They suck!!! They changed my # without me knowing had me pay for another plan didn't refund me jus a horrible company I don't recommend.

Bought a simple mobile phone from Amazon paid in full the service was terrible no one could ever hear me. After allowing service to expire after 1 month the phone was attached to Tracphone which I was not informed before purchasing. Then find out you can't unlock the phone unless you first use it for twelve months.. Well if no one can hear you why would you do I bought the moto stylus 5 g for 179.000 it's useless and cannot be used by any other carriers. How can this be legal? Unusable service and unusable phone.
I'm completely unsatisfied I have asked every single day for about 2 weeks now why my phone service is not working but yet they continue to charge me and yet you guys still try to tell me that I need to fix the problem myself you guys offer terrible terrible service or service I've ever had I've recorded everything documented everything and then I tried to complain and get my stuff fixed and you guys keep hanging up on them
Sorry for the word but, it is a trash company. I always had issues using their service when I contacted them they can't do anything about it. Finally I switched to another provider and they hold my number with stupid port protection , keep calling to remove it but they keep playing with me .
Simple Mobile would not allow me to transfer my phone # to Mint Mobile...They sent me through about 7 transfers in customer service to finally be told that you would have to reactivate my phone service (Be charged for another month of service even though I had already signed up with Mint Mobile) before they were able to give you a transfer pin#...On the last 3-way conversation with Mint Mobile, Simple Mobile, and myself Mint Mobile stated that the procedure is just to reactivate the phone # for a couple minutes and give the customer the transfer pin...Never a problem, but now with Simple Mobile they stated they could not do that and that I am now forced to give up my phone # and have to change all information associated with it...Pain...Bad Service when you are trying to switch over to another carrier...Also thinking about contacting the BBB about this matter...My opinion: Don't use SIMPLE MOBILE!!!
The worst!! I had no problem for 1 year.Now slow speed. I paid 50.00 pkus tax, etc for unlimited talk and text. Suddenly i have slow speeds and says text blocking is active. Customer service is the worst. tried 4 tones!! They lowered my gb to 3 then 2. that is the 25 dollar plan!! Don't ever ho with simple mobile.A line in best buy for phone help all had simple mobile!! Don't go with them!!
Far far away from this company it is by far one of the worst companies I have ever used in my life and I'm in my 50s the customer service is also bad they have experienced great issues with data connectivity since the 5G rollout they talk to you like you're stupid and they can never seem to fix any issues and getting through to customer service is almost impossible I would never recommend this company don't recommend don't use them honestly I think the only company that's worth a crap is Verizon and I am going back and simple mobile really isn't that cheap
horrible company. even worse customer service. was spoke to rude and hung up on. my issue never was resolved. They honestly didn't care one of their customers used my CC to pay for the product. not only that but i was double charged. thank god my bank knew of their shady business practices and credited my account. Someone used my info to pay and they tell me they can't tell me what info they have on me. total bs, they don't care about protecting people at all and in this day thats important. i hope this company fails
I have Simple Mobile and my AAA credit card was charged many times with charges I did not put on my card. It was so bad that my credit card company put a stop on my card. Then I used my husband bank card and it started again, they today me to call tomorrow with a code they gave me. All I wanted was minutes. I feel this is a high dollar scam that could go into millions of dollars cause if they are doing this to a 74 year old grandmother they are doing it to everyone. I don't know if it is being done overseas. They kept saying hold on forever.
For two weeks I wasn't receiving text msgs from my clients.Iam a small business owner and as a result lost two clients. All of the sudden I received 30 text msgs all at once from my pissed off clients wondering where the hell I was and Why I wasn't answering them! Worst service all the way around!!! Nobody understood my simple problem and kept hanging up on me. I'm switching service immediately! Just a warning to others so professionally or personally they are not hurt in their lives by these incompetent morons with their sh*t service!
I have been with simple mobile for about two to three months and I call them on August 28 of 2021 to ask why is my hot spot is not on and they told me that I have only the 30 days to use my internet net use my services and I only use 2.51 and my hot spot saying something different 192.168.11
I have used simple mobile for 7 years now, I recently traveled abroad for 4 weeks, came back and my sim cannot work. Customer service is so lousy, no one seems to have a clue. They're so rude and unprofessional , they don't even have an office like T mobile where u can walk in for help. I regret switching from T mobile to them.now am going back.
Never get service from them. I have never had service and found out I've been charged since December 2020 for service. I spoke to a rep, then a floor supervisor, and finally a corporate manager only to finally be told we have no record a phone, a plan, or SIM associated with your card. No one is refunding my money. I've been charges over 500 in total for someone to have 9 months of service. ITS FRAUD BUT THEY DON'T CARE.
Paid 57 dollars for plan truly unlimited plan 5 gb , unlimited internet and talk and text ,they told me I had 30 dollar plan which is a lie ,let me tell you folks this company out sources calls to foreign countries involved in stealing your money they are a blanking fraud company in American DEMOCRAT leftists morons who allow theft,I'm thinking of filling out a complaint with attorney general office and Federal trades commissions office for foreigners who take part of payments from myself and customer s ,this outsourcing work to foreign countries involved in stealing your hard earn money who can't speak English , thinking about filing a lawsuit against simple mobile for there actions against allowing theft by there foreign country workers
Where do i begin.... How about giving swapping my number without permission? Or the theft when i paid my bill, the money was taken yet i am told it wasnt? How about having been given the run around about said theft? Those are just some of the problems. Worse service ever.
The customer service is horrible. Hotspot has not worked in a week and each time I call they go through the same script which never works. This has been a disaster especially considering the distance learning due to Covid which required you to have internet access. This was the reason I purchased multiple devices but had no idea technical support and performance of this device is sucked. Will continue to try and reach a real account manager preferably in the USA and maybe just maybe I'll be able to get this resolved.
I've been transferred to 14 reps pertaining to the poor service from the company. I keep getting disconnected. The reps in the corporate level positions are inadequate and do not provide professional services. The rediclious offer of one day free service for my inconvenience is really another example of their poor customer relations. I've been unable to make or receive calls. And two weeks ago couldn't make or receive messages or access data for over a week. Been disconnected multiple times. There's always interferes on the calls even with the automated service. And the text help! No luck there. One day free service and a bunch of " I'm sorry" doesn't come close to making up for the lost service or the waisted hours of frustrating calls or the outrageous number of times I've been transferred and disconnected by this company's reps. And your lazy attempts to respond with a text sending me back to your reps which do nothing is insulting and unprofessional. Forget about the website address you refer with you response because it's useless. I'm tired of the circle with this company.
