I tried to add my wife to my account and get on the 55+ plan. Got a Filipino customer call center who, couldn't use English, had to spell everything to her. Kept putting me on hold, started over several times. 40 minutes later and still not right. Finally called 611. This time I got a very nice lady who spoke English, knew what she was doing. Got the job done quickly. Long store... First person, worthless. Second person, awesome. TMobile, move your call center back to the USA and quit this other country bull sh@#.

First let me say I am considered a Senior. Well I have had several concerns with my Phone. Everytime I presented the problem.The manager Isaiah is so kind knowledgeable patient. His leadership is seen in The who was just as helpful. West End T-Mobile keep being awesome. Thank You Ms. Sharon

I have been calling tmobile for an item that I returned. Had to call again today and a very nice gentleman Mr David answered the phone and informed me of information that was never told to me. He explained in details. Of course I didn't here it from the other people that I spoke with. By surprise I was confused because I wasn't informed. He was nice enough to transfer me to a supervisor Mrs Taylor and she was awesome. Between the both of them I was highly satisfied and happy when I hung up the phone. I really appreciate their service and the way they handled my problem was above and beyond. Thank again to the both of them.If I could rate them Between 1-10 they would be an 11?

I spoke to a lady named Gabriela or Gabriel in tech support out of Atlanta, Georgia. She did an outstanding job explaining to me why I was having so much trouble with my Wi-Fi and new internet device. She was very knowledgeable and by far the best representative I have spoke with through T-Mobile ever. She deserves a five-star. I know she's originally from Tallahassee, Florida. T-Mobile is very lucky to have such a very knowledgeable and educated employee. I hopebthis comment reaches her. T-Mobile is lucky to have somebody like her and technical support. Too bad you don't have more employees like her she needs to be recognized for such great work she does on a daily basis.

On Feb.11,2022 I'm walk into the T Mobile store on Hwy 60 in Lake Wales, Fl and received the Best Customer Service I've ever had in my years with T Mobile/ Sprint. Thanks so Much Jannay and Keiron!

The store by me in Escondido is very clean and the staff greats you as you walk in the door but does not hover as you shop. The staff was very knowlegable and helped me with my issue fast.

Very satisfied T-Mobile customer, been with the company for 17 plus years. Excellent service. Very friendly staff always on the phone, they always thank me for being a part of their team always. T mobile at grand place in holly springs see Chandler. He rocks. Most helpful service customer service employee I have met. He can multitask several customers at one time. He also goes above and beyond to get answers, work out kinks and provide the best customer service. He is a real asset to t mobile.

I dropped my phone and the screen shattered also leaving my screen unresponsive to the touch. I took a visit to T-mobile as usual in hopes of finding Jailene there. Jailene has always had exceptional service skills while working fast and efficiently. I was out of t mobile with my upgraded iPhone 13 and some accessories within the hour. Hands down always the best place to come and if you're looking for someone to guide you in your cell phone services- ask Jailene. (The store on 47th and Pulaski)

I spoke with Rich, ID #139067, today who was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My problem was quickly understood and began to be fixed immediately. Even though the entire problem could not be fixed by Rich, I got some specific advice about how to get it fixed quickly on another site. Rich is a great representative for your company!

I just want T-MOBILE Corporate to know that I wasn't happy what I went through with your call center in Philippine. I called 5X regarding my bill issues I even talk 2 supervisor to investigate the recorded call but they never called me back what was the result of the investigation. Today I called again regarding my bill issues finally I talk to a woman name RENEE ID# 13254985 who is compassionate and helpful. She did above and beyond to help me solve my issues. I WOULD LIKE T-MOBILE TO RECOGNIZE HER because you have a woman a company would be PROUD TO HAVE! I do not write a review if it is not worth of my time but RENEE ID 13254985 DESERVE IT! I hope T-Mobile corporate recognize her bc she is a Gem in your company and your team!

I want to personally thanks to ERICK SANCHEZ a sales employee at the Gulfgate location in Houston Texas. Erick is a person that every customer would hope for. Why?
1 - He is super friendly with smiles as he greeted me outside the store.
2 - He is very knowledgeable about the product in my case was note 5 & My cell was just acting up but with his professionalism. He solved my problem.
3 - He has an amazing patience to explaining to me who is not an gadget person and over all he made me feel very special.
4 - This young man is very polite and gentle and full of knowledge and master at customer service. I really appreciate ERICK SANCHEZ.
5 - I highly recommend ERICK SANCHEZ to everyone in Houston area even you have to drive an hour to get there. He really is that good.

Deborah Ingram representative from Augusta,Ga was awesome for one when I went to the t-mobile in North Augusta,SC one of the associate didn't tell me the truth about something that I had asked. Then I decided to call T-mobile she was so nice and very professional. She answered all my questions and she was so very patient. I was even thinking about changing my service after being with t-mobile for 15 years but since I talked to her I am still a customer here and I am not going to change my service. Thanks again. Store 8441 provide me with an outstanding service,manager has so much knowledge about the product she goes beyond customer service,Megan and the manager r team player they go beyond to make customer happy.....besides all the challenge my phone gave her she fixed the problem..promote this employees...as I waited seen a lot of people with phone problem and they went beyond to help the customers...my favorite store 8441 thanks
