I tried to add my wife to my account and get on the 55+ plan. Got a Filipino customer call center who, couldn't use English, had to spell everything to her. Kept putting me on hold, started over several times. 40 minutes later and still not right. Finally called 611. This time I got a very nice lady who spoke English, knew what she was doing. Got the job done quickly. Long store... First person, worthless. Second person, awesome. TMobile, move your call center back to the USA and quit this other country bull sh@#.
