Radio Flyer Customer Service

The website has been saying "server problems" for over a month now. When I called directly I was on hold for 30 minutes before a very rude person wasn't helpful at all. All I want is a replacement seat for the folding trike that broke after only 3 months of light use!

Radio Flyers customer service is a 10 out of 10. I had an issue with a Radio Flyer Ultimate Go Cart and the customer service agent exceeded my expectations. First of all diagnosed the problem over e-mail back and forth then sent the parts. The unit was still under warranty but just the same " IZZY" did a fantastic job. I am very pleased and have recommended this product to several of my granddaughters friends parents.

Needed a new baring for the rear wheel of my sons scooter. Phoned them up. They fixed it. Posted it. No hassle. The person who I talked to was only really concerned that their product had failed and my son was without his scooter and how Radio Flyer could remedy the situation asap. Fantastic customer service easily exceeding my expectations.

I recently purchased a radio flyer product that had a damaged piece. I called the customer service department, they not only resolved my problem quickly, they mailed me the part, free of charge, and I received it in two days.
I have not had this kind of customer service in a very long time.
