I bought a washer from Sears Outlet and I brought it home and hooked it up and it didn't work. It filled up with water then dumped it in my laundry room floor.
I took it back and after they didn't get another one I asked for a refund. They supposedly credited my debit card but it has been 3 days and no money back yet.

I Ordered a freezer from Sears on July 25, 2020 and paid a little over $1000. They told me it would be delivered in a month. After numerous emails from sears postponing the delivery date, on October 27 - (I still had not received my freezer) so I called and canceled the order. They said that I needed to wait 7 -10 business days to get my refund credited back to my credit card. We waited 11 business days - still no refund. I called and asked to speak to a manager. The attendant at their call center said they do not have managers who are "assessible to speak with". He asked me to wait another 30 days to get my refund. This company took my money and is not returning it. We called our credit card company (CitiBank) is now investigating and has promised to go after them and credit our account.

I ordered 2 items from Sears.com on 5/20/20.I paid by debit card.The 1st item arrived within 3 days ,but was damaged.The 2nd item was forgotten by their vendor"Gymax".Ten days after the order it was not shipped. I tried to cancel due to time constraints.I spoke to many reps who refused to cancel.I received numerous lies.I explained that I needed this in a timely fashion.They shipped a damaged incorrect item after I requested the cancellation of this order.I would strongly advise not to order anything from Sears.com. They quickly took my money and that's all I've found them to be capable of ,except their lies. They have other vendors that sell on their website, and Gymax is NOT BBB accredited.I paid a significantly higher amount for the item ordered than the piece of junk they sent.They refuse to refund my money. I can't bring this to a Sears store and get a refund. I feel they know they're going out of business,and they are trying to steal the money of hard working people.After my experience with dealing with them they should shut down. I will never again esteem this horrific rip off business.They offered me a percentage off my next purchase from Sears, because of the mistakes they made.I laughed. Do they really think they can operate a business with no accountability and expect you'll make further purchases.If you have money to waste donate to charity. DO NOT TRUST SEARS.

Do Not Purchase Parts From Sears. They Will Not Cancel An Order If Its On Backorder. After They Give You A Delivery Date Take Your Money And Then When They Do Not Get Delivered On That Date Your Told They Are Backordered Till? They Send You A Sticker To Return The Parts But Never Give You Your Money Back. Gave Me 24.00 Back From 132.00. They Have The Parts Back But No Actual Refund. They Are Scammers And Do Not Answer Their Dispute Phones For Customers. If You Order From Them And Its Wrong You End Up As The Loser. They Take Your Money And You Get Nothing In Return Of Items.they Have My Parts And My Money.

I have been trying to return items I bought for Christmas for my mother and its ridiculous cause they say they will refund my amount but only gives me 16.04 and my amount is 43.84. You call customer service and they tell you they will refund and don't have to return items. Then I get an email that I have to return items for full refund. So I call back and still the same crap. They don't know what they are doing. They can't give me an address and I'll pay to get returned so I can get my money back. But they kept saying they will refund my full amount back in my PayPal account. I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks now. I have no desktop computer. We do everything on our phones. That's why I ask for address and they do or won't give it. I will not order from sears never again. A bunch of bull is what it is!!!

Purchased the wrong size air compressor. I was 40 days in returning it due to working out of town. Had my receipt in hand. Refused to take it back and told me to go sell it on Facebook. It was under warranty too. Never used. Never again.

Sears is a joke! I had te hi come to make a washer repair! He didn't have the needed part on his truck! Said I needed to order part! Part came was incompatible for needed repair. I was told I could get refund for unused new part! Bought new washer! Asked for refund for unused part! Even after numerous phone calls and receiving letter stating I would receive refund I am still waiting for 14 months! Any one have any solution because obviously sears is more like the 3 stooges!!

I ordered a blow molded Craftsman toolbox. No receipt came with the package. Nice toolbox but none of my Craftsman tools fit the molded spots. The ratchet pockets are shaped wrong, the open end wrench slots are not the right size and some of my Craftsman sockets won't fit in the pre-molded and sized spots. There are no return instructions available.

I ordered Black Moccasins size 6 online. I received tan moccasins size 6. I was super excited when they were delivered until I got home and it was completely wrong! The sticker on the shoe box read correctly but the employee failed to actually look in the box before sending it out. I'm very upset. Hopefully the refund goes smoothly or I will never shop there again. This was my first time shopping with then too.

Sears are stealing from people! Don't buy there!! You buy items, you get home, try it on; I didn't like it.!! Return to the store and they don't take returns anymore?????? WtttttffffffffffFFFFFF!! U bet a lawsuit is coming! And good luck getting someone on the phone.

They cancelled an item from my order but never gave me back the points-refund. After asking two reps. they asusred me it was going to be in my account soon. My last attempt, was over a month later and they said during live chat they would force it through. Still to this day, never got that refund from them. Also,I've updated my phone number with them directly, as well as online myself, yet it continues to hold a phone number I had from years ago.....this causes great confusion when trying to pickup an order or return it.......

Cancelled an order on July 16th and STILL have not received a refund. Contacted customer service multiple times and keep getting the same story. They give the same cancelled number and say it's been processed. Yet no refund. Appears legal action is the only way I'll actually get my money back!

Just received sneakers for my nephew who wears a size 5 receive sneakers that say 5 but really are seven can't get through to anybody the return site doesn't even exist and I still have 5 more pair of shoes on their way and I do believe we are all being ripped off

I just bought two pairs of Levi Jeans 27 Mar 2019. Levis waist size, unlike ANY other pant products, seem to be 2" smaller than listed. So I brought back the next day with the receipt, tags and pants to exchange for the same pair two inches larger BUT was told since I removed the tag they could prove they were authentic Levi (sears) product. The Supervisor came out also and agreed; no exchange. WHAT NOW?????

My wife purchased a ring for me for Christmas from the Sears here in Augusta, GA at the Augusta mall. She purchased the ring on 12/21/2018. She presented the ring to me on Christmas Day. It didn't fit and I did not really like the ring. When she tried return the ring today(12/28/2018), the manager (Philip) told her that she could not return it because she removed the sales tag from the ring itself. She did not want to present the ring to me with the price tag still attached, so she removed it. She had the receipt, the ring and the sales tag, but he said he could NOT accept the ring back. Nowhere have I read in the Sears return policy about NOT being able to return something because a tag was removed. That's a bunch of BULL. What this manager was saying did NOT make any sense. He was very unprofessional and very discourteous when he spoke to us. It was as if he could care less about how we felt about not being able to return the ring, saying, "Well that's policy. Nothing I can do about that". It was how he said it. He had a nonchalant attitude. I didn't appreciate the way he was coming off and he was NOT apologetic like most managers I've dealt with in the past. This nonsense about NOT being able to return something because a price tag was removed is totally ridiculous. The manager and I exchanged words. My wife had to come in between us. He is a poor excuse for a manager and bad representative for Sears. We called the corporate office and we are waiting to hear back from the district manager.

I returned a mattress in October. Everything is fine for a refund except I can't get Sears to make the refund. They promised the refund within 10 business days of the return. When that didn't happen, I called and they said they would do an escalation and I would have the refund within 48 hours. When that didn't happen, I called and they said they needed my credit card information. I gave it to them and they said I would have the refund within 72 hours. Then they called and said they needed my credit card number again. I called and they said they didn't need my credit card information and I would have the refund within 48 hours. Then that didn't happen and they have sent me emails saying they need my credit card information. Just a big run around.

My Samsung dishwasher from Sears has been repaired over 12 times, I was without a dishwasher for 5 weeks because they kept ordering the wrong part. So they said for your inconvenience we'll send you a check for $50. The check bounced & I'm trying to get back my service charge. They also sent a replacement check which I'm not sure if I should cash. I was told by Sears oh we switched banks, didn't you know that. Really....WTH is going on with Sears, they deserve to close.

I placed an order online Sept 3, 2018 called to find out when I would receive it, I was told 6 weeks, that had come and gone. I called 2 weeks ago to cancel the order and get my a refund. I got jerked around. I was told the refund request was sent, the next call, the they said the refund request was received,they would expedite the refund. The next call I was told neither had been done or could be done, because the order has to be cancelled first. This is the most incompetent retailer I have ever dealt with and I don't like to knock employees, but they reflect the incompetence of Sears. After reading the comments here I will call IL AG tomorrow to see if they can do anything.

Sears is a horrible company due to the CEO and his work ethics. I have REFUND CHECK of over $800.00 that bounced. I better get me moiney back!!!!! I will take LEGAL ACTION!!!!

We purchased a washer and dryer 9/18, they changed the delivery date 3 times so my husband cancelled the order and asked for our money back. A month later, we just received a refund check that bounced. Store manager stated that the corporate office knew some of the checks would bounce and that they would be re-issued. Oh, did I mention we paid with our debit card in store? Still can't explain why we did not get the refund back on our card. Ready to take legal action...
