I NEVER Complain about stuff I've been going to the Taco Bell in Oshawa at Simcoe and Taunton for about 15 yea4s. The last 2 years IS TERRIBLE but I keep hoping next time will be better. TODAY I WAITED OVER 20 MINS FOR 1 BURRITO while they all stood around talking I'm not white so I'm not saying this to be racist BUT the only white girl in the place standing by herself asking them over and over to make my burrito. I watched the onky male there SNEEZE TWICE RIGHT ON THE OPEN FOOD HE WAS MAKING FOR SKIP I have talked to the night manager several times over the last 2 yrs I stopped using drive thru cause EVERYTIME I do they don't add the tomatoes and cream for my Supreme. The manager always says oops sorry we will fix it. One night I went thru I SWEAR ON THE HOLY QURAN I ordered 6 dorito tacklco Supreme I got home AND NOT 1 OF THEM HAD BEEF all Just lettuce and cheese. That's the ONLY time I drove my food back and showed them every taco and the same girl night manager said "OH SORRYBWEBRAN OUT OF BEEF" Like WTHbwould u make the tacos without it hoping customers don't notice then I seen a Google review with THE EXACTBSAME COMPLAINT NO BEEF AT ALL. WHY IS THIS TACO BELL ALLOWED TO CONTINUE UNDER THIS MANAGMENT I HAVE EVEN HAD TO TELL THEM HOW FILTY THE STORE IS ALMOST EVERYTIME I GO IN IT WOULD NEVER PASS A SURPRISE HEALTH INSPECTION. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY A NANAGER ANYWHERE ESPECIALLY SERVING FOOD. I HAVE ALSO HAD TO TELL THE GIRL NIGHT MANAGER TO CHANGE HER GLOVES EVERYTIME IM IN THERE AND SHE TOUCHES MONEY AND REGISTER AND SHE WEARS THE SAME GLOVES TO MAKE PEOPLE FOOD. I feel the most sorry for people who use drive thru and delivery if you are not there to watch them your food is so contaminated and filthy with money germs and sneezes SOMEONE GET RID OF EVERY INDIAN EMPLOYEE IN THERE THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING ANY FOOD HANDLING PRECAUTIONS. I am Syrian and in disbelief at every place I go in Oshawa with majority Indian employees or an Indian manager. Either Replace EVERY employee when only the white people are changing gloves from cash to food. I watched the manager tell a young Indian employee they don't have to change gloves everytime the take an order. REALLY?? For

Im a grubhub delivery driver I accepted an order that was supposed to be ready at 9:14 keep in mind that the Taco Bell in my city opens at 8am. I get there at 9:14 exactly ass soon as an open the door, the employee tells me that they're not open yet and that I needed to cancel the order I was picking up.

Pacific Missouri, Taco Bell will not serve you unless you use the Kiosk to order food. Elderly and Handicapped are not offered a friendly option if they have difficulty with Kiosk technology. They are rudely told you have to use the Kiosk! I was wanting to turn around and find a meal somewhere else, except my wife who is on oxygen and I just help her drag the tank of oxygen into the restaurant. So I struggled for ten minutes trying to get the order correct. This would have been a 1-2minute task for trained person behind the counter. But know, it's all about profit margins and profits. No one care about service with a smile. Unfortunately, Taco Bell isn't the only fast food place that doesn't care about old people. I'm saying Kiosks are the worst!!! If I find a restaurant that expects me to order food in that manner and no other option available. By by!

I was insulted when the cashier assumed I was a senior citizen. I would rather not save the $2-$3 and I do not feel they should mention it unless the customer asks for the discount. I really do not know if I will even return. It was rude although they probably innocently assumed and wanted to save the customer money. This issue occurred at a grocery store and since then, they have changed the policy. Please change this policy so customers do not leave feeling deflated by the assumption made by the cashier. Thank you.

I just purchased food at the Taco Bell on Roberts Ave Lumberton NC store and the food tasted like paint. They are remodeling the store but the food should not taste this way

A couple of weeks ago my grandson got a Mexican pizza from the Taco Bell at 211 N. U S 31, Whiteland, Indiana and it tasted like very old cooking grease. I nearly got sick when I tasted it. Today I decided to get a Mexican pizza, thinking it surely won't happen twice. However, it tasted the same as the previous one. We have a community facebook page and there are dozens of complaints on it regarding the horrible food served at this location. Can something be done to improve the food before someone gets seriously ill from it? I won't be going back there until I know it has been taken care of.

I am so frustrated by my experiences at Taco Bell on North Broadway in Knoxville Tennessee. Every time I go there, they either leave out one or more items or my food is cold. I know I paid for the items they left out that I get all the way home, 10 minute drive, and realize they've left it out. Today for example, they left out my side of sour cream, and my cinnamon twists. My food was not very warm and by the time I got home and realized they had left out the stuff that I paid for, if I had gone back to get the things, they left out and driven back home then my food would have been cold earlier and not enjoyable to eat. The last time I went, they left out my side of sour cream, one of my burritos and a cheesy roll up. my boyfriend that lives with me has never gotten a correct order from the same location. I think they just don't pay attention. I don't know what it is about the quality of the employees there but it's definitely different from the quality of employees like at McDonald's, subway, or Wendy's who never get my order wrong.

Got home from using the drive thru and my order was not complete. When I returned the staff was rude, not even offering an apology. When I returned home the chips tasted old and rancid. Decided not to return since I would probably get the same chips and rude employee. Will unlikely not return.

I eat at Taco Bell quite a bit or at least I didn't till today when I asked them in line in the Drive-Thru if they had the $10 Cravings deal that was on their website and they said yes they do which is for burritos and four tacos I said okay I ordered three of them when I get them I take them into the store and say this is not what I ordered it's something totally different and it's a chalupa a chicken breed or taco and something else it's only three items and they would not help me whatsoever they weren't even very nice about it and told me that I have to take it that's it that's all there is to it so I spent $33 on something I didn't even want that I can now give to a homeless person and I will never step foot in that store again unless I hear that she got fired

Stopped at taco bell in Port richey at highway 52 ordered 2beef burritos 3 crunchy tacos.at was told 17.00 and some change. I said are you sure that's my order as that's too high.she said when you order a beef burrito you automatically get a burrito surpreme,that is ridiculous and not true and still would not cost 17.00.i was in no mood to argue planned to go back tomorrow an straighten it out thinking like a fool my receipt was in the bag found she did not give me my receipt.i will never go back there and spreading the word.

I visited your newly opened facility in Detroit MI on E Warren/Mack. I attempted to order a Mexican pizza but was informed they were out of them. I placed my order and proceeded to the window to pay. I informed the cashier I would like to add (2) tacos to my order. The young lady informed another employee of the add-on and was informed to tell me that they do not add on to orders I would have get back in line. I know this is not true and feel it is a training issue. I left without purchasing anything.

I'm a door dasher, for the past two or three times at night around 10:30, 11:00, I have told that they were out of meat. Also tonight at the Woodstock ga store on eagle drive Woodstock, refused to give us our dash order, they said someone had already Picked it up, so I called the customer he said he never received it, also again I was told they were out of meat, then suddenly out of nowhere seems like they started taking orders again as if they suddenly received meat within a 20 minute time frame or so, because the door dash person called them and they said they would make the order, the little white girl and the black manager refused to serve us an order we personally made and tried to make us leave, yes it was frustrating to me to be lied to but I feel like I should of not been denied service, something isn't right at this store it needs some proper attention, thank you.

I went through the drive thru tonight after work around 9:15pm on 9/6/23 in Lockport and had yet another horrible experience. The boy who took my order in the drive thru was incredibly rude. He cut me off by saying "anything else, anything else, anything else" before I could finish the words no lettuce. I was rushed and he was miserable.
I asked for no lettuce and the tacos had lettuce. He cut me off so that doesn't surprise me. I asked for and paid for two sides of sour cream and they were not in the bag (just like the last time). The two sides were on the screen in the drive thru so I know he heard that. I didn't receive a receipt so I can't even tell you his name.
My family and I love Taco Bell but every single time we order the service is absolutely terrible and the workers clearly don't want to be there. Also, yet again every time, something with the order is wrong. I have never went out of my way to complain about it because I work in the service industry myself but this is ridiculous and an ongoing issue. Im not reaching out for a hand out, it's not about money. I just hope somebody takes this seriously because it has been bad for a long time and only getting worse.

Ordered dinner tonight online. Wife went to get it 10 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Got home...no receipt except email and items were missing. Called the store and was told to come back and they would remake the order. Got to the store, waited 15 minutes later and was told they wouldn't remake the order. Nor would they give me the area's manager's name. Won't be back ever!

I get that there is a time to close but come on if in the drive through and staff is slow, the location should finish those who were waiting ...just bad service when customers are waiting before closing and don't get service

Trash! Waited 40 mins for a drive thru order. More than 20 other cars were waiting for food as well IN THE PARKING LOT ! Galveston Texas should be ashamed of the service they provided at this location. Always out of something at this location. Nothing is EVER IN STOCK. CLOSE THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT!

The staff is disrespectful & unprofessional . They lied straight to my face and told me there was no manager on duty. Then magically after 5 mins of me demanding a manager the manager appears along with 3 other random women with no uniform.

Is there sometime of night club being ran in this location. Then proceeded to say the manager didn't know how to process a refund. They were three Caucasian or Mexican fair skinned women near the register that didn't even even have on uniform. Long hair and long fake lashes that more than likely got into people food. All 4 people at the window had no idea what they were doing. I feel like I was at a literal circus. Clownish behavior at this location for sure.


I am highly upset! I demand a full refund for my wasted time & money. I will never return to this location. I will make sure no one I know goes to this location. This location will ruin the entire taco bell brand. Lawsuits will be coming soon for this place.

My husband and I ordered the meal for 2 . There was nothing in the crunchwrap to speak off. Hubby kept asking me if I found any meat . Nope have not. Why is it we pay a good price for our food . And there nothing in any of the wraps. It's not hard to add the sauce to the stuff. People pay the price give their moneys worth. STOP SKIMPING ON THE INGREDIENTS. No wonder your ratings and reviews are in bad standard

Had enchirito on menu for one month. customer service never returned my email. Employees are rude. food is hit and miss. I know they have ingredients to make any in Enchirito and won't do it. not customer oriented at all. They just lost a 40 year customer. always out of hot sauce and very stingy on giving it out. employee told me they could only give one hot sauce per taco. so long Taco Bell.

Taco bell minerva, don't know what to say about this place really, but they need to do a inhouse investigation for the simple fact that they might poison someone, or child, because I have gotten sick every time I ordered their food, 5 time's at least, never ever get what I asked for, I say something to there employees about it, they always have a attitude about it, yea I think I better stop eating there might cost me my life,.either they hate the customers they serve because of the company doesn't give them enough credit to them as employees recognition for their hard work, or there going to make us pay somehow for having to work there, all I know is it is never going to change unless someone does a investigation to find out what's going on, I'm afraid to eat there ever again, won't ever chance it again hope something good comes out of all this for someone's sake

Micaila, from the Alexander city Taco Bell is by far the nicest person we've encountered at fast food places. We expresses our concerns for the Cinnabon being super crispy,(its usually late nite)to the point of no good. Now that Taco Bell has a kiosk, it's sad to watch people come in who can't navigate it have to leave because the staff wont help them, even if they go up to the counter. The staff at our local Taco Bell just ignores customers who can't use the kiosk, they stay back and watch them leave. It happens all the time. Some of my friends say that's why they use the drive through, the service is better.

I went to Drive thru to buy some food and (Minerva/Jackie) the attendant was so kind and polite, I asked about the hot sauces and she got one of each just to show me which one is more spicy and less spicy, she was so patient with me, I loved her and even though in a raining day like today when everyone wants to go home and rest, she gave to me an outstanding service, this is really rare in a fast food, but I'm so glad I knew her today, I wanna come back!!c ?

I just went to the defiance ohio store and was given the best service. I am handicap and walk with a cane the doors were held open for me and my meal was carried to my table. I know when super busy it is hard to do a little extra so I don't expect to get any special treatment but these guys rock

This comment goes to April B in cadillac mi she greeted me with a smile on her face she was very polite and she made me feel like more than a customer. Complement a employee, at s Employee Natasha, short explanation of the exceptional employee, recognized us as a loyal customer, weekly visit, wife and my sely order usaly the same item. when delivered to our table she (Natasha) said this is not your usual order, what did you order? this is not that, returned with what we usual ordered. Cares about the customer. my opinion a caring employee that deserves recombination for repenting toco bell.

I had a interview at the Monticello ky taco bell and Rachel made me sit and wait and wait for at least 1hour and 15 mins I really want the job I thought I did good during the interview she told me she would give me a call and after about a week of not hearing from her I called up there and talked to Bridgette she was really rude and said they ain't hiring and next I no Rachel waited for her daughter to turn 16 and just handed her a job I find this real destrubing because she can just hand Job's out to her family didn't even have to a temp to go out looking for a job people like me need's a job I don't have mommy to pay my Bill's take care of me I have to work so I can take care of my family I find this news a disgrace

Hi my daughter's boyfriend work at the taco bell in evansville,in on covert ave and was fired today because he put in his two weeks notice,after asking to become a Manger after everyone walked out,and the district manager quit.I think this was unable called for,you have a guy named Jeff area manger phone number .I have called many times and no answer,a girl who has been let go because she was caught having sexy in a car,is still there as one of the acting mangers name Mellisa.I don't think this is right he has given your company 7 months,went in on days off,worked thru his breaks,no help,got called in on days off because they was short handed,he has a baby on the way and is trying to move step and be a good dad to take care of it.You are loosing a very good worker,his name is Kristian Galloway.Thanks

I just recently left my position as service champion at the store in Camp Lejeune, NC.
My reason being was I was ultimately done with the management. The General Manager I met in my interview did a 180 degree flip on her attitude towards her employees once we started actually working for her.
I can honestly say I was never disrespectful to her but the tone she talked to employees (including me) was rude. If she was having a bad day because someone called out or something went wrong, she took her attitude out one us. That doesn't show good management or leadership skills. That makes you now want to talk I your manager when you need them.
I also don't understand the point of asking us our hours of availability but then switching our schedules around without talking to us about it first and then get angry with us when we do not want to work that shift.
When I worked the closing shift I was clocked out before I was done working numerous times.
In that same shift I've done 10 hr shifts with absolutely no break.
I was ultimately done and I really do think you need to look at your managers attitudes towards your employees and realize that sometimes your employees are wearing a fake smile because they are afraid to lose their jobs.

i work at taco bell and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They DONT give you your breaks that are required by LAW and if you say something you are attacked and threatened to lose all hours. i was threatened that they would put my shifts at 3 hours so i would no longer require a break. I have pictures of the notes put up saying these things. I have never had to deal with such immature management. Taco bell only cares about money. We get no food, no discount or even a cup to have something to drink. These are only a few of the problems. I will NEVER go to any taco bell after I quit tomorrow. I am calling corporate and L&I.

im Ashley, i work at taco in bowling green kentucky, russelville road, and ive been reading the compaints on here and i dotn blame half the customers on here because we have the worst managers in taco bell history. we have one the never wears a hair net nor gloves when SHE makes food, she barely does anything unless it's her and one other person, we should be getting smashed im talking $30 orders with 3 people and she's outside with her freinds or boyfreind, shes disrepectful and always has an attitude for no reason, when you ask her to help you with something she gets an attitude and sends you home. out assistant managers are wonderful. and thats it. they only work days tho and thats not fair. she sits in the lobby everynight smokes weed and cigs while everyone else works. it's pissing me off, why do the employees have to always be serious and work hard with out breaks if she dont? we tell the gm over and over that she needs to go but we always get the blaim for everything. and they wont let us contact our district manager cause they know why we want to. it's not fair something needs to be done about her, i dont understand why she still has her position when there 3 people in the crew who definitely need it. i want a manager thats serious and is gonna take the job serious and not play because they still live with there parents and dont plan on going to school. like lets get real taco bell.

I have been trying to get a check from Taco Bell for over 2 months now, the store is located on 242 also known as College Park Drive in The Woodlands, Texas. I would not recommend working for them because you won't get paid since it's a privately owned store.they will not give you the phone number for the corporate office nor will they give you the phone number for anybody in charge, I've even gone so far as to contemplate calling the authorities however I know it will do no good. Be warned the store is out to get you, they hire people and then fire them before they have to pay any money. If anybody can help me get my money that they owe me I would be grateful. As far as recommending the store to anybody else, I would not. Nobody washes their hands and the food sit for hours and days and I don't know how long after that. someone needs to step in and fix that location because I have been discharge for no reason, and I am NOT getting what they owe me. I'm going to keep harassing the store until I get paid, and I'm likely to call a lawyer because of the unjustice I've encountered at the expense of them.
