QVC Customer Service

It's so sad how the majority of hosts on this show are so in love with themselves. Can't stand the fake!!!!!

I was watching today and when is QVC going to get some professionalism! I love Kim Gravel and wish her the best with her illness but really all her and Mary did today was talk about twerking and making out!!! I tune into QVC to shop not watch childish antics and hear how much someone makes out with their husband. I just turned it off. Come on QVC respect your customer base more! You are a shopping channel not TMZ!!!

Finally, Courtney has gotten rid of the clown orange hair. Back to a more natural color. She looks so much prettier and natural!

The mouthy crazies are on tonight on shoe shopping. Courtney still has the orange hair with her four inch roots. Courtney could be so beautiful if she would just let the orange hair go. Yappy just keeps on yapping and interrupting everyone else. She said some of the dumbest stuff when presenting an item. It is all about her. Please QVC shut her up once and for all. It is so disappointing to have to mute or change channels when these two are on.

Don't know the name of hostess on gourmet food show today, but she appears new. Long, black hair. Rather disgusting watching her long unkempt hair hanging over and in the food. Not very appetizing.

Can QVC keep Jane quiet long enough to give other people a chance to speak? Her constant interrupting is maddening and very rude. I should not have to mute my TV when she's on.

I have contacted QVC by phone and have sent emails regarding an issue with my order. There was no response to the emails and the customer service individual told me he was unable to give me an answer to why the shipping label was created but the item had not been picked up 7 days later and counting. However, they had no trouble deducting payment from my credit card!

Courtney went from shoe polish black hair to a copper orange color. So unbecoming to her complexion. She looks like a clown. The spray tan does not add to her looks either. Go back to your natural color and add some highlights. She would look so much classier and professional.

I was watching today and Shawn was the host with Dennis Basso and I was so embarrassed for her. She was more interested in asking him unprofessional wannabe questions . She asked him where he was eating for Valentines and other personal questions not once talking about the products. She asked Basso how long a blazer was and he actually said you are the one with the info card, what does it say? Then she has the audacity to ask him to take her on one of his famous fashion show trips and she could be his personal assistant. She is a major wannabe and I was so professionally embarrassed for her. QVC can do better us the customers do not care about being high society or famous. We want to hear about the products!!

Incompetence on a grand scale and still no refund after 5 weeks.

Beth Chandler, the Susan Graver side kick, needs to get rid of the fake tan. Her skin looks orange and it makes her look old and cheap. Not a good look. Be natural.

Jane Tracey runs her mouth like a high-speed printer. No one can get a word in. She is so rude, interrupts and talks over the the reps. QVC, you are losing viewers because of Jane. The QVC audience is tired of her. GET RID OF JANE TRAECY!!

I am officially done with qvc. Tired of their shipping charges, Chinese merchandise, return charges. Now you can no longer pay with a check or money order? And the don't include a return shipping label anymore? You have to jump thru hoops to return something. I will stick with Amazon, but hate their Chinese garbage too, at least I don't have to pay to get it delivered

QVC selling product described as 'eau de perfum' by since deceased Tovah, i guess firm has a huge surplus.made mistake of purchasing 3. 4fl oz bottle for $60. this stuff is garbage and should not be sold. QVC hosts obviously are rated on sales made during airings, so truth is non-existent.

i stopped buying and just received a coupon, letter dated dec 22, with an expiration of dec 31. this is obviously a joke and extremely annoying. definitely not the way to win back customers. management needs to get a clue on how to get and retain customers.

After 20 plus years, finally pulled plug on the Q. Feels so freeing!!!! I basically did it because of stinky Shawn and resident butch Jane Traecy. Jump on the bandwagon, people. Believe me, you will love life again!!!

QVC is nothing but a pocket book stealer from the elderly! They show things larger then what they are when you receive them. Wether it be jewelry or products to use around the house, end up sending them back and end up paying more for shipping then the item is worth!

Again Jane Tracy the worst she isn't her daughters or style but she wants to act like it. Very sad. Go Jane retire and relax. Bye

why has temptations gotten rid of brown?? the two colors i have brown and eggplant no longer being sold so i don't buy anymore. could we get one of them back please?

Please QVC ask Shawn Killinger to stop talking about how much stuff she bought and what she already owns. We get it. She's rich.

QVC recognizes pride month, black month, Hispanic month,... but not Veterans day. pretty sad.

So the new thinking is put Jane Tracy on at 12 for Today's special value hoping people will buy even with her selfish sales approach hopefully it doesn't work. Fingers crossed

As a person of scottish heritage I was annoyed to watch your Meaco presentation today. The company rep was scottish and your presenter Catherine Huntley mimicked his accent which made him visably uncomfortable. With zero comprehension of this she did this again at the end! I find her annoying anyway and often switch her off, but I was interested in the dehumidifier he was explaining. Catherine has NO filters and often becomes embarrassing or personal. Not a good image for QVC.

Music to my ears!!.....Courtney just said "JANE IS ON VACATION"!
Finally a Tuesday night WITHOUT disgusting Jane hogging the screen. She has NO public speaking skills other than to constantly brag about herself and her immediate family. We don't want to be like her....we don't want to copy her or her daughters. There is no reason to blab about how much they buy in every color other than to continue her narcissistic behavior. Get rid of her!

Can Laura Crombie stop saying 'For you' at the end of every sentence.

The last few food products I ordered from QVC were not very good as they advertise on the gourmet holiday show. Some of the product seals were not sealed properly, and other food items tasted terrible. Products not as good as they used to be several years ago.

Mrs. Jane I hope you see this but my grandma (72yrs) loves watching you, she stated while she was going through a period of cancer watching you Made her feel calm and joyful. Thank you so much Mrs. Jane for the great impact on our lives

New QVC2 Host Rachel's bio notes that she was once an English teacher........an English teacher that continually uses the phrase 'these ones'? English teacher? Hmmmmm? On national television I would think she would be coached to use proper grammar.

I really like Alberti and Kirsten together. They make a great team. Love when the both dressed up as Ken and Barbie, very creative

Please tell Leah to do something about her hair. She is a lovely looking woman but her hair is overwhelming and takes away from her talent and what she is selling. It is not an attractive feature for selling fashion items.

Terri conn is obscene. So dumb. When presenting a TV once she did not know how to pronouce Monet and was not familiar with his art.
Today she was presenting turquoise and she was not familiar with product and did not realize it was rated by gemology Institute.
She is too dumb to be a host

I wish QVC would not aloe plastic hosts. By plastic I mean hosts that look plastic and act plastic...An example of such a host is Courtney Khondabi...It's so obvious that she's had so much plastic surgery and along with her changing adjustments to her face, the messing with her hair and fake laugh make her not relatable to customers. Hosts like Carolyn Gracie are relatable and real. The models even haven't had the plastic surgery that it looks like Courtney has had. Please hire more relatable hosts, QVC who are real and not plastic.

You are to expensive and your new host are awful and don't know the products most are more interested in them self instead of the product you had a great staff and now you have a bunch of young host that are awful I have shopped with you for many years but have stopped for now wake up before you lose us all. Carolyn Gracie is the only host who fixes the clothes on the hangers. She was very professional and knew her products. The younger hosts love to look at themselves and don't introduce the models. Younger is not better... Not loving qvc as much.

QVC customer service is nice and courteous and helpful - no complaints....if you don't like a host, Don't watch when they are on.

Shawn Killinger is the most annoying host! I cringe when she is on making up ridiculous words to describe things. I'm watching the Dynatrap and what got me was how she said she hates nature and creatures that crawl, hop, etc. She is the most annoying bragging host there is!! Constantly bragging about how many items she has in her home from qvc. Uuugh. Doesn't someone tell her to chill out? Horrible

I do not want to say anything bad about a host. Maybe you could please ask jane Tracey to stop mentioning her daughters, I have to turn off QVC when she is on, it is just to distracting to always hear her stories about her girls and very inappropriate, and I cannot watch QVC when she is on. I am sure she is a very nice woman but it is getting way to much always hearing about her daughters!!!!!!!! A little personal info is okay but she is out of control. Thank you very much for letting me express my opinion.

Please get rid of Alberti I turn the TV off when he is on..He gets up into the TV. And talks so much doesn't let other people talk..He touches and eats all the food He Is The Worst !!!

What is happening at QVC? We have less and less to look at. I don't care for muk-luks. Im sick of them. Another thing is listening to the girls talk about family life, who gives a damn about that. We are watching to order

I enjoy all the hosts on QVC. They are upbeat and positive and make my day brighter. I also find their personal stories endearing especially in this world that has become robotic. Keep up the great work! The convenience of shopping for myself and for gifts for relatives around the country has made my life easier. Love QVC!

Rastelli tempura shrimp very, very greasy. Almost inedible.

I love David he is a great host.I buy alot from QVC have never had no problems,they always made it right if I do.watch QVC alot that's why am broke..lol
