I purchased tickets the day of a basketball game, i did receive a confirmation that tickets were on the way. but never received them. I reached out to stubhub an hour before the game, and was told i can wait or cancel. I cancelled and recived an email instantly that i was being refunded. I have yet to see the refund and when i contacted them i was told i should of read the fine print and that i can only be refunded if i have paypal (which i didnt use to purchase, a credit card was used).

Stubhub is bar none the WORST company. When covid hit they gave me a one year credit amount on sports tickets I bought. One year into covid for a 64 yr old still not good to go to crowded event. When I tried to get the credit extended they wouldn't. Robbed my money. This summer I stupidly bought parking thru Stubhub for an Atl Braves game. I ended up not needing it. Sold and delivered the tickets and even after 8 different calls I never received the $47 due. So they took that money too!

Me and 2 of my friends purchased tickets for the beyonce concert in New Orleans on September the 27 for my birthday. Paid over 400$ in fees. We flew to New Orleans from St. Petersburg Florida. 15 minutes before the show starts I received a email advising our transactions was cancelled. We call stub hub over 20 times everyone we talked to was extremely rude, unprofessional, uneducated on how it works and they all provided different information even the supervisor Pamela employee Id number 2591114. Who no told me she the highest person I can speak with in regards to this. I was on the phone with her for over an hour and she did nothing to try and help us. She would not allow us to buy tickets over the phone or even try to help us locate a ticket. We reprocessed the order 4 more times on 4 different cards online and they were all cancelled. We couldn't even buy tickets from another vendor at this point because they were holding the money. No one was able to tell us why this was happening or try to help us find new tickets. this is the worst experience I've ever had with any company I've ever done business with. I am even more hurt that the company is getting away with type of behavior. I've taken time off work, paid for a flight, booked a hotel, rented a car all in vein because StubHub was selling tickets they never had, this ruined my 30th birthday and what put the icing on the cake was the costumer service I received, the I don't care attitude and lack of empathy I got from this company is beyond disgusting and ridiculous. I was being hung up on, placed on hold and the representative would never come back to the call, the list goes on and on. Worst experience of my life. birthday I'll never forget, ruined.

You do not get your tickets until the day of the event which is crazy. Waiting for an email from an unknown person in the parking lot while ppl with real tickets go right in. FMTT.

STUB HUB BUYERS BEWARE - On Thursday, I bought 4 Dawg Pound tickets for almost $1,000 on the Lower Level(1st Level) to the Browns Cinci game on Sunday. I Didn't receive the tickets so I sent several emails and had several long calls with Stub Hub employees to find out where my tix were. They said they would be there by 9am Sunday but if not they will give me comparable tickets. BIG LIE...They said they couldn't get the tix on Sunday, so they offered me tickets ON THE 5th Level of the Stadium - I said what happened to their "Guarantee" and they essentially said that was the best they could do...Oh yes they offered me a $13 voucher. Not sure how they aren't regulated and not allowed to sell tickets they don't have...

I purchased tickets from stubhub and then my account got hacked (twice) and I reported it to them and after a lot of back and forth over the issue, I can't even get a clear answer. They blocked my account for safety reasons because of the hack and told me to make a new one. I repeatedly contacted them to understand how I can access my tickets if they blocked my account. Then a support agent told me that all existing orders on my account have been cancelled (they never notified me) and that I will not be receiving a refund. They said because the account was hacked, the solution is to block the account and cancel all my orders and I will not receive a refund or replacement tickets. They literally stole money from me. I would never recommend anyone to use them ever.

This platform is horrible and super misleading. No nothing is guaranteed, only fake promises and stealing money from the user is guaranteed. I have made a mistake on the website for double selling the because I couldn't find my original listing, and the information option I had about the seat was wrong. I tried to contact the customer service and the buyer immediately. The sale literally just happened right after the listing, which gave me no time to take the listing down. I contacted right away seeking for technical support and sale support, the help didn't happen. They said they will get back to me and it never happened. Then after 16 days, they told me I will be charged with the tickets I sold because I didn't fulfill the order.

Honestly can we all sue this company for fraud and unfairness? The ratio of complains over good reviews is ridiculous. I read the other posts, seems like many people are experiencing similar issue with their money handling problem and misleading tricks they do to the customers.

Now I don't even know if they will pay me back for the original tickets I sold. I have 0 trust to this company right now. Such waste of time and money, and it damages your mental too... I don't understand why a big company like this is doing shady stuffs like this.

Put my tickets on sale then sent an email saying I don't have them. Did EXACTLY as I was told to and they are still charging me for the ticket price. Stay away from this company

I bought 7 tickets from StubHub, for Real Madrid vs Milan in LA, when I get there, guess what? All 7 tickets didn't show in the system, AXS told me, StubHub, didn't send it to them, nothing they could do to me, wasn't only me in the stadium who had the problem, me and 20 / 25 persons had the same problem, I had to buy every seven tickets again, and I saw when I bought the ticket in the stadium, in the StubHub was over price too.

I am really disappointed with StubHub, I did two orders, first order was 4 tickets and the second order, was 3, but they offer me only 25% of the second order, the cheaper order, in the voucher, after two weeks of trying to get my refund, they just said,

"We don't owing anything to you, we can offer only 25% of one order, the cheaper one, if you want, because of our policy, you contact us only one day, after the event"

One day after the event, the first think, they did me lose half-game, because AXS couldn't find my tickets, because StubHub, didn't send them to AXS, second think, why I didn't contact them on the same day, at the stadium in the game day, had no internet, I leave from there almost midnight, because of traffic. Now they telling me that, because of me, they have nothing owing me, only 25% of $648.97, if I want.

I spend with StubHub almost $1600, +$1200 (I bought them, on the front of the stadium, in a better location than StuHub every seven tickets again), after two weeks of trying to get my refund, they offer me $162.24, and said, we don't owing you anything, wasn't our mistake, total disrespect with the customer and changing us, over princes tickets too, I'll never use StubHub again.

Don't buy from them, they are over price, if you have a problem, you gonna lose 75% of your amount. Because is their policy.

Don't buy tickets through Stub Hub, bought 3 tickets for Elton John 18 th birthday present. They never came even though we rang every day for 2 weeks prior. £680.00 still no refund since June the 3rd, ringing and emailing constantly. So rubbish

Im a verified and more than a decade old customer. In the recent years, Stubhub and Ticketmaster have formed a nexus along with the event organizers to rob ticket buyers off their money.They think customers are too dumb to catch on to their sneaky and sleezy business tactics.They hide it uummm....under a price gauging cover blow. Bought tickets to the current Metallica NJ shows and cant make it. They refuse a refund. Tickets are from ticket master.kept dodging my call by tossing it to each other. Stubhub agent gave me a run around for an hour when I requested a refund. Excuse after another and another lame excuse just to grab on to the amount I paid. Lost thousands!!!!

Had four tickets for sale. One sold with no problem. Sold two and was immediately prompted to transfer, which I did. 1 week later buyer hadn't accepted them. We then received an email saying due to buyer issues, we cancelled the sale. We immediately cancelled our two tickets, thinking our account had been compromised. It turns out they sold one ticket and didn't notify us, but that was the ticket they cancelled. We relisted the two tickets, however they never showed up on Stubhub for sale. When I called they said your listing is on there, and after that it appeared. Today I received an email saying I'm being charged $486 for the non sale of the two tickets. Deceitful manipulation of their sales. SELLER BEWARE

StubHub = Highway Robbery.
Listed four Broadway Tickets through my account on the StubHub app.
Stubhub app erased all my account information while the "sale was pending" according to the customer service department.
When the listing and all ticket information was absent, I relisted the tickets. They sold, the sale went through, tickets were transferred, payment to Paypal.
StubHub sent an email saying I was responsible for the original sale and would be charged for tickets.
I complained. NO RESOLUTION.
Today, received an email from StubHub saying I was "charged $405.00 for the tickets".
HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
THE GLITCH IS STUBHUB'S FAULT AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.....BUT THEY HAVE ALREADY SIPHONED $405.00 FROM THE PAYPAL PAYMENT MADE BY THE INDIVIDUAL WHO RECEIVED MY TICKETS.

Unbelievably confusing, frustrating, and low handed on StubHub's part. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. EVER. AND I WILL REPEAT THIS FIASCO TO ANYONE WILLING TO LISTEN.

Secured Order for 6 Tickets to Taylor Swift and stub hub cant seem to locate where the tickets are have made 5 calls same story will reach out to seller and have them resubmit. Have 21 days for concert and currently no tickets and spent $7,500.00. Asked to speak to supervisor said one would call me back, never happened, called again same story and asked to speak to supervisor, hung up on. Looks like we have been taken will see how 100% guarantee goes, probably need a lawyer. Also did notice they still have 524 tickets avaialbe for sale and asked for different seats but unable to accomodate, asked to speak to supervisor transferred and then disconnected!!! Have used them in the past used to be dependable now worst ticket service ever taking the money but not delivering the tickets!! I think this is fraud!!

Total scam! Worst customer service! Purchased tickets and was told after purchase I would receive them on day of concert. I decided to sell them. After they sold, also through stubhub, I Was told I needed to send tickets over the day BEFORE the tickets were to be sent to me. Which is impossible. Im now receiving emails, TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO DATE LISTED, that I will be re charged with in 48 hours if I don't provide my stubhub buyer with the tickets STUBHUB NEVER SENT ME!!! NIGHTMARE

I bought tickets for an event a month in advance and StubHub gave the seller until the day before the event to send me the tickets. The seller never sent the tickets. 22 hours before the event I called StubHub. StubHub did refund my money. The agent was very nice and helpful to the extent he could be. But what StubHub was willing to do for me was not sufficient. I flew to the city where the concert is at and had to go find new tickets and pay more for them since I had to buy them last minute. I am lucky I was able to get them on another site at a fairly decent price, but I still paid substantially more than they were selling for a month ago. Subhub was selling them for double the price I originally paid.
StubHub should not allow the sellers to have until 24 hours before an event to send the tickets unless they have proven the tickets won't be available until that date. Also, their penalty for not sending the tickets should be the cost of replacements tickets for the buyer, not just paying StubHub's fees. By only charging the seller the StubHub fees and StubHub keeps that money, it shows StubHub only cares they get paid and doesn't care about the inconvenience this has caused the buyer. I will not buy from StubHub again until their policies change because this almost ruined a special birthday trip I planned for my daughter that I invested a lot into.

Ordered tickets and they sent a note the tickets were transferred after a month wait. Never received them. After another 6 weeks a six calls and note I have all correspondence I can say this company is horrible. They screws me out of key tickets bought and booked all travel around. If you call customer service the only thing they will tell you is the back office will work on it and this take a week every time I called. I will do everything in my power to tell everyone I meet to stay away from this horrible company. After 9 weeks and after I spent over $2000 on travel I got a refund but had to threaten with legal proceedings. Stay away from this crappy company.

This was my 1st time using Stubhub. I was unaware of the process. It caused very high anxiety to spend over $4,000 for tickets only to find out you receive tickets just days before the event based COMPLETELY on "trust me"! It was too late as my credit card transaction was already complete. My email said I was guaranteed 2 seats together in the front row, but no idea what seat numbers. I finally got my notice that I had 2 TERRIFIC seats directly in the middle of the front row. I was still weary until I was finally relieved as I displayed my barcode on my cell phone ticket and the reader showed a checkmark for success!! It was a fantastic experience to have front row seats on July 28, 2023 although I placed my order back in April. We're extremely happy for such a wonderful outcome! Thank you Stubhub!

KARI ZACCONE just helped me with a very complicated ticket sale situation. She was patient, clear in her explanations, and repeated that information several times as my confusion slowly abated. StubHub is really perceptive in their hiring practices to have found such a fine employee/representative for the company. Re: Order # 191336374 I ordered tickets for a baseball game while we are on vacation in New York in January. I mistakenly opted for package delivery instead of electronic. I received email notification that the tickets would be delivered to me by May 20, which is the day that we fly to New York. In late March, I chatted with Chynalinn B on 3/24 and the only option that she was able to provide was to have the tickets mailed to the hotel in NYC so that they would arrive the same day we check-in. On 4/12, I received email confirmation that my tickets had already been sent to the hotel five weeks in advance of our arrival! I chatted with Anique to request the the tickets be re-routed to my home. She indicated that I would have a $20 charge to re-route. I disagreed with the charge since it was Stub Hub's error to mail the tickets 5 weeks early and these could have been shipped to my home if Chynnalin B had confirmed that the tickets would not be sent until 5/20. She was checking with a special team and as I waited several minutes for a reply, the chat session ended. I started the chat again with Caitlin T. She was able to confirm that the tickets would be sent to my home with no additional charges. The tickets arrived yesterday - thank you to all that made this happen for me!

I just want to commend Chynnalin B, Anique and Caitlin T. for their professionalism and assistance with this issue. All of them were very pleasant to converse with and all were working diligently to satisfy me. This confirms to me that Stub Hub values their customers and works to exceed expectations. I will continue to choose Stub Hub for all of future purchases.

I received outstanding service from Robert today. He called me back after he thought the problem was on the MLB Chicago White Sox end. He went above and beyond to research a solution to allow meet direct input from my White Sox season ticket account to my Stub Hub account. It wouldn't work until Robert took the time that most others wouldn't. If I ever considered selling my tickets at another site, his outstanding service convinced me to always use Stub Hub. He's the kind of person I would like in my business.

On Dec 4th.2014 we had tickets to Garth Brook & Trisha Yearwood. When we got to Scottrade Center in St, Louis, Mo, we were told our tickets didnot have a barecode on them. They couldn't take them.. We were sent to 3 other people at the Center. No one had ever seen this before. They then told us to go to the Hard Rock Cafe to the StubHub that is where the tickets came from. The man who helped, I believe his namewas Eric, had not seen this before, no barcode.
He was so nice, he worked so hard getting it straighten out, so we would not miss any of the concert.The ticket we got were a very good upgrade, super seats. We had paid $400.00 for the tickets. When we checked our e-mail we had a refund of $245.00 from Stub Hub. We say thankk you to Eric for making sure everyting turned out great.

The representative "Wesley" was a huge help. I forgot to ask for military discount when I bought the tickets so I called and he said no worries. He couldn't give me the full discount so he just gave me free service fee. He took time to do that and I appreciate it.

I'm writing this review because I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. I'm so used to hearing all the horror stories of stubhub. And people are more likely to complain about a bad experience than to share a good one, which is my reason for writing. I bought some tickets off stubhub about 2 weeks ago. Paid for 2 day shipping, which was $11.96. Stubhub usually sends you an e-mail when your tickets ship that include tracking. I kept checking everyday to see if my tickets had shipped and after about 1 week of no shipment I came to the conclusion it wasn't going to happen. So I contacted stubhub via e-mail to let them know what was going on. They told me they could not get in contact with the seller and presented me with three options. You can give the seller some more time to respond back. You can cancel the order and receive a full refund. Or they could find me replacement tickets. I opted for the refund. I received my refund within 2 days and they also gave me a $20 coupon towards my future purchase. Couldn't be more pleased with this.

I ordered concert tickets from stubhub and then realized that the tickets were available from the venue for 1/3 of the price! I tried emailing stubhub and got a message saying they were sorry but all they could do was let me relist the tickets. This seemed like a bit of a rip-off to me since they would be making commission twice off the same tickets. I then called customer service and spoke to an agent who waived the 15% commission fee and let me re-list for full value. This seemed very fair and I was happy with the resolution.

I bought tickets from StubHub and promised myself if the tickets were real I would write a review. They were real so I'm writing my review. I only bought tickets from them once and I was really satisfied. Thankfully(knock on wood) I didn't have a problem. I ordered my tickets and they were an electronic download, and they said they would send me a notice when the tickets were ready to be downloaded. 15 minutes later they were ready. When I went to the concert quite honestly I was a little scared that the tickets wouldn't be valid because of other reviews I've read. We gave the lady our tickets, she scanned them and we went in! It's unfortunate that some people had bad experiences with them. A lot of the times I think the bad experience comes from the sellers. As in them selling fake tickets or never sending them etc.

The scam just happened again today. Thanks to this site I was able to get the phone number and talk with a rep within 5 mins. They said if the card wasn't charged not to worry about it and that they have had other calls on it today.

Excellent response from Jennifer in Customer Service regarding this world-wide email scam for the boxing tickets. She assured me No charges will be made to any of my accounts, No changes in our Long Distance Carries (will Not change to "Global Crossings"), and thanked me for my patience ! It may take a few tries to get to Customser Service 1-866-788-2482, but they will answer ! And say a prayer for these good folks that are working so hard to resolve this mess ! ~Betty

I called StubHub customer service this morning, after going to their site to get their contact number, and found out that this email is a scam. StubHub is currently investigating the email scam and trying their best to cease the emails and prosecute. It's important that the email isn't opened and no links are clicked. According to StubHub customer service, as long as the email isn't opened you are safe from any harm these hackers are trying to impose. StubHub has always been a reputable way for me to buy tickets, with a money-back guarantee for fraudulent tickets. This is activity of hackers, not StubHub.

I couldn't be more happy with Stubhub!!!...I took my 10 year old son to his first professional football game and used Stubhub as a last minute alternative for tickets...I bought tickets to a SOLD OUT GAME with my son on one side of the 50 yard line and myself on the other!!!...You could see the seam splitting the stadium in half from our seats...THANKS Stubhub for making my son's first pro game a memorable one!!!...Kevin Greene---Jackson TN...

I have purchased tickets for over 20 different sporting events. College and profession sports and Stubhub beats them all! The web site is user friendly and the one time I had to call customer service they were very helpful. I recommend this site to all my friends!

I can not say enough good things about Eric in customer service who helped me with tickets I had bought for the wrong night. He was extremely courteous and more than accommodating by giving me a stub hub credit for the night I purchased the tickets then allowing me to rebuy tickets for the correct night.

Other than having to wait on hold for a customer service representative everything was a piece of cake. Thanks.

They are awesome. They are easy to find since their customer support line is advertised everywhere on their website. The opperators are nice helpful, and well educated; and they have friendly voices. They helped me with delivery and addressess changes when I moved and when I lost my tickets they gave me a refund to use for a future game! Even though I didn't get a reprint it was still great. I love them!

I work at StubHub for 5 months now. The customer service there is great. We aim to get eh buyers valid tickets and the sellers paid. StubHub policies aims to ensure that both the buyer and the seller are happy. StubHub has a fan protect guarantee for both. StubHub doesn't really allow dropped orders/refunds , as we have an obligation to the seller, that they will get paid for all orders. If we cancel the order for the buyer, for instance a day before the event that does not give the buyer time to list his ticket, and thats hassle for the buyer. StubHub also guarantees you'll get valid tix and consecutive seats. If the tix received are not valid we find the buyer replacements in minutes, or worse case scenario a refund. StubHub cares about their employees, buyers and sellers. An amazing place to work. When I help someone get their ticket or help someone get paid for the tickets they don't want anymore, I feel happy.
