glad to see you go out of business

I buy my husband a Sports Illustrated calender every year. This year he found out one of the pictures was a guy. He tore the page off and said don't buy me another one. When you buy a girlie calender you expect it to be girls.

To whom it may concern,
I have been a faithful customer for over 35 years. I have bit my tongue in the past. I will no longer be silent about the downward trend of acceptance of support for the gay and lesbian articles that try make some mislabled people actual reading material. The next issue that promotes such an immoral perspective will be my last.

No longer will read or acknowledge this rag mag , for again taking from real females and allowing some guy who thinks he's a woman be on swim suit cover???..what a joke !! That's a dude not a woman!! This woke liberal rag mag again put a male before a REAL female!! This rag mag is no longer in our offices , we cancelled the subscription!!!

I'm husband and I was told Sports illustrated Resorts in Cap Cana was a great place. Which was not the case. It was the worse vacation ever. They only had on restaurant open, no live entertainment, they had uncomfortable chairs by the pool no umbrella for shade near the pool. Most of the staff was rude and did not speak English. The resorts looks like a deserted shopping center. Most of the store on the resorts was close down. There trying to get people there to buy timeshare there so the can fix up the place. The resort was only working on 10% capacity. I waste of our money . I do not recommend this resort to anybody. If your looking for a great vacation that place is not the place. A lot of people was complaining while they was there

People need to wake up and realize sports illustrated has become very woke and the trash that they even put on their front cover transgenders in bathing suits that tells you they have sold their soul to Satan that is a Sim it's sad they would sell their reputation to the dark side I guess money speaks if you buy sports illustrated I would suggest dropping your subscription

I received a charge of over $90 to on my credit card to renew my subscription. The online price is close to $30 to I called the SI customer service. He said it was their policy to charge the $90 rate but he would reduce it to $30. I guess if you don't notice, they get by with overcharging you. I looked on prior years card statements and saw that I had indeed been charged over $90 renewal. Looks like a scam to me, overcharging and if they get by with it they profit. Told CS I wanted no part of SI ever again and credit my card the entire amount. Scam artists in my view.

I just contacted Sports Illustrated's customer service line to report that the 2022 swimsuit issue had not been delivered with my subscription. I was astonished to learn that no subscribers are receiving the swimsuit issue this year - it is only available at an extra charge from newsstands and grocery stores. After over 40 years as a subscriber, I am appalled by this money grab and treatment of subscribers. Although I prepaid for a three-year subscription this Spring, I have cancelled my subscription and demanded a refund of the remaining term. There is no customer appreciation or loyalty anymore. Frankly, I can get as good or better sports coverage through other sources without being treated like dirt. Mike M.

I'm beyond disappointed with the 2022 Swimsuit issue!

It used to be a platform for unknown but deserving models. I always looked forward to who might be the next star on the ascent because of the exposure (pun not really intended but...)

However, your current issue in particular has devolved to catering to a cast of media whores. I'm talking K. Kardashian and Ciara. I suppose they promised you guaranteed sales, which they can certainly do. If the issue isn't purchased by us annoyed readers, then they'll just buy it themselves. They can afford it and you're off the hook, right? It's cheating - but in this day and age, it's normal behaviour.

I laugh to think of storage units being discovered years from now stuffed to the rafters with your magazine because they had to purchase their own issues to save face.

Those two DON'T contibute anything no matter how you slice and dice it. They are NOT repesentative of women we want to aspire to. Stop gaslighting us and call it what it is; a sellout in the most obnoxious way. JUST YUK.

Been an avid SI fan for years., but I may cancel my subscription. Just read the Leap Years issue. So you put in an article about Correa. Seriously? Did you forget that THE BRAVES won the World Series last year? This is a slap in the faces of the Atlanta Braves. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND YOU SHOULD BE,TOO,

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a couple of weeks with no success. I have attempted to cancel on line, and call the listed number on the magazine.

trash keeps being sent to our home - you pollute water making this trash, we aren't interested in this trash, stop sending this trash! We've complained and it stopped finally coming for about 6 months now the trash is back on! We are not subscribing to the trash so stop sending the trash to our home! Sports is not for our American family, we support our country, it's flag, our police our president. We hope the egotistical racist sports cease once we all pull our money, and turn away they deserve nothing but scorn.

some guy Falkenheim of SI ripping Sabres at the trade deadline for making moves when he says they are 8 points out of the playoffs. Guy should do his homework. They are 6 out of Atlantic. Must pay attention to details.

I've received si as a christmas gift for the last few years. This year i didnt know it was renewed until i got my first magazine of 2020 today..march. i called to see problem and to see about missing issues, im a chiefs fan...1967. I would have loved the super bowl issue but nope. I no longer want this magazine, i have cancelled it. After years of recieving si the only issue i ever would had kept was feb 2020.

I am very displeased with the change to SI subscription and even more with the timing of implementation. My current subscription is valid until 2/20/2020, but the last issue I received was dated Feb 2020 (No day specified). It contained PRE-superbowl coverage Then the superbowl happened, arguably the most newsworthy events in the sports calendar, and no SI was delivered to me. I know an issue was printed (printed 2/4 - Patrick Mahommes on the cover), but I didn't get it. Some folks did get it - I have seen references to it in our local paper. How was it decided WHO would receive that issue?? Theoretically my subscription was still in force at that time. Obviously this issue is one of the annual highlights!
I understand that SI is moving to a monthly format, but on superbowl week? Really??
I did renew my subscription at a good rate, but unless I receive the superbowl coverage issue as well as the March issue, I will cancel despite the deal. I am a long-time subscriber for whatever that's worth.
Along the same 'bad customer service' line, I called SI (at the only number you give) and got a call back 8 days later. They were unable to find my account by account-number, email, or name&address. Why? I'm disappointed and I admit I'll miss the magazine, but I don't want to pay for non-existent service.
I do hope I will receive the issues that I requested and have already paid for.. ;

SI's customer service is a joke. Poorly trained staff unable to answer the most basic of questions. I got the Feb 1,2020 issue in the mail today. It is the first monthly issue and it fell apart in my hands. The glued binding did not hold at all. When I called to ask for a replacement issue to be sent I was told it would be 2 weeks. Pretty poor service in my opinion.

Not receiving issues on time..have not received this weeks pro football issue.
Had to read it at the library. All my issues arrive a week to ten days late..
When Time Warner owned it had no problems. Charter subscription holder
Since 1954...

I have every swimsuit issue dating from 1985. The 2019 issue is a direct insult and lap in the face to the millions of American men
who made you famous. Why an issue of an anti-American protester, a muslim terrorist sympathizer who if she has her way you (the editor) won't have a job, you must be brain dead and others that have no relation to the original concept of a special issue.
I never want your anti-American propaganda in my home again. Please cancel my subscription. Acct number 32750

Sports Illustrated magazine use to be the best sports magazine on the market but not anymore. It is so bad that after being a subscriber for probably over twenty years my subscription will expire on July 21 and it will not be renewed. Some idiot has completely destroyed this great magazine.

When I placed a two year sub for a grandson, a Dallas jacket was to be delivered. It was never received. Contacted Cust Service via e-mail several months ago with no response, called customer service and was cut off, called and received msg to call again, they are in training to serve better. I could only hope. If my grandson didn't like the magazine, I would cancel.
I am not pleased with the gimmick to get you to purchase and then not following through with the merchandise. My grandson has asked about the jacket repeatedly.

Why is it taking so long for my son to receive his gift part of the subscription. I.e. the commemorative gifts football, eagles book and jacket? This was a birthday gift since his team won the superbowl. He was very excited to receive the magazine and the gifts. Now I feel completely embarrassed because of how long it's taking.when I called to order the man said 4 weeks. Now I'm being told they have no idea when.

SI Corporate Officers-

I subscribed again just in time for baseball season, and the second issue to arrive is the notorious swimsuit edition. Really, guys? Have you learned nothing about what feeds sexual harassment and assault after all this? It's making persons -- usually women -- into sex objects, robbing them of the respect that each are owed as individuals. No rocket science there, and certainly no sports in this issue.

Your objective here is plenty clear -- illustrating women as mere objects of desire to sell magazines. On the pages where swimsuits are visible they clearly aren't for swimming, just props to serve the cause of titillation. The scant value you place on the full personhood of those who wear them shows through, along with just about everything else.

Please learn that your bare merchandising has an impact on your readers/gawkers, especially young men and boys. Many of them will carry your objectification into their relationships and their behavior. It will be at work every day in our workplaces and our social lives. Women will suffer its results more than men, but we will all be lessened by it.

In the following issue you feature Aly Raisman, one brave survivor of one especially awful predator. Through the words on her skin you purport some awareness of what she and others have been through. But soft or hard, porn feeds predation. Your swimsuit issue clearly illustrates SI as part of the problem, not of the solution.

Get a clue. Until you do, count me out and cancel my sub.

I placed an online order for a single copy of a previous SI magazine print edition and framed copy. I received an immediate email telling me my order would ship in 7 to 10 days. Two days later I call and find out neither item is in stock and no idea when it will ship. I was transferred twice before I received a customer service person who could take my order. Then both items are out of stock and no idea when they will be in stock. I cancelled both of my orders. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SPORTS ILLUSTRATED ONLINE AGAIN! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

I have tried many times, many ways, to received the issue of Sports Illustrated, dated 11/14/16, that has not been received.

MR MARK

Have subscribed to Sports Illustrated since 1974, although SI's records indicate only since 1987.

Probably will not resubscribe if missing issue is not received.

Called Sports Illustrated Kids customer service after being scammed through a Finish Line trial subscription of Sports Illustrated. Without warning of any kind, my subscription had been renewed and I was billed for it as well as a subscription to SI for Kids for a total of 75 dollars. I talked to Vivian who was extremely friendly and polite, and who canceled both subscriptions and voided my bills with absolutely no hassle. Time Warner and SI have sneaky, underhanded ways, but their customer service in dealing with these tricks was fantastic. * for Sports Illustrated, ***** for their customer service.

Have to admit I was ready for a hassle because I had barely any info as this was my son's subscription at college and I haven't seen an issue and he has been home all summer and never thought about an address change. Spoke with Amanda and she not only found the account but offered to extend the subscription for the amount of summer months it went to his old dorm room. Very helpful...

I had a very positive experience with TWX SI. My debit card was charged for the annual renewal of my SI subscription. I had seen an ad online for a year of SI for $70.00 less than what I had paid! I called SI and they said to buy the year at the better price and they promised to credit my account for the higher amount. Four business days later the credit appeared! Do your homework and watch your card activity daily online. This was a very easy and pleasant solution.

I have to agree that the call center in another country is not ideal but my cancellation experience was hassle free

A male operator handled my call today. He was very HARD to understand with his accent.
I might add that he was helpful and after having him repeat himself each time, I was able to get our questions answered.
