Order placed with £158 worth of trainers. Next day get an email one pair out of stock. Next day 2 pairs out of stock. Don't understand why they let you place an order take your money then don't have the stick. Very disappointed

In March 2023, I purchased Reebok women's running shoes from Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles, CA. Adhering to their one-month return policy, I promptly visited the store to request a replacement when I noticed the holes in May. However, I was greatly disappointed that my request was denied.

You new return policy sucks!! This will be my last purchase for Reebok!! 30 days is utterly ridiculous to wait for your money back! The shoes were never worn & returned them just like I received them, box & all. Hope you enjoy losing customers!!

52 years old never seen a pair of men's underwear without a trap door..... After getting a bunch for Christmas just have to say that they're the worst men's underwear ever!!!!!!!!

Literally the worst shoes ever!! I will never buy them again. Got a pair of Reebok black safety shoes and this is the first week I've worn them.. they're falling apart!!!

I'm very disappointed in the Reebok clothes that I bought recently. The amount of money that I paid for some of the clothes and the material is junk. $30 for a shirt and a couple of washes later and they are ready for the trash. I don't use cheap laundry soap or cheap fabric softener.

Reebok sent me one pair of shoes when I ordered two pairs. When I called in I was treated badly. Later they admitted I was sent only one pair. I still have not received the refund for the missing pair. It has been 8 days. I am told when I call in that I have to wait.

I had an exchange order which wasn't delivered in time. My exchange package reached the Reebok warehouse in November 30, 2021. During the month of December I called Reebok customer service 5 times and they will tell me that because is the month of December they have delay delivery. They assured me that my package is in their warehouse and soon I will receive it. This was fine for me. In January 3 I call them back to know where is my package, but now they are telling me that they try to deliver my package with no success for this reason the just send it to a store right the way. I did not receive any email about the delivery attempt or anything else. The worst thing is that the first customer service person decided just to hang up on me . When I called back there was another person who answered the phone. I asked to talk to an manager he refused me, but told he will send a request. I ask to be send an confirmation email of my request, because I can't trust a service which lied to me for a month. He told me " I don't care what do you think or not about it, you don't deserve this call because I initiated you refund" . This is the first time in my life when I receive such a disgusting and disrespectful service from a company. I never thought this is even possible, especially from such a company. Nice job Reebok Costumer Service.

SO disappointed, no pissed off! I am 60 yrs. old. I wore the freestyle high tops in the 80's. I loved them. Nowadays, everything has changed. The fit, material, look & the awful way they are made. Horrible, for the price especially!

I will never purchase a product from Reebok online EVER again. They put a hold on your card for the amount of your purchase so upfront you pay twice then in 3-5 days they refund you. The salespeople are rude they got tired of me asking when I would get my money back because they overdrafted my account and left me on hold for 2 hours. I got hung up on twice and after waiting 2 hours no one came to answer my call they are rude, robbers and the shoes are crap

I will NEVER purchase a Reebok product again after hearing that Cardi B will be a spokeswoman. I am hopeful that SOMEONE WITH SOME SENSE WILL give a presentation to the powers that be - at Reebok Corporate- of a Cardi B video! SHE IS DISGUSTING, AND HER VIDEOS ARE DESPICABLE!...I have always loved my Reebok shoes more than any other brand...
but I will now burn them and never purchase a product from this company again!....any company that promotes this detestable female and her abhorrent behavior should be ashamed of themselves, and think about how this outrageously offensive decision contributes to the demise of our society!

I have worn the Classic Reebok for many years. Recently I purchased a pair from the Reebok store in Chesterfield,Mo.
After wearing them for the past 2 weeks I noticed that there's a defect in the manufacturing of my shoes. The left shoes leans outward. I have attempted to contact the corporate office but to no avail. The number listed on the website is a non working number.

I have not bought any reeboks,you guys are missing out on a whole different consumer out there,I would love to try your shoes ,but alas ,I can't. I can't believe no shoe company that know of has addressed this issue,but you guys could be the one to do it.Not putting it out there for everyone to see.

I've purchased comfortable Reebok shoes, light weight. I wear them in summer. When I put them on this week when to the store, felt like I tripped on something looked down and the sole is coming unglued!! Disappointed, heartsunk hardly describes my shock for my great pair of good looking shoes.

I am contacting you to let you know that I am somewhat disappointed in the Reebok seamless ladies hipsters. I purchased them from Sams Club. They are sold as 5 pair per package and I purchased 3 packages for myself and an additional 2 packages for my daughter. They are very comfortable, however, there are several pair that are unraveling at the waistband. I just feel like it's such a shame that such a comfortable product is not a good quality product. This is the first time I've purchased a Reebok item for myself and it's not a good look that the items are unraveling. I still have some of the 15 pairs that are still of good quality and I hope they remain in that condition. Years ago I worked in retail in the women's department and I can say that these underwear are some of the most comfortable that I have purchased. Comfort and fit are important but quality is very important as well.

Today I went to the Reebok store in Smithfield North Carolina. The teo employees that were working tonight watched me like a hawk. I think proceeded to try on shoes and the employee watched me the entire time. Now I did not a on a coat, jacket, or purse so I did not look suspicious. They other people in the store were not being watched at all. Therefore they lost a sell for stereotyping me. I no longer have a desire to shop at Reebok outlet.

I have waited two months on an order that never came and after calling Reebok multiple times, they have still not fixed the problem. They charged me $124 two months ago and will not refund the package. They say it's with FedEx. FedEx says it was sent back to them and they have it. I will NEVER use this company again.

I've been trying to get ahold of a reebok for over a month for a refund on an item I returned. hold times are hourS long with no end - no one ever answers. no one ever replies to emails. I want my refund for a returned items, reebok customer service is nowhere to be found

I purchased a pair of the reebok womens fitness tights in cracked ice caviar. I wore these once and washed them after wearing. The entire bottom hem seam came undone making these unwearable.
I have always enjoyed wearing your products and was disappointed in the poor quality of this pair.

I have purchased a Reebok Sandal Article number: V62285-12-ADVENTURE CHROME LP on 15th Dec 2015 with invoice Mantri Mall-Bangalore branch. Was out of station for a week and when planned to wear the sandals on the New year day 1st Jan 2015 it is quite big for my feet, so i rushed immediatedly to branch from which i purchased the sandal.



I was quite surprised to see the shift in-charge or branch in-charge was changed in just 15 days, also when informed the existing in-charge regarding the problem firstly he refused to change the sandal stating that he is not authorised to changed the sandal, later when submitted the invoice he changed his statement stating you need to get it changed within 7 days and informed him that in invoice it mentioned as 30 days replacement warrranty again he changed the statement has the sandal is used and cannot be changed. When asked for the shift in-charge who was there at the time of purchase he stated that he has been transferred to another Branch, while purchasing we had informed the in-charge stating we will be coming back for exchange if any after 10 days only since we are going out of station and he had agreed for the same but for our bad luck he has been transferred.



This issue is running from past one month but still yet to get a resolution. I am writing this so that no other customer face this kind of problem and the store incharge have confidence that the Reebok team will be supporting him.



Action has to be taken against the store manager who has miguided us.

Reebok has a false marketing if you buy online - out of stock/not updated online store. And your refund will take 14 days even if it's not your fault but Reebok's. Stay away from Reebok.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I submitted a complaint on Aug 30, 2015 and received confirmation that it was received. A week later, I was emailed by a representative stating that she would forward my complaint to the appropriate department and they would follow up. Never happened! I have always bought Reebok, when Reebok was in decline I started buying under armour, but I have recently started going back to Reebok. I have never liked Nike I have never even tried on a pair of Nike shoes.I believe Reebok is and has always been better than Nike, and I believe many many people believe Reebok is better than Nike, but it takes more than we the people believing it. Reebok has to believe it too. Think back to all the amazing designs that REEBOK came out with, I remember owning a pair of Reeboks where there was a sleeve that came with the shoe that covered the laces back in the late 90s, Reebok had Nike beat by a landslide, and Nike came out with a great basketball star Michael Jordan and things started to change. But the average people don't care about sports stars, they care about the amazing designs REEBOK made. Reebok needs to get back to that and when they do they will rise like the Phoenix. The classics are nice but the amazing shoes Reebok came out with like the Reebok CrossFit nano 4.0 that's what people love, and if Reebok knows we love it then that's all it takes. Bring back the nano 4.0, and the amazing designs that always outshined Nike and the people will follow. Nike sucks and I know it Reebok knows it, so just get back to what really matters giving people what they love and make them with quality like the nano 4.0. Reebok needs to get back to making those shoes that make people think I have to have that, and they still do in some cases but they have changed a lot and stopped making some of the shoes people absolutely needed to own. For example if I love Kentucky fried chicken and Reebok knows I love Kentucky fried chicken why would REEBOK make turkey burgers? They wouldn't they would make Kentucky fried chicken because Reebok knows I love Kentucky fried chicken. So I just want to give some feedback and get REEBOK back to doing what it does best leave Nike and under armour and Adidas in the dust.

I have purchased 2 pairs of Rebook UltraLite shoes & each pairs the heel falls apart. The stitching comes loose & then the inner foam falls out. I like the shoes a lot because they are the most comfortable to walk in all day, but for the issues with the heels.
