Ok so at SONIC(Lake Park, Florida) a #1 was ordered (a burger) and this is what was in the bag, a burger on sandwich(Texas Toast) bread. They had no fries no tots no onion rings no whip cream for the shakes AND after all that the place smelled like weed(marijuana) and the employees seemed HIGH as HELL!!!? Why? Why are they still open? Never again!!!

The Sonic Cheeseburger I bought two days ago had a very poor quality meat patty. Seemed to be a processed patty with poor taste and worse texture. This might be a one-time thing related to this particular location, but I will likely go to Wendy's next time out

Had a problem with app it overcharged me. Called to get a simple refund the customer service agent was an idiot and said a manager would call because they are unable to transfer me. Been 3 days and still no call. Been calling everyday with the same response. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had

When I put "easy ice" or say "light ice" they give me extra. To the point my cup is just ice with almost no liquid from the drink. Also, their managers called me a lier when I got spoiled ice cream and it made me sick. Their staff are NOT friendly. Just today, the person gave me a rude expression like they were mad I ordered, then asked if I wanted the receipt. I said "yes, please" she crumbled it up and ran off.

Goodyear Arizona location.Employee named Damian came out of the store in a threatening manor when I went to place an order at the drive through on 10/18 about 7:15pm.
I stopped in front of the restaurant to go up and talk to the manager.Damian cami out again and confronted me.I asked for the manager and he said he is.The two girls inside watching all of his threatening behavior didn't come outside to attend to their employee who to cause a altercation.I'm twice this guys age.Finally I asked the two managers to come outside and they finally did.
Courtney and the other manager couldn't get their employee to listen to them until I threatened to call the cops.I called the cops and of course he lied and said I the customer came up aggressive.It's on video for management to see.Sonic has lost my business and this guy needs to be fired and your managers as well for letting Damian talk to customers that way. This is all over an item on the menu that they actually still make and he didn't know nor would he ask someone. He told me to look at the menu again.. I told him to cancel the order. If he didn't know what he was doing, and that's when he became threatening I came outside as I was driving around the restaurant in my vehicle.. and yes, he came outside to confront the customer. And then did it again when I walked up to talk to the manager.

The app is the biggest peice of trash I have ever used. Some picture with no description and no idea what comes with the burger. If you don't know exactly then you get some dry junk and it your fault because that what you ordered even though we screwed you with the app. I will not eat at another sonic until there is a car hop that come to my window takes the order and goes to prepare my food

This is the second time in two days that my order has been incorrect even though the ticket is correct. Same Sonic as well, Store # 5753. If that's not bad enough, a group of teens were sitting at the outside tables with their car stereo turned up and they were all screaming over the music. No quite lunch here but no worries, I'm not going back.

I think you need to allow the customer to be able to make any soft drink order on your app to become a slush. I love Sprite and Sprite zero slushes but there is no place to order them on your app.

American Fork Utah, I ordered 2 got fudge sunday's a shake and 2 large fries. When I got my order after waiting 30 MINUTES it was missing both Sundays and a fry. The fry I did get was cold. When I tried to explain what happened the lady was completely rude to me and refused to give me the rest of my order.

Sonic at Hwy 17 North, Mt Pleasant, SC 29466 is the WORST run location hands down. I'll never go there again! I am posting on social media. No answer at Drive up window, no one to take order after pressing button for 10 minutes. Finally I saw employee and asked how long it would be to get 3 ice creams. Answer,' I don't know'. I asked is butto working and was told, 'yeah' and walked off. Went to McDonalsd with nice and fast service.

Don't go to sonic and order a 4.00 sundae as u get what a dog treat cup. Never again as sonic use to be the place to go but they have went down so bad it's not even worth a drink stop

Just spent $10.77 on food at Sonic in Lake Park Florida. Custer service was ok but quality of food was fit for animals Maybe. I will be deleting my app.

Used the Sonic App, placed an order with 4 shakes and food. Paid through the app. Get to Sonic, only received food. They said they did not have ice cream. Sis not want slush replacement was told to contact customer support for refund. Contacted customer support through the app. Provided answers to all questions and attached receipt in initial submission. Was emailed asking for further information. Replied. Was emailed asking for more information, again I replied. Another email asking for a photo of receipt. Sent, again. Told them I had sent all this information when initiated request for support. It has been another 3 days and no response from them. No update and no refund to any account. Totally ghosted by Sonic "Customer Support!l"

Reached out to customer service after being told at a drive thru that since they were out of coins I would not be getting all my cash back. Customer service responded "we will give you a free drink IF YOU DOWNLOAD THE APP AND PURCHASE SOMETHING ELSE" are you serious? You stole my money and this is the response I get. This is horrible!

Your store in Hueytown AL should be ashamed. They have on their sign today"Aroid hot grease eat at Sonic"
This was after an employee at the Hueytown Arbys thee hot grease on a customer in the drive through yesterday. The customer was injured. What poor taste this shows on your management team.

I ordered 1 large Strawberry Limeade. What I got was the ice with some type of soda and strawberry mush thown on top plus two small pieces of lime. It was not mixed at all, and it was tasteless. This was my first trip to Sonic and my last one. Next time, I will go to Dairy Queen where they make great drinks. In my opinion lousy product and careless staff.

Just went to the Sonic in Bluffton SC. At 5 Sherrington Drive.
We order 2 Sonic Blast, we got a cup of ice cream with maybe a tablespoon of candy on the top, none in the rest of the cup. I wanted a peanut butter Blast with butterfingers, I got a cup of vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cup and butterfinger on top about the same amount as the 1st Blast just 2 different candies no peanut butter in the ice cream.
We have had the same order a few months ago, it was great!!

I tried to explain what I wanted the second one only had butterfinger on top, I was charged for the extra topping.


Guess this was our last visit to SONIC going back to Cook out.

Tuscaloosa Al, HAS THE WORST sonic ever! There systems "breaks" down EVERY night at the same time !! It's ridiculous & have poor service.. LAZY ! It's disgusting

I have a suggestion. Why don't you put the menu on both sides so the people on right side of car can look and see it too. You can still have your advertising flashing on screen. I have even seen passengers get out of their cars to walk in the next stall so they can see the menu. Marla Norton Sherman Tx.

This is my third time leaving a positive comment card for Emily at the Highway 6 location. She is extremely personable, friendly and excellent customer service. There are numerous locations closer to me but I drive to Higheay 6 to get my request for Route 44 Lemon Berry Slush with extra strawberries. She did not make mine today and I did NOT make it bit I bought them anyway. I have sent in comments in the past because a general manager called me. Emily needs to teach your personnel how to make them so they are the same at every location. I'll still come her to get mine! They starting charging for extra strawberries today and I need not have extra strawberries. I don't mind paying extra but when you charge me I should've receive them. Please this comment with Emily because I appreciate her service in getting me what I order.

I love the drive-in feature. Staff very friendly and quick service. Enjoyed the option to be able to order at the park while kids played.

I am however astonished that in this day in age they are still using Styrofoam, as for that I will no longer be eating there. Big companies like Sonic are a huge factor to the destruction to our environment as none of there products can not be decomposed.

We recently visited your sonic in Streetsboro, ohio. We live about 40 minutes away and do not have one in our area. It was well worth it! The hamburgers were delicious and the service was so friendly! The gentlemen's name was Don that brought us our lunch, I can't tell you just how pleasant he was! We will make that drive again just to go to your sonic! Thank you

I like the food but I don't know what to expect when I get there because the commercials make me change the channel or hit mute. They blew it when they chose spokesman.

Hi My name is Ronald M. Marotte i use to work at the sonic at hollister MO. as a assistant manager i got a call from home tell me my mom was dying from cancer here in penscola fl. around november 26th so i told my gm nick that i was going back to florida he told me to call down their and see if they have any opening at sonic so i check on the internet they had one for general manager and assistant manager online for i fill it out then i call the one on 9th ave. and new warrington store and told them that i was a assistant manger in hollister mo. and i will be moving back to pensacola fl. around december 16th and i could start back to work in January they said thats wasnt a problem with my training i would get the job well i still not working for sonic i call almost every day had one interview with tina at the store on 9th ave. she told me that todd the owner of the store would call me but its been over two weeks i dont wont to leave the sonic team i like working for yall but i need a answer before i move on so can you tell me how to get in touch with todd the owner of the sonic in pensacola fla. it is february now and i dont know how much i can hold out you can call just tired of getting the run around thank you

I think its un fair my spouse works at sonic and doesnt get an employee meal forget your 20% off bs and the gm is just down right caniving the manager tonight on may 20 2016 quit making n my spous smokes ALOT AND ONLY GOT ONE BREAK TONIGHT CAUSE SHE DOESNT THINK MY SPOUSE SHOULD SMOKE WOW TF!!!
