I recently purchased a brand new TP-Link Archer AX23 Router from Staples for $120. However, after only six months, the router stopped working, and I can no longer receive any Wi-Fi signal from it.

I tried to reach out to TP-Link to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, they refused to help me because I don't have an invoice for the purchase. The issue is that I never received an invoice since I ordered the router from Instacart, and I closed my account with them, as I found them to be a shady company.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the TP-Link Archer AX23 Router, and the terrible service I received from TP-Link. I strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a router to stay away from TP-Link and buy from a reputable company instead.

It's clear that TP-Link produces junk products, and it's not worth the money. It's frustrating to think that they charge $120 for a router that only lasts six months when it probably only costs them $5-10 to make it.

The absolute worst customer service, both chat and "800" number. The volume is so low that you strain to hear every other word. The "supervisor" was even worse - speaks rather rapidly and the same low volume. I have used the smart plugs for many years and I seldom require support. Explaining the issue was frustrating and eventually support cannot even answer IF the issue has a solution. I could never get a response either way. The frustrating part is that both the chat and "800" take an inordinate amount of time on their script, because they clearly have no understanding of the product

one of the worst support I encountered. When you buy, think of it as you will NEVER GET SUPPORT! You are on your own to figure it out!

Hopefully you do not need to make a TP-Link warranty claim. They stifle every attempt you make. Phone. chat and even email all cut off!! Three weeks later back at square one. Don't offer a warranty if you have no intention of honoring it!!

After 7 months deco x68 system failed. Good thing I kept an old google router it works! Do not buy tplink. Their customer service is the worst ever!!!!!

Quick enough to answer emails but just ask the same questions over and over again without ever coming up with an answer. The equipment is first class but their support is effectively non-existent.

Never buy TP link, they dont have warranty policy. They will never ever replace your device even if its under warranty. Better choose some other brand.

Totally a DISASTER, they're inefficient!...they NEVER answered any question or emails!

They simply don't answer to the customer service phone number, and don't reply to the emails.

I waited in the phone for 26 mins. Someone finally answered, but did not speak and eventually hung up on me. Very rude and Unprofessional. Very upset.

Two weeks with no internet and still no replacement router. They have been contacted repeatedly but have never returned an email or the requested return phone call. The phone says they are closed due to Covid 19 and gives no sensible option to move forward with a follow up. This is a warrant (approved) replacement and they simply had to ship me a new one. The worst customer service I've received.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I run a business & spent alot of money buying all tp link products and bought 5 identical OUTDOOR products and EVERYONE broke with in 24 hrs of being outside! When I contacted support they asked for pictures of devices and proof of purchase I sent them everything they asked for plus extra and they said I had to rebuild their faulty product that is falsely advertised! I want ALL of my money back TPLINK if you are not going to replace your broken parts!

They dont pick up

I have bought TP Link product early of this year and I have encountered internet connection issue recently. Hence, I have called TP link Malaysia customer hotline for several weeks unfortunately, either line engaged or no one pick up.

Alternatively, I did use TP link Malaysia email support and there were some replied but damn slow. In addition, very challenging for me to explain my issue via email and understand suggestion from the support personnel. End up, I resolved the issue by myself.

In short, this is the worst customer service I have experienced Really make me frustrated & disappointed.

Just spent 2 hours with customer support and 2 different people did the web app went through successful they did not do anything keep telling them what tv said no internet then they told me to contact tv manufacturers what a joke they have for customer 3

The person helping me troubleshoot my issue told me to disconnect my Wi-Fi. After disconnecting I assumed he would try and reach out through email to continue working towards a solution but he did not. After calling the hotline for support I was hung up on. Awful service

The individual who was providing support was incredibly difficult to understand and could not articulate in an effective manner conductive of customer support that bridges the gaps in dialect. The individual offering support did not seem to have an in-depth understanding of the product, the technology behind the product, and how to utilize critical thinking in order to trouble shoot the particular problem I was having. I was offered very canned responses that were clearly being read verbatim off of an algorithm flow-sheet. The issue was left without any clear resolution and the customer support agent literally read to the end of their algorithm and said "thank you, goodbye." Customer support for TP LINK is utterly terrible and non-effective.

Tp-link has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! The say they tthey are open 24/7 good luck talking to anyone. They will e-mail you back but you get a fax number and when you do find a so called support number it will ring for 2:30 minutes then hang up on you. Best advice I can give is go with sysco or buy one directly from comcast to avoid the monthly fee or spend the money for a triband router so you are ready for the future. Triband wont yet work on all phones or tablets but it is impressive with speeds up to 3 gigs a second hard wired. Wireless phones over wireless can get up to 1.2 gigs if your products supports it. Bandwith is getting faster all the time and getting cheaper. Hang in there. It may take another 9 to 12 months to get prices down but it will be worth the wait. Avoid tp-link at all costs!!!
