I have been a Tascam TEAC user for 30+ years from reel to reels to digital consoles. The current state of documentation shows that the writers have no clue how to actually use the gear. The feedback avenue is worse than best buy. A sad state of affairs for an industry leader. Based on your support that drives a user to a paid service I am embarrassed that I have supported and recommended your products. Shame on you for killing an icon.

I have a new car which did not come with a CD player. Do you make something that can play CD's in a car. I have about 5,000 CD's and a useless Cadillac. Bought a lousy CD that was a waste. Thanks Alan Feldman 248-462-5711

I have a faulty TV and I have been trying to contact someone who can help me know what to do. Three emails now have been returned. This is very bad service and I am frustrated. ThisTV was recommended to me by a major outlet and I feel they have been let down as well. Very disappointing.

Took them a YEAR to repair my Tascam DR40!!!! I was told it was lost in the mail, then called in August of the next year to pay $60 for repairs or my unit would be trashed. I paid and it returned broken.......Staff Was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Was transferred to a "supervisors" desk whos mailbox was full TWICE. Still waiting for my money

awful. only word needed to describe this company. Went thru 2 defective units and good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in customer service.

this company sucks I have tried every phone #
almost every day.
to try to get help with my TEAC RECORDER . model cd-rw 890
i bought it 2010 i know its out of warrantee but I just wanted to ask a question on why when I record the machine records about 3/4 threw then starts over . is there some thing I need to do to make it finish record
or do I need to send it to you for repair , or is there some were in in Sandiego that repairs them ? OR DO i NEED TO BUY A NEW ONE?
YOU NEED NEW TO GET THINGS TOGETHER.

ive had a teac AG 790 amp only two years it now goses to protect every time its switched on.It the worst amp ive ever had ive had my kenwood amp 16 years and its still working fine.I would never buy teacs again.

SHAMEFULL!! NOT ABLE TO GET THRU BY PHONE..
WHEN REQUESTING A SIMPLE YES OR NO ANSWER ABOUT A FUNCTION OF A TEAC CD RECORDER BEFORE I MAKE A PURCHASE, I GET ONE OF YOUR SO-CALLED EXPERTS ASKING FOR A FEE OF $1600!!!
SO IM JUST GOING TO GO TO ONE OF YOUR COMPETITORS BECAUSE THIS IS SHAMEFULL.. WHY IS THERE NO ONE AROUND TO ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTION FOR ME SO I CAN PICK OUT THE CORRECT MODEL THAT SUITS MY PURPOSE??
I GUESS YOU DONT NEED MY PURCHASE,IM ASSUMING ITS NOT IMPORTANT TO HAVE A ANOTHER CUSTOMER, IN FACT ITS DOWNRIGHT INSULTING.. MUST TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THIS..WE ARE GETTING READY TO START OUR OWN LITTLE RECORDING STUDIO.
