I just recently posted a review on the subway at 591 Carroll street in Fort Worth tx and 1001 jones street in Fort Worth Texas. I wanted to mention also that the owner also knows about issues with these two stores and simply does not care. He is all about money.

The subway located at 501 Carroll street in Fort Worth tx is a dangerous location. In terms of the freshness of the food and the quality of the service. Not long ago I who was an employee there was fraudulently wrote up for a complaint that no substantial evidence to back it up. So don't work for that if you work for subway. Not only that but the staff there has no clue of respect for employees or customers means. Not only that but not long ago a friend of mine and my wife's was in the restaurant with his mother eating and they both caught food poisoning. Had I still been there at the time that would not have happened. But I was no longer working there to keep the food fresh. The employees there now are not curtious in any Sence of the word and it takes too long to be waited on. So if you go to subway to eat I would strongly advise don't eat there. Also the subway located at 1001 jones street in Fort Worth is the same way. Not to forget that the manager does bath daily so she comes to work with improper hygiene and she still has a job. After numerous complaints the gm knows this and does nothing to help correct the problem. So I would strongly suggest you avoid these two locations at any cost. Go to another location.

Very dissatisfied with the new pretzel sidekick. My boyfriend stopped and grabbed me one and brings it home and there's no cheese dipping sauce!!! It was shredded cheese that was toasted on the top of the pretzel!! Are you serious Subway??????!This is beyond pittaful!

I was in the Waynesboro Pennsylvania subway earlier this evening.I sat in the resteraunt and ordered 2 turkey flatbread sandwiches and while I was waiting I went back in and ordered a third turkey flatbread, they were all 3 foot long.when I got home we had 2 steak and 1 turkey. I tried to settle on the phone with the manager but didn't get anywhere

So sad about today...The two young ladies that work at UTC campus, was very, very, disrespectful to me and my coworker and we didn't deserve it! The older black lady was hollaring at another coworker...I think we should reimburse for our sandwiches...because we couldn't enjoy them...

I was spoken disrespectfully by a young man named Zack at subway in Mt. Shasta, Ca. On 11/23/2023. This is the second time he has done this too me. His tone was harsh, condescending, latterly " barked" at , like I was a child
Very rude. He has power issues. I am 75 yrs old and no young kid has ever spoken to me like that.

I sent a restaurant complaint into subway restaurants customer complaint, experience at my local subway restaurant. I was told someone would get back to me after taking approx. 45 min to an hour to fully fill out the complaint/ experience form. There should be a copy of my form within the department that handles this form. I have not heard a word from subway since I filed the experience. Is this the appropriate way in which to handle an already bad experience through a subway restaurant? I am looking to hear back on the experience I'd shared and I do not plan on continuing to fill out same form again.

Last year Subway had a holiday promotion where, for every $25 gift card you bought, they sent you a QR code good for a free 6" sub. Well, I bought TWO $25 gift cards and received two QR codes, NEITHER of which worked. I contacted Subway Corporate by phone and on their website TWICE and never heard back. I can't believe I just got an email from them and they're doing the same promotion again this year! I won't fall for it again. Don't you either!

I am a long time Subway customer but my latest visit on 9/17/2023 in New Bethlehem, PA went very poorly. First the Subway app did not work so I could not get my BOGO sub offer. The Subway person said the app was not working so I had to pay full price, Next, when we went to eat the sub, it tasted off, like something was bad in it. We were in a hurry so we waited till we go home to email Subway the SAME day. NO reply from Subway, We waited a week and emailed them again thru their contact form, No reply! In short, we tried to contact them 3 times and 3 weeks later still no reply. I am done with Subway.

I placed an online delivery order directly through the Subway app, not door dash or uber eats, none of that, directly through the Subway app. I waited for my order that never came but, said in the tracker that it was delivered. My order was $23.10 and, I want a full refund. My card was charged and, i never received any food. I called the location (Veterans Memorial, Mabelton GA store 2331) and the guy who answered the phone told me, "We dont have any control over delivery, and we are really busy right now, there's nothing I can do". I am furious at the lack of customer service and care coming out of that location. For $23.10 I believe a response better than that, should be in order. I want my money back immediately. If this is the service you get for $23.10 there NO WAY, i would order or recommend a catering order. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW

This store gave us a doordash order that was 35 minutes old cold and soggy, I drove 20 minutes to pick up my order which was handed to me incorrectly.(the bag they handed me was for (Door Dash) I immediately drove back to the store to get my 2 meals which was ordered on your app to get my correct order, That was supposed to be toasted, by that time they were 55 minutes old, they were cold and soggy because I opened them in the store to check on them they were also requested in the notes section to be cut in three pieces, they were not cut at all I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with my service. I ordered multiple times from that store.I drove Back up 20 min to get my actual order which was toasted and cold and soggy and they refused to remake it and we got in a big argument (I'm Caucasian and are people of color they actually had the audacity to tell me to come back tomorrow and they would remake them I said no I am hungry right now, because they would not remake it and I would like my money back or coupons for two meals (since that's what I paid for) I made a screen copy of both of my orders that I can email you or text you, please call me back immediately at 941-448-4239 my name is Wallace Frank Woodall

Several people have complained because you have discontinued the honey oat bread. Why would you do something like that when millions of consumers only want that bread. I'm very disappointed and will now go to your competitors that offer this honey oat bread or a comparable product.

I order a sub sandwich they advertise they cut the meat fresh now. The meat is so thin I you can't even taste the meat. Now you can only taste the vegetables. I only notice meat is on the sandwich by looking at it. I'll have to find a different company to get sub sandwiches.

Subway has always been mediocre at best but I've stayed a customer because mediocrity aside, they're consistent throughout various locations. I will no longer be a customer because they are removing black olives from all stores. A move, supposedly, to save money. How ridiculous is that? If olives are a cost saver their remaining customers should certainly see price reductions on sandwiches. I guess I'll take my business to Jersey Mikes.

Terrible Online Ordering System and Zero Support

Food is decent. And when actually visiting the store, folks are nice and service good.

My issue is with their online ordering system, app and customer support.

Ordering via their website is ridiculous. I've tried Firefox, Edge and Chrome, all with the same issues.

Two primary problems:

1. I place an order online and am brought right back to my cart, which still has the items I ordered in it. Payment processes but no actual order is issued. I've tried this at least a dozen times with different browsers mentioned above, at different times, etc., all with the same result. Upshot: I can no longer place an online order. It seems that their payment system will, in a day or so, automatically refund the charge. How thoughtful.

2. This is an older issue: The system will randomly edit my order, removing items from my sub, chips, whatever. I don't find out until I receive my order. I'm charged for what they sent me, but it's still not what I ordered.

3. Subway's support is non-existent. After sending more than 6 requests for support, I received no response. Zippo, nada. I spoke with an area manager but that didn't change anything or help.

I used to think Subway was pretty cool--I'm vegetarian and it's nice to be able to get a decent veggie sub, but I'm kinda done with this outfit. They clearly don't care about their customers.

Regarding the use of your coupons. We received your coupons through the mail and tried to use them going to 3 different Subways only to be told they do not accept them. What is the purpose of sending them if they cannot be used?

Why did you change from free subs to cookies when I buy a gift card?? I have tons of cookies and baking at Christmas and don't need more. I loved the free sub. Put that back. You can even put it for only specific subs if you want. But no more cookies:(

New meat cover does not allow view of what meat is available or the condition the meat is in. Extremely unhappy and prefer you return to a see through cover.

It's a really bad idea to take the black olives off the menu, just because Arby's bought you out is no reason to take things away to save a few dollars, you will probably lose customers, who knows what you will take away next. Bring back the olives right away

Living in Hudson Florida, many people especially elderly and everyone watching carbs and sugars would run to Subway for Keto selections. Keto rolls would be a Home run. Yes, we can have your salad, but we want Keto Rolls. I miss subway. Living alone, it's a pain to cook all the time. A great Keto Subway a couple times a week would be wonderful. I've lost 70lbs in 6 months making my own Keto sandwiches. Thank you, Susan Dew

I want to recognize the workers at the Subway on the corner of St. Patrick and St Joe, in Rapid City, SD who provided the best experience I've ever received in any of your stores. The date of visit was 12/12/22 between 6:30 and 6:45 PM. The workers took care to make sure the presentation of the subs I was ordering were exactly as you'd expect them to look on national TV. They showed concern over my son who had been sick all day and sent a post on his soup to Get well soon. Which we didn't even realize until after we were home. I am truly grateful that these young women went above and beyond in providing not just good, but truly excellent service. They deserve praise.

Today November 3 rd 2022. On a 2 train got off at Alleton avenue at 9:16 am. The guy driving the train was excellent. He communicated clearly on the whole trip as we journeyed to the Bronx. It felt good being on that train. I wish they would all be that way. I use the train everyday. But i always think about those visiting. Half of the time you cannot hear what is being said. Very confusing. I wish that man all the best in his career and job.

Had a top notch experience because of one very special employee. Chris,at the 3rd st location in Connersville, was outstanding. Chris was very respectful and made it clear that my order was his true concern at that moment. Chris actually made the comment; "I just want to make your sandwhich exactly how you want it" Im going to be persistant on this one, & not stop untell I know someone in the company, besides his local boss". Im atimate about this bc this kid was young, yet has the ability to express, concern,and the professionalism you will rarely if ever find in a teenager working fast food. Great job Chris, and thank you.

For years we been going to the subway at 610 n big spring. Lately the fountain machine hasn't been working however I was told the store manager made it possible for us customers to be able to get fountain drinks. We hated going there when it didn't work. The manager should get paid for fixing the machine and making us happy again. Thank you Daphne. We love you. I'm glad we didn't lose her as our server after she was injured there as well. Daphne is the reason we pass several subway and ride all the way to her subway. Because we love her personality she make us smile and happy each and every time. Please let her know she is awesome and appreciated by us

I visited subway in parsons on December 20,2021 between 5-530 for my client . I was very impressed with the service I received from the young lady that waited on me I believe her name tag said destiny very personable friendly and professional I dont go in to subway only for my clients but she knows her position very well The young lady should be proud of herself being young and responsible most young adults today dont value there self like she does.

This is the best subway that I have been to there was a young woman name is Selena she has such good customer service when I came in I asked for a veggie she offered to change her gloves since I asked for the veggie not a lot off people will do that kind of thing Selena is such a great person I will be back.

I am every disappointed that the employees are treated so poorly by district management. I work at Walmart, the Subway 44297-0. The employees are great but they are not taken care of. They work open to close by themselves and are not able to take breaks because they have so many customers. I bet nothing will change because they feel employees are a dime a dozen. Not the good ones, they don't get paid enough to work two shifts back to back without breaks.

I worked for the Subway in New Salem, PA.., stor number 47889.. The owners were money hungry and they even had enough a tip jar in this restaurant that the employees nev r get!! They don't give their employees breaks and they hire underage children to work for cheap labor!! The Manager in this store is very unprofessional and I personally caught her stealing food out of the store on a few occasions..Tell me how they can get away with this???

How is it legal for our local subway to charge it's employees for "loss" at the end of shift? They count stock/inventory and if there is a loss then my kid has to pay the difference. The other night it was $20. What the heck!!? Several of the other high schoolers are going to quit over this. Who do i beed to contact??

They do not treat you fairly, they constantly are checking cameras and accusing you of every little thing they can accuse you of even though your not doing anything wrong (and get this the people checking cameras aren't even from here!...they are from india!!) They do not Apriciate Thier employees at all worst company to work for!

So I worked at the subway in palmyra indiana for a little over a year. I've now left that job and have a New one. But I've been in and seen also heard from others awful things. The meat is being kept several weeks old and is being served to customers. They are not cleaning properly. Their sodas were out of date. All of them! It is a disgrace to see how lazy the workers and the managers are there. I mean you have to have a little pride in your work. All I can say is do not eat at subway in palmyra indiana. It needs to clean up it's act or shut down!

Hi I work at a Subway around the PA and MD border. My store is disgusting. When we have expired food, we are told to sell it If it still smells okay. I have found moldy flatbread and rancid chicken. I had the stomach virus and still had to work because no one would cover my shift. I was constantly going to the bathroom and vomiting and another co-worker of mine got sick as well and they still made her work. Please do something about this.

I worked for subway for two years, had been my most favorite job. But the management was aweful. We we're always told to tell customers about the survey, if we didn't we for scolded. And any survey's given we were always given the bad ones. Working there for two years we were never given a good survey. Just survey's saying how bad we were. And I brought it up to my manager how it is to feel only getting bad survey's, kind of makes working sum, but chats all we got. Prepping food, if food got dropped in the floor I was told to scoop it up and out it in it's proper place. Example, my boss stored tomato in the fridge from another company that shares tha food court, pulling a box of tomatoes they all fell out and she got mad and helped me pick them up and out them back in the box for slicing. She has changed dates on her veggies because they are old, I don't think this is right. I loved this job, but quit because it is plain nasty

I work at the subway in Winner, SD . I'm 19 and have asthma. As far as I know I'm the only employee at my subway with asthma. Had it not been for a coworker going in today I would have lost my job. Their reason for firing me would have been missing too much work because I was faking asthma attacks!! I don't enjoy being able to not breathe and the fact that someone who has no idea what it's like for me would even accuse me of faking it really upset me. I hate that I miss work due to my uncontrolled asthma. I can't help it. Any subway willing to fire a worker due to health issues needs to be shut down until given new management!!

The owner of the subways in San Angelo Texas has no clue on how to run a business. He is greedy money Hungry he does not care about all of the employees that work there. He has the employees still at minimum wage and has cut everyone's hours so that no one can make a living,he has employees working by themselves at night! Not cool at all. Very disappointed about the owner and the GM's who has no balls to stand up to him. Very sad.

i used to work at subway and i would like to say that that has to be the worst job known to mankind i have worked in dunken donuts, dangelo's, McDonald's, and burger king and have not had as many problems with managers or co-workers! except for subway. i was sexually harassed. the manager knew about it and did nothing but laugh and joke about it. i had a work related injury and they did not pay for the hospital bill when i went there and i had to pay the hospital bill myself! and i was moved from store, to store, to store sometimes with out asking me and i was expected to know i was working in these stores! and i don't know if its illegal or not but my tips have been held in the store for almost a month now cause the money was off in the cash register and i don't even work there any more! and when i went to to tell the district manager about all this she never had time for anything i had to say, or it was to busy because the district manager under staffs all the stores i have worked in! but because the stores she works in its always slow she doesn't think different towns are are going to be busy at all and she expects everyone to be extremely fast, when shes been working for subway for almost 15 years and i was faster then her and worked for subway for 3 1/2 years. she has a limp leg that she uses as an excuse for why she doesn't work on the line and rarely deals with customers and wonders why we get costumer complaints!

I work at a subway in Washington state. Our employees are very rude and some are even racist. Some have been caught steeling from the company and will complain and cuss in front or at the customers. The manager keeps them around and fdoesnt report all of this to the owner expecially complaints about her daughter. We hardly ever take the actual temp of the food and we just put random numbers in our temp log. Sometimes we shut off the line which keeps the food cold for more then 3-4 hours; it's a hazzord to have them off for more then 2 hours. Our manager limits what we use and is know to harrasse and talks bad about her employees and makes life hard on them. If we have under ripe vegetables we are told to use them or even almost spoiled vegetables unless the customer asks them to be removed. Also we have found worms in the spinage were not suppose to say anything just discreetly remove them and make sure the customer doesn't notice.
