we have a Pro 100 snowblower the oil dipstick is broken, tried to get a new one and what a screwup. Finally got through and they referred me to a parts site. The little dipstick is $13 shipping is $45 we did not order it never will buy another product from them

Customer service is deplorable. All they do is read off sheets. No real help is ever available. If they switch you to a customer rep your just e-mailing a computer. Worthless, totally worthlesd.

Purchased Poulan PP4218A chainsaw a few years ago. It ran fine, cut plenty of firewood, but now it is junk. The clutch got hot and melted the plastic housing and chain break handle, to the point that is trash. Before I toss it, is there any possible repairs avavaible, such as a new housing.

Damn shame y'all got so freakin' high tech, you're too good to talk to someone on the phone. Your website sucks to try to find parts. But you guys are soooooo much smarter behind your IT desk than us poor sods out here that actually have to sweat for a living and try to find parts that YOU made.

I have never had anything as bad as a poulan chainsaw. They should call it a pull-in because that's all I do.

Bought at Tractor Supply they are absolutely trash, I have cut at most 10 trees and it does not run not they tell me take it to a mechanic that works with them he is a 8-9 week wait. I bought the saw because I need it now not over 2months from now.

i need someone to speak to about a defective chainsaw. it fell apart the first time i used it, the store i bought it from has gone out of business, and your authorized dealer cannot get the parts to fix it. i need to speak to someone that can resolve this.

I have had 2 poulan chainsaws, both after a 1 year and about 10 uses they just would not work properly. I adjusted the carborator and still won't run properly. Poulan sucks!!!!!

Please help with my Chainsaw! I have talked with customer service and not getting anywhere. I bought the chain saw a year ago, i have used 5 times and it has been in the shop twice. Now, in the shop for almost 3 months, cant get parts for covered items, not sure about some of the problems, covered not covered. Bought the extended warranty as well. Cant find anyone to to escalate and help. Steve Wood Jacksonville Florida , My saw is at Northern tool in Jacksonville.

Bought poulan 5020 chainsaw, was able to use it 5 time on small fallen tree, and some branches, will not start for me to use ,hurt back trying, can't get in contact with anyone at poulan crap company. Called Tractor supply where we bought it, manager said lots or complaints on poulan, just bring it to them and they will give me another one. Tractor Supply is great, Poulan sucks and should be shut down. Hopefully these horrible people at Poulan will get what they deserve oneday. they are criminals in my book.

I have called 5 or 6 different phone numbers and can't get anyone to answer the phone for the problem I'm having with my popular pro lawn mower which is still under warranty and nobody will talk to.

I have been listening, for over 45 minutes, to the WORST hold music I believe I have ever had to listen to! It is so repetitive it could be used to torture people. It is bad enough to be on hold this long but to be forced to listen to this is just downright inhumane!

I tried live chat what a joke they just redirect you to someone else and you have to pay $5.00 that's as good as their chain saws. Piss poor customer service.

I will have to rate a lot of these questions zero because of the first i have to rate: Reachability. No exaggeration, i have spent well over two hours, on more than one phone trying to get through to someone, anyone, at Poulan Pro.
My issue is super simple, leaking gas tank. pulled the grommet and there was a sharp piece of edge that cut into grommet. Fixed the hole by trimming the burr and sanding a little(other spots weren't great). I figured they would ship me grommet, no ,problem. After all, its the third time i have pulled it out to use, literally.
Poor customer service is a deal breaker for me, i may fix this, it is a two dollar part, but i certainly won't buy from them again.

I own a poulan pro pr240. This weekend I will bring to a field and light that piece of crap on fire. Own it for 3 years and take very good care of it, fuel stabilizers fresh gas, lubrication and every year repairs. You should be ashamed to sell garbage like this. NEVER again will I buy any thing related to poulan husqvarna etc. Hate your company and its garbage equipment. I will send you a video of that piece of crap melting.

Hello im having a bad day, should i say i was having a bad day because I have been working on a Polan pro chainsaw for days. new pull rope to start this insanity off, then new bubble and fuel lines then a carburetor, plugs, and fuel cap. This scrap metal piece of worthless trash will never cost me another second of my time or another cent from my pocket. It is laying in pieces as it should be on the floor of my barn where i disassembled it with a two pound hammer. Polan I am very unsatisfied with all of your products and I will strongly encourage anyone thinking of buying one of your products to reconsider. Even if they have to take out a lone. Shame on you.

Bought a 19 horse polan pro 46inch cut rider Had it less than 210 months been in dealer for warranty work on engine for last 2 months waiting for parts lawn is turning into a jungle lawn is 1 acre cant keep up with 19 inch push mower polan is crap not happy at all

Purchased a Poulan 301 two and a half seasons ago. Nothing but trouble from day 1! Blade belt broke 3 times first season. Figured out guides were assembled wrong. This season transmission seized up, axicls bent to point of breaking, battery died completely and a back tire went flat. Of course I'm out after warranty and like other folks here can't get anything from customer service. Worst I've ever seen.

I purchased a Poulan pro 30 a year and half ago. The Transmission is gone in it. I called about a replacement and a ridiculous price of $ 457US. I live in Canada so that will be even higher! Called the USA Number and eventually got transferred to the Canada Division in Woodstock New Brunswick. I spoke to somone about the Situation and took my info and said they will call back next day. Nothing back, So I called again, Same situation, no call back, So today I called again! Put on hold for around 15 minutes then I got disconnected!!! Spent over 1 hour or Should I say Poulan WASTED My time today.HOW? Do I Get Service????

Customer service is non-existent. Can't get a human to answer a question regarding putting line back on the spool. This is really sad. Buy a Stihl, you get what you pay for. This weed wacker is a piece of junk.

This is not a problem, just wanted to say thank you for having a great product. To make a long short, I live in Florida, grass grows year round. Last summer my mower broke after many years of service. Also had almost two months of no outside activity. Grass grew well, both in the yard and the pasture. As expenses from surgery were mounting, did not want to buy a new mower. Looked at used, and they were well used. A friend told me about one he saw for $200, worked. Next day I was there. It was a Poulan, which I had never owned. Looked at it, it was old. Started fine. Man said deck belt was broken. Looked under it (can you see a short 78 year old lady climbing all over and under a mower. It's ok, neither could he.) What I really liked was the belt configuration. It would be easy to replace. Off I went, with my old new 2005 mower.
Got a belt on, it mowed but not as well as I liked, did get the yard mowed. Shortly, the drive belt broke. That was a bit harder than the deck belt, but got it on. Lord, that mower came alive. Turned it on, and it growled, hissed, said in a clear voice, Lady, lets mow grass. And, we did. Mowed the one acre yard, and it wasn't done mowing yet. My pasture needed mowing, figured as long as that mower had to be held back on a tight rein, might as well see if it could handle mowing around the barn. Drove it in the pasture, and what a happy mower it was. It left dead grass everywhere. Hadn't been able to find anyone with a tractor wanting a small pasture job, why not try. Took it in steps, but that mower ate the pasture. Figured I'd get the summer out of it. Bless it's heart, still screams when started, "Let's get the job done".
