Clifton Park Plaza 250 store.

On Dec. 31 at 11:15 as I was exiting the store carrying my groceries and not using a cart.
The checkout clerk approached me in the exit and said I should return my cart outside because there
We're too many carts in the in hallway .

I am a senior and frequent shopper why tell me to return cart
Outside the store when I did not use the shopping cart. I did not like being reprimanded for something I did not do.

Thank you.

Your store in Wyoming Pennsylvania has the "worst" self check out machines I have ever used. I can't believe I'm saying this, but Walmart has better machines. I try to stick with Redners and Gerritys for that reason.

I just left the price copper store in Rutland Vermont and a cashier named Lucas waited on me and asked if we needed bags then proceeded to throw them at me. Spent 73.00 and I have bags thrown at me and have to bag my own groceries I will never step in this store again and will let everyone know how rotten you get treat there.

Posted by Waiting

Waiting for over 20 minutes for an item that is not in the meat case . It's the only item that is out of stock in the case . The employee is filling everything but the item that is out . They know I'm waiting for the product. Guess I'm not high on there priority list.

Let me tell u about Price Chopper in St Joseph, Mo. Call and ask if they have a specific item in stock and asked the price. Was transferee to that dept and confirmed they did have it and price was 5.99/lb. Drove 15 min to get it and yes they had it. For 8.99/lb. When i told the man i had called and was informed it was 5.99 he said he misread it. No apology, he snatched it out of my hand and said"its 8.99/lb if u want it. He was flat rude. But really, how difficult is a price check. Jerk owes me gas money

Worst app and online coupon system ever used. You have to sign in for a varification code EVERY si gle screen. Then it hasn't been updated. Online sales flyer pricex vary by state so prices not always a savings. Avoid wasti g your time. Only shop the sales. Way too much work.

I've had several encounters with this women hati from the bakery in Edwardsville. First time I asked for help and she just walked away from me while mumbling. I was embarrassed. Next time I go, I hear and see this same woman screaming at one her employees when she saw me looking she said what do you want. I went to speak with a manager at the front of store named Jean, well I ended just standing there for over 20 minutes so I left. I used to shop there every week but I refuse to be humiliated! Shame on you for allowing your people to do this to customers. Your prices are high but I loved the customer service until there was none. My family and friends have also decided to not shop at your store anymore. I am a business owner and I couldn't imagine one of my employees acting the way this woman does. You have lost business with an entire network over this. Please train your employees on kindness and customer service!

Website indicated Pricechopoer cashes pension and social security checks at no charge, paychecks for $1. with a store card. Went in with my walker (I'm disabled) went to customer serv. desk. Was told immediately that they don't cash pension checks. I asked to speak to a manager. Zack came, and said he'd try and put through, but they don't cash them. So misinformation on Pricechopoer we site. After not being able to put my check or license into their scanner machine, and 15 minutes later, he then tells me, "the account needs to be open for 14 days" before cashing a check. I said, "what account?" I have an advantage card which was the only requirement written on the website. I told him, "they need to change the website"and walked out. Clearly Zack was not a manager and no one including the website makers have no idea about check cashing policy at Pricechopoer. All this for $150. check. I cashed conveniently at Big Y. Guess where I'll be shopping?

Placed an online order for a Fresh turkey at Price chopper Market 32 on Monday. Have called repeatedly to make a change to the order. There is no one to answer the phone, It doesn't matter what time of the day I call. I am placed on hold, no one picks up the phone. Your online service indicates that I will be contacted via email. No Emails have been sent to my email address. Shopping at Price Chopper instore is fine. Would like to keep the turkey and pick it up on Sunday not Monday which is scheduled. There is no one to respond to my calls. So far the system doesn't work. I am disappointed and shocked at this behavior.

Price Chopper or whatever they want to call themselves has really gone down hill. We shopped there for years but not now.
We asked the cashier to redeem our points before we even started to check out. Cashier forgot. Points were due to expire. We went to customer service and person in CS said there was nothing they could do and suggested we purchase more items to redeem the points.
We walked out.
We emailed PC and were told they would contact us in X amount of time and they never happened.
Now prices are Price Chopper are way out of range. We have purchased the same items at other stores for much less.
We understand there is now inflation and Price Chopper is adding to it.

What has happened to customer service at Price Chopper stores and the corporate office?? I have had numerous negative experiences and the corporate office had a District Manager call me to 'resolve' and he was the worst of all my interactions. He promised to follow up with me and didn't. He also offered to send me a gift card even though I never asked for one- and told me if I didn't receive it in 2-3 days to let him know. I followed up with him a full week later and he never sent it saying to me in an annoyed tone:'I got busy and these things take time, and it's only for 25 bucks, so....' Really? That was his response. Does Price Chopper think I give a whit about a crummy $25 GC? I don't- and words are more powerful so here is my negative review and it will be posted EVERYWHERE. Seriously- the Golub Corp who owns Price Chopper has let there stores and level of employees go way waaayyy downhill! When you call their home office they say 'if you have a rotary phone, please hold.' Wow... Get with the times, Price Chopper! After 40 years I am now a loyal Wegmans shopper!

I waited 31 minutes to get a 5.97 refund for an error that the store had with an e coupon. Ridiculous!!! Ice cream melted in warm car!! Ridiculous

Now that price chopper is charging a 5.00 fee to wrap and protect flowers. This will end my purchasing of flowers after being my go to place for flowers for years!

On December 20, 2021 at approximately 5:30 PM, I arrived at Price Chopper store #179 located at 50 Cambridge Street, Worcester MA, to purchase a few items. There was a motorized scooter in the parking, which made it convenient, because I am a individual who is disable. Like every other time I visited, I sat on the scooter put my five years old son on my lap and proceeded into to store. Shortly after I entered, and made my way through the aisles and down to the produce section. I was approached by a hostile employee telling me that "you cannot have that kid on you lap while you are on the scooter shopping". To de-escalate the situation, because I was with three kids, I gladly took my five years old son off my lap while me stood next to me. She than turned to me and stated " you should not be using the motorized scooter neither". This employee was totally bias with the statement she made. Just because I do not look disable, does not mean I am not disable. The fact of the matter is, everything I come into Price Chopper, I always walk in with my crutches , and than sit on the scooter and put my crutches in the basket that is attached to the scooter, so my disability is obvious to everyone. But this time I left my crutches in the car because the scooter was conveniently right in the parking out. I filing this complaint as Harassment, because the store employees has no right to determine which condition classified someone as having a disability. Nevertheless, I tried to continue my shopping, but found it difficult because my five now had the freedom to run around the store and at one point when missing and his brother had to go find him. I decided to to leave, but returned to file a complaint with the store manager. I wanted to know if holding my child on my lap and sitting on the scooter while shopping was against company policy. His answer was no. I am a frequent shopper that this store and I have never experienced an employee stopping a shopper using one of the scooter to question their disability, my experience on this day was humiliating and traumatic because she did this in front of everyone. This situation need to handle by corporate.

Today Is The Day Before Thankgiving-2021. You Would Think The 'so Called Butchers' Would Expect To Be Able To Cut Turkeys In Half, For Smaller Families. Not So!! I Asked At 6:45 In The Morning If I Could Have A 'price Chopper Turkey', Purchased Just Last Night, Cut In Half. Two 'gentlemen' Informed Me That They Absolutely Could Not Oblige Me, "because The Saw Cannot Be Used On My Turkey, Due To Cross Contamination!" You Guys Have One Saw? And What The Heck Is It Being Used On Other Than Meat Or Poultry!!?? I Long For 'real Butcher Shops' To Return To Any Nearby Town. I Would Have Driven 10 Miles Or More, Just To Have This 'price Chopper' Trurkey Cut. From Now On, I Will Search The Internet For 'real' Butchers;i Will Buy From Them; And Never From Price Chopper's 'mass Produced Service' Again, Especially When I Am In Need Of The Personal Touch!!

So yesterday, the wife and I went into a local supermarket (#PriceChopper) with the intention of picking up ground beef and pork mix for making a new batch of meat balls this week, to go with the sauce we already have in production. We had an interesting experience.
We were greeted at the meat counter by the person there, and we looked at the ground meat in the display case, and asked for six pounds. To which, he immediately directed (and brought) us to the pre-packaged meat case where we could buy one or two pound packages. He displayed the pre-packed meat to us, and we said no thank you, we would prefer the fresh meat in the other display. He grunted, and reluctantly walked back to the counter. On the way back, the wife and I discussed our cooking plans, and decided that seven pounds would be better.
Arriving back at the meat counter, I expressed to him we would like seven pounds, again he grunted and said that he could only get six pounds in a bag, and told us, "you will have to get six pounds".
The wife and I looked at each other and I said okay, if that's the case, can I have two bags of three and half pounds each? This was not met with a happy reaction. Further, I asked that the bags be wrapped in butcher paper.
The counter attendant reluctantly did as I requested, but I left with a rather odd feeling that, although I did leave with what I wanted, it was a challenge to get to that point.
So much for service with a smile.

I live in Niskayuna and shop at the Eastern Parkway Store. I have recently had terrible experiences at the meat section. I simply ask them to cut me thicker Pork Chops and they refuse. The majority of the time the meat section isn't even manned. My other complaint is that the e coupons are literally a pain in the neck. I set my profile up with one of your employees and when I clip a coupon it never works. Either have a coupon or don't. That system is awful.

Always out of products! Sometimes they are out of the same products for weeks at a time.

In bakery department, I noticed single layer cakes with buttercream frosting were marked $15.99 for one layer. I took it to bakery counter and told employee that the single layer was mid marked. The price tag was for a 'DL' double layer cake. She said I'll change your label. I said that she needed to chg all mismatked items.
I then shared that when they mark the usally priced 8.99 or 9.99 single layers down, the price never rings up correctly.
Because this " wrong price tag" scenario is rampant in the Plattsburgh bakery, I shared with customer service at from of store. She appeared unimpressed and even said " They always mid mark."
Yes, that was their solution. Next stop will be Stire Mgr, Tina!

I just wanted to leave some very positive feedback for a Price Chopper 32 employee at the Western Ave, Guilderland store.I came in early (8:30 AM) to do my shopping because I had other appointments to keep. Produce was being put out. I wanted a particular fruit and was told it will be out soon. So, I did the rest of my shopping and returned to Produce. The product still wasn't out and I had to leave. I asked a gentleman named Dwayne if you could help me obtain some of the product as I had to leave. He was very polite and never wavered. He went in the back and returned with the fruit I wanted very quickly. He had a smile on his face and not a frown. He was happy to help me out and I thanked him. He is an excellent example of a great store employee. Thanks so much Dwayne!

Yesterday I called 5 different stores ( 2 of the stores were Hannafords). I inquired about if they had turkeys over 20 pounds. I was told whatever is out there is what we have. The Price Chopper in my town said the truck is coming in later and on Sunday with more turkeys so all we have is what's out there . I asked if they were all under 20 pounds and was told I don't know. I called the Price Chopper in Cooperstown and spoke to John from the meat department. I asked him if he had any turkeys over 20 pounds and he said I will go check for you. He came back on the phone and said yes I have 4 and I told him I would be there within 2 hours and hopefully it wouldn't be sold. John offered to hold it for me. There should be more employees like him. He was so helpful. When I went to pick the turkey up I had him paged. I was told he as on lunch and the employee asked my name, but I never gave John my name when he offered to hold the turkey for me. I was so happy to get the size I wanted I said I'll be there within 2 hours and thanked him and hung up. The other employee said he would go look for it but John came from his lunch to get me the turkey. He went above and beyond. Thank you John.
