Terrible customer service. The worst I have ever seen in decades. Avoid buying anything from Pyle. Avoid their products.

ordered a motorized running machine for my mom and it did not come with the required bolts for assembly. still waiting for them to arrive. it's been a few month now

In support of the guarantee, they have only one goal or almost; it is do nothing.

* They require you to open a PAYPAL account (known as being able to also be used by fraudsters and ransomeware...) even if the customer does not have one. Otherwise no refund (even minimal). When the possible solution of an amazon gift card is so easy to obtain and send to the customer. No adaptation to the customer's method of payment.
* They want make to spend at custumers on transport (going-return) costs (which the warranty does not cover) when they know for a fact that they will not be able to repair.
* They are not manufacturers or designers (they only sell generic, often non-exclusive products) and claim to have a verification and repair workshop.
* They do not have the firmware of their products and know that they cannot repair in advance and that you will pay for nothing by returning your product.
* They keep passing the customer off for the problem, but not their methods.
* They undervalue your product and if they have to send a new one, they deduct it from the price.

Terrible service is an apt word, but possibly; "crooks" too. Amazon should consider stopping selling their items.

So you might as well buy a new one (at 2 x less expensive in procedures), and take the opportunity to take another supplier.

Customer service does not know their products and can not understand basic problems with their user manuals. They are a big waste of time.

both pyle PTA44bt on 5/20/22 via amazon.com, used less than 10 hours in almost two months and audio went dead! claimed warranty, they sent back a broken unit and no remote control! contacted them again and all went silence.

I ordered a pyle amp paid foe it was shipped DHL and now they say they delivered it but I have been here all week and when I tried to find out what happed all I got was nope I do not have the time to see to it from both company's customer service I will not be treated in this way. I will reverse the charges and NEVER use either company's services again.

Ordered an A/C unit from SereneLife. There was a rebate in the box for $25. The card stated to register online to receive the rebate and a 1 year warranty. After registering, I emailed within the SereneLife website to ask how to get the rebate. Their answer: >>"Thank you for your recent SLACHT128 registration! To get your rebate we need you to send us a new image of your product review so we can confirm your purchase. NOW they're telling me that they ONLY issue through Paypal, which is a LIE since they said that's the best way -- not the ONLY way. WE DO NOT USE PAYPAL. They have ZERO customer service. I'm guessing they are all outsourced and not even in the US so why should they even care?? TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS

I am not surprised to read the terrible reviews regarding Pyle products and their absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a brand new wireless mic system. It did not function properly right out of the box. I contacted customer support. Provided by MarlonnJoson, I am sure, under the guidance of a Pyle supervisor. Mr Jonson was not familiar with the product even after I sent pictures of the packaging and product cartons. He once stated that I would be receiving a return authorization. The next email stated that I would be paying for shipment for product repair and warranty. This is a defective unit. Either replace it or refund my money. This is a brief review of the worst product and customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a musician a long time. At one time, Pyle was respected. Not any more.

Good luck with Pyle. They USED TO BE a decent company, but now their Tech Support really sucks. It is incredibly difficult to understand due to a thick accent and when you can figure it out all that he does is argue with you. I have a couple of devices that they never could/would get to work stocked up in my useless crap hoarder's pile (pun intended). I had to just quit buying their stuff even when the price was right.

Received a PDA6BU. Trying several input sources plus the FM receiver, no sound. Checked the speakers and input all worked independently but not the receiver. I sent a e-mail to support, no reply yet. From comments it also appears they charge for support and If that's the case, back it goes. Will follow up to give Pyle a fair chance to reply

I have not been able to reach anyone for about a month regarding the defective receiver that I was told to send back for replacement or repair. Just received a stereo number PT506BT we cannot get sound from left volume we have switch wires and speakers and still no volume we have tried different modes and no volum wondering what to do I'm thinking it got a defect inside
