I made appointment 4:15pm today and I got there 4:10pm at 920 Wolcott street Waterbury CT.
As soon as I entered door -hairstylist person ask me that do I have appointment, so I said yes.
And she told me that there are little behide - I was wait then 4 more customers came and they have appointment also. We all set and wait for our turn then hairstylist call someone has 4:45pm appointment person before me.
I almost wait an hour, I told them cancel my appointment - person ask me do you want reschedule it? Why even ask me that...
I need to know why bother make appointment this place.

As a public entity Super Cuts is required by the ADA to accommodate clients with celiac disease. Therefore, I should have been allowed to bring my own gluten free shampoo to your store in Foley AL and been given a shampoo, especially since the staff tried to obtain shampoo for me and could not!To neglect to do so violated my rights and was descrimination!

Posted by [email protected]

Terrible experience today. Customer for several months in Foley, AL. Am caeliac and brought gluten free shampoo with me. They refused to use it even tho I told them I am celiac and could not use theirs. Four months ago manager said she ordered gluten free shampoo but it never came.
Bad attitude and no effort to help.
I will NOT be going back to Super Cuts, because they are NOT SUPER!

I had my hair cut at the West Roxbury, MA site. The next day I had severe itching around my neck. I doubt whether the apron tied around my neck had been washed. They probably use the same apron on everyone and transmit infection. I was unable to submit a complaint on their website.

I go to only Supercuts, for a decade at least. Hair always has been perfect, yet, 5,6 months ago a new technician , died my grey roots a DARK mousy brown , it's been 5,6 months and they haven't corrected it. It's terrible. They keep dying my roots a red , not the original color either, just stands out terribly , it's awful weird red, then a band of very dark color then a beautiful auburn...... problem instead of making my hair all one color the auburn they repeat the same mess and I go Bach within the week to show them how bad it is, and their fix is to darken the red roots to a yucky brown matching the mess they created 5,6 months ago. ! SO now I have over three inches of dark brown hair, then a beautiful auburn. I'm really patient , but I've reached the end of my rope , I'm sick n tired of paying them to continually screw up my hair, time before this last visit it was bad, they said no charge, I came back 3 weeks later to have it fixed, they did the SAME DANG THING AGAIN !!!!!! But charged 73.00 for roots touch up. I sick n tired of telling them rip up the old card , please fix this and stop making my hair DARK DARK DARK BROWN , mousie brown !!! But to no avail. Manager just told me Friday , they won't correct it, they don't do corrections, WELL THEY SHOULD, !!! They messed up.... So now what. I , after over a decade , now have to fine a different shop , no longer going to super cuts !!!! Laura , my former location was Rosecrans in San Diego, CA... so disappointed !

I just want to say that your Supercuts location in Sabraton, WV is ridiculous. The phones never gets answered, there is never anyone there and ironically they never have time to do anything. This location might as well be shut down.

Made appt online for 10, which is when the shop on Boca Chica Blvd in Brownsville TX opened. Arrived at 10 to see stylist and one other customer. He hadn't even sat down yet. I told the gal I had a 10, and she said "I have to do him first." I waited over 20 minutes, then went to another SuperCutsk, where there was no wait. What's the point of making an appt if it's not honored?

Absolutely unprofessional and have no clue of what they're doing. Had me standing up to cut my hair since they couldn't cut it while I was seated. Had to ask her not to brush my wet hair as she was causing more damage trying to brush my hair right after a shampoo. Had to ask for a mirror at the end to look at the back of my hair. Requested shampoo to get residual purple shampoo out of my hair and she left purple dye on my face and ears...I got it off just by rubbing my finger against my skin. The only reason I asked for a shampoo to begin with. Left with hair trimming all over the front of my black t-shirt. Worst hair I've ever had. How do they stay open. Ridiculous. DON NOT GO HERE!!!

My wife just got an excellent hair-cut and the gal providing the Service picked a fight with my wife BECAUSE she did NOT want previous service provider. The last time I remember, it was the customer that decided who and how much work they were willing to pay for and NOT the provider !!!
These younger people DON'T get to make those decisions if they want receive regular paychecks.

I don't understand how I'm supposed to get an haircut when I expect to use my gift card and none of te franchises in San Francisco are set up to accept the gift cards. I visited a Supercuts on West Portal in San Francisco and had to spend outa pocket because my gift card was not accepted?

I walked in for a haircut my wife made me an appointment for 315 on Murfreesboro road in Nashville TN (across the road from Arby's) . There was one hairstylist in the back coloring a woman's hair. After a few mins she asked me if she could help me. I said I have an appointment for 315 (I arrived there exactly at 315) She looked rudely at me and said "I don't know anything about any 315 appointment. I'm the only one here today - and there's another guy Trey who left for lunch but he won't be back for awhile. I'm going to be another half hour to an hour so you can wait if you want." Gee. No thanks. I'll just avoid Supercuts from now on thanks. She couldn't even be bothered to come up and check the front computer to see if there was an appointment made. I wish I could tell you his lady's name - but she stayed at the back.

i but a little bit off the top she almost cut the whole front off

All i wanted to do was ask customer service a question. But all that kept being repeated was instruction, if someone wanted to leave a comment. But thats all I needed repeated to me for me to know there is No Customer Service. Shame on the companies who like yours, pretend to have it. I won't be doing business with companies that don't have Customer Service.

I had a horrible and good day at Super Cuts on hyw 64 in Tyler Texas. There were 2 ladies working,Jennifer was the lady that was loudly telling Roygena to speed up,go faster, " We have to go fast when we have this many people!"it was awful! And Jennifer had her son up there, running wild bumping into them while they were trying to cut hair!If I would have gotten Jennifer to cut my hair,I would h have left!! She also got onto Roygena for taking me, because there was someone that had signed in online, he didn't sign in before me,he just did it online! Jennifer said it didn't matter that I was signed in first, that if someone signs in online ,even if it's after the other person, they go first! I certainly hope that's not true!! Anyways Jennifer does not need to work in public!! Roygena handled the abuse like a saint!! Thank you Roygena!! And thanks for the great haircut!!!

I want to complain about my experience with Supercuts in Austin Texas . It is on far west blvd.
I went in and attempted to check in through the electronic check in system and it took a bit of navigation and I asked several questions to the one attendant cutting hair. She would not explain the questions I asked nor would she come to help although she was two steps away. She said that there were two people ahead of me although They were not present. She explained that they had called ahead I said that I understood. I asked if they would text me when it was time and she said no she would not text me. She said come back in 45 minutes.... I asked if she could tell me when the next two people were coming so that I would know if 45 minutes would be ample time for me to return. She said that I was stressing her out and that she did not feel comfortable cutting my hair. she asked me to exit the salon and told me that she was going to call the police. I have no idea what on earth is wrong with this woman. I then said I would like to speak to the manager. She said that she was the manager. this is completely unacceptable. To simply ask questions about the order of your place in line and to ask questions about the checking system is something that any client would be doing. For someone to threaten to call the police on you because you were asking questions that they do not seem to want to answer is inexcusable. To know that this person is a manager for your Super Cuts It's very troublesome. I have been to many Super Cuts and this one in particular several times. I seriously think you need to check into this woman's mental health and well-being. She seems paranoid and overwhelmed and frankly bizarre. Although I have enjoyed Supercuts in the past I will never again give you my business unless I am contacted by this office with some sort of help.

Stay away from Supercuts they are price gouging and have no type of empathy !!! I hate that I even bothered with such unprofessional people

Went to get my daughters hair there was no one in the store so we left and then some one else went in and the lady came out and helped her. We went back in and she asked for our number and helped the lady and started talking holding scissors but not cutting hair just talking. I stood up by the front door and told her to cancel the hair appointment she said rudley I figured
Here's my complaint horrible service and take's their time before cutting hair

Location in W.Omaha. The worst haircut ever! Totally uneven, must've had eyes closed when she cut it!!!! Plus not friendly at all. Used to have some good stylists, no more. Will NEVER go back. Stay away.

Had my hair colored and was given a price before we started then after 3 hrs in a chair ready to check out SURPRISE they charged me $100 more because my hair was long. They waited until after I was done to hit me with this. I want a refund for the overcharge

To whom it may concern,
I am writing about my experience today at store number 82718.It is located at Stapley and McKellips in Mesa Arizona.

When I arrived the store was completely empty. There were two employees. I was assisted by Emily on 9/7/2022 at 12:17 PM. The ticket number is 13.
Emily came to the register and asked what I would like. I requested a shampoo and a haircut.

We walked over to the hair washing station. I greeted her and asked her how her day was. She was curt and complained about not having any customers.

When we got to the haircutting station she grabbed my hair and said in a very
gruff tone " how many inches do you want me to take?"
I said, let me look on my phone for a photo. I am not sure about the inches because my hair is curly and if you cut 2 inches it can get really short when it dries.
As I bent my head and tried to search for a photo she just grabbed my hair and started cutting.

I said I would like it if we could communicate here for a minute. She just kept cutting and was very rough and hit my ear hard with the comb and it fell on my lap and she just grabbed another comb and just kept cutting.
I said I don't feel like you were communicating here I'd like to talk to you about layering and thinning out.

She said " you just want the same thing it's just gonna be shorter"

This was not a good experience. Emily was not friendly, patient or kind. She showed no professionalism at all. She complained about it being slow.... I think I know why.
I should be fully refunded.

Supercuts on Broadway at Tyler next to chase bank location, technician was rude to my kid while giving a haircut. She made comments on my son behavior and made judgement that my son didn't worth to get a haircut. Bad behavior on technician. She should be trained on customer services in order to continue on her further career. If she didn't say anything nice, she should keep her mouth shut.

Last evening I had a miserable experience at one of the salons in Roanoke. Virginia. Stylist look like she was miserable. I said I wanted a trim. She never asked if I wanted wash etc. Just put me in the chair. Didn't wet my hair. Just dry cut my length. Didn't touch any other part of my hair. I was in the chair about 5 minutes. I will never be back. If the employees look like they're miserable, perhaps they should get a different profession.

I had highlights done at Supercuts on blue mound road Ft Worth. I had the most wonderful hair stylist named Cristy. She gave me the most beautiful highlights ever. I have been all over Ft. Worth to mist high end salons and my experiences have been a nightmare because my hair always comes out fried, dry, and the highlights atrocious. Also, to add insult to injury they tell you that it is necessary to buy their products to correct the damage they created, unbelievable! I have nothing but praise fof my stylist, Cristy, she is professional, Courteous, and a good listener which is why
her work produces good results!!! The manager, Chery, was also very helpful and there to help Cristy if need be. The services were wonderful and I can proudly say I have found my hair place! The salon is very clean and welcoming!

I look for good customer service, people that care about their customers, and who try to give you their professional best and that you like family. Supercuts is all that and more!

Thank you! I love my hair!!!

I have been happy going to Supercuts over the past 7 years. Keith and Tracy are professional and fun!
Last week before Easter I took a neighbor who has been having a hard time. Tracy gave us a personalized style and color. The overall experience was terrific and very much appreciated!!!

My experience was so superior to any ive ever received at any overpriced salon that im just blown away!
For quality trained professionals that know every single cutting edge addition to the industry as a entirety world wide progression to color MY hair (Although i myself, as an individual, am also a cutting edge world wide progression of a woman. But really for a fraction of the price.
Victoria at super cuts in Franklin Massachusetts is my girl. Shes is not only talented at the actual service shes providing. But she listens and understands what i want before rushing thru it.
She makes me feel like im her ONLY appointment that day..
Im impressed with the concept of super cuts but am thrilled to write this review and give credit to Victorian for being an exemplary example of what you should expect from any salon. From newbury street boston ma... to victoria in franklin.
Theres no better. Any company would be proud to have an employee like that representing them. Thank yoi

Nicole at the Independence location is amazing. I'm not sure why she isn't renting her own booth by now. Not only is she great at cutting hair, her customer care is beyond what anyone could ask for. My daughter has been showing everyone her new haircut since we walked out of the place.
SHE'S TERRIFIC!

I regularly visit Supercuts Oracle store since 2009. Specifically, I am a regular customer of Niro. He is doing an excellent job. He offers very professional and high quality services. I tried very different haircut stores in Reading but Niro has special technical skills that some other stylists lack.
When Niro is on holiday or out of office, I get my haircut done by Genita and Jade who are also highly capable stylists. I am a very difficult person to please as I have high expectations from services. Niro, Genita and Jade never let me down. I always left the saloon very happy. They made look beautiful!
I want to thank all Supercuts Reading employees for providing us excellent services.

I have had two haircuts by Julie at the Supercuts salon on Centre Ave. in
Pittsburgh, PA. My experiences were super-pleasant, and Julie has done
superb cuts for me! I am 86 years old, and my former hairdresser (of many
years) has retired. That is a tough situation, but Julie has taken care of that
problem beautifully. I am very grateful to have found her. Sincerely, Joanne Rogers

Supercuts at 19800 Hawthorne Blvd. #204 TORRANCE Ca 90503, The Manager doesn't clock out when she leaves, I thought she was stealing hours but another reason was by not clocking out next day she gets to the system and transfers other stylist's services to hers! I took picture February 20th 2023, when I worked alone. I asked assistant manager to show me my services for that day!
I left the company, but I am surprised why the big company like Supercuts has a system that Managers or anyone has the code they can change services to their benefits. All stylist can't find out how they loose bonuses and productivities, I just hope not all managers or assistant managers don't do this.

I recently quit my job at supercuts located in pueblo,co at west 29th st. I do not recommend working here. While I worked here I noticed the manager will not work with you on your hours. If anything you will be overworked, while she tends to leave an hour or two early everyday and purposely overbooking clients before her end of shift, she was even inconsiderate enough to ask me to come in after attending a funeral so she could leave early once again. On top of everything else when I had came in to grab my belongings, make a payment on the classes I took while working there, and give her the shop key. I come to find out she locked my stuff in the back office. I quickly gave her the key but didnt pay until I knew my stuff was safe from any damage and was given to me. She still ended up keeping belongings hostage. In the contract it never said she can hold my tools that I payed for as collateral. It took an hour and a half for her to give my stuff back. If you do not want any drama, trouble, and even if you care about your mental health. I suggest you save yourself from wasting any time or stress and find a more professional and positive manager to work for.

Hi I'm Kayla Boucher I have been an employee for a little over 2 years. I started working in Pahrump making 9.75 a hour it was good then I became a shift manager and was making 10.10 hour. I decided to move to Vegas and now I'm only making 8.25 a hour and struggling to pay my bills. It's been slow tips aren't good and we get nothing if we sell product 5% is nothing. My rent is 567 car payment is 204 student loan is 233 I also have direct tv which is 49 a month internet is 60 a month car insurance is 60 a month we also have a water bill power bill etc. i do not make enough money a month to pay all my bills I'm constantly behind on my bills. I'm probably speaking for all the other employees too. Instead of being so focused on the guest maybe you guys should focus on your employees for once. I have worked at 5 different Supercuts and I have not met one person that is happy there. We stay for our regulars and our co workers. I'm not going to bring up the no apron thing or wearing l black but all I have to say is until I get paid more to go shopping I'll wear all black till then I'm wearing what I got and I'm wearing my apron because I'm not going to be itchy all day with hair on me and have hair all stuck in my clothes. I have a lot more to say about this corporation but I'm going to keep my mouth shut. Have a good day
