Ramada hotel regina sask Canada...
They can't even apologize for a simple mixup by one of there servers there . I have been a customer there the past two months..
Lunch dinner etc and.....
Last week I went there to have a quiet place to make phone calls. ..after I had a difficult afternoon trying to sort out some problems at my father's seniors residents ....i sat in the ramada restaurant aboutv90 minutes ..the server told me if i did not order dinner i would have to leave...she did not offer me even a coffee..
On a day where there was NO
ONE else even in the restaurant @!! I have this complaint on file with customer service
They have not even addressed this ... regina is a pathetic little city anyway ... the supervisors at this hotel can't even apologize for this mistake ... this hotel is seriously losing business....dennis wq

It is about Ramada Alleppy kerala. This was the worst ever stay in Any Ramada property. We kept on asking for extra bed but till 11 in night we couldn't get. AC was not functional at all. Shower was out of order. Washrooms at the ground floor were stinking. All taps were out of order. Dinner was pathetic. Staff was not welcoming. Pool was awfully bad and dirty. Taps in washrooms at ground floor were rusted, no body bothered to clean or change them. Stay in Ramada Alleppy was a nightmare. It is a blot on the name of Five star hotels. Its five star category must be dissmissed or the people granting it fice star should be dragged to the court of Law. I am having videos and photographs to justify my complaint.

Good morning,

My name is felippe valdez and I stayed at the ramada hotel in Paramaribo yesterday 29/10/2019. Today I checked out and told the front desk I had consumed somethings in the mini bar and the front desk told I had to pay for them. I wasn't aware that my company didn't pay for them. So I told the front desk that I wasn't aware of that and that I had forgotten my atm card in Brasil. The guy kept saying that I needed to pay and I told him that my company only opened at 9 a.m. but he didn't care just kept saying that I needed to pay never offering any other solutions, so I woke up my manager through whatsapp and told him what had happended and he said for Ramada to contact Copastur and that the situation would be handled, the guy said that Copastur needed to email them, he refused to call ou contact them. So my manager said that he would approve it, and for the front desk to contact my manager through and email but he still refused and I told him I needed to catch a helicopter trip to the rig and all he said sorry but you can't leave. Never did he offer to contact anyone or be proactive in the situation knowing that I am not from the Suriname and didn't have cellular phone service in the country. And I showed him thew messages but he didn't seem to care one bit. So finally I said I couldn't stay and for him to email my manager that he would approve it. After lots of insisting he told me to write the email and said he would contact my manager and if they didn't approve it I would have to pay for it. I told him I would pay if I had my ATM card with and never refused to pay. After all was cleared up I went to shake his hand and he refused to do it. I worked in a hotel before at the front desk and I never did that I was always proactive and tried always to help the guest and I saw that he didn't really care in helping me. And I saw that there was no breakfast for us since we were leaving earlier but there was a snack bag for us to take. I have stayed in many different ramada hotels and I have never seen this nor an atitude like this. Normally in the ramada hotels I stayed they would serve breakfast earlier for us it wouldn't be complete but at least it was an good breakfast. Is this is how ramada treats its guests? I didnt' like the way the personnel at the front desk treated me and never offered to help and always acted hostile about the whole situation.

Sincerely,

Felippe Valdez

We reserved 2 rooms and one was available at ckeckin. We were informed both would be available by 3 earlier in the day. It is now 6:30 and still no room available. They have indicated they don't know when the other will be ready! Come on. We would like to just leave but already have one room occupied. I understand conditions beyond someone's control but they should be working with us. I'm frustrated with this business model.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!! In all my years of travelling I've never encountered a hotel in such outrageously horrible conditions that charge nearly $100 per night!

My partner and I stayed there for one night in Sep. We checked in after a long drive and went to bed straight away just to be awoken by a swarm of bed bugs biting us! We've killed 3 big ones and a dozen of small ones and when we told the receptionist about it, he just shrugged and said that his manager would look into it tomorrow. We demanded another room and were given one in a horrible state, with broken bathroom handle, huge water damage patch on the bowed ceiling that we were scarred to stand under, and mould on the wall. While moving our stuff from one room to another we saw that the infested room was immediately given to the next guests. When we complained about all of this in the morning to the receptionist, she said that the manager was not in and she couldn't do anything about our complaint. After this horrendous night we ended up all itching and we had to take all our clothes and bags to the dry cleaners to make sure that the bed bug infection did not get transferred to our personal items.

Judging by the reviews on Tripadvisor and elsewhere, the management are aware of the situation and so far have done nothing about it (the most recent complaint about the bed bugs is dated 2 weeks ago!). I complained to Hotels.com, Ramada HQ and the hotel manager but they all refused to do anything.

This is a first for me as I have never contacted a hotel or business to voice a positive or negative concern before.,But in our case I thought I needed to respond and let someone know about our stay at the Ramada in Salt Lake City airport location on June 22. Upon arrival at 4 o'clock in the afternoon we were notified that our room was not ready or cleaned yet and looking around noticed others standing around in the lobby we're in the same predicament. First off I could not understand the woman behind the counter as she spoke broken English (assuming she was from India or Pakistan) After a 20 minute wait we were given the keys to our room, and walking down the hallway towards our room we were overtaken by a pungent smell coming out of the carpeting. When we entered the room we both noticed all the chip marks and missing paint throughout the bathroom and bedroom area. The blow dryer in the bathroom kept falling off the wall, and the towel rack above the toilet only had one bracket holding it up, the sink drained very slowly, and the air conditioning could not be raised or lowered so the room was a little too warm for our liking. The refrigerator control had been removed, so the bottled water we put in there barely stayed cold. The door only had one lock on the handle as the security lock had been removed, and even though The carpeting appeared to be clean, We decided not to walk around in bare feet because it's outdated appearance as the whole room look to be 20+ years old. The next morning when we went down to get some fruit and juice for breakfast we could not find a clean table to sit out, so we clean one ourselves. We paid $120 to stay at this hotel which was ridiculous for it's appearance and obviously we will never stay there again. Since returning home my girlfriend and I have both got on Facebook and notified friends and family about our experience and advised everyone not to stay at that hotel. Extremely disappointed and thought someone should be informed and hopefully do something about this, thank you.

Jaymes at Ramada inn in salt lake City treats his guess like crap! He is very very rude and very ignorant! He has also likes to start fights with the employees at the front desk in front of customers. And this is the Ramada Inn at 2455 South State Street in Salt Lake City Utah. I suggest anybody who comes near this place stay away they are very ignorant very rude and have no understanding towards customer. They also allow a truck with a trailer attached to take up 12 parking spots so we can not Park here. I will not stay here again! And I will tell all my friends to stay away from this place! Very very bad customer service!

2nd March 2018, Ramada, Birchanger, UK (Stansted Airport)

After Ramada refused a booking made through their agent Gala Hotels, Gala then refused to give us our money back because Ramada won't refund them.

We're not really surprised at this as Ramada ignore our emails asking for assistance; all of them.

Ramada if you actually read these comments and care, here's the recording of your clerk refusing our booking, the one you won't tell Gala you refused. We've put it on YouTube as it's too big to email you:

Well after thinking about your abusive manners towards women. You have an Iraq, Middle Eastern abusive mentality towards Americans, Women customers, Wyndham, and Ramada. You are rude to your staff. You are rude and lie to your customers. You do not know how to manage a facility, you do not respect Wyndham or Ramada or the Company that made those companies famous and sought after. You are a nuisance to Arcata, and I would like to see you take your abusive middle eastern mentality and leave California. I believe women have equal rights. I niece Meukey, the sweet girl who you are mean and rude to along with the other girls who need a job and take your garbage, she should be in charge. Not some loud mouth uneducated no customer service skills guy who is from the middleeast and does not respect American, Women, or American companies. And your, you are a private owner and Ramada or Wyndham has no authority over the say so of your hotel, like you say, and you teach your staff to say. You do not have to follow Ramada or Wyndham policy, you are a private owner. That is garbage. I wanted to stay at a nice Ramada, a nice American Company, not a company run by with an abusive mentality towards Americans and females, who does not follow company policy. Then you want that company to handle your complaint and send you business. I say go back to Days I Arabia or where ever you come from Dubai, who cares. Just leave the company alone if you do not care about the identity of that company and you only care about you just like a male egotistical narcissist. Plus you could not fix my tv. You lied about having a garden. You lied about having a balcony, the pool is not even on the property. Your breakfast was , the girls were nice, but I can see you got them trained like obedient dogs. And you control the food too. You refused to fix my tv, refused to send maintenance, came Sage came in my room 15 minutes could not fix tv. Promised a discount and a maintenance personal. I got neither, only treated like garbage, and told because you were able to fix the tv after I left, that I was not entitled to compensation. The list goes on and on. The guts constantly smoking pot right by the no smoking sign. The kids playing loud music at breakfast. The noisy room. I mean, I stayed there before Ramada bought it, when the management was nice, during the remodel, and those are clean walls, but thin, that hotel, is not designed as and has no business architecturally

marketed as a Ramada. Ramada, are inexpensive very quiet polite beautiful hotels. You are noisy managers owners, this hotel is a cheap hotel construction, and the ambiance is all wrong. This is a low class hotel with a spiffy nice paint job. That is good. But it is poorly run and has no business being called a Ramada.

Overnight front desk clerk Chris at the Ramada Inn Toms River,Nj,08753 .was very rude and appeared to be racist . He refused my boyfriend and myself service, stated he would call the cops if we kept harassing him. We were simply asking policy questions since he was trying to turn us away the minute we came in and he had to actually make a reservation. A simple talk' is how this will be handled by management . We the customer were not valued and sent away despite hav g correct means to pay for the room . Staff was very rude and not very knowledgeable , I.e, him calling the cops when he couldn't answer simple policy questions. Security apologized for the rudeness of the face of the Ramada brand that night . We are very thankful and gracious to them. Afraid to return for fear this man will mistreat is once again.

The room was overly noisy. Could not sleep because I heard traffic all night long. Was tired from not sleeping and was late to my appointment I could not shower properly and could not iron due to dirt. For the price this is insane. I called the front desk and the lady at the desk said we are next to the freeway and there is nothing I can do. I should have asked for a refund and find somewhere else but not knowing L.A. and no car, what else could I have done? I felt like I was at a drag strip getting ready for a race. Could not talk on the phone, because it was too loud and my family kept saying I can't hear you when a vehicle was passing by. Now I know why it was so loud. The window was open by the last guest so they could smoke. Look at the window it is absolutely dirty. Don't recommend this place it is also not safe for single females, it's outside not in doors like most Ramada. To top it off they had a stand off here in Hawthorne as well at a bank and the sirens were blaring for hours. The room is pretty decent but not like other Ramadas. The sheets had bodily fluids you know what I mean from a long night of passion from days ago. They simply did not change the sheets or wash them properly not sure which one. Guess what I am not done to put icing on the cake I got up to take a shower and the water was cold. Maintenance came and did nothing and agreed that the water was cold. Boy oh boy what a night I've had. : [

We were charged on our card for the room after we paid cash and given a receipt...We paid twice for our one night stay at the Ramada Inn 1000 Olive St. San Luis Obispo, Ca. we were given a receipt that the charges on our card were reversed...Received our credit card statement today...and we were charged & lied too! We want that charge reversed now and we are seriosly thinking about complaining to the FTC and The San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce too!

My stay in the Ramada in Davenport orlando was a living nightmare. We had issues from the beginning not to mention when i tried to complain to the front desk about many issues purchase room had, they offered us another room which was #201 which by the way reeked of mold, he stated the tv works so you and your pregnant wife and kids can stay in this room. That alone is a serious hazardous issue & a major health issue, which we did not stay in and went back to our broken down room the t.v eventually started working the following day so we were basically spending the 1st night in the room staring at the walls that were staind with God knows what and the sad part is the kids could not do anything, or entertain them selves with out watching TV even though we paid in full for a full serviced room that was not what we received nor given. The air conditioning unit in our room had 1 out of the 4 vents blowing air since the others were so clogged up with dust & dirt the air could not blow through it.The sink counter in the room had a huge Crack right in the front of it that the kids could have gotten cut or scraped on it if they were to rub against it and it was held up by a screw that was drilled in from the top of it to hold it in place as shown in the pictures. the drain in the bathtub to hold water and fill it or let it drain was broken, the water in the tub when showering would not drain therefore we had to shower and have dirty water up over the ankles and higher depending on how long the shower would take but the hotel had no Hot water the bath in after running the water on all the way hot for over 10 minutes it got warm but no more than that wich I found out it was not just my room when checking out since another lady was complaining to the manager about it at check out and the manager laughed and said we should have giving it more time to heat up. the shower handle to turn the water on was completely loose when turned it actually fell of the wall when I was turning it. there was dark brown stains on the shower curtain hope it was not feces. The water in the sink where the counter had a crack in it made a loud disturbing noise as the water that came out of it was white and pasty as it came out the sink disgustingly I had to stop my youngest child as he tried to drink from it, thankfully I stopped him before he did because he would have gotten severely sick if he did. Also the shower head would not move when I tried to set it to shower and it was only spraying water directly on the shower wall so we had to bath up against the wall for the water to wash us when trying to move it away it would not guessing from the rust behind the wall. I spoke to the hotel attendant and showed him all these problems the first night and told him to call the hotel manager and he said yeah sure Okay and laughed then walked away from the room. the following day I approached him about it to see what the manager said about the situation and how it would be fixed and he told me nothing since he did not call him to relay the message at all nor did he document it in the system, for it to be notated. The locking mechanism on the exterior doors to get in the hotel with the key card did not work and are kept unlocked so any random person could walk in to it at any given time to do as they like. This need to be reported to the better business Bureau and a speacial hazmat matter team to come into the facility and check for up to date permits as I'm sure they are not the hotel must be shut down and closed to be condemned until further inspection as it is quickly falling apart and decaying. Among many other issues I saw at this hotel these are the ones that need to be looked in to first as a high priority.

We stayed at the Ramada at exit 19 queensbury ny on 2/18/17 the room we had was horrible, no heat, brown water and the hair dryer did not work, the staff did their best but rooms should be checked more frequently to be sure everything worked, we were given a discount on our room but the room should have been free with some sort of compensation, thank you- Karen cole 22 noble , the reservation was under Aidan O'Connor, same address and

I stayed in your Ramada in mystic CT on 11/4/16 - 11/6/16. They put a hold on the money on my card and said it will be off when i check out. Well it's now the 16th of November and they have not taken the hold off and when I call they tell me they will take it off and they don't. That is $229.00 of my money that they won't take the hold off. I'm getting real pissed off now. I'm about to talk to my lawyer about this so I can get my money back.

I have tried to contact the Manager at Ramada in Birmingham, AL several times. I called Corporate office and sent in a complaint. The manager emailed me and asked if he could resolve my issues... and that is the last. He has not yet to email me back or contact me. I would like a refund for 10/6/2016. I did not stay. I have been trying to cancel sine 10/5. Thank you

To Whom It May Concern,

I stayed at the Ramada in Albany, NY on 9/30/16. I have been a return client of Ramada for many years and it has always been an excellent experience but this time, not so much. They said all their luggage dollys had been stolen so we had to hand carry e erything to the room. The lobby was unkempt, the staff a bit frazzled. We had resevered a room with two queen beds but upon checking in they said all they had was a room with one king which we took just to find it was one double bed. The room was clean but all the lamps were unplugged. We had to move the bed to plug in the lamps. So I was disappointed in the overall experience. I am hoping this was an isolated event.

Room was dirty, bathroom wasn't stocked, toilet seat should be replaced,TV kept fading in and out on all channels, dog crap everywhere outside our sliding glass door of our room (GROSS!),and couldn't get Wi-Fi to stay connected. Paid a spendy room rate , considering the condition of the room.I cleaned rooms for 3 .1/2 years, and inspected for 5 years.People are NOT doing their jobs!! I feel Ramada Inn owes us compensation of the cost of our room or a couple free nights in a CLEAN room! VERY DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED GUEST!

My friends have just checked into the Ramada hotel at Frankfurt tonight, date being 14/09/16. The night manager was rude, racist and disrespectful, he decided to ignore them while they stood waiting for 5 minutes, assisted a Caucasian visitor who walked in after them and then when my friend tried to draw attention the manager merely waved his hand as though he was shooing away an animal. I find that to be absolutely disgusting behaviour and appalling in the way of customer service skills. The management clearly needs to be reviewed urgently as I am sure a housekeeping staff would have had a more pleasant and professional manner than was displayed towards my friends by this so called manager. I would strongly advise people to avoid staying at this hotel in Frankfurt until these issues have been addressed.

We stayed at the Ramada Inn in Allentown/Whitehall PA and were very happily surprised. Ashley Falcon at the desk was wonderful and helped us with everything and with a smile! The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was great!!

Stayed at the Ramada Hancock, Michigan in October of 2012 and found it wonderful. The view of the lake and the city were beautiful both during the day and at night with all the lights. The soup served from the hotel restaurant was excellent.

We had no complaints and would definately recommend it to others.
