Your flight attendant Maria Blind I very rude to customers. I was on a flight to Denver November 1st 2023. She was not helpful at all when asked questions her replies were short and rude and I over heard he saying thank God I get paid to be with people I don't like. When I get the the hotel I am going drink and find a man to take to my room. Not the kind of person you would want to be the face of your company.

I flew home from Texas on January 20, 2022. The trip from Denver to Sheridan Wyoming was the worst I have ever experienced. The flight attendant was rude and indignant. I paid for a trip with my dog who is 4 pounds and is 13 years old, she was rude about the fact that I could not check my other bag because my purse and all my belongings were in it such as keys ID, money, etc. Cheryl Nelson, except when I was on the flight, and swore that there was no way I could've checked that bag in the upper cabin on my previous flight. Well, the fact was I did so I didn't expect anything different on my trip home.
After five or 10 minutes of embarrassment, I was finally moved to roast 13, where I could put my bag under the seat in my dog into the other seat.
Then the cabin temperature was chilly, and my dog was whining, again she's 13 years old and weighs 4 pounds as a Pomeranian. I picked her up to cover up with a blanket so obviously I had to put her on the seat to do so and the flight attendant came by and chewed me out royally, because the dog belong under the seat, and could not be taken out under any circumstances. I am sorry, but my dog at that point was a passenger as I paid for a ticket. Nicole could've killed her at her age and I just sat there in awe and could not say a word with my discusst for her behavior.
I fly quite often and I will not drive to Denver and fly out on United so I can avoid sky west, rude, indignant behavior, and the abuse of my dog.
I did not get her name as I was so embarrassed however, I highly doubt she would've treated her animal or her children in the same manner.
I am extremely disappointed in this was the first time in 30 years I have ever been treated so rudely.

How can I give a positive review about a Skywest flight I was recently on. I wanted to recognize a wonderful steward.

There has been recent talk of FMN upgrading to a CII classification and restoring commercial service out of Farmington. Living in Farmington, I am frustrated that my only options to reach Albuquerque is a three hour ground transportation trip or a 45 minuite trip to the Durango airport where you can only fly to Denver, then Albuquerque, a six hour trip. If you come to Farmington after the upgrades will you offer direct flights from Farmington to Albuquerque?

I flew on SkyWest into Denver, CO on 2-26-13. We arrived in a snow storm and we were deplaned on an open air ramp without stairs. The ramp was icy and snowy at the bottom and I fell, injuring my left knee (torn meniscus) and my right hip. I was in enough discomfort that I did not make it to my niece's funeral in Columbus, OH where I was headed; instead I went home. I have been trying to get just some very basic help with medical bills including just partial support on hip replacement that I had last month. Allianz Insurance which is SkyWest Insurance has been unfriendly, slow, unhelpful entirely. I have been waiting since March to get some resolution and hope this can happen without suing which will cost everyone more time, money and aggravation. I am a 62 year old therapist, working in private, non-profits for 40 years. I am not a person who takes advantage of others and don't like it in return. Help!

I am writing to express my surprise and frustration regarding the awful experience I had on a SkyWest flight in Denver, CO on 2-26-13. This flight took off in Eugene, Oregon and landed in Denver, CO during a snow storm. Rather than deplaning passengers with the "tubes" that are typically used, we were deplaned on an open air ramp with no stairs. The ramp was icy toward the bottom and I fell. I have a torn meniscus in my left knee and am having surgery to replace my right hip on 7-22. My surgeon's letter confirms clearly that the meniscus tear is new and clearly related to the fall. He goes on to say that my hip replacement is in part related to the fall as it was not symptomatic prior to the fall. I have been in contact with Noreen Brogan at Allianz Insurance for months. She is unhelpful and frankly, I think has absolutely no interest in providing a fair resolution to this. I am asking if you can assist in some way as I deserve a timely response. You can contact me at work at or at home at I will be having surgery on 7-22-13 and at home for a couple of weeks for recovery. If I am unable to come to a reasonable resolution by being honest and fair, I will simply talk with an attorney and almost certainly win more than I would ask for to cover bills. Thank you, Karin Thompson

Today Thursday February the 23rd of 2023 I had to fly from Washington dc to Chicago. A customer was extremely mean to the Flight attendant Brandy. She did an amazing job handling the lady customer and she deserve a 10 star rating. Keep up the wonderful job. Love you guys.

Shortly after getting my luggage at baggage claim in Durango (DRO), I realized I didn't have my drivers license. No one was at the desk so I knocked on the door by baggage claim. Fortunately, Abby Sorrel responded. She contacted someone who was on the plane who checked around my seat. He did not find my license. Abby helped me understand what I could do on my return flight if I don't have my license. I thanked her and left. A couple minutes later, I received a call from Abby. Someone else had found my license and Abby took the time to lookup my number and call me. She waited for us to return and gave me my license. She was so kind and thoughtful and definitely went the extra mile. I'm so appreciative of her thoughtfulness and am grateful to all who helped make my day. A big THANK YOU.

Had an excellent flight from Salt Lake to Palm Springs (flight #4843) on November 26th primarily because of Javier, an outstanding flight attendant. He handled a variety of passenger issues (e.g. Person who was traveling with 4 children had made her own reservation in the emergency row. He relocated her with no issue). He is patient, positive and always has a smile on his face. That's rare these days.
Javier is one of the best flight attendants we have met in over 40 years of flying on Delta.

To Whom It may Concern:
You have an exceptional employee working in Eugene Oregon by the name of Britney Rowe. We were there August 6 unable to fly to San Francisco due to a fire. We were checked in and bags ready for United. Our son Peter Ramseier listed us to go to Salt Lake City on Delta. Britney got our luggage and retagged it to go on The Delta Flight. This was very kind of her for doing that for us and going above and beyond the call of duty. Please give her our heartfelt thanks. Actually our destination was San Diego.
Sincerely Janice and Pierre Ramseier.

on 6/28/12 encountered an employee named Gary Quimby 39074 on our flight from Spokane, to s.l.c. ut. he was a ramp agent who helped us with our seat reservations, who was beyond helpful in our distress, he handled the situation very pleasently, courtesly, and made us completly at ease. He certainly made our experience with skywest a positive one,if every person was that professional.the world would be better off! Thanks,George and Judy Myers(flight 4646) P,S our flight attendant reserched his name & employee number so we could comment on him!
