I will start out saying taylormade customer service has been polite. However I have to reach out to them multiple times to get information that they are supposed to be providing, They do not have any accurate information regarding lead times for a set of irons i ordered and have now been waiting 26 weeks for. They have stopped responding to emails, phone calls just get a generic answer " we will look into it and get back to you". Not impressed after spending $2000 on a product I have not even received.

I purchased three 1R Drivers. One for home, Myrtle Beach and for a friend. My 1R at home upon contact with the ball SHATTERED. I'd never seen anything like this nor had two club pros I showed it to. I contacted Taylormade customer services and sent a photo as requested. I Never heard back until I made several calls in which I was told that the club was used not for its unintended purpose. Meaning I smacked it on something I guess. I explained they were Wrong and it simply Shattered upon impact with a ball.
I mailed it to Taylormade Corporate office and asked that they actually look at the club. A month went by and I received it back as Taylormade stated I wasn't authorized to send it to them! Appearantly they wouldn't even look at it! This club is more than 2 years but less than 3 years old. Honesty never thought of keeping the receipts as in my mind what could go wrong with a golf club. I'm DONE with Taylormade or any affiliates. I also recently purchased another set of Adams but No more as Taylormade owns them now. No wonder Taylormade is in the rough. So I still carry the club and show it to as many as I can. Social media as well.

It would appear that the term "out of warranty" means no further help is given or even offered. Specifically my R1 driver lost the ability to be adjusted for draw/ fade due to a washer problem with the bronze gadget on the sole of the club. Despite a number of telephone calls no help was forthcoming. Buy a Ping next time!!

My Adams driver broke and is still under warranty.
The driver was returned to direct golf so Taylor Made could arrange pick up for repairs.
Despite numerous promises and repeat requests, the item is still awaiting collection. This is very poor service and quite frustrating.

I bought a brand new club. after 3 months it broke. called them they said it was not part of warranty since it broke in a different of the shaft. accused me of lying and did not honor the warranty of the club.

Hard to get into your email to get information, I have a 3and 5wood R5 dual titanium with a regular mid torque 5-55 tip soft shaft and wanted to upgrade to Burner 2.0 or the rocketball raz series. Which would be the most consistent club and shaft to my R5' I have a swing speed of 75 to 80 mph and a 22 handicap and find that the R5 give a very good ball flight. Regards Willie Russell .

I live in Harare Zimbabwe Africa. A year ago the head of my 5 iron Burner 2.0 came off and flew into a dam as I was hitting the ball. I have not been able to find it and now my set is incomplete. I don't have money to buy a new set and am happy with the Burner 2.0 set. Can you help me replace the head ( as I still have the shaft)and I am prepared to pay for it. I bought the set from Drummond's in Melbourne Australia.
