Your new upside bottle of Dawn Pink is just plain stupid - too much plastic, not enough dish soap dispensed at a time, and complicated. You must have some fairly stupid people making decisions there. This old adage applies: "if it ain't broke, don't fix it). I am going to the Walmart generic Dawn Pink - I only put it in a nice soap dispenser anyway, but when I did use it straight out of the bottle, the current cap worked just fine.
Stupid, irresponsible, and complicated.........shame on P&G and the Dawn designers for falling for some slick salesperson's pitch about how to make it "better".....it's NOT.

Please stop insulting your customers. You market the concept 'stop buying water', then you advertise the EXACT PRODUCT YOU SAY IS MOSTY WATER AND WANT US TO BUY IT. Your customers see both ads! Do you think we are stupid? Oh, wait, you do!

Have purchased several bottles of downy scent air freshers and all quit spraying about half full yet!!

Posted by P&G REBATE PIA

Rebate was annoyingly, unnecessarily comprehensively complicated, and time consuming, and did not pay off because one of the receipts I scanned did not clearly show the purchase date. Over a $100 purchase for a $15 rebate that I did not receive.
P&G RAKES IN OVER A BILLION.IN PROFITS EVERY YEAR.
Their rebate seems to be designed to minimize payouts. Even if it did, I still.would never do it again. It's not worth all.the aggravation.

I just purchased two of the Secret soft solid deodorants and found both the formula and the packaging unacceptable. The combination of soft product and an extra plastic cap that got stuck in the outer cap makes the item unusable. I was able to return the unopened box to CVS, but they wouldn't accept the opened one.

What in the world happened to your Tide pods?? I have been a Tide pod user for years but something has changed in the past 6-8 months. The outer "jacket" (thin plastic?) is different and does not dissolve as well as they did previously. Almost every time I use a Tide pod there is a sticky mess on 2 pieces of my laundry and they require rewashing. Please go back to your old ingredients for the pods! Whatever P&G did to change them was a mistake. Thanks.

I am totally unimpressed with the new fixodent it is now a bright pink and I have tried numerous times to get this to work. I have purchased 4 of these and I would like to return them as total rubbish.

VERY POOR Customer Service

Since March 22/22 I have not received my Customer Warranty for Olay Renegerist for
$ 55/35

Hi as a long term user of Bold liquid and Gel. I'm amazed at the lack of dispensers (Caps) on containers in my Tescos store. They seem to not be supplied.

Since many people now make a mixture of Dawn liquid dish detergent and white vinegar to clean their bathroom fixtures (it is absolutely the best cleaner for showers) why isn't Proctor Gamble producing a product for retail shelves. This would sell like hotcakes and save us the messy job of mixing it ourselves. This would be a great product!

I USED YOUR Olay ultra moisture and shea butter both my arms and face dried up and got real red and sore I have pictures to show you would like some kind of response thanks art lamors

I grew up with your products, working in retail I sold your products and have recommended them many times over the years. No more.. Your affiliation with so called British "royalty" who take it upon themselves to lecture us on our constitution and how we should lead our own lives is more than this old KY woman can stomach. I'll just buy off brand products.

I have always bought and loved your products. But, after seeing Megan and Harry bash their family on national tv and then you hiring them, I will not be buying your products anymore. There are plenty of other companies out there that sell like products. I guess you don't surport family values.

I am very upset to hear of Proctor and Gamble collaboration with Meghan Markle to "foster equality". I find it incomprehensible that you would select a person who is currently being investigated for abuse of women employees.I will review a listing of your products and select alternative items in the future.

Posted by RH

I won't be supporting your company or buying your products anymore due to affiliation to Harry and Meghan. Many sites are listing companies to boycott re: who they affiliate with. Nobody is impressed that Harry dressed up as a Nazi, the lies they both have spewed on national television, using countries to squat such as Canada. They are jealous, they lie, blame, use, take, copy, love pity and cause divide, they are huge hypocrites. They are not family orientated and don't know how to say thank you or show appreciation.

POWERWASH is a lousy product that doesn't work, P&G used to make and excellent product call Dawn Dish dissolver, but they took it off the market and replaced it with the expensive non-effective POWERWASH!!

I recently purchased a new Swifter for my home after my old one broke(after about 20 years of use. The new one is so light weight from very light materials, it is almost unusable. I have tried both, the regular wet pads and the heavy pet wet pads. The swifter will not stay on the wet side. Instead; it flips over upside down and therefore is pretty much useless. Please innovate the Swifter to make it heavier AND attach the handle more toward the top AWAY from the scrubber side of the wet pad. This would render useful to those of us who still clean our own homes. Please consider this advise as a much needed innovation on a very old and useful product.
Thank you. Texas homemaker, ex teacher and current front line medical worker.

Are you giving away prizes if I use your product? I found a tube of used toothpaste inside the cardboard tube of one of your rolls. Really? Disgusting. Are you kidding? It is a whitener. I think my rear is white enough. I also contacted Charmin.

I have been trying to email about a complaint with Gillett fusion5 blades but trying to find a email address is a joke!

After 30+ years of shaving with Gillette products, I'm no longer your customer. And I'm encouraging other men(and women) to do the same. That, after your highly offensive and politically contorted ads regarding men. I'm finding the alternatives every bit as good for a fraction of the cost. Your sick company gets no more of my support.

Just listened to your CEO on cbc doubling down on his insulting Gillette man shaming add. Until he apoligizes I will not buy any P & C products. Yes, real men do purchase household products. We will just choose companies that respect us.

My entire family is offended and appalled at the latest commercial about "shaving toxic masculinity." It's insulting and accusatory to men. None of us will be purchasing any proctor & gamble products in the future. The company owes an apology for this horrific ad.

Just got subjected to P&G new add supporting the me to movement. This add was so racist and sexiest that I was left speechless!!!!!!! P&G will not see another penny from me my family or friends, without a national add apologizeing for this unexplainable depiction.

We have purchased your product ultra Downy infusions Lavender Serenity 96/83 Fl Oz liquid. It has been causing the whole family discomfort. We use regular Downy and the UnStopables with no issues. Thank you for your interest and help in this matter. We are not seeking a refund but coupons for further purchases would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know why some papers have coupons and some have to go on line to get one. If you put them in some papers why not in all of them. If I have to go online I would change products. Thank you Barbara Mysinger 423 639 1820.

I am a very satisfied customer of all Procter and Gamble Products. My mother purchased the P&G products when I was a little girl; and today, almost 75 years later, P&G products are still the best! I recently viewed OWN and P&G present: Widen the Screen - A Fuller View of Black Life, and it was a beautiful short films, documentary! Even the commercials were excellent. Hopefully, the documentary will be aired again, so that my family and friends can view it too. Kudos to Procter and Gamble!

I just want to give a BIG Thank you to a couple of Proctor & Gamble Employees. Their names are Ellie and Keith (don't know their last names). They are two Operators that man the P&G Call-in Telephone #513-983-1100. My company was working on an outdated P&G Employee list and we needed to get valid telephone numbers for these people. there were three of us doing this and we had to call in many, many times to Ellie and Keith. They were two of the nicest people and very responsive Customer Service people we have ever dealt with. We apologized multiple times for calling them but they said it wasn't a problem, they were just doing their jobs. These two definitely deserve a raise or at least a plaque for a job well-done. They could open up an office to train people how to act on a phone call. They are definitely keepers.

Respectfully,
Sandi Larkin

Yesterday we rushed our grandkids 5lb pomeranian to the animal clinic. He was seizing, drooling profusely and literally dying. After some questioning it was realized he was having a toxic reaction to HIS flea and tick soap. The vet gave him a shot, got his blood sugar stable and immediately washed the soap off with Dawn dish soap to get all the residue of the dog soap off! We were informed to only use a dawn on the dog. The product literally saved the dogs life. The vet said it was the only thing they found will get all the residue off the animal without causing a reaction.

Procter and Gamble:

About three years ago, my teenage daughter accidently spilled black mascara on our beautiful, white bathroom tile floor. As expected it was walked on and ended up discoloring the floor.

To make this short, I've tried everything to remove the marks; mean green, simple green, laundry stain remover, bleach, comet, etc.

Today, my wife brought home some Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (extra power) from her grocery shopping trip to Wal-mart.

I tried it, and AMAZINGLY all the marks disappeared!

What a remarkable product you have in Mr. Clean.

Thanks for listening,

Tim Hoffman

For the first time, I used Gain fireworks. My clothes smell wonderful from using the product, however, this morning I sprinkled some in the washer and when I went to take out the washed clothes, the product had not dissolved, resulting in another wash. Our water is not cheap so I was most unhappy. I called the customer service number and they took care of it with coupons,so I was satisfied, but it still took two washings....

I love your swiffer vac.I use it in my housekeeping biz.Does a great job and saves me much time. However, I have purchased 3 of them and they each last less than a year. Was trying to get a coupon for some $ off, but they require sooooo much info that I feel is unnecessary. Needless to say, I can't print a coupon. Maybe someone will feel gratefully sympathic and send me some, soon. Many thanks, [email protected]

I called the customer service number and they politely listened to my complaint about the use of "gooder" in their latest Gain commercial. Don't know if it will do any good, but if no one says anything they won't know if you don't like it.

I had a legitimate complaint about a product of theirs (Old Spice)....I went to their customer service web link, tried to lodge the complaint online...and their freaking website doesnt even work....done with P&G....just a big bloated corporation that doesnt give a crap about their customers, nor their employees... ( I used to work for them as well)
