air conditioning, and ended up in a very unsafe scenario as the car would not change from reverse to drive on a busy street. I backed onto the street to leave an establishment and had to shut the car down after several attempts, screeching cars and honking horns. I brought the car in on the following Monday morning for service after being put in a very unsafe situation, service suggested I could request relief after learning about the weeks of delay to get the car back, suggested I could get something from the finance team given the 4 recalls and other issues including heating, cooling and safety. I have called in no less than 5 times over the last week, was told a 24048 hour turn around time to hear back, spoken with multiple people, the last 4 woman raised their voice at me, interrupted me and wouldn't answer basic questions that were reasonable and fair. One offered a $50 a day rental car amount, that would barely get me a small cheap rental and I need a 5 seater. Then she offered half a months amount of payment towards my monthly bill, then took that away and suggested I speak with finance again and for a one month payment amount. After speaking with another person who was super rude, demanding in an unproffessional way that I give her options of my ask, I asked to speak with a supervisor. She sounded like she lacked customer service basic skills and was clearly uncaring about the safety of my family or the fact we were down to one car. I then again asked to be transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor called me on a Saturday evening, took away the offer of the half month and said she wouldn't offer anything until I got my car back from the service center, which by the way is an unknown timeframe given part delays and multiple recalls and heating and air conditioning replacement. Do I have a lemon? Sure seems like it but on top of it, I am treated as if Porsche has zero care about the safety of me or my children that ride in the car or the fact that I am paying a hefty monthly bill and no loner or car to drive that could be replicable or fit my entire family. Think twice before you make a purchase with this organization, they have hired the rudest and unconcerned individuals in their customer service department.

The policy of the Porsche Warranty Department is to have the customer provide video evidence even if that requires them to video while driving at high speed on the highway. Gaslighting customers is offensive and displays the Porsche desire to manage their bottom line to the razor thin edge while claiming to have exceptional customer service. It is time that the truth was revealed.

I purchased 2021 Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid coupe. working with US Military car went to Poland after notifying Porsche and getting OK. Car is not to be sold. I was assured my maps can be updated etc...
After contacting Porsche there i was told my maps can not be updated. similar story with Connect Wall charger purchased with new car. US customer service and support limited their help to tell me to contact Porsche in Poland to get some help as they don't know and will not do any work to find out. I am getting no help and this is terrible and disappointing. Support is useless and too lazy to find out. Each website will refer you to their Porsche support, too bad the support limits their work to tell you to contact local dealer....they in turn ask you to call Porsche support. It is beside the point as to the cost of this vehicle, no matter how expensive or inexpensive factory support to a returning customer should never be this useless. it is USELESS with Porsche USA.

Porsche went from one of the best customer service department's ,to the worst. Having owned 3 Porsche's. You can't blame everything on COVID-19. My 2021, 718 in for coolant issues 3 times, unable to correct the problem. No live person when contacting service, all call backs. If you get someone to call you back, be prepared to wait weeks for appointment.

I drive a Porsche Purchased from Lehi Dealership in Lehi Utah. A few weeks ago I got a nail in my tire and quickly drove to BIG O to repair it. They couldn't because they could not find in my car tire
key to open the tire lugs. I only have Porsche do my repairs and I recently I bought 4 new tires from them. I believe they kept the key. But you never know until you have a flat tire. BIG O could not repair the tire without this key... they pumped the tire with air and I had to drive to Porsche Lehi dealership some 25 miles away. I made it and felt I could relax. WRONG. I was told that Porsche does not repair or warranty their own tires. It is now rush hour traffic. The dealership pumped up the air in my tire with the nnail still sticky out and told me to go to someone they deal with not too far away. Totally shaken I decided to drive back some 25 miles during rush hour to have someone who cares about their customers' safety... BIG O. How can you treat your customers so poorly...? Yes, it was the end of the day.... A loner car or perhaps taking my car to their tire repair service for me would have made a huge difference to my safety. Customers have choices....

My Porsche 911 has had ongoing problems With warning lights flashing and the car then vibrating. This is occurred numerous time beginning January 2020 (and perhaps before) The car has been at Porsche service centre six times but the problem reoccurs continuously . My extended warranty is up next week and after numerous emails back and forth from North American support, Porsche explaining my concerns about the potential for ongoing substantial expenses after my warrantee expires and a lower resale value. In response, their North American customer service people try to buy me off with $1300 which I felt was a bit of an insult. Hardly what I expect from a prestigious company like Porsche. During my numerous correspondence with them they seem to almost ignore my concerns. I'm a very unhappy customer.

No customer service - no reply to multiple emails, told my agent was on the phone with another client and I would receive a call back, never happened.

Totally unresponsive.

I own a Cayenne S 2019. My battery went dead, after 10 days at the dealership, my car still has not been fixed. Porsche doesn't have a battery for this car available in the USA. Cannot believe this. It is my third Porsche in three years. It will be my last one. How is possible that a company like Porsche do not has batteries in this inventory in the USA. Very dissatisfaction for the customer service as well. Really bad.

Dishonest, have a huge problem with breaks on 2020 Macon, don't purchase from them. Over 6 months, no resolution, still saying a factory Rep must inspect. It's beyond discussing to purchase a brand new car and the breaks make a noise like a
car that's 15 years old.

I bought a 2020 Taycan turbo S had it one day and broke down. Porsche told me it has 7 open recalls on it and after waiting 2 weeks I called customer service and was told seriously that eventually they will fix the car!!

I bought a Certified 2015 Porsche Cayenne Diesel with aprox 50K miles in January 2018. When there was an issue around 76K miles on October 15th 2019 with a check engine light I called the dealership. The dealership's availability for service was several weeks out and was advised to go to advanced auto or auto zone to have my codes read. That's right, I own a Porsche under warranty and was advised to go to a parts supply store. After determining the issue was with the diesel emission's system and being told their availability was several weeks out, having already been directed to Advanced Auto or Auto Zone for diagnostics I took my car to the highest rated European repair shop in Charleston, SC, European Road and Racing. After spending ~$6,000 having my car fixed with over half the bill in parts from Porsche's parts department I was advised by the dealership to submit my bill for warranty reimbursement.

I submitted my request for reimbursement as cash or credit towards a new vehicle, via website to Porsche Cars North America. Porsche denied my claim stating the mechanics were not Porsche certified. If Porsche's direction was to take my car to advanced auto or auto zone then they would have no grounds as I'm confident employees at the parts store they recommended weren't Porsche certified either.

Undeterred and confident in the facts I filed a written complaint with the BBB pointing out the precedence set by directing me elsewhere for something covered under warranty. I was so confident I started working with the same dealer building out a custom 718 Porsche Spyder. To my complete shock Porsche this time brought in the dealership stating there were no records in their system directing me elsewhere so my assertion couldn't be true but I have my phone logs and receipts corroborating everything. They said to work with the dealership which also told me their decision was the same as corporate's. Porsche should be ashamed of themselves. Take it from a military wartime vet, these people have no integrity. BUYER BEWARE!

Posted by Rickharden

PORSCHE USA completely useless. No technical help. Can only refer you back to the dealer who was unsatisfactory in the first place. Car under warranty, but Porsche would tow only to closest dealer, and that dealer had already admitted it didn't know how to fix the problem (ie, no access to trunk with completely dead battery). If the dealers are poorly trained or unhelpful, don't waste your time with Porsche USA. Better yet----buy from a less arrogant car company.

I've had the worst shopping experience in Porsche of livermore in California. they have very very high pressure sales tactics to try and accommodate all sorts of post sales services, extended warranty and clear bra packages that lasted for 2 hours. they do not accept no for an answer. I had to accept some packages I did not want to be able to close the deal. now I am canceling them (as they said I could) and it is taking forever. that is not the worst part. I went to trade in my dream car, a 2014 991 turbo S for a certified-preowned macan S. After all their sale tactics that got me dizzy and tired, I ended up with a Macan that has been a Rental and it has weird engine noises, that where not present at the moment of the transaction. (the noises go away after 10 minutes of driving the vehicle in the mornings). I went the next day to withdraw and complaint about the bad deal without success as they say there is no cool off period in California. We have sent emails about the problem an so far there is no response from Porsche lviermore.I truly expect more from Porsche than just looking at the dollar signs and trick people to make a sale. I am not happy at all with this Macan and we will be getting rid of the vehicle as soon as possible. I hope Porsche can stand up for their brand and do something about this deal. We want our car back and cancel this terrible experience with Porsche of Livermore.

details to my complaint.
- not disclosing that it was a Rental and only snicking in a piece of paper for me to sign among dozens of other documents "to let me know is a rental" is a very dirty tactic.
- The MAcan was not detailed, and at day time you could see all this spider web like scratches on the paint,
- the car's functions where not explained to me (as it had previously been done in my previous Porsche purchases experiences.
- the 30 to 45 days refund policy was not explained to me,
- they used my deal as a training tool to some person who was asking me very personal question about my finances and why my credit score was the way it was.
-every time they where pushing on their post sales package and we said no, they wanted a reason why we did not want it! seriously?
- I gave other alternatives to the Manager Mr. Mazen to either return my car back and undo the transaction or put me in another vehicle... none of them where accepted and days just went by without any resolution and just ignoring my requests having me to call back because the "decision makers where not available" and saying that it is not doable because there is a lot of paperwork involved... In 2016 these are not acceptable excuses.

The people at Livermore forget that we customers like Porsche because there is emotion involved, for me its is not just a car,, its a dream of a lifetime to own one, Porsche experience should be like family treatment. just like Porsche claims in the where our child dreams become true. where true driving sensations are communicated and translated. the point of view of the manager Mr. Mazen is definitely not aligned with Porsche ideas, as when he said to me when I went back to fix all this mess, he said, for him these vehicles are just pieces of metal that he is moving around! in my head I was like (years of savings and a lot of work and effort to acquire a beautiful Porsche for Mr. Mazen to refer to the brand and our dreams as customers as "just pieces of metal")

Our tire went flat contacted Porsche lots of talk no action. Something so easy should require very little intervention yet they only have excuses.

I purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne from Rusnak Westlake Porsche about ten months ago in 2015. The car makes a terrible grinding sound as I drive. While they initially appeared interested, I have heard from everyone as high up as Porsche North America. They suggest my car, after diagnosis and repair, is "now operating to manufacturer's specifications." This somehow suggest it wasn't running properly before, but now that they have replaced the transfer case in my car, under warranty, that NOW everything is okay. Except, it isn't. It still makes the EXACT same horrible sound as before. They haven't even SEEN the car since I brought it back home from being serviced. They just do not wish to be bothered anymore. I am definitely bummed. My first... and my last.... Porsche.

To Lea Anderson,Vice President of Customer Experience;
I am writing to you that I am extremely disappointed and not pleased with how Porsche handled my GT4RS experience.
The large article in Christophorus about using classic colors seen in older cars, inspired myself to order a Paint to Sample color. I chose Rubystone or Rubystar Red. That was my "dream color". I configured the car color well over a year before it was delivered.
Without any communication from Porsche that a "Paint to Sample " color , could NOT be had, I was told by my dealer that my chosen color's price was lowered to $3,500 .There was no mention of an entirely different color being used. Instead, I got a color, Rubystar Neo. This color lacks the depth, hue, intensity,, and richness of the color I had ordered.
Porsche's quote on page 4 of Christophorus No 407 "Fulfilling customers' dreams -that has always been what has passionately driven the Porsche brand.", falls short.
As a loyal and passionate Porsche customer, I just wanted to vent my displeasure and experience.
Sincerely , Dr. Michael B. Klein

We currently own & love our 2000 911 carrera and an Audi allroad. Our next car will be an EV and we will look closely at all brands available.

In addition to concerns about range, locations of charging stations and miles per charge which are most important,we will seek cars in interesting, light colors other than silver, or refrigerator (yuk) white. Our 911 is lovely but it cooks in the heat. It takes less energy to cool light color cars. The hot car effect is also exacerbated by glass sunroofs. Our ideal car would be a lovely flat buttercream color (dislike shades of metallic gold and silver) with NO sunroof.

As you know the glass sunroof adds weight which reduces mileage per charge, and increases the need to use AC in our Climate Change summers. Given that what you offer is based on research, it would be nice if colors like buttercream, flat robins egg blue, pea green, or apple green were available without paying a huge surcharge for custom paint. We seek beauty that maximizes efficiency for weight, MPC, and cooling.

Should you make the lighter colors and sunroof free options available at a reasonable cost, we likely buy another Porsche. BTW on the used car market lighter color cars command a premium. So we hope you will take these comments into account as you roll out your EV series. Considering marketing lighter colors as "beautiful while mileage enhancing in hot weather". That will hit conservation minded consumers who are attracted to EVs on the numbers.

Love the auto....its the service I hate and Dealers who lie to you when purchasing the vehicle....Dealers need to be responsible for LIES

Let me first say I don't write reviews. In this case I felt compelled to do so. I had made up my mind that I was finished looking for a new used car as my experiences prior to meeting Mike Moore at Porsche of Farmington Hills had been honestly... terrible.
While leaving the Saab dealership next store and turning around in the Porsche lot I noticed a used Cayenne. Not knowing a lot about this vehicle I reluctantly went inside to ask about it. I had the good pleasure of meeting Mike Moore who not only was knowledgeable about the vehicle, he was also quite thoughtful and respectful in his delivery to my questions. It was without question my first good experience in my quest for a new car. After the course of a few days, Mike and I spoke at length about my needs regarding a vehicle. What I found most surprising was he actually was honest enough to not worry about making "the sale" but actually told me he thought I was settling. He didn't think I would be happy with the car I had been looking at due to the vehicle lacking particular options I had mentioned wanting. To Mike's knowledge based on our previous discussion regarding my price point he did not have another car to offer me however, he did offer to look for another car somewhere else knowing he would loose the deal but gain a customer in the service department. I was blown away by this and told him so. His response was that it was more important to gain a new Porsche customer because he believed enough in the product and had complete confidence that I would continue buying Porsche vehicles. He felt the next time I was in the market I would come and see him based on this experience. He was correct however, I didn't want to go anywhere else and honestly felt Mike was the person to work with based on my experience so far. There was another used vehicle on the lot however, it was a newer model and its price tag was above the budget I had originally discussed with Mike. Respectfully he hadn't really talked with me about that vehicle. After asking him about it, I learned it did have everything I was looking for. We negotiated a fair price and ultimately that's the car I ended up buying. Mike deserved the sale and his honesty and work ethic sold me long before he realized it.
Even after the sale he continued to impress me by going out of his way to make sure everything was perfect prior to receiving my new car. In the end he was right, I would have been settling if I would have purchased the first car I looked at. I love my new car. Its everything I hoped it would be. My experience with Mike and all of the good people at Porsche of Farmington Hills including the service team as they also have been amazing, will keep me as a returning customer. I'm a busy professional and nothing beats a quality product with undeniable great people backing it up. Thank you!

Dear Sir/Madam

It`s my childhood dream to own a Porsche 997 Turbo convertible, this dream turned into reality and i have purchased a pre-owned 997 Turbo 2009 model, i am very unhappy with SATA Porsche center`s after sale service in Oman.

I have requsted for a spare (additional) key in February 2014 and haven`t received it yet, i had a minor accident where the front bumper needs to be replaced, Porsche centre is not providing the garage (1st class garage in Oman) with a repair quotation for a week stating that their computer is down and my car is laying at the garage unrepaired. The garage informed me that there are other 3 Porsches laying with them awaiting for SATA centre quotation.

I wished to purchase the new look of 911 Turbo at a later stage but the after sales service makes me think twice. I have heared few complaints from friends who ows Porsche who are unhappy with SATA`s service.

Its very sad that i get this treatment after waiting for decades to have this car.

Sir, i kindly request you to conduct an audit on their service and get owners feedback/comments in order to improve Porsche after sale service in Oman

Thank you

Chauncey Reddy, and Motorwerks is the best dealership that i have ever dealt with. Chauncey has always made sure that my car is finished on time. I have never had any type of issue with him, or the dealer.

This is in responce to the negative comments made about Motorweks Porsche.....Absurd! I have been a Porsche owner for 20 plus years and have been dealing with Chauncey Reddy for the past three plus years and have never been more pleased with the customer service and the personal attention given to me and my vehicles. I have been to many locations over the course of the years an nobody comes close to the this facility and Mr. Reddy. I am involved with many different clubs and have associates and friends that service there cars at Motorwerks and know for a fact that they share my opinion about Motorwerks and Mr. Reddy, the individuals negative comments are far off base!
